This business is a commercial plumbing company, work is mostly related to commercial and industrial applications.

Had to have my pipe from the house to the city sewer and received a few bids. Ed came out that day and gave me the best price, plus his guys were able to do it the next day and were finished by the time we got home from work! Seriously was impressed, now I recommend them to all my real estate clients, friends, and family.

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!

They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

Incompetent office staff. I had been a previous customer. I had set up an appointment, but no show or call. Called office and she said she would call me right back. No return call, so I called again later and left a message. Again no call back that day nor the next business day. Incompetent office staff. I won't waste my time with them again.

Technician's friendly, but get a final price before work. To install only a water heater and replace pressure backflow preventer part cost was $900. While we can understand price mark up with demand the price was extremely high.

This is a sad excuse of professional service. The owner of this Astro Plumbing , saw absolutly nothing wrong with triple charging a customer after being asked repeatidly to give an estimate/ quote before starting and did not...so he proceeded to stand over an infant while screaming at the poor mother who was home alone with newborn child! He refused to leave after being asked by the frightened lady and finally did after a male was called to help her. This company clearly does not care for a future in this line of work or any area directly dealing with people. The way the OWNER tried to rip off and then bully a female is disgusting. Would not ever do business with Astro Plumbing or recommend to anyone

Worked for them through a staffing agency and they do not pay they're hours worked on time. Don't answer they're phone and are unprofessional.

Broke tile on floor by dropping tools, left hand prints on painted cabinets which have to be repainted, pipe leaked after they completed work.

Mr. Brown and his team were timely, experienced and courteous.
