Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

Amazing service and expertise as usual. I used Han/Conn Plumbing Services awhile back. They repaired my galvanized pipe at a very reasonable rate. That was why I called them back. I highly recommend it.

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!

They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

The people giving them favorable reviews must be family. They don't return phone calls, don't come or call when they say they will.
Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.

I called to see how long the wait list was to get the plumbing fixed at my house due to the freeze, fully realizing and prepared that it would be long. The woman on the phone laughed when I asked how long, didn’t even tell me, and preceded to brag about how expensive it would be. This establishment was recommended to me by a client and I am thoroughly dissatisfied. How dare you laugh in the face of someone else’s misfortune then brag about the price.

This is a sad excuse of professional service. The owner of this Astro Plumbing , saw absolutly nothing wrong with triple charging a customer after being asked repeatidly to give an estimate/ quote before starting and did not...so he proceeded to stand over an infant while screaming at the poor mother who was home alone with newborn child! He refused to leave after being asked by the frightened lady and finally did after a male was called to help her. This company clearly does not care for a future in this line of work or any area directly dealing with people. The way the OWNER tried to rip off and then bully a female is disgusting. Would not ever do business with Astro Plumbing or recommend to anyone

Worked for them through a staffing agency and they do not pay they're hours worked on time. Don't answer they're phone and are unprofessional.
