Duarte Glass LLC was a breath of fresh air with their honest communication, professional work, and reasonable prices. I have had a window needing glass replaced in my front office for over a year. Two large panes of glass. I finally decided to call Duarte. Turns out, instead of a 6-12 week wait, they came the SAME DAY and replaced the glass. They quoted me fairly and charged that exact amount. My technician Mark was excellent and very considerate, explaining what he was doing along the process if I had questions. If I ever need glass replaced, this will be my go-to business. Honest, professional and upfront, I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Phoenix area.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Fantastic service! When I called I talked to Jim and he had a great demeanor about him! So kind and fun to talk to. He constantly checked in with me to let me know when and how they would make it out to my house. He also got me in sooner than expected. He gave me his personal phone number and I was able to go text back and forth with him with my questions and concerns. My windshield was pretty extreme so he had me text pictures to show the damage to make sure it wasn’t auto body issues. The replacement was quick and done very well. Poor guy had an audience, because my kids were very intrigued. He was really relaxed about it all. I Would definitely recommend!

This company did an excellent job re-roofing our home! They were highly professional, prompt and efficient. They completed the job in one day, which included clearing our roof of snow, stripping the old shingles and discovering that the plywood needed replacing, stripped all of that and replaced it with new before doing the new roofin. All in one day!

Our large bathroom window broke from a rock kicked up from our lawnmower. Dwayne from Touchdown Glass gave me a quote over the phone that was so much more reasonable than the other places I called. It was actually hundreds less! He met me at my home exactly when he said he would to take measurements and showed back up to fix it when he promised. He fixed the window while I was at work and did an amazing job. Dwayne was honest, trustworthy and professional. He cleaned everything up and texted me a picture when everything was done.
