George Plumbing sent over Will and Nathan to fix a yard leak. They were fantastic...Copper line located among large multi-trunk crepe myrtles near water meter had a hole and existing pressure relief valve was broken so psi varied wildly with and without adjustment. They gave me estimated quote substantially lower than other plumber (who tried to upsell me on work I didn't need) and final bill was lower than esitmate because it took them less time than anticipated ... Replaced a section of copper pipe with flexible pipe that could move with root growth and replaced the pressure relief valve. Everything tidy and they had me inspect their work at every stage. They put cover back over the valve and placed pea gravel (extra I had in garage) inside and under valve so mud would not cake around the valve. Very happy with this company!!

We have used George Plumbing for three sink installations, a shower repair and a water heater repair. Each plumber that has come out has been prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We have had Shawn out multiple times and really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. He is a skilled professional who always solves our plumbing problems! Shawn came to our home twice this week - once for a consultation/plan and then on the 18th for a gas line extension. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened well to our needs and offered good suggestions. He was forced to do the extension without his helper (Will) but still was efficient with time and patiently answered my many questions as to the whys and hows. I called two other plumbing companies and neither one called me back for days. I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment. for the next morning. Shawn from George Plumbing has been helping us with plumbing issues large and small for almost a year now. He has been incredibly helpful in all that time-- enough that I request him. Today, Shawn and Nick came out to address a clogged drain. George Plumbing is not the cheapest-- and there is a good reason for it. They retain their journeymen plumbers over most of their careers. Shawn is one of them, and it shows when addressing plumbing issues. He was thoughtful enough today to not only fix the issue but to make some very helpful long term recommendations. While they were here, the noticed an issue with one of the toilet installs they did and took care of that right away! I highly recommend all three George Plumbing, Shawn and Nick!

I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

This is our first time using George Plumbing Co. Everything went well from setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue with my water softening system. Shawn was very knowledgeable and sourced the problem, explaining everything as he worked. He did the required research, setting a future date for the actual repair, since repair was to take more time than he had. This appears to be a very professional company. I am pleased he is willing to repair versus just offering replacement as the best option

Remarkably, Kody and Nick arrived BEFORE the expected time. They got right to work, making and explaining what turned out to be relatively minor repairs rather than the expensive replacements I was expecting. I was very impressed with their efficiency and with their courteous customer service. They genuinely wanted to help with my problems rather than look for ways they could increase my costs!

Technician Shawn Jackson listened to my description of the shower drain issue and then immediately began working to solve the problem. However when it wasn't a simple clogged drain he didn't give up, but investigated further and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate that he explained the issues throughout the process. I will definitely call on him again for any plumbing problems.

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

George Plumbing has been our go-to for over a decade for everything from major water leak repairs to plumbing fixture installs. We love that their phone is answered by a knowledgeable team member, so the solution starts right away and the scheduling is prompt. Thanks to Doug, who came out last week to bring and install a new garbage disposal, also replaced the strainer basket in the other side of the kitchen sink, giving it a new, clean look. I needed the prv to be changed and Shawn Jackson did an awesome job. He was very informative and professional. Better price compared to others.

First of all, i called for a water heater installation and they kept trying to up-sale me with more services. The receptionist was extremely rude. But the real problem was our plumbers assistant. He kept taking pictures of everything in our like as if pretending it was his house. He introduced himself as “Big Kahuna” even though he was only average sized. The worst part is, having cameras in our house we saw him open his lunchbox and pull out what looked to be a small rubber rear-end, put it in our microwave and take it to the restroom. Very unprofessional and we are mad. Who does that?

Used them for many projects over past couple of years--replaced hot water heater, installed new water softener, replaced washing machine supply line faucets, replaced bathtub drain/spout/ball parts, and roughed-in supply lines and drain for utility sink in garage. Getting estimate for routing gas line to kitchen for kitchen remodel. I very much appreciate tradesmen who know what they are doing. Shawn is an excellent plumber. I always ask for him specifically--he's that good.

