The whole process from first contacting the office through settling up the bill was easy and straight forward. You definitely get what you pay for. Had a leak in my hot water pipes. They found the leak quickly and did a fantastic repair job. Very knowledgeable!! I'd recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

You got out there fast, assessed the problem correctly and fixed it promptly. A little high on the price but this time it was worth it.

Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Definitely will call Moon Valley for my plumbing needs from here on out !!

Service was great! I decided to get the five year subscription. It will save me lots of money. Also I have opted to finally put in a soft water system. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do since I moved in here or year ago. Had soft water system installed by Haim today and that was a great experience as well.

Oscar arrived and proceeded to tell me my tub had a hair clog. He broke out his calculator to give me an estimate. I asked was he trying to charge me something other than the website advertises which is 59.00. He asked where I vot that price. I'm pretty sure he knows what is on the site. I asked him to leave. Dishonest and waste of my valuable time.

I honestly never write reviews but I had an emergency plumbing situation that needed addressing right away. When I called Simon, I was so stressed and overwhelmed discovering my shower backed up and flooded my bathroom. He was so professional and told me he would be here within an hour. Not only did he show up in 5 minutes he did an incredible job solving the problem and explaining the process to me as to why this happened. I cannot give him enough praise. I normally can't believe a company having only 5 stars across the board..but he literally deserves 6 if I had the opportunity to give him more. Trust me, if you have an issue he is your guy. Terrible experience. You must accommodate the companies schedule instead of focusing on the customer. Go with a mom and pop plumber who will offer good customer service instead. They also have this 5 hour window with a half hour notice to show when they head to your residence and then conveniently want to bill you if you do not make it on their schedule. Then ask you to reschedule
