Both techs were very professional. Very helpful. Did excellent work. Checked all the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen to remove air and clean aerators. From what I understand the price I was given was a very good value. I appreciate that very much. they also did a minor repair on the kitchen faucet, which was also appreciate.

Toilets were draining outside on the ground due to a horrible clog in the old PVC pipes. I made one phone call yesterday evening 10/31/22 and they had a plumber at my door at 8:30 am 11/1/22. Excellent job, fast, quiet work. Jose was polite, courteous and efficient! I am thankful for their professionalism and fast service!!

We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. Halo replaced two 40 gallon water heaters in the attic of our 3 story townhome. A team of 3 came to work on the job. They worked fast, were clean, and respected the space. They explained what they were doing each step of the way if we had questions. Work was done in about 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

CenterPoint came, shut off my gas and told me to find a plumber. I had no idea how I should work it out so I just googled and found Halo. I called and Loren picked the phone. He was very patient and explained every step on how this will be handled and resolved. Karen tried her best to find a nearest time slot for their tech to come. So the next morning Jair and Chris came and they quickly fixed the leak using a smart way without taking down the wall sheet! They scheduled the city inspection the next day for me and ensure that I can get a green tag. Now I got my gas back on Thursday!I am so impressed by how professional and technically competent their tech are and how organized they manage the work! They did everything they promised. Spoke with Halo over the phone and text some pictures. They were prompt with diagnosing the issue and providing a quote. Jose came out and immediately fixed the problem. It is good to find a local plumbing service that I can go back to.

Tech could have covered the floor of my kitchen cabinet with a drop cloth. That way the floor would not have gotten scratched up by his tools.
He left an inch of exposed copper pipe on the outside. I think he could have cut the pipe closer to the house.

We had a significant leak at the water meter, and they were at our house in two hours from the time I called. The communication was excellent all the way through the process, and they were thorough, conscientious, and charged a fair price for the work.

Jose and his crews did an excellent job rerouting a drain line and venting as well as re-piping my 50 year old kitchen from galvanized to pex. They cleaned up after themselves, tarped off the area, and were very professional while they were in my home. Our technician was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix our low pressure problems in the kitchen. He took a look at all the water lines in the kitchen, and fixed our problem. Halo came out to replace our toilet at our place of business and experienced a small hic-cup on our first visit appointment, which was not a big deal. They promised they would return to fix the issue a week later and they did. It was efficient and now great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Halo's usual review -- EXCELLENT. We live in an old house (coming up on 60 years old), so the original cast iron / galvanized plumbing has needed revision. Halo has put our needs first, letting us know when certain revisions could be safely put off and also giving us valuable information about pitfalls we want to avoid down the road.Halo re-piped our entire above-ground house and also helped us with a few smaller jobs (water heater installation and drain cleaning). We first hired a drain inspector (Michael Busch) to diagnose our issue with the new house we bought. I took the inspector's proposal and found Loren's Halo Plumbing services. Loren was very professional. He drafted a bid for a reroute and some new clean-outs. It wasn't cheap because our job was a ton of work and required a decent amount of hardware, but despite that Loren's quote was fair. Loren's team was incredibly hard working. The lead worker who my wife and I would speak with was nice and respectful, keeping us updated as the job progressed. In an attempt to finish the job sooner, the last day there were several workers here well past sunset! We were very thankful for the back breaking work they did for us.It's been one year since Loren installed the reroute and clean-outs. The new drainage works great and the clean-outs have been useful already. I nearly called Loren this week for some plumbing issue that I had that fortunately has since been resolved. After being reminded of Loren, I decided to write this review because it must speak to Loren's professionalism and quality work if I felt like I could rely on Halo Plumbing Services again a year later.

Great experience in a time of need. My waste line was backed up and I knew there were issues with it where it connects to the city. Rather than just come out and dig it up and replace (big $$$) they suggested I just get the line blasted out first (less $$$). I know this is a short term fix, but it's great for now. Everything went very well. Will be my go to for plumbing needs from here on out.

Since early 2021 when I renovated the house - during Covid - workmen evidently tossed used wipes, towels, etc., down an upper level toilet. I've had repeated problems with sewer lines not flowing freely. Previous plumber must have just moved the impaction down the line but Halo persisted until, via cameras, they were able to clear the lines completely. Grateful especially to Jair and Chris. Professional and courteous. T

I have used them for stopped-up drain pipes, hot water heater replacement, and several leaks. They did an excellent service each time. They have earned my next sevice-call too.

