I had such a great experience with Hero Home Services! From setting my appointment with Janette ( the day after Christmas) . They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. They have great work ethic and are VERY transparent about pricing which is very important to me. I Highly recommend them. They genuinely care and want to help. Awesome customer service!

We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!

In the 9 years that I have lived in my house I have never been more pleased with a team that has helped me with repairing my sink the way that Albert did. Very, very pleased with the quick, friendly and competent service to clear two sewer blockages in our home. We were given the $59 special price as new customers which included free camera inspection. Joel and Devon were fine with me watching and explained the whole process, snaking from the roof. They also gave us a break on the price for roof access clearing. Their service exceeded that of two previous plumbing services that we'd used 12 months and 2 months previous. Neither had cleared from the roof and neither had done a camera video.

I called Hero Home Services because I had a strong smell in my home.Aaron was on time and explained everything down to detail. They ran a camera and wow were my drains dirty! They recommended a drain cleaning service that they provided and when they ran camera after the drains looked amazing and it helped with the smell! Highly recommend their service

Hero Home Services has been fabulous. I have used them twice to unclog a toilet. Each time they were reliable, friendly and conscientious. The second time my plumber, Devon, was concerned we might have a issue farther down the drain, so he came back the following week (free of charge) with his manager to inspect it with a camera. He ruled out that concern and gave us great peace of mind. I recommend them!!!

Joel came out on an emergency call to fix a water pipe leak that was in the wall causing a flood and ruining dry wall. He quickly found the pipe leak and was able to do very minimal cuts into the drywall to fix the pipes. Joel explained every step of the repair very thoroughly to us as it was more complex than it looked at first. We really appreciated Joel's attention to detail, the care he took with our house, his responsiveness and his 5-star workmanship. I highly recommend Hero Home Services and Joel.

Ernie came out and did an excellent job cleaning my drain. His service was definitely five stars +. He was very fast and efficient! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs. Since the begining the receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment right away for us. Ernie came out immediately and took care of my family and I in no time. Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. Absolutely blown away by the level of service Manny and his crew gave to our needs. A simple clogged drain turned into roots in our line (yep...every person's nightmare. They did so great at locating the problem and solving quickly and efficiently. Of course it was a spendy hit to our budget, but for this quality of work, I'm happy to pay for the infrastructure upkeep.

Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. Our toilet was clogged with a small travel size deodorant!!! ?I really recommend Hero Home Services if your looking for professional, kind and quick help! First I went through dispatch and the woman was very

A friend recommended them, as I had a bad experience with a contractor in 2019 still fixing things he destroyed/sabotaged. I called as I have a whole house water system installed in 2016. Wanted to change out the median. I was going nuts as I was following the arrows and could not get it to shut off. I needed to remove the tank and still have water to my house. That means from sometime between 2019 and 2020 it has been wrong.



They showed me that it was put on wrong/broke. I took pictures as the knob had been damaged and put on wrong. I also had them check out my sewer line.

They were very concerned about customers service being done professionally. Our technician Devon was always available for any concerns and patient explaining procedures till we understood. We will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

They couldn't get my drain unclogged. Told me I had a pipe issue and they would return to give me a quote for service and said they provide remodel services. They told me to wait and they guarantee an unclog or repair. I waited they return asked questions and stated I might have a potential insurance claim. The day they said they were coming back they ghosted me. No repair, no insurance, no remodel, no call. Just a lazy company that was in over their head and couldn't fix a drain clog. I would give no stars for wasting my time. Good help is hard to find.

We had sewage coming out of our toilet, we called Hero Home Services and they got here within an hour. They found the issue in our pipes and walked us through all our options. Orlando was extremely helpful through the entire process of replacing our pipes. As a first time homeowners we couldn't have asked for a better professional and person to help us through this. Overrall I think the work done was above average. Where I have a problem was with the cost. To replace my kitchen faucel and flush the water heater it cost over $1,100. Maybe I am living in the past, but that just seems outrageous.



Not happy about giving a bad review, I just can't get over how expensive it was!

