Alliance Plumbing

Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.

Huge kudos to Aldo!l Alliance Plumbing and Air. So welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech. Polite! He had evey item (tool, rag, bucket) he needed to perform excellent maintenance. Provided protection to the carpet as he worked and cleaned up afterwards. The world needs more people like Aldo.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

Argued that there was no leak after mild flooding in my unit. Did literally NOTHING.

Did not hear from anyone at the company for 3 weeks when requesting information that they still needed to deliver to me. Overall, an unprofessional company that provides a terrible customer experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of shaking with Keely on the phone today. She went above and beyond and made sure all my questions were answered before our call ended. Hands down the best service and customer satisfaction delivered!!

Austin H. came to our property at Sierra Foothills to work on some plumbing repairs. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. Apt 123. It absolutely works now ?

The apartment complex that I currently reside in recently used Alliance Plumbing to resolve an issue w/ my toilet. Shan came to assist with the plumbing issue and I have never seen anyone do what he did to resolve the problem, he went out of his way and took his time and knew exactly what he needed to do. Other plumbing companies have tried to resolve this problem over the course of 3 months or so and have not been able to succeed. I am more than satisfied with this business and especially the worker, Shan for having patience and taking the hours he spent in my apartment to thoroughly assess and complete the task. Even if this matter happens again, I am very appreciative at Shan's work ethic. Also, I loved that he cleaned up after himself as well, my bathroom was left clean with all my belongings back in place. Thank You!

I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in mesa and use these guys for all of my boiler services and other plumbing needs. They're very professional do good work and show up when they're scheduled. Would recommend them to any of my colleagues

I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

The best place to get all your plumbing needs, let's not forget HVAC. They are professionals, so sweet even funny not uptight. The owners are amazing an take pride in the company an the employees. I know they use top of the line products which last longer. Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.

Well organized company that cares about the work they do

They have come to fix my a/c leak at the Biltmore@camelback 3 times and it’s leaking worse then ever! They keep saying they are waiting on a drip pan well soon they will be fixing an entire bathroom and possibly a ceiling!! Rusty water everywhere and I have my own 4 big pots in there trying to keep up collecting it m, changing it every hour. This has gone on over a month now fun stuff! (Sarcasm intended)

I was helped by Austin today and man when I say he went about to help me out. And as a maintenance technician it was great to have someone that cares that much about the job to help out the way he did.

Truck #263 has parked in handicap parking spots before at our complex.I asked him if he knew it was handicapped ♿ and he stated yes I know, I'll move in a minute. There were 2 open parking places he could've parked in or beside the curb, but he opted for the handicapped spot. No regard for the ADA laws at all.

I've used Alliance Plumbing for almost 10 years and just referred them to my son who is board president of a small non-profit organization. They are affordable, honest and did as great a job for him as they did for me for many years. Thanks, guys!

We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

Absolute joke of a company. Been repairing my complex for over a year now. Close the doors Alliance, you guys have zero knowledge when it comes to chiller systems, AC's, plumbing you name it.

Work done at The Mod and they did not give notice of water shut off.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! ??????