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

We bought a home which had failed waste water piping from old cast iron original build. Halo handled the entire job, including removal and replacement of pipes, digging new piping to the city's waste lines, and refilling trenches/holes dug and replacement of any concrete which had to be demo'd for the job to be done. They worked quickly and were respectful of home and agreement. This is a big job that requires expertise, they handled it like pros - on time and on budget, as well. Very highly recommend. The guys came in and got to work and fixed the leak in just minutes. I also needed to have my meter checked out. They quickly took care of that for me. I am very satisfied with their work. The people in the office were knowledgeable and very friendly.

We used Halo Plumbing on the recommendation from a neighbor. We had a leaky pipe (very slow) that connects to our hot water heater. When I first contacted Loren he let me know that they were slammed with calls from Winter Storm Uri and he would schedule me once things slowed down since the issue wasn’t urgent. I appreciated the transparency. His office called me sooner than expected and sent a tech out. The job ended up being more complicated than they initially hoped due to old pipes and corrosion, and the had to cut into our wall to access the pipes. They worked really hard to fix the pipes without having to remove our water heater, which we really appreciated. Both techs were very nice and cleaned up before leaving. The cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, which after taking to the office manager Karen we understand reflects the added complexity of the job. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Loren and Halo.

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

I would suggest not wasting your time and money with other plumbers, Mr. Loren and his team offered the best quote & services by far!

The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

I called yesterday when about a gallon of water came raining down from my kitchen ceiling. Halo couldn’t make it out until today, but didn’t tell me they couldn’t diagnose the problem unless the leak was actively leaking. They came out today, cut a hole in the ceiling and told me they can’t find anything wrong despite sheet rock being soaked and showing photos of the active leak. They charged $115 for “diagnostics” and left with no plan on how to fix the problem other than paying another fee and hoping they might be able to show up in time to catch it next time my kitchen rains. Both the tech and the office were extremely rude when I asked about next steps and just told me “we’ll work with you” and that I was lucky they weren’t charging $250, but wouldn’t give a cost nor plan on how to move forward to fix the problem.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

We experienced a backup sewage problem and were recommended to Halo Pluming by another pluming company that did not have a water jet . Halo all though seemed professional, his equipment was not strong enough and charges us $540.00 He did not fix my problem and also recommended a $7k repair. I called Andy's pluming, it cost us $1500 and problem was fixed. I am in the service business as well, when I can't or don't fix what I'm called for, I do not charge the customer!

He came in and was able to fix the problem super quickly. He also flushed our hot water heater for us. I contacted Halo to diagnose a plumbing issue at mom's house Initially, Loren was very responsive, but he never provided me with any written documentation for the over $1,500 of work he performed, which paperwork we need to submit to the insurance company for possible reimbursement. After my repeated requests for over two months, he stopped responding altogether.

Loren and the Halo team did an amazing job upgrading my water heater to a on-demand system. They were very professional and did the kind of work I would have done if I had the skill set. Neighbors... If you have ANY plumbing issues whatsoever, you need to call Loren at Halo Services! Super honest, extremely responsive and very professional. The details below if you're interested!Our hot water stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. I briefly troubleshooted it and couldn't get the pilot on the 5-yr old hot water tank to stay on. My youtube research seemed to point to the controller being the issue. I'm pretty handy, but seeing how this dealt with natural gas, I figured better to call the pros. I called Abacus on Tuesday, because that's who we always hear about on TV... They managed to squeeze me in for later that afternoon. The technician came, tried to light the pilot TWICE, came down from the attic and told me I needed a new Hot water tank for a multitude of different reason and that it would be $2,500-$3,000. He advised me that replacing any parts would just add cost and that we would need to replace parts and by trial and error, determine the fix, so slowly we would work our way to a new tank anyways... so may as well just replace it. Full transparency, the cheapest option that he offered me was a $600 controller replacement. Those guys don't repair anything, they're just parts salesmen! I politely told him I wasn't interested and escorted him out.That evening I googled plumbing services and came across Halo Services on Google... I called, left a VM, then also texted (as instructed in the VM message). I promptly got a response from Loren. We spoke on the phone for about 10-15mins while he asked probing questions to try and pinpoint the issue. On Wednesday he made some time in his schedule to come by and take a look at the hot water tank. He troubleshooted for about 15-20mins or so and determined it may be the controller or maybe the burner. But more importantly, he let me know my tank was still under warranty! I called the manufacturer and told them what Loren told me and that the controller would need to be replaced. They honored the warranty and told me where they had a distributor close to my house to go pick up the new part that afternoon. Loren swung by on Thursday morning and in just about an hour, replaced the faulty controller and we were good to go!! Hot water again!Loren was on point with the issue and thanks to him letting me know about the warranty, the entire fix only cost us $150! So Abacus: a disengaged technician and $600 repair MINIUMUM, but fear sale tactic recommending a $3,000 fix… or HALO SERVICES: a genuine honest business owner, a warranty covered part and a prompt repair for $150… Great to know there are companies out there that are looking to grow by doing the right thing and providing top-notch service!!Loyal customer gained!

