Mark came out to perform a free hot water heater service. He was polite, efficient and went above my expectations. He even offered to check the water softener, drained it and put in fresh salt. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise.

This was my first-time using Hobaica Services. River - the service tech - did a good and thorough check-up on my HVAC system for a very reasonable price. But, I am not sure if the suggestion to replace my Capacitor is actually valid as I just had it replaced only about 7 months ago by my regular AC repair place last year. And the price I was quoted to replace it was way, way too high compared to what I paid last Summer to my regular AC company. I would suggest that other quotes be obtained from other AC places before going with Hobaica.

AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Unlike most of the contractors and people we tried to work with these guys were very professional and amazing to work with. Their work is top notch and we plan on using no one else from here on out. Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

We learned that we needed a new unit only a few weeks before the weather was going to get really hot.... I received quotes from big name companies and then I called Just Air LLC. The beginning to end experience was phenomenal. Danelle was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with setting up the appointment and answering questions. Even after the new unit was installed, she reached out to me to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! I interviewed 5 HVAC companies prior to selecting Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling to replace our 2 units with new Trane units.
The installation crew were very professional (neat/tidy) A pleasant experience and would highly recommend this firm for your heating and cooling issues.