My tech Orlando came by and I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to perform. He was able to clear our plumbing issue and mentioned that the camera revealed that there may be another problem down the road. He gave us quote if we needed services at a later time. He was fast and very friendly; we appreciated he kindness and fast service.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Michaela and Brenda went out of their way to be able to schedule the visit same day, within only a few hours. They have a very friendly attitude. Ernesto was very professional and efficient on taking care of the initial need of unclogging the tub, and both Ernesto and Jose M did a great job and giving us a diagnosis and an estimate. I call for a plumber and I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone , and she sent Albert the Plumber in 20 minutes, and he was very polite and took his time to look at my issues. Albert text my landlord to permission to go on the roof and my landlord did not answer. Albert is a caring and understanding Plumber . when I buy my room, I would recommend this company and remember to ask for Albert very good customer service.

It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. We had the pleasure of Jean Paul coming out very quickly. He was very polite professional and very honest. He didnt want to give us the run around either. Broken pioe under my house snd he handled it like a pro! This company is the only one i trust.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across Hero. She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge shout out to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about Hero Home Services

At first I was in a bit of shock at the cost of the repair, but then after seeing the amount of work that went into replacing pipe under an existing concrete slab. The house was built back in the late 70's or early 80' I beleive. They could not cut the concrete where the pipe goes and the amount of hand digging done was a lot. I appreciate the amount of effort and time involved. They did very professional and quality work. I am glad we won't need another job done like that again, because like I said the cost was not cheap.

I contacted Hero after seeing recommendations on my local Next Door site. I was having toilet flush/refill issues and had a leaky outdoor faucet. The crew of Alex and Brian were able to make the service call the same day. They performed a quick inspection and showed me a couple of other potential trouble spots (corrosion.) Alex recommended a new toilet---and I'm so glad that he did as I was able to get a taller one with dual flush. Brian and Alex were quick, tidy, wore masks, and explained everything thoroughly.

Follow-up. I continued to have some problems with the new toilet refilling. Turns out the flush valve, included with the toilet was defective. Brian came by to install a new one---again, polite, tidy, and efficient.

I like the fact that Hero tries to minimize the amount of demolition needed to replace a new sewer pipe. I’m so glad that they don’t trench the whole house. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. They did the work needed and left. We had to call them back twice, but each time they came back without any complaints. They did not put us off, complain or appear annoyed at any time. The last time they actually waited around a bit to make sure everything was good. Thank you for being friendly, professional and fairly priced. We will call again if needed.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.



I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.



Their prices are great! Their Service is great!



The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.



Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

Our kitchen sink was clogged so we called and had a plumber at our home very quickly. Joel was very communicative and explained the issue and promptly fixed our sink. Very honest and trustworthy company would recommend this be everyone’s first choice.

Alex and his crew replaced a cast iron pipe in my home which was unexpected in May, 2020. All their crew were highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. This was a very involved repair (2 days) and was done in an exceptionally clean and thorough manner. I had experienced a problem with roof rats prior to their visit and found that after, it was that breached pipe where they had been entering. Because the problem had been difficult to resolve, Alex and Brian offered to camera all the plumbing lines after they finished in order to check for any other problem areas - at no cost! They provided consistently exceptional service and professionalism, always being on time and completing their services very quickly and thoroughly. At every part of the process, they protected my home for cleanliness and replaced all furniture and even the patio plants! I recommend this company very highly and will call them again for any services I may need in the future. I would recommend Hero Home Services for any home plumbing and other needs you may have.

Plumber examined both toilets and the pipes leading to the street.

He took a closer look at my master bath toilet and after flushing a couple of times advised me to buy a new stop valve in the toilet tank.

We had what we thought was a clogged drain. I called Hero Homes Services as they were highly recommended on our Historic Coronado Nextdoor Neighborhood site. They had a quick response time and worked to diagnosis the problem. The problem, our 71-year-old cast iron pipes had deteriorated beyond repair and instead had to be replaced. I believe the price we paid was fair, considering the amount of work that had to be done.



My wife and I found the plumbers/technicians to honest, considerate, and personable. They were at our house for two weeks and during that time we got to know them a bit. We had conversations and joked with them, but don't get me wrong, as they are hard-working men and women. I cannot speak highly enough of them!



Both my wife and I like to know how things work and they let us peer over the work they were doing. They listened to us about what we wanted and offered their input. After doing extra touches of finishing and cleaning up they left our home on a Friday night after finishing up at 7pm. We felt like we made new friends. All the crew from, Maritza, Carrie, Marlon, Chris, to Johnathan, Alex, and Alex Jr. Now that they are gone, we kinda miss them.

