Steve the plumber, who came was absolutely the best guy. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and so understanding and kind. He is the reason I would recommend your company to any of my friends. Absolutely the best plumber I’ve ever had in my life. He deserves a raise, and very high praises. He was in the process of training someone when he came to my house. What a perfect person for training. I cannot say enough about this guy. Absolute perfection.

Was on vacation and pipes busted. Called from airport to schedule them to come out to fix pipes that busted during freeze and continued to leak. Scheduled for Monday. Got a call on NYE that they could come out early. Fixed my issue and got my water running again for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

I supervise a manufacturing business that was in need for updated plumbing to our main water line throughout the facility. Mr. Rooter did a great job replacing over 350 ft. They did the work safely and prepared themselves for training to use our scissor lifts. We figured it wasn’t going to be an easy job, but they managed to complete everything within our goals. We went thru our home warranty service for my 81 year old disabled mother. The technician Steve came to the property looked at the water heater literally a couple minutes and said she should call someone else to service it because he would need to do too many modifications. He then quoted her 3k. if he were to do the work. (Why assume she did not have the resources to pay.) ?? Then he left the property leaving no invoice or itemization for his quoted charge.I called the home warranty company to verify & they were unable to give us a quote because they did not have the diagnosis from Mr. Rooter. In fact they asked how could they quote u without forwarding us the diagnosis for coverage.I called the office and spoke with Kayla & request they fwd the diagnosis to the warranty co to get an accurate quote and to also fwd to me After the 3rd request it was sent and the total cost including uncovered items (mods/permit) was $1800! Where did Steve w/Mr Rooter come up with $3k?! What if my mother would have paid it day of service? Would they have refunded the difference? In addition I requested a personal copy of the invoice with diagnostic codes and permit and modifications needed… it took 1 WEEK to get it. Just the invoice….Overall my families experience was awful on customer service alone.I asked for the mgr & was told he’s the owner and he doesn’t come every day but Kayla would msg him to call me & he may take 48 hours to respond Ok??‍♀️I am a business owner & I immediately recognize poor service. They had not secured the job yet & the service was substandard, I can only imagine what it would have been 3k later.??????

The Technician called and said when he'd be there and was there on time. Did the job and cleaned up the mess.He explained what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future.I received a follow up call the next day to check that everything was okay.I will definitely call Mr Rooter for future plumbing needs.

I don’t remember the technician that service my clogged sink but he was very professional! I was hesitant to use Mr. Rooter given that they were a smaller company but I’m so glad that I did. The technician arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the issue. He was able to give me a very thorough explanation of the issue and answered any questions/concerns I had.

Armando was great and explained what he was doing and steps to help keep my drains clear. Very professional, informative and kept the area clean while working. He also made sure the clog was draining the way it should before leaving

I used them to repair two gas leaks. Manny was quick to get us on the schedule, and Buddy and Jordan were helpful when they came out. Highly recommend!TLDR: quick to come out, affordable and knowledgeable.

After over twenty plus years, I concluded that my hot water heater needed to be replaced whether it was causing issues or not. I had 3 companies come out and assess my system and provide quotes. Eventually I went with the company recommended by a friend because she recently had the same services performed and she indicated how thorough and professional they were. She was absolutely correct because they promptly came out, assessed the area and provided several options, without any high pressure sales tactics. On the day of installation, Jose (the installer) arrived on schedule and commenced the replacement process. After installation he went over the warranty, provided a briefing on the system and answered all of my questions up to and including the registration process for the extended warranty. Overall this was an efficient, safe and thorough installation.

My repairman, Christian, was very professional, informative, timely, yet friendly and personal with us and I very much enjoyed having him as our repairman. I will request him next time I need services from this company and I will use them again. I was very happy with the outcome and the work that was done.

Came 24 hours earlier than they promised! It was great!!

