I never leave public reviews but Riddell Plumbing truly deserves one! They are beyond GREAT! I have used them several times ( for my elderly mom) for emergency and routine work. The best customer service and response and professionals I have ever used!!! On the phone, at the house, everyone exceeds my expectations. Sam is very professional. He answers all calls and text. I was having a problem with my toilet and he FaceTime me so he could look at it first. He’s fair with his prices. I would recommend him,he is my plumber if I have any issues.

Had my sewer line and water heater replaced. Jeff is an awesome plumber and did an excellent job even in the HOTTEST part of the day.He went under my budget as well. I really appreciated his honesty and was upfront about what needed to be done unlike the other two plumbers I had gotten quotes from.

Called for services and was told someone could fix my issue same day. Never received any updates or apologies. When I tried to call there was no answer and voicemail was always full. Will never invest and waste time in this company again.

The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

Freddy and his team are lifesavers! During this crazy winter storm we had a pipe burst, I called him around 9am and he got someone out here to fix our busted pipe by 1pm. All the other plumbers I called either didn’t answer or said the soonest they could come out is March. I would 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone!

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.