Cleared a sewer line blockage in order to run a camera into the line to determine the location of the actual cause of the blockage and what would be required to correct the problem.Excellent Service. Shawn and Matt were true professionals. They called in advance as the said they would. They arrived within in the time frame that was quoted. I was able to ask questions about the work before they started work and they explained what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it. This made me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing, which help me understand the situation better. Once the blockage had been removed, they showed us the camera images so we could actually see what the problem they were referring to and better understand what was needed to correct the problem. Shawn provided a detailed invoice of the problem and what would be required to fix the problem. The office is forwarding a pdf of the images from the camera for our files, which will be needed for the repairs. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Shawn and Matt.

I used George Plumbing to replace the plumbing main drain in the master bath. My first contact with Clay was a good experience. He was very nice and professional. They were the most reasonable out of the 3 quotes I received. The work was done by Shawn, who showed and explained to me what happened with the pipe (tree roots). Work was done timely, cleaned up and everything is back to normal. The only reason why not a 5 star is the work started 1 day later from the schedule, but they were on it the next day.An update to George Plumbing review 6-30-20. Came out to unclog A/C drain. The tech discovered that the discharge in the back of the house was buried under leaves, roots, etc. and was clogged. He put a high pressure blower at the drain line and got it cleared. The response is very timely from this company and charges are fair. I give them a great scorecard so far!

This company is awesome! They came out quickly and David did a wonderful job replacing bathroom faucets and leaks. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The guys showed up the day after I called to clean out a clogged kitchen drain pipe in a 70 year old house. In less than an hour they were able to clear the clog from outside. No mess, no fuss, no nonsense. These guys know their business and they got to it. Very reasonable rates and positive attitudes. I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

We have used George Plumbing three times and have been very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. My sewer line needed clearing/clean out, &I needed the cartridge replaced in a Moen fixture. Shawn V took care of both issues with very professional, expert & friendly service. He arrived at the scheduled time and the total bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. I have used George Plumbing a number of times before, and have never been disappointed with their service.

George Plumbing was able to get me an early as possible appointment for a substantial leak we had at the main pipe. They contacted me when times opened up and were able to come a day after I made the call! They were quick and professional; we're very satisfied with our experience.

I preface this review by saying that I was informed ahead of requesting service that the first hour was a flat rate of $170, nonrefundable and for every 30 minutes it was another $85. This is not listed on their website and was only reported once.That being said. The repairman Lee was sent my way, arrived on time, took 1 hour to diagnose that my kitchen faucet and its set of accessories did not have the rubber stoppers to seal out water (the cause of my slow leak). He then said I could have everything put back and not get water up there or we could put stoppers/sealant. At this point one hour in is $170.I figured that it was worth getting the stoppers placed. To place these stoppers (4 in all) took 2 hours. This was not a time or labor intensive process. Additionally he only replaced two stoppers with one being inappropriately sized. This is a Kohler sink set, and they use their products. Our total bill was $441 (with tax) with $7 in itemized service and parts. (I was told that he kept it to a minimum to keep the charges low).I cannot speak for the company as a whole or other repair technicians in the company. If the send you Lee PLEASE ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Get the service in the morning only to minimize them wasting time at the end of their work day, go to their website get the coupons on there (THEY DON'T MENTION OR OFFER) and please, please, please take pictures of everything they do.

George Plumbing is the best of the plumbers. Shawn Jackson fixed everything wrong with my shower and bathtub plumbing with no baloney. The office and plumber were efficient, explained what they were doing and why, were polite, and best of all - they knew what they were doing! The price was also terrific. I had 2 other young plumbers that were so bad I fired them before they began, because they clearly did not know what was wrong, or what they were doing, but boy- could they bill! George Plumbing and Shawn are old-school in the best sense. They do it right, and at a reasonable price! Love them!

Charged me over $500 to tell me there was leak behind my shower tile then after we removed the tile so they could fix the leak he came back and said there was no leak and charged me over $800 to change some pvc. They also left a ton of trash in my bathroom, I feel like I got robbed in my own home and now I have to clean the mess they left.