Overall, the service was great. Daisy was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough about fixing the problems.However, I made an appointment for which I had to leave work early and it was cancelled. They rescheduled for the next day att the same time. They said that they would call if someone could come earlier. I'm glad that I didn't run my errands. They ended up coming way (nearly 5 hours) earlier than the appointment.The prices seem to be a little inflated. They gave me a flat quote without itemization. They only sent it on the receipt. They could have charged me for anything considering there isn't a price list. They gave me a quote for additional work that also seemed to be a bit much. I declined and found an alternative solution at Home Depot for $20 instead of $2300.

Adam and the man who assisted him were fantastic. Janet in the office was also extremely helpful. AAA for this group. I will definitely call upon Mr. Rooter again. They charged a little more than other estimates I gathered, but they were honest, timely, and explained everything very clearly. You do get what you pay for! Thank You guys! You are appreciated!

Amazing experience! I had a well know company out to look at my leak a few days prior and they wanted to charge me over $1,000 to do work on my faucet. Mr Rooter tech came out and immediately saw that it was my AC unit drain line. Cost me less than $200 ? Best experience and Luke was very informative, took the time to explain in detail what exactly was the problem and how it could be fixed.

I called Mr. Rooter after my home warranty gave me a company that doesn't work on weekends. It was Christmas Eve and they still came out. Very professional and prompt. Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with future calls if needed. I will certainly use them again and if I drop the home warranty this will be my new plumbing company.

Luke was excellent he was nice and considerate. He let me explain to him what was going on and then he did his own synopsis of what was wrong with my drain. HE WAS CORRECT!! Not only did he fix the problem he made sure everything else was working accordingly in the other rooms(kitchen, toliet, bathroom sink) also he cleaned up after himself very well. Had my water heat serviced by them the other day after my hot water heater decided not to heat my water. I called them and they had a technician out to my house with in a few hours. Steven was the technician that came out he was able to fix the problem with in 30 mins for a reasonable price. Steven answered all my questions and provided some good advice . All in all this experience with Mr. Rooter was pleasant and the job was done quickly to where I was able to get on with my day with out major delays. Will be referring Mr. Rooter to people I know that have plumbing issues.

Another company had given me a high estimate for work that I wasn’t sure was necessary. Daisy came out the next day and correctly evaluated and fixed the problem. I paid less than I would have with the first company. More importantly, I have found a company and plumber that I trust. Thank you!

I had an after hours emergency (busted pipe)I felt like each person that I spoke with cared about my situaton and wanted to help me. A tech arrived even quicker than expected. Turns out the pipe replacement would be a 'two man job' but he did a temp fix so we could have running water and needed to schedule to come back with another tech to complete the work. He was flexible with time/date to work around our schedule. I was nervous about cost too since this is a bigger company and the after hours service but the price was very reasonable. Overall great expierence, will definitely keep that magnet on my fridge for future use.

Mr. Rooter was wonderful! I had some serious leaks with my shower and hot water heater late on a Friday. They worked very diligently to do their best to get a technician out there that night. Our technician, Adam, was able to make it out that night and worked until 11pm to help fix our problems. He had to saw a few things for the next day, but he was extremely helpful in helping us fix our critical issues in a timely manner. He was very honest and upfront with prices as well and did what he could to save me money. We don't live in the house, either, so but Adam and Mr. Rooter communicated very well to me throughout. I'll definitely be using them next one I need any plumbing work done.

Came home late Friday night to a leaking hot water heater (in our attic) and immediately called our home warranty company. They sent us Larry who assessed the damage and set to work. We didn't want to replace our ancient tank heater with another tank (that would just leak eventually) so Larry worked it out with our home warranty and got us an upgrade to a sleek, new tankless system! Lee joined him shortly to help with the new electrical work and building the new platform to mount our new unit.They were AMAZING! Prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and thorough....all the things you wish for in a plumber! They worked diligently at my outdoor electrical panel and in super tight quarters in my creepy attic and installed the most glorious hot water heater ever...my husband can now take 45 minute scalding hot showers AND I can take one right after! No more hot water battles and (best of all) NO MORE LEAKING TANKS IN THE ATTIC!I really couldn't have asked for better plumbers, Larry is the resident hot water expert and Lee is a whiz with the electrical side. They made a great team and had me up and running with minimal down time. I'll be calling them in future for all my plumbing needs, thanks Mr. Rooter!!