Great Same Day Service. We put in a request early and they came as promised and got the drainage system cleaned out.

BEWARE!! Not really sure where to start! If I could give a zero that is what I would leave! This particular company was referred to me by my pool company to perform a dedicated gas line for my pool heater. Everything seemed professional at first when the trench was dug and it was connected to the meter, but he didn’t complete the job. He was quick to charge for the full payment and insisted that the green tag meant it was a complete job. However, when I brought it to his attention that this was simply a “rough-in” green tag and that there still needed to be a final to close out the permit he became very irritable and all of a sudden very busy to work me “in” and do me a favor of course as he had already been paid. I also noticed that he did not install the regulator as I paid on the invoice and the pool company had to install this. The riser that came out of the ground was left very unstable and wrapped with black tape and lopsided at a 45° angle the pool company was having trouble straightening it out for his fittings. When I called him for this he did not return my calls until the pool company attempted to reach him. Loren Is the owner of this company and is very impolite to say the very least. He never bothered to tell me that he wasn’t planning on closing out the final ticket which is absurd because the gas company and for our safety it needs to be done he needed to come back and check the connection that the pool company was going to do to close out the permit. After calling him on multiple occasions to finally come out he said he bent over backwards to come out and “work me in” he was supposed to come out prior to a final inspection and actually put his eyes on the work without rushing. When he called for a final inspection he canceled it abruptly after me speaking with the inspector to provide access and not once bothered to tell me he had canceled it and I waited all day for the Inspector to show. The plumber finally showed up to fasten the crooked and unstable line and the pool company came back to reconnect everything within an hour it was done. He completely lied about canceling the final inspection to my face while making the adjustment when I asked about when he thought he would finally arrive. I personally had to call the permit office to find out why the inspector hadn’t showed to find out he himself canceled and lied directly y yo my face! Over the phone he later had scheduled the inspection for the following day and because I told him I needed to know for a fact he rescheduled as he lied about the previous cancellation he bullied me and completely disrespected me in an aggressive manner and told me he was tired of me and my “tactics” because I had every right to be upset and was canceling the final inspection for the following day and to find another plumber to complete the job.Just because he did not like the fact that I did not want to be lied to again or let down again he bullied and canceled the inspection because he’s a controlling person and he wanted to ruin the appointment that I’ve bent over backwards to have for my meter upgrade with Centerpoint that was already lined up for the following day. He has ruined my 13-year-old son’s birthday party will because now Centerpoint will have to reschedule this there another two weeks out and I find it appalling and disgusting that a plumber would behave in such a manner knowing that he’s the only one they can call for a final inspection. He’s walking away from the job he did not complete as all he needed to do was call for final inspection after him coming out to make the adjustment. This is the worst Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with in my life and I will encourage you to find a much more compassionate and reputable company As there are many plumbing companies that would love to earn your business there is no need to deal with people like this!

I woke up to a badly clogged kitchen sink. I called Halo Plumbing right away and Karen had technicians out by 2:30 that afternoon. The guys were all wearing company shirts to identify them and they worked quickly and quietly and corrected the problem. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

Tech showed up on time and was professional. Got the job done in a timely manner and did a great job.

The young men they sent out, Jose (and another ?) were very considerate, hard working, and knowledgeable.

There was a little confusion about what was needed at first, but once I notified Loren that the work wasn't quite right, he sent a plumber out immediately and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I will use Halo again.

$75 to come out to diagnose minor leak, $350 to dig and replace broken pvc to copper junction at water meter with PEX. Prompt and quick.

Plumbers are good, communication about the work and the billing should have been better. I recommend making them give you a quote on paper or email before letting them start any work.

Had a leak in the ceiling. They came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced 50ft of old steel pipe at a fair price. Considering having them recipe the entire house.

They guys were Johnny on the spot. They were able to get to my house to do repairs SAME DAY which was 4 days faster than the next guy. Will definitely use these guys again.

These is not my first time to use Halo. They are on time and do quality work. Today they perform tankless water heater maintenance.
