I called Hugo's to see if they could send someone to look at my water heater, which didn't seem to be getting the water very hot. They were able to schedule me for service the same day which I very much appreciated.The plumbers that came to my house were Francisco and Jorge. They were both very responsive, professional, and patient in explaining everything that was wrong and what they needed to do. They were to find the parts to make the needed repairs so within a couple of hours, my water heater was all fixed. They showed me before and after photos of everything they worked on. The water was much hotter after they finished their repairs.The day after they fixed the water heater, I had an odd smell in my house. I called Hugo Plumbing and asked if it was possible that the smell was a by-product of the chemicals used or the work done by the plumbers. Within an hour, Francisco and Jorge were back at my house. They double checked their work on the water heater, did their best to try to find the source of the smell, and even checked for a gas leak just to be safe. We never found what was causing the smell, which thankfully is fading quickly, but I was super impressed at how responsive they were and how they wanted to make sure they had done the job right.This company will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing work!
Francisco and his partner were prompt, helpful and very professional. They fixed my toilet leak quickly and also have someone answering the phone 24/7 so that i couldschedule the appointment for the next day.

Francisco went above and beyond to ensure our drain was snakes properly, regardless of some challenges he came across that added some significant time to our rather routine job. He also fixed some other minor things under our sink at no additional charge. The price was fair - I will use again

Francisco was very polite and professional. He replaced a leaking gas valve and explained the problem the procedure and the price prior to the work. After completing the work he made sure to show me the leak was repaired and I had no further issues. I recommend this company and will use them again when needed..

I had a really bad leak in my pantry and Alex and George explained everything to me and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also fixed the flapper in my upstairs restroom. They were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience with Hugo's when I had an attic pipe leak last November, so I used them to repipe my house and install a new water heater. The communication about arrival times, etc was good, but there was clearly communication issues between the company and the crew they had (as I later learned) subcontracted out. That crew had left my house in disarray, left major appliances/furniture in the middle of hallway/rooms, didn't reconnect my washing machine, and made no effort to minimize the mess they were making with the drywall cuts - everything felt careless and sloppy. I had to call later because they had left my old water heater in the middle of my neighbor's yard. They came that evening to move it until it could be hauled away the next day, but I think this was a really disappointing experience for a project that is already known to be expensive and disruptive. I appreciate that they were able to schedule the job so quickly, but I had to ask for someone from the company to come and check the work - which, to their credit, they came and did on the same day.The woman in the office was apologetic and offered me a coupon for my next job, but I don't think I'll be using it.

From the moment i contacted them, i was greeted and treated very professionally. These guys did an amazing job fixing my broken pipes and even fixed some problems i didnt even know i had! Ive had many other experiences with other plumbers but this one is definitely the best. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and customer service is amazing. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone!

Had an emergency with our master toilet leaking causing some water damage in our kitchen yesterday morning. My husband called them and they were able to come out almost within the hour! These guys are wonderful. Trustworthy, timely, very fair. We needed a Christmas Eve miracle and these guys delivered. We were so impressed with the emergency work they did at our parents house, we had them come for a job at ours. Again, excellent service, work and rates. Thanks to everyone at Hugo Plumbing. I had two issues; a clogged kitchen drain, and an a/c leak behind a bathroom wall which seeped into the adjoining carpet. Victor from Hugo Plumbing was able to correct both issues. The response time was good, and the cost was fair. I would recommend this business to anyone who asked.

Hugo plumbing came out on a home warranty call. The technicians were great! I highly recommend their services. The guys came out for a clogged kitchen drain and they found and fixed a leaking toilet in the same visit.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to write about Hugo Plumbing. I had many different issues at my place of business and they came and conquered all issues and all at a very reasonable price. Rarely have I seen one shop handle all the sorts of issues I had encountered: Waste water line backup, sample well cover, lint/grease trap as well as assorted water leaks. Hugo Plumbing is awesome!
