I had a leak on my water meter, ( my side of the meter not the city's) so it falls on the homeowner to repair. One call to Keith and the leak was repaired when promised, and within the time estimate. I will call on Hunter-Jackson again. Thank you for an outstanding job.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I just had to rave about Pedro with Major League Plumbing, LLC. Like others, we had disastrous leaks and numerous issues from the Arctic Freeze in February, but thankfully, we found Pedro who was able to come in and help us out immediately! We did a repair that would hold us for a few weeks so others in dire need had a chance to get assistance. Today we finally replaced our galvanized pipes. Major League Plumbing did an outstanding job! They were very respectful and professional throughout the process. During a time of COVID and not allowing others in our home, we felt completely safe with MLP. The employees wore masks and were very clean for such a dirty job. MLP is efficient, has excellent customer-service, and extremely fair in pricing. I can assure you that Major League Plumbing is the only company I will call in the future. I would suggest this company to all of my friends and family in need.

Joe came out on the coldest day of that big freeze and helped me get my water shut off at my meter after I busted our main shutoff. I would have had a big mess on my hands when my pipes thawed out if it hadn't been for Joe. Especially in the Museum District or 3rd Ward, if you need a plumber, call Joe!

Kenneth was very professional. Responded quickly when I called. I take care of my 82 year old mother and we were without water during the recent winter vortex and holiday for 5 days. Ended up with 2 busted pipes. He repaired them quickly. So grateful. Would highly recommend him.

We used this plumber (Ben) to repipe our house. He originally started at $5000. After further inspection, but before the job started, he informed me he would need $8500. I thought ' that sounds high, but at least it's all in', and we proceeded with the job. After the job concluded (a job in which no changes were made) he informed me that I 'OWED' him another $1000 for his work.I had used him a few months prior and he had the AUDACITY to ask me for a tip after I paid $500 for a hose spigot repair (emergency, i was thankful).This is a BAD PREDATORY BUSINESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPEEDWAY

I couldn't recommend Eduardo and the team at ErnTex Plumbing more!! They were excellent!At the worst time in the middle of an ice storm I needed a plumber. I was not expecting the level of service and professionalism from Eduardo when he arrived. He was on time (very late at night due to the emergency repairs) and perhaps the most polite professional and friendly service provider I have ever used!They worked quickly, found the leaks, repaired them the first time and helped me with addressing other concerns outside of their scope of work. My wife and I were very impressed with a level of service we would not expect in the middle of the day let alone at 11:00pm!!Thank you to the ErnTex Plumbing Team!

We discovered a leak inside our home Christmas Eve at 11:30pm and when I called on Christmas Day the next morning, after leaving several voice messages for recommended plumbers - Santhoff called me back in 30 minutes and got someone to our house that afternoon, identified and repaired the leak. I was so grateful to their quick response, detection and repair on a holiday!

His work is so good

The service from this company is horrible. The Plummer stated that he would return to our home and never returned. He also showed up at the job with his two year old son. The lack of communication and professional is ridiculous. Then to add insult to injury he promised to return to the home and never did. He also would not answer the phone when I tried to call to question his whereabouts. Please find a reparable plumbing company. This is the worst service that I have ever received.