I’ve been searching for a good plumbing company for years.



I went to Home Depot and tried to do the kitchen sink caulking by myself. Because we hired a different plumbing company one year ago and it wasn’t done right. So the silicon turned into a yellowish-brown goo and it looked so gross.



Unfortunately, the person at Home Depot recommended the wrong silicone… and I made more of a mess in my sink. I couldn’t use my sink anymore and I need to get someone to do the caulking professionally as soon as possible. I found Hero Home Services through the Neighbor app. I remembered they advertising for clogged drain problems.



So I called them, and they came the next day. I had used the wrong silicone, so it took them more time to repair the sink gap :( But Alex was nice about everything and explained things well. He did such a great job around my sink and granite countertop. I remembered the last plumber company we hired, he did a really quick job, it wasn't even that clean before he put in the silicone. But Alex from Hero did take his time for cleaning everything well and removing the old silicon before putting the new one.



I’m a housewife with my baby. I don’t know a lot of plumbing stuff, but I noticed that my kitchen looks so much more solid and even has a newish look now. No more worrying about splashing the water all over the sink. I loved it so much. I feel like he cares about the quality of his work. Also, the price was much better than my the old plumber. I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.



I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.



Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.



Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

First time using this company and Maritza was honest, fair and great to work with. All the drains in my house were clogged and she went on the roof to run her snake from a vent and then everything worked within 15 minutes! We ended up installing cleanouts since we didn’t have any and the crew was very good. Thank you!!

Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

I had a leaky shower faucet. Having used Hero in the past, I went to them again. Bertin was responsive (same day), replaced the cartridge and called out a company to check the inside the wall leak. Bertin cleaned up after himeself too. They are not an inexpensive fix but very reliable.

My AC went down and I was in a pickle... A friend of mine referred me to Hero Home Services. I called them and talked to Maritza and she assured me that she would have the guys out here prompt... they were here within one hour. WOW...!!! They replace my unit and had me up and running in no time. Very HAPPY with their service and price. Highly Recommend Them!!!

The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.

I called Hero Home Services to snake a clogged kitchen drain & check my AC unit due to an odd noise it was making. They arrived within an hour to snake the drain as well as repaired a loose wire that had been hitting the AC blades. I’m happy to say they honored their 59 special, I’ve recommended to friends and family.

Hero Home Services recently replaced most of the drainage system beneath my house. I have a 130 year old home in a historic district in Phoenix. They were incredibly fast to respond. Very professional and did a great job explaining my situation and the recommended options each step of the way. Once I agreed to a plan of action, they executed the plan exactly as promised and encouraged me to review/test the results with them to ensure I was fully informed prior to signing off on the project. They did an amazing job of helping me manage expectations with my tenents and minimize the impact of what could have been a very invassive project. A HUGE thanks to the entire crew!!

Contacted Hero Home Services when sewer line became plugged. John came out promptly and found the problem with a camera late in the day. This was Dec 23rd. George and his crew came out on 12/24 and worked to expose the pipe that was being crushed by a huge tree root. They hooked up a temporary line for us to use Christmas Day. George and crew were back 12/26 and the line fixed. John, George and crew were hard working guys!

My mothers house flooded today and I live in Iowa. John arrived within an hour and kept me in the loop through the entire process. So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. I wish there were more than a 5-star option for this review. When you run into any type of plumbing issue at your home, it instantly becomes a headache. This was not the case with Alex from Hero Home Services. Alex sat us down first and explained the issue. He then gave us multiple solutions/options for our plumbing issues. Each one made sense and was affordable. His work was top notch, done on time and he was nothing but polite during the process. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I’ll call Hero and ask for Alex directly.

So after calling the company line three separate times to set up service, I still haven’t received a call back. Hero came out to inspect my clogged drain and advised I needed a “pipe jetting service”. I told them that I just needed a week to get paid then I’d call and set that up, well I called back and keep getting advised that they remember me and they’ll have the plumber call me. Well after a week of calling them I’ve gotten no call and my drain is still clogged. I guess they have so much business that they can ignore customers. Also any business that is incapable of returning a call, I probably don’t want them working on my home!

From the initial phone call to the end of the service I was completely impressed with the quality of service. John even put up with my 3 dachshunds wanting to help. I will definitely use their service in the spring for my AC service.
