The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. I was skeptical about replacing my whole air conditioning system after getting an estimate from a different company that was astronomical! This company wanted to replace everything, which sounded crazy—but the first company did not have the same circumspect approach. They came out twice to examine my unit and found it in good working order and with no emergent problems. You can’t buy character like this anymore—and they were polite and on time too! Reeves came out to do a clean out of the sewer line due to a clog. The clean out was satisfactory. At the same time, I received a quote to repair the sewer line. When I called to schedule the work, I was told the proposal was wrong, I was quoted the wrong price, and the new price was $2K more than the price quoted. I have a written proposal detailing the costs. Reeves refused to honor the proposal and quote. This is unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about Chad, Christian, and everyone else at Accurate Leak & Line!We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

New homeowners here! Our water heater went out late at night, and we were not sure what the issue was. We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. It was an easy fix, and I appreciate that the technician helped us fix it ourselves instead of coming out and charging us!! We will definitely be using Dallas Plumbing Company for any future work ?

The team was in time and quick to do the work. Quick response when I reached out for help - shutting down gas and water lines to an apartment and got a range of prices for the work which I appreciated because I at least wanted to be prepared for the sticker shock. After the work was complete I was told I had the best case scenario and paid the lower price on my range. Even if it had been the top end i still appreciated knowing what to prepare for. Team was reliable and I’ll have them back for my next project.

I called HMP for a 'second opinion.' Turns out they saved me almost $5000...job was removing a section of sewer line with roots in it. Lee spent considerable time explaining what would be done and what the charge would be for each procedure, and answering all questions and concerns. No surprises or hidden charges. Techs were knowledgeable and professional, prompt and tidy. Great service.
