Had a clogged A/C condensate line that was backing up at my in-laws. Call these guys up and they came out the next morning and had it cleared in under an hour. This is the second time that I've used them and they are respectable and their prices are reasonable.

I recently had a tankless water installed and had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved when I called All in the Family Plumbing. Donna was very nice and was quick to help me get a time scheduled. Her son came out and was quick to identify and resolve the issue. Both visits were minor things that did not require any parts or labor. I was expecting to be charged at least a trip charge, but they would not accept anything for payment, except a bottle of cold water. It's very hard to find exceptional service like this these days...and at a TRULY affordable price. I'm confident if something does go seriously wrong with my plumbing these guys will take care of me without breaking the bank. Thank you for the exceptional service! They are quick, efficient, honest, friendly, respectful of you and your home. Left the work area clean! AND prices are very reasonable. Mark was so kind and so knowledgeable. Donna is on top of things and gets back to you in a matter of minutes! Because they are so good, they are in high demand...it could take a few days to get on their schedule....but worth the wait!

I have an appointment on the 15th of this month for service for my home repairs due to busted pipes durung the freeze. But I've used them in the past several times and I've received excellent service. They're absolutely worth waiting for there service.

This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years. My fix it yourself' dad just wouldn't give up. Finally, I convinced him it was time to swallow his pride and call the professionals. Wow! They came in, took care of the problem in a hurry, did it in a way that salvaged Daddy's pride and at a price that didn't sound the wallet! I can't say enough about how nice, efficient and quick this crew is. I will never call another plumbing company again!.

All In The Family is great!Mark Phillipe is one of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. His team is great with any residential plumbing issues you may have. I refer him out to any of my customers with larger projects such as repiping a home or replacing sewer lines. Mark isn't happy unless his customers are happy. I have yet to meet a company that puts as much emphasis on quality as All In The Family Plumbing does.5 star service!

I was impressed with these folks. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and very quick with the work. In my experience, larger companies have crazy overhead and charge you unreasonable amounts for minor work - these guys did a great job at a fair price.Work done:- Remove and haul off old toilet, install new toilet.- Repair leaking sprayer diverter on roman style tub- Repair malfunctioning water faucet on tub- Replace water supply lines & shut-off valves to a bar sink and replace the faucet.

We would give 10 stars if possible. Mark & Jake re-piped our home and installed a tankless water heater a few years back. They respond to our calls and have come during crises like the Storm Uri. They are honest, fair, and generous. If you are in need of a plumber, call All in the Family Plumbing.

These guys are great! They moved 2vent pipes, moved s water line for the fridge, installed a toilet and installed a water filter system for our bar. I would say the quality of work is excellent ? and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.?

I contacted theses guys late one evening and not only did they answer but was able to come out the very next day and take care of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend this place.

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

Really nice, honest people. I got a bid from one of the big companies in town for an exorbitant amount to fix a clogged kitchen line. Mark gave me accurate info on the problem and how to prevent it in the future and helped me get it taken care of for less than 1/10 the cost I was initially quoted. God bless you all!

Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

After having a BAD experience with Mercy Plumbing, my friend gave me the name of All in the Family. They came out, fixed my problem, confirmed what I thought, that Mercy was going to show me NO MERCY, and charged less for cleaning out ALL drain lines than Mercy did for the kitchen sink clog. They should be voted Best in Texas.

They came at night as an emergency to open the drain from my home. Working toilets now! Excellent service with affordable charges. Count me as a happy customer.
