Joe B. From Goettl came to my home yesterday to do a diagnostic on an older water heater. While he was there I asked him to check my other water heater since I have 2 as well as one of my toilets. I ended up needing 2 new water heaters, a water softener, new toilet and a pressure reducing valve. I was amazed at how very thorough he was. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process as simple and painless as possible for me. He explained what I needed done. One of my water heaters is in the attic and may require some boards around the attic stairs to be removed to get old water heater in as well as new one installed. He told me that Goettl would take care of everything which really made my life as a customer much easier. Other plumbers who provided me estimates said I would have to get a carpenter. While Joe B. was at my home, he also checked my water quality and pressure which I appreciated. He sat down with me, showed me pictures & videos of problem plumbing areas and provided me understandable information.If you have to do major plumbing repairs, Joe B. Is the guy to have by your side. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice man who took care of everything!

Technician quickly found source of the leak and then performed a great plumbing leak repair. Very professional and affordable. I felt like the price was more than reasonable for the service.

We had them come out to fix a couple of sprinkler valves. They were on time, very courteous , did a great job and they were reasonable. I recommended them to a neighbor for some plumbing repairs and they also did a great job for them.

I had paid for a spot leak test and was told I had 2 breaks under the house and I needed tunneling and probably 2 piers added. But I had a bad feeling about the company and the guys that did the test, like they were maybe not honest. So I was recommended to Henry with Plumbit from my neighbor and Henry came and did another spot leak test and found a 3 leak. And even with 3rd leak and adding jetting to clean the pipes from the sink that were coded with grease, the price came out about the same as my first quote. His work was clean, professional and done with that extra care will all hope to get. I wish I don’t have to spend money on repairs but I got lucky using Henry because he did an awesome good. Highly recommend and I will be using and recommending him from here on for plumbing need

This company was recommended by a neighborhood Facebook page. They scheduled an appointment to come by sometime between nine and noon to fix our backed up kitchen sink. They said that the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to getting to the house. By 1130 there was still no call and nobody has shown up. At noon my wife called and they said that they were behind and that we were next in line. By 2 PM no one had showed up or called. My wife canceled the appointment. I’m in the pest control industry and understand the importance of communication with my customers especially if I’m going to be running late. I’m a flexible person and have no problem if somebody’s running behind. However, it’s not complicated to reach out to your customer and let them know. If you know anything about business then you know that communication is key. Unfortunately for them they will no longer receive business from me or ever be referred in a positive way.

Just had Ramon and Jesse of Legend Plumbing replace the whole house pressure regulator. Called Legend Plumbing at 1:30 a.m. and talked with a very nice and calm rep who answered my concerns so that I could stop the immediate problem. Booked my appointment right then, and Ramon and Jesse arrived by 9:00 a.m. They were nice, polite, clean, efficient and explained clearly just what they were doing. I will absolutely use Legend Plumbing in the future.
