I had them install a new water heater awhile ago and I couldn’t get the pilot light to ignite. They sent a technician at 6:30 pm to fix my problem at no charge to me . This doesn’t happen often. Thanks guys!

Amazing experience! I had asked for help with my dishwasher for a year and no one knew what was wrong and why it was so smelly. Simon diagnosed my issue over the phone within minutes, and it was repaired the following day! He 100% fixed my issue quickly, I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend.

This is probably the worst company I ever had to deal with. We had some services done by technician David in November and had ongoing issues with the plumbing and every time I called and left a message nobody responds. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!! After $10,000 you would think they’d like to keep you as a customer but I guess not!!!

No major backup problems as I had first suspected but rather a number of smaller issues at the individual drains. Worth the service call even tho nothing fixed thank you.
