I was referred to Streamline by a friend. She was so right about Colin and his team! Colin sent Brian to my home the next day and he was terrific! He knew exactly what was needed for the two toilets, had the parts on the van and fixed them quickly. He tried to un-jam my disposal, but no luck. In order to get me taken care of the same day, Brian shopped their sources for a contractor priced disposal and installed it perfectly! I couldn't be happier with Brian and Colin's professionalism and excellent service. Brian left saying, We're here for you! Super! Thank you.

I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.

Joe came out on the coldest day of that big freeze and helped me get my water shut off at my meter after I busted our main shutoff. I would have had a big mess on my hands when my pipes thawed out if it hadn't been for Joe. Especially in the Museum District or 3rd Ward, if you need a plumber, call Joe!

So I called to make an appointment for a toilet repair because the reviews were good. The lady that answered the phone was very abrupt and was rushing me through the call. I was apprehensive in this moment about this business but I made the appointment, hour range 11am-1pm. When the latter hour of my appointment expired and no one had shown up or called, I called the business number. Some man answered and he kept hanging up the phone in my face. This happened at least 4 times. My experience with this company was terrible from the appointment stage. You must treat your customers (and potential) well.
