Asked for Rocio to fix our door after we saw her fix a similar door issue at a restaurant we were at. She was on time, fixed the door issue AND our lock which I thought we would have to replace but apparently just needed to be repaired. Very nice and professional! Amazing! My interior doors' locks needed to be replaced. bogus a locksmith The only person who arrived on time and submitted the estimate within three days was the tech. He was incredibly educated and informative. He replaced our main door lock for free on his way out after completing the work, which took a few hours. Will definitely give him another call. Thanks

Quick fast service. At first they said 20 min and gave me a quote as soon as i called. Locksmith called to let me know he ran into traffic and would be there shortly and sure enough arrived 10 mi later just like he said. About 5-10 min later we where in our car ready to continue our day. Thank you guys.

I bought a key for my 2015 KIA for $30 and it works perfectly!

I had accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle around 9 PM. With having no other options I called Desert locksmith and spoke with a man named Ron. He arrived within 10 of me giving him a call and was able to unlock my vehicle within just a matter of a few minutes. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend using Desert locksmith if you find yourself in a similar situation.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

If I could give the Dollar Locksmith more than 5 stars I would. Technician was professional, came on time. Couldn’t be happier.
