I DO NOT recommend GEI! Previously called GEI in 2021 and they had been honest about an issue they couldn’t fix and did not charge. After this experience, I called them last week to fix a leaking bathroom sink. They charged me $130 and changed a valve when the issue was a leaking hose, then told me that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. I was left with a sink which was still leaking after hours spent at the house, and the plumber didn’t bother to clean-up, leaving parts on the floor and by the sink. There was no promise to return to fix the issue. I had to complain to the owner, who sent 2 plumbers back on the weekend, only to tell me again that the hose was leaking… and again NOT fix the issue. I ordered a new hose on Amazon for $13.00 and my dad installed it in 10 minutes. I am shocked that GEI charged me so much to waste my time, “fix” the wrong issue, even misdiagnose it a 2nd time stating the whole faucet needed to be replaced. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use GEI again.

Requested plumber to fix sewer drainage issue. Plumber came and quoted $600 to use snake drain to get ride of the clog. I asked for warranty incase it was not a clog but the boss could not verify if it is actually clog or not so can not agree to warranty. So off the bat they have no clue what they are doing. I told plumber to proceed and after a while plumber could not find the clog. In the mean time it was getting late, I was asked to pay for half ($300) and was told plumber will come back tomorrow to use camera to find the issue. Throughout the process plumber was clueless about everything and calling his boss on the phone. The next day I went to find another plumber for half the price to find the issue. Would not recommend GEI plumbing at all. Overpriced and unqualified.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They came to my house to disconnect my kitchen sink and bathroom sink for work to be done by a contractor. They misplaced one of the connections to my bathroom sink. When I called to ask where the part was I was told by the manager it's a pvc pipe you can go and buy it yourself or we can come out and reconnect it but it's going to cost you money. He also said you cant call me a month later.....it was tge end of last week. I literally could have disconnected it myself in 5 minutes but the contractor wanted a professional to do it because of insurance. Extremely unprofessional neither worker could speak English. They had to call the office let me speak to the office then they translate. The manager is rude and very unprofessional!!!!!! Steer clear trust me.

SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

GEI was great at not only getting someone out same day, but also in cutting the cost of what would’ve been a major repair! I hesitated calling a second plumber after receiving a $3000 quote for an outside water leak, however, my instincts told me otherwise. My 5 year-old portable AC unit crapped out on me. I work from home, and found the stifling heat unbearable. I'd wanted Central Air for quite a while. GEI Plumbing Services did a complete plumbing set-up for our new powder room. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. We also took advantage of having a plumber in the house to do some minor fixes in the bathrooms upstairs. The plumber was able to fix the flow in one shower, and eliminated the leak in the other.

We had an emergency on Sunday and after calling many plumbers GEI was the only one to say they would be happy to come to our rescue. It took 2 days to do the repair. We sprung a leak in our century old main stack and had a few companies come to quote the Job. One plumber from GEI Plumbing Services was very professional, responsive and had a reasonable quote. This is a big job - replacing the rotten cast iron drain from the top of the house all the way down to the basement and getting behind old plaster walls. The work was completed in record time by an experienced team. I have since hired GEI Plumbing Services again for a smaller job to fix the venting in our basement. I will hire them again!

Sales person gave me a bid to replace my tankless water heater. They showed up late in the day because they had trouble locating the unit. Turns out the replacement unit required 2 vents instead of one like the unit I had. Got a call from the owner at 9:30 PM with half the job done. He made me approve another $399 work order to cover what he said was half the cost of the additional vent they had to put thru my roof. Their sales person had my bid approved by the owner and they should have considered the additional vent. I was upset that they cut another hole in my roof on top of the additional cost. Owner told me to never call them again and hung up on me. He doesn’t need to worry about that.

My experience. 6:30pm, We noticed water on the brick coming from the pipe attached to the spicket (bib). I called and a plumber was able to come out just before 7:30pm. A person called and explained that a few pieces of brick needed to be removed to access the pipe. Charged $480 to access, the pipe, replace the pipe and a new spicket. OK. job was completed in 20 mins and no brick was removed. I called today for an adjustment. The guy text me and said that was the price. I advised him no brick was removed and last night he stated the price of $480 to remove brick and complete the job. Again he stated that was the price. He told me in a text that he did not charge us an after hours rate. If $480 is the rate this company charges during the day to replace a bib and spicket and not accessing through the brick, I dont know what there other services cost. The plumber used a wrench to unscrew the bib and remove it and screwed the new bib in with a wrench. At no time did he go into the brick. My family will not be using this company again. I have also copied text and invoice and placed it on my master planned communities facebook page to tell our experience so other people will not make the same mistake I did. I gave them 2 stars because they were able to come out at 7pm.