When we moved into our house our faucet for the washing machine was so old and rotted that I called Mr. Rooter to see if they could try to fix/replace it. They were able to come the next day and the tech was on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He also did a check around the house inside and outside to see if there was anything else that need to get repaired. Overall I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!!!

I have been using Mr Rooter for 20years and once i didnt and regretted it. Mr Rooter has always done excellent work and been on time. The service they provide is always friendly and job well done. A few times they have gone way above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them for anything you need.

The guy who came and helped was very professional and punctual. Explained everything that needed to be done and even recommended how to help prevent the same issue from occuring again. Very knowledgeable and nice.

We had a great experience with Jason of Mr. Rooter over the weekend. We needed to change a shower faucet out and my husband attempted it on his own. When he saw the job was to big for him, I called Mr. Rooter. Jason arrived at 6pm on Saturday and saw that it was a several hour job. He came back early on Sunday morning to make sure the repair was complete before our open house at 2pm. He was courteous and professional, we are extremely happy with the service!

Unfortunately, this is the worst experience using a contractor in my life, I received a quote via email and verbal confirmation from the Mr. Rooter rep. Attached a quoted from email.As discussed on the phone earlier, we quoted you the preliminary price for a 40 gallon water heater, in the attic of $1,360.43.The arrangements were made with my family member, the next following day a Mr. Rooter service technician arrived to replace the water heater and I was surprised the total amount came up to $2,980.00. I immediately spoke with the service technician and was verbally abused about someone paying for the final bill. He refused to leave and several calls were made to the dispatcher center for Mr. Rooter whom told us they couldn't do anything. The service technician was uncooperative, very argumentative, and unprofessional, constantly questioning my character to my previous family for refusing to pay the unquoted amount.It turns out the service technician arrive with no knowledge of the quote, so he was misinformed from the beginning. Mr. Rooter provided no service call out instructions or information on the task, and basically send a unqualified service technician to preform the exchange of a simple water heater. This event lead for fours day until we received a credit back for the difference from the service manager whom was no where to be reached during this situation over the weekend.Please avoid this business and hopefully someone else doesn't deal with the similar issue.

Called, Daisy was prompt, very professional and did a great job of resolving the problem. Left my place cleaner than it was when she arrived. Would easily refer Daisy and Mr. Rooter to friends.

unethically dishonestthe technician michael and his assistant had come to repair the main valve as well as a leakage due to a faulty toilet pump.the toilet pump valve needed to be replaced. michael asked me if they could come back after the part (under warranty) had arrived. we told them that our contractor could do the replacement. michael told me that the replacement part had been ordered. I was a bit surprised as of how quick the part was ordered (within a few minutes), but thought maybe he had inside connections to do that much quicker than I could.after waiting for almost 4 weeks, the part never came. I contacted customer service via email. sharon responded and told me that michael had ordered the part again. it would be delivered to their office, and they asked me again if they could come out for installation. I told them that wouldn’t be needed as our contractor would be doing that. I asked them to let me know when the part had arrived, so that our contractor could go to their office to pick it up.after waiting for 3 weeks, the part still never came. I contacted sharon again. she said that the order had been shipped to our house. what? they told me earlier that it had been ordered and would be shipped to their office. now it had been shipped to our house? notice how the story had changed?sharon’s last email to me was on may 15th. I had contacted her twice (on may 18th and may 22nd) asking for the part number so that I could contact the manufacturer.we had to figure out the part number (which was the main reason why we contacted Mr. Rooter’s customer service in the first place), and contacted the manufacturer. they said that they never got any request to send a replacement part to our home address.it was when I realized that michael had never ordered the part in the first place. it is because we had declined for them to come back again for the installation, thus no reason for them to order the part.we are beyond disgusted that we had to wait more than 2 months for a part that never came. and with their empty promises of having ordered the part. to us, that was unethically dishonest (because we had declined their offer to come over to do the part replacement). they could have given us the part number and asked us to make an order ourselves instead of waiting for nothing.

