They were eager to get what I needed repaired and even took a look at an outdoor faucet for me that I informed them about last minute. Came out quickly. Our technician (Sonny) was curteous and finished the job fast. Explained the problem and all of our options. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.Our heater went out in the middle of a cold spell and we were in need of a speedy repair. Even though our unit was 15 years old he was able to patch it up. Really enjoyed the quality service. Would recommend.

Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services.On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later. I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge.To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

David was able to assess the issue with our water heater and come out the next day with Rigo to replace the entire unit. He was very thorough and helpful throughout, and he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended!

Sam and Dalton did a great job. Sam diagnosed problem with leaking pipe in yard and dropped in new line from water main to corner of house. Final cost matched estimated cost. Both professional and personable - highly recommend using this company.

We had a major problem under our yard. The sewage pipe was broken and had roots coming into it. Sewage was seeping out into the soil. The toilets and drains were backing up. Ambition showed up quickly, late in the evening! They were able to get things functional quickly and then addressed the bigger issues. I'm located out of the country but Ambition worked within my time zone restrictions to call me overseas often to keep me updated.In the end, the city needed to get involved to fix things on their end but the city refused! Ambition appealed to them and kept after them until they agreed to fix the issue on their end so that Ambition could finish the job.These guys never cut corners, helped me understand everything that was happening, and got our major problem resolved. Even though I am out of the country, they called me often and emailed pictures throughout the process.Trustworthy and professional!

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.