I called on a Saturday and the fee was double the price so I opted out and waited for Monday. Gave me a three hour window so I made sure I was here for it. The person gets here in an unmarked vehicle and at first I think it’s an actual plumbers apprentice or something because he look completely unprofessional with no name tag, uniform and couldn’t of been older than 21. To make a long story short he had absolutely no idea what he was doing nor did he know where to start. Took the pressure for our water lines for a solid hour and a half. He knocks on the door and says that they’ll be sending somebody today. I’m like what? They’re going to be sending somebody? He says yeah someone will be coming out today I’m like OK? Is there a time? I’ll text you as his response. He leaves and I get a phone call at 5:30 from a call center asking to reschedule for tomorrow as the problem was too complicated for him. I reluctantly rescheduled for the following morning. They give me a two hour window and a half into that two hour window I get no tax or anything so I’m thinking they’re about to no-show me. I called and tax and both people say they’re going to contact a plumber and have them reach out to me. One hour later there was no response so I cancel my appointment. Terrible experience and wasted my time for two days.

I called GEI plumber to help me out with a plugged main drain. My house was built in 72 and doesn't have a clean out in the backyard. They quoted me half the price of ARS and were here working on my plug in less than two hours. They were professional and quick in fixing my plug. I highly recommend them.

These guys were a joke, we were paying premium for weekend service but he didn’t have the parts he needed and 3 different guys ended up coming out, none of which knew what the previous guy had done or what materials he needed. They quoted me drywall repair in the estimate for changing the shower valve and then send me a $300.00 quote to fix the drywall they never fixed.

I wanted to install a backwater valve and shopped around with several contractors. I immediately liked the way Gei plumbing approached the conversation and he gave me a reasonable cost estimate. He came on site to scope the drains (in and out the house) to determine if there were any issues (this alone cost few hundred bucks with most plumbers). The next day his crew was on site, he coordinated the permits and inspection and the day after the work was completed. Everything happened as per the script. Job well done! Very unprofessional company. The foreman (Guy) states one thing regarding prices and services but has selective memory. Charges change day by day. The workers are very sloppy. The workers do not clean their messes nor leave your residence in the orderly manner it may have been before the repair work. The old sewer pipes were left in the corner of my yard-when I asked if the were responsible for removing and disposing they stated no-they are not responsible. (the pipes are too heavy for me to remove). This company should be rated F! One thing they have no problem with is getting your money. I do Not recommend them.-

They have great reviews with Google, but a D+ with the BBB. I called and was told there would be a $39 trip charge that would be deducted if I accepted the estimate and they did the work. There was no estimate given, they just did the work. I assumed that was because it wouldn't be much over the $39. It only took about half an hour (no supplies used) and then I was sent a bill for $200. I called and asked why I had not been given an estimate. The owner, Guy, called back and told me they don't do estimates if it's less than $200. I tried to talk but he kept cutting me off, telling me to stop complaining and just pay the bill. I finally had to hang up on him. I did pay the bill, but will NEVER use this company again!

I would not hire you if my life depend on the work you done for me in my house. I had 3 different was rings for the toilet but after the installation I only had one. I called the office the next day and was told that they didn't use the one that comes with the toilet. I just spoke with the so-owner and he very rude in the defense of the details trying to tell me what I told the installer he WAS NOT here when it was installed. He said something about Lowe's being the problem. The installers probably used my wax ring o another installation they had to do. I give a 1 STAR rating because that was as low as I could give this Company.

I had Gei plumbing services replacing all the pipes in my house.Job was very clean, the also have a remodeling company so they were able to send someone to close all the cuts in the drywall.Definitely recommending this company.I wanted a clean job and not to need to have a contractor coming after the plumber to complete repairs and with this company I was able to have all done in one stop shop.

Work was done in a neat and timely manner, work crew cleaned up the worksite after job completed. That being said, I also encountered “their price is wonky” problem that other customers encountered in reviews below. I have a broken sewer pipe and they charged me $425 for camera inspection. After about 40 minute’s effort, they declared unsuccessful and we were not even reach the collapsed section or determined what caused the blockage. They quoted me one price ($110 - $150 per foot) to dig and replace the pipe and tried to charge me $250/foot in final price adjustment. 5 stars for their crews but sadly 2 stars for their pricing ploy.

GEI plumbing service were considerate, economical, timely and respectful. They follow all the Sops in COVID. The guy who came to our house wore the marks and gloves. I have them install a water heater in my house and they were in and out in a flash and left no trace of their presence other than the positive memories of them blessing me with hot water once again. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They replaced the shutoff valve that provided water to our refrigerator that was installed over thirty years ago (that began to leak profusely). They responded to our request for help in just a few hours and did an impressive job without charging an exorbitant amount.