I manage a property in Houston from Dallas, which recently had a major plumbing issue. I was able to coordinate the entire process remotely. They were able to put me in contact with the plumbing technician on site, I was provided updates on status including pictures via email. They even took care of the city inspection of the work completed. It made the process as stress free as possible. Excellent service and great follow-up

I have dealt with a LOT of companies in this hometown of mine but, I have never experienced ANYTHING like Mr. Rooter! I had an overall check done of my new home (new build) and Michael was thorough, informative and helpful in checking EVERYTHING, explaining how it all works and teaching me how to maintain and check things going forward. I am still in awe of this experience. He was also very considerate of my home; from placing a mat outside the front door, to putting on those shoe wrap things that must embarrass men, to my walls and just everything in our home! I will always call Mr. Rooter for any issue I have going forward! I can highly and honestly recommend this company - especially if Michael is any indication of their overall competence and courtesy!

The crew was on site promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The contract was to clear blocked french drains and clean the area. It was all done professionally. Pricing was slightly higher than others but it was worth it.

Steven was great-courteous-helpful-worked his tail off-wil recommend to everyone.

Service was to install gas line for whole home generator. They were always on the job when promised, provided excellent service, and a nice clean job.

Tech was very professional

Priced me a flat rate for a simple drain cleaning when I called to schedule the work due to a slow drain--not even clogged. I received a call the day the service was to be performed and was advised the plumber was on his way and would be at my home in about an hour. Two hours later, still no plumber. The plumber finally arrived about an hour and a half after dispatch said he would be at my home. Then, he promptly tried to upcharge me for approximately 3 times what I was quoted days before---not because there were additional problems with my drain---that's just what they charge and I received bad information when I scheduled the job with their office. Plumber called his supervisor Jonathan, but Jonathan didn't care what they told me on Saturday when I scheduled the job, that I took off work, or that I sat around waiting on his plumber for over an hour. The best rate Jonathan could offer me was $128.00 for a simple drain cleaning. No thanks! What a total waste of my time. Needless to say I will never call Mr. Rooter again.

I called about no cold water coming out of my shower. I asked how much they would charge to fix and lady on phone said someone would have to come look at the problem, but no charge for an estimate. So 2 workers came and were at my house maybe 6 minutes and said we fixed it. I was not told how much it would cost before they fixed it. $150.00 for diagnostic fee. No charge for estimate.

I loved their services. I had to schedule a same day appointment and I had someone here within an hour of calling. The tech explained everything in debt and solved the problem in our warehouse.

Called on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day! No charge for estimate or for coming out on a Sunday. Perez was very professional, and walked us through not only our leak problems ( toilet, shower), but showed us that our 16 yr old water heater was in need of replacement in the near future. No pressure at all to buy one, and he said he could have one installed that same day. Perez brought my husband into the attic to look at the water heater, and took pictures for me (to hot for me to go up), we went ahead with the install of that too. Would highly recommend, and will call them for future plumbing needs. Ask for Perez to come out and diagnose your plumbing needs!

I had a simple task, one I have done myself hundreds of times (my father ran a plumbing company) so very familiar with task. However I am 82 years old and just don't bend, squat and move like I used to. The toilet flow control valve needed replacing as it was leaking. They replaced it and performed a free inspection of our plumbing.

Joe came out and cleaned the drain in the master bathroom. the drain from the washing machine was also clogged. He found that the pipes had corroded and needed to be replaced. He started the job the next day and it was completed not long after that. The timing included a city inspection. All is in working order. Mr.Rooter has been our plumber of choice for a few years now and we are very happy with them.

Always excellent! I has used them on and off for the last 15-18 years! Always on time, clean, accomplished and the plumbers offer good advice and tips on how to maintain the plumbing and pipes.

