The other company we called we were waiting on new toilets 3 days when I called for status they never ordered them and told us the parts were obsolete so they had to be replaced. Nick's guys showed up as they were suppose to evaluated the situation came back as promised the next morning with all the parts and fixed both of the toilets, Just in the Nick of time according to my husband. The plumber was nice and respectful. He thoroughly inspected the issues I was having and diagnosed the problems. 2 of the issues he showed me how to fix it myself, which was very easy and quick. The main issue turned out to be a leaky roof and not a pipe. So in the end they didn't charge me anything. Very happy about the honesty and no service charge just for coming out.

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

It took two service calls for my repair. However, both issues could have been addressed in one visit. First visit was the installation of a gas shut off valve ($170). The second was a pressure test of the system ($594). The shut off valve took less than 15 minutes; the gas pressure test was only slightly more than an hour. I was informed I was paying for a gas company inspection and city permit even though the property is not in the city limits. My correction of this fact was ignored by Texas Quality Plumbing and Eric. My call to Centerpoint indicated my service was not in an area where a permit would be required. I saw this as an effort to run up my bill. I felt compelled to pay and was asked to do so before the job was completed. Unfortunately, I needed the gas back on as soon as possible due to the cold weather and being 2 days before Christmas for the first visit and just days before the New Year's holidays on the second visit. My call to the main office was never returned nor did they provide any justification for the cost of a nonexistent permit.

If they had 6 stars they would earn it! They helped out many people during the winter storm!

Clyde #979 arrived quickly after our SOS call for our kitchen sink clog. We were about to have to wash the dishes in the bathtub. Clyde was courteous and professional. He solved the problem quickly with his motorized snake. We were so grateful! He did a great job, and he highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter!

Amazing experience! I had a well know company out to look at my leak a few days prior and they wanted to charge me over $1,000 to do work on my faucet. Mr Rooter tech came out and immediately saw that it was my AC unit drain line. Cost me less than $200 ? Best experience and Luke was very informative, took the time to explain in detail what exactly was the problem and how it could be fixed.
