Best plumbing service I’ve ever received. From the initial phone call to the end of my service, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful. Luke came out within two hours of my initial phone call and was better than I could’ve ever expected. He explained things and didn’t try to up-sell in any way. He was transparent and upfront about all needs and prices from beginning to end. Nowadays, overpricing or suggesting things that the customers aren’t familiar with in order to make money is all too common. My experience with Cooper Plumbing was nothing like that.