We were quoted a price of 1400 to fix the flange connected from pvc to cast iron. My father originally replaced the sink, bathtub, and toilet 2 years ago. We explained to the service tech the issue, but he used the camera and said it was all good so we had to call them back out. Same guy comes out the next day with another excuse and tells us to wait for an additional 3 days without the ability to use the bathroom. We he comes out we were charged 300 to simply lift the toilet, then he sees that it is the exact thing we informed him of and tells us it will be 4300 dollars now. We changed our minds after a couple of hours and the following day were charged 2100 dollars for absolutely nothing. My mother offered to give them 500 for just the time out of their schedule it took up, but not an additional 1600 for not doing the work. I highly advise before you call this company, to check ALL other available resources for your repair.

Had camera work done on old cast iron pipes and they were very efficient in getting someone out to verify old pipe was in good shape. The house is for purchase and the estimates were in range of market price.

The Problem is there... but the field manager is on top of the problem.. re the foundation lifted in the Bathroom.. from changing pipe...Thank you ... still waiting for the solution solve.. the Call teams are excellent the Rescue team was quick and couple hours solution..for back up water . The digging and main pipe changing work team took many days and could not finish within a week .. Let's see if they solve my main pipe under the house problem.. not finish so do not know yet.. Mr. Rooter inspector was too confidence and too busy... For house wife point of view.. need to understand how it works .. The explanation of the main pipe dig deep 2-3 people could be under holes ( underneath the kitchen area)... it should be secured and explained for the customer in detail for what to expect for having the main hole open for many days before signing up the works.. So quick to sign and so forceful until seeing the hole underneath.. the procedure of changing the main pipe did not indicate until the action work .until the digging team made holes for two days.. .So the owner concerned .. The explanation was not clear except saying they were working so many houses that no problem..but did not show what area what type of house.. . The customer wanted more explanation in scientific explanation not just more upset answer..more insulting answers by the Rooter Coordinator.. please, consider to explain in more detail.. before signing up the paper ,make an action and very forceful sales.. The big sum of money charged within a minute but the work left out as excuses for finishing other jobs first...

Two young gentlemen entered our home, and onto the laundry room. They were well trained, and each one carried themselves in a professional, yet personal way. Within a matter of minutes, they had successfully re-stared our water heater pilot light, and without charge and we were flabbergasted!It was just the opposite experience we had with a different firm, and they took advantage of our ages, and frail conditions and committed fraud and interstate criminal actions against our persons, and property. We have nothing but accolades for your young, talented technicians. Your name is made stronger, and your training more ethical than any plumbing establishment that we have encountered. Charge 600.00 to look with a cámara trying to charge 8000.00 dlls for repairs call two other plumbers for opinions and they just charge 200.00 to take toilette paper and wipes out of the pipe , no roots no damage one star just because the crust plumber look like a nice men but really they didn’t do nothing …..

I reported to this company that a gang member was part of their company... No body has contacted me for details. Like they don't care if a gang member comes into people's homes. I'm amazed, but I'm not surprised. This is too big of a company to care about small things.

Excellent service and great competence . I have had terrible experiences with other plumbing companies But this company has been first class and always trustworthy and most important They do what they say and they advise you of your problem before attempting to repair ????

I don't see my original post. Worst experience ever! Still waiting on a call back from owner and so is the attorney helping me. I know someone will come and post responses so please don't post just return the phone call so we can settle without going to court. Came to my home tried to install a damaged water heater; was caught. Then the techs caused water damage to my first floor ceiling and sent out contractors who did a crappy job. If you'll double check your paper work you'll see we never signed off on the work because I know that's your favorite comeback. PLEASE CALL BACK I AM NOT GOING AWAY UNTIL THIS IS ADDRESSED!

Excellent work, arrived toward the end of the time window but received several phone calls updating the estimated time of arrival. Very considerate and professional.

Prompt after hours service (7pm). Plumber was professional. No service call quote/fee, or after hours fee. Started job in the dark (leak was on exterior of home) but the job was completed the next morning due to not having a part. Plumber returned as scheduled to complete job.
