Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! Since the pandemic stated I’d been riding the mess out of my bikes as I’ve been trying to socially distance. Trying to be a home mechanic is something that you can watch 1000 YouTube videos and still not be able to get things right. This is where Steve came to save the day.

I had a few bikes that needed some general tuning and TLC as their shifting was off and he perfected them in no time. A wheel was out of true and he got the wobble right out as well.

He was fast, professional, had all the right tools, and super convenient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for big or small jobs.

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
