I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. I’m completely satisfied and will be contacting American Auger Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you!

From the person who took my initial call to the professionals that worked on the job, everyone was professional. I was given a two hour window of when they would show up and they showed up within 30 minutes of the window. I got a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way, which was nice. The gentlemen on the job were courteous, friendly, and had a very positive attitude. Price was reasonable so with all that, I would recommend American Auger.

I have had reoccurring clogs in both of my restrooms for the last month or so. Finally decided to get a drain cleaning from American Auger Plumbing and I couldn’t be any more satisfied. They cleared the clog and had my restroom drains working again, all while being very reasonably priced & professional!!

The team at American Auger was responsive, available, and ensured that I was very informed of all steps along the way towards completing the job. They fixed a defunct shower valve for me and were very professional. So much so that I’ve scheduled a water softener installation next week!

Having constant clogged toilets has been a nightmare for me. Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

This is by far the most responsive plumbing company I have worked with. They were eager to get what I needed repaired and even took a look at an outdoor faucet for me that I informed them about last minute. Very communicative and reasonable prices, I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends.

I used their service over a year ago to help with a leaking garbage disposal. They were prompt, professional and timely. Replace the disposal and left me a business card. Fast forward to about a month ago, did a whole home remodel, the general contractor was taking their sweet time getting my new sink and disposal installed so I was STILL using the bathroom sink! Called, American Auger came out that week, hooked up the new single hole sink with my old disposal. Also installed a counter top button for my disposal and hooked up my new faucet!! I was ecstatic! He was very reasonably priced, timely and he cleaned up after himself which I only learned during this remodel that few do. Lastly I was told my water softener was “going out” but the general contractors plumber didn’t work on softeners, so tested my water, it was perfect. Explained why I was having the water pressure issue and why it wasn’t the softener, also explained the entire water testing process. Again, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! Cannot recommend enough!

I made the call on a Friday after 4pm just hoping against hope I could get someone out when my sewer system started backing up into my tubs and shower. He told me he could be here in an hour. #1 Plumber Service of San Antonio. Not only were they professional but I called with an emergency and they came out that very same day. I was given a very reasonable and affordable quote (price range) up front and it wasn’t out of this world like other plumbing companies.
