Best Emergency Repair in Phoenix AZ

I know Ralph from the new BNI group I joined. When our main shower stopped draining well I reached out to Ralph at APES explained the issue & that the shower drain had been grouted in by sloppy previous contractors. He coached me on a zero-invasive way with an expensive Home Depot product that I could see if I could clear the drain myself. When that didn’t work Ralph sent Zack the Plumbing Manager over to help. Zack was able to check at a deeper level without popping the drain cover off & found it was tree roots clogging the pipes.
Although we aren’t going to dig into this project quite yet as we may be renovating that side of the house relatively soon, we really appreciated their expertise, precision & care. Great guys & great company! We will be calling them when we are ready to dig up & reposition those 2 bathrooms for sure. Thanks team! ?

We had our first inspection that ended in bad news, our HVAC system had seen better days. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, and we never got a used car salesman feel from him. He gave us many options, was honest and let us decide what to do without pressure. Today Garret and team 07 came out to do the installation. Once again, they were knowledgeable, kind and polite. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We couldn’t be happier with Penguin, and have already referred a friend.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Stephen A. was very helpful in identifying and fixing a number of troublesome plumbing issues: the showers are flowing better and the sinks are draining faster than they did before I bought the house. Additionally, as a first time home owner I had questions, and he educated me a number of plumbing best practices. Finally the company provides water detection alarms for free in all areas they service, which is just smart!

The technician Steve came to do the maintenance on my daughters air conditioning unit today. He was fabulous!I cannot say enough good things regarding his customer service skills. He took the time to explain everything he tested and checked and why. He also went over any recommendations he had and explained why they were important to care for the unit properly.He was so thorough and took detailed notes on all the readings in case there is a problem in the future, he has them for comparison.
