Being the owner of 8 houses, let me tell you, I've had experiences with many plumbing companies and Diamondback is simply the best yet. I desperately needed the main drain hydro-jetted and when several others told me "next day", Diamondback stepped right up and got it done WITHIN AN HOUR! As if that's not enough, their price also beat everyone else. Liz did a great job with fitting me into the schedule, providing transparent pricing, and following up afterwards to ensure utmost satisfaction. Derek Pendleton from Benjamin Franklin/Brewer Companies came out to check all areas that are under warranty before out of warranty. He found that I needed the Anode Rod replaced in the hot water tank as it was deteriorating after only two years. I didn’t know that was normal. He tested my water inside and outside of my house, checked all sinks, toilets, shower, bathtub and water faucets inside and out including the washer/dryer hoses. Drained my water heater to drain out dirt and I was floored by how much dirt drained out. ? He explained since my warranty was about to expire on certain things their plans that I could choose from for further services down the road to keep everything running smooth. For me it’s easier to pay monthly rather that all at once for the repairs I might need. I chose the Deluxe plan as I get a free Anode Rod replacement and I’m certain I will need one every time. So it made sense to me to chose that plan. I also appreciate that one offers a free water testing. That is important to me as well. Derek was so polite and has such a great personality I found visiting with him a pleasure as he explained what he checked and even showed me where to shut my water off at in various locations. I had just gone through a flood in my kitchen and couldn’t remember where to shut my water off. ? Repairs just were finished this week. I will use Benjamin Franklin and call on Derek when I need something. Great service! Thank you!

My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. Continue to employ people like Darrell and your business will thrive!

Kalon was absolutely wonderful. We just moved to Phoenix and typically used to having to wait for mediocre service at top prices. I was extremely pleased that Deer Valley quickly took my call this morning and had Kalon at my house in just a few hours. We have needed Simon's services on two occasions, the first was to repair a leaking pipe with limited access, he was prompt and professional on this service call, he made the repair quickly at his estimated price.

Our most recent service call was on Sunday 1/3/2021, We had a broken shut off valve under a bathroom sink, and a clogged drain.

I've read some poor reviews on this company & that surprises me because I had a great experience.. my water heater was on it's last legs & so I called my warranty company.. they picked Pruitt's plumbing to respond to my problem, they scheduled a tech to come out & evaluate.. an appt was scheduled for my water heater to be replaced & different tech came out to actually do the job. Both techs were prompt, experienced & did a great final job!
