Needed one outlet replaced. No rewiring, no electrical problems, just a plug. AI Plus agreed to give us an estimate. After arriving two hours late for the three hour scheduled time frame they sent an invoice not an estimate of $200. to replace the outlet. Happy for those who posted good reviews as I support fair pricing. Sorry for me this did not work out for us.

I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and look at the breaker box in my salon. Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. Our experience with Next Door Electric was phenomenal! Tae was able to diagnose our outlet and breaker problem with exact details on how it should be fixed. Within the next appointment Tae was able to set up the new breaker in less than 30 minutes! The same week we had an unexpected short circuit with our electric stove top and they were able to send out Sal who helped fix the issue with no service charge because we had done business with them in the same week! Talk about a great customer experience!!! As first time home owners we’re so glad we can rely on this company over and over again. 100% will continue to use their services.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

I've had the pleasure of working with Ian on business matters, but unfortunatly I do not live in his service area. If I did, I would most certainly use him for my electrical needs. Additionally I've met his technicians as well, they are true professionals, unlike some elecricians ive hired in the past for repair.