They were great! I called at 6:40ish in the evening and the phone was promptly answered, and they were able to come out the next morning. I received a couple of different choices, and they were honest in which way we went. As it turned out, we needed to redo the pipes under the sink. They quickly got the job done and included an upgraded garbage disposal at no additional cost. Through the entire job they were extremely professional and polite, and I was grateful they were the ones I called. We will definitely use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them.

So, they came within 24 hours. They did repair the pipe. It appeared to be a simple showerhead fix. The PVC broke off behind the wall directly behind the shower head.They cut a hole in the sheet rock. Assessed. Told me the charge. I approved.The plumber (super nice guy) worked on it from 5:15p-8:45p. Leaving twice for parts. Was notified at 8:45 the job had to be completed tomorrow due to needing more parts and Home Depot was closed. (I live approx 25min from the nearest home depot). Morning ETA time was 9 or 10a.At 11:09a, plumber returned worked on it from 11:09a-about 1:45p. At some point he had broken the pvc pipe further down the wall and had to replace that as well.When he left, I noticed glue and purple primer on my shower shelf. When they called for payment, I let them know of the issue and was told to use rubbing alcohol to get it off. Having worked with this stuff before, I doubted it would work. It took off the glue and began to soften the outer layer of my shower shell, which then started crumble off. The purple stuff is still there...in my all white shower. THAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO KEEP CLEAN AND WHITE.I have contemplated letting this go for a while now and have decided to be a Karen and file a complaint. I would add pictures, but there is nowhere to add them.Again, the pipe did get fixed, and the guy was a sweet man. But the shower shell looks like a construction site now. ?

Will never use this company again. Late 2x in one day. Walked on my carpet with shoes on. Im partial with masks but they had none. Plumbers were nice but did not provide a quote before work. I asked and was told they don’t know. Then came the $450-dollar surprise bill. I paid in full then voiced out my dissatisfaction. Office manager wants to argue so I told him to F off. Kept texting and calling after was told not to contact me anymore or will get the authorities involved. He still called several times so the cops had to get involved. Horrible experience with the back office. Plumbers were ok though my toilet is heavily scraped up that probably needs replacing now. Will definitely not call these people!

I found the contractor on Google. Reviewed their website and read their reviews. The technician, came out right away. He was very professional. He had the work force and the machinery to complete the plaza watermain replacement. I am happy with his work and he truly delivered on the quality. His team worked into the late evening hours to make sure the business was not too disrupted.

I was kept informed throughout. Due to illness within the company, my appointment was moved. The engineer was on time very polite & friendly. He even helped by fitting a new light bulb to a ceiling light which I had trouble with. Great service.

My new heroes! We had a pipe burst due to the freeze and the owner was at my house within a day and a half after I got on his list (when all other companies were quoting weeks out) . He is extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. His employee was out within an hour after receiving instructions from him and was also very courteous and friendly. I called Gei on very short time, they arrived on time and repair my water heater. I had my heater pipe leaked and boiling point wasn't working, they had it repair in few hours and charged very reasonable price. Recommended.

Guy was amazing. We called him when our water heater was leaking. He came to our house within 40 minutes. We got the heater here the same night. He returned the next morning and did the install as it was late. We have new carpet and he was very cautious to cover where he was working to not get anything on the carpet. In our new home, we identified that we have lead pipes. Based on a recommendation from numerous articles we decided to replace the incoming pipes. We reviewed numerous contractors and chose GEI Plumbing Services. I believe we did use them previously as well.

They arrived on time, did good work (installing a drain pan for our water heater), and even replaced an old degraded pipe for free. We will need to replace our water heater in the next few years, and when we do we will hire this business again.

We had water leaked from behind drywall on Friday, and chose this company since they were the first of those we called that can send someone right away. Guy (the plumber's name) showed up, diagnosed the issue as pipe clogging and said the job needs two people so he would come back on Sunday. He then collected money in advance (we think to prevent us from hiring someone else). On Sunday he showed up more than an hour late with only himself. Did part of the job, showed us the issue that can't be fixed without more work, and wanted us to commit to larger work that he couldn't give any estimate for. After we pressed more for estimate and mentioned we're having second thought since his behavior so far hadn't impressed us (said needs two people then showed up late alone, collected money up front before work started), he became agitated and raised voice with my wife in our own home. We told him to leave. He packed his things and left without professionally finished the work - No final testing of the unclogging as earlier agreed, and left the 2 caps of our drainage pipe unscrewed.

I probably could have done it myself but I'm certain it would have taken at least 3 trips to the hardware store for parts. The work was squeaky clean, took about 30 minutes start to finish. Plumber arrived on time.