We had another company come out the day before and it was more of a sales call. They attempted to sell us on a service plane that would allegedly save us money. They had a Standard Rate and then a Value Rate if you purchased their service plan. It was very expensive and I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of us on the price. I declined their service and paid the service fee.I called George Plumbing after the other plumbers left. The lady who answered the phone at George Plumbing was very friendly and scheduled us for the next day. Kody and Josh arrived from George Plumbing. They were kind and professional. They did not try to sell us on anything and advised of the price and completed the job in a timely manner. Kody told us the price the other company quoted should never have been quoted for the job we needed done.I recommend George Plumbing and feel they way they treated us on our simple faucet leak was definitely fair and we will be using them again if needed.Thank you George Plumbing for being honest and not attempting to rip us off like the other company.

Dan & his partner were super! They repaired the leaky toilet in record time, and then asked if there was anything else they could do. How often does that happen??? I mentioned 2 ancient outdoor faucets that needed replacing. And abracadabra!! They found the necessary parts in the truck and got the jobs done. Past plumbers I have used always had to buy the parts or order them, which always delayed the repairs. All 3 tasks were completed in an hour. Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

Called to get a water softener, reverse osmosis, and tankless water heater estimate, which they provided for free! No trip charges or nickel and diming me. Hired them to do the work, which they did on time and on budget. They even took the time to educate me on how everything worked and how to best maintain my investment. Very happy all around with this company, will be using them again.

This was the first time using George. They were prompt and courteous. Explained everything they were doing and willing to answer any questions I had. They had to make two trips for parts: first trip to get needed part; second, to exchange incorrect part they were given. However, they did not waste time in getting part. Fee seemed to be comparable to other plumbers. Have added them to list of plumbers for future reference.

This review is a bit tardy but let me say that George's Plumbing is my go to when i have plumbing issues. First I had my water heater break and after getting prices from other companies, I was flabberghasted at the prices to replace a new water heater (it was placed in a week prior to me closing on the house) and many were for issues that wouldn't correct the issue; with George's Plumbing they were straight to the point and told me the cost and didn't add anything unnecessary and it was done quickly. Next time i had a issue with my master toilet and knew where the issue was but couldn't do it myself, called other companies wanting to charge me over $1000 and again none addressed the issue, they were sales people first trying to make a commission or something and then upcharge me to do the actual repair and George's Plumbing came in, told me if this fixes it great if not then we will start going down this rabbit hole and guess what it was corrected one and done. Always choose George's Plumbing, they won't steer you wrong, they are professional courteous and know what they are doing and won't try to sell you on un-needed items.

I looked for four days on the internet to ID a shower mixer. Finally I thought it might be a Cal Faucet. Jason helped me out with the cartridge ID. I was in Texas, Jason was in California an the shower was in Hawaii! He helped out with the shipping and instructions for disassembly and reassembly for my plumber. These guys are top notch. No one else really cared about my shower but these guys did. USE THEM! You won't be disappointed !

Great service. Clay was extremely helpful to me over the phone and Doug was the one that came out to our house. Both guys are class acts and take pride in what they do. I had a leaking water heater. Doug came out to fix it the same day I called and was very friendly and professional. I had a different company come out earlier in the day and they told me I needed a new water heater but could repair it for close to $2k. Doug said a new water heater would be ideal but wasn't necessary and repaired it for under $350. Definitely coming back for future service.

George Plumbing is a professional company whose techs arrive on time and in uniform. I have used them several times. The last time the job was to tell me whether an electric water heater should be repaired or replaced. The tech manged to spin out his labor to 2 hours, then told me he could replace the small electric water heater for $1300. And, oh yes, the bill was $300. So, beware, the company is pricey.

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

I have been without water for a month...i had an appointment for Friday but they came today(Wednesday)...they did a wonderful job...thank you Josh and Cody you are a lifesaver. They even came right back when I found out the kitchen sink was not working. They fixed everything. I couldn't be happier. Richard and I are delighted.

My go to plumber.

Was quoted 3000.00 for a low boy water heater replacement. The employee was adding things to make it as expensive as possible. 15 other businesses offer free estimates. These folks wanted 100.00. Stay far away. Did not sound very honest.
