Brian and the other person who provided service to us (I can't remember his name) were excellent. They were honest and helpful about what needed to be done to fix our electrical problems and the price was fair. We are very satisfied.

I contacted Bolt Electric based on the reviews I read and I could not have been happier with the quality of the work and my whole experience with them. I work full time and couldn't take time off. Bolt doesn't work on weekends, but the receptionist offered to send someone out at 7:00 AM! Daryl showed up right on time, diagnosed my problem, installed 2 new outlets and got me on my way. A few days after the appointment, a hand written thank you note from Bolt Electric showed up in my mail box! Bolt Electric has my business from now on. Great customer service!

Edward from Wired Generations is extremely thorough and informative. It was easy to tell that they do not take short cuts and want to give the customer exactly what they want. Working in the commercial construction industry as a general contractor (myself), it is easy to tell they are one of the few companies that truly care about their customer’s satisfaction. The technician Chris called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, showed up on time and was professional, kind and efficient in installing my Tesla charger in my garage finishing about an hour sooner than expected. Explained how everything worked as well and what to expect. Left a clean and smooth installation of breaker and cable running to the garage on exterior of home, very satisfied. I contacted on a Monday and talked with Beth about replacing light fixture with a fan. She sent me an estimate, including military discount and scheduled Eddie to come the next day. Beth was so and professional and such a joy to talk with. I was notified about 20 minutes before Eddie arrived. He was such a sweet young man and was diligent in completing all this COVID-19 that is necessary now. He went right to project and within 45 minutes the job was finished. The fan looks and works perfect and I am so grateful to this whole company. Eddie also was so thorough and asked if I had any other electrical related concerns.
