We called them after another company had tried to rip us off for a water leak. Lindell quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that was reasonable and later came back to repair the pipes. He gave us 2 options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it before he could get out and fix it.He was friendly, honest, and extremely professional and there's no question that we'll use them again if we have to.

Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads). I did some research and found All Around Plumbing. Extremely punctual response and very professional. That did what they said when they said at the price that was quoted. at 7:00 PM I had a plumbing issue that had us without water for the evening if I couldn't get a plumber her quickly. All Around Plumbing was here at 9:00 and they knocked out the job promptly. The plumber was highly professional and just a great guy. I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of the service they provided. That's how to win and KEEP customers.

Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker. These days, a good plumber who is very responsive and also well priced is like finding a needle in a haystack. I will continue to use him for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. I'm extremely happy that Lindell from All Around was able to come out today. I recently came across the issue of my kitchen sink drainage clogged, and had a bit of a ongoing issue with the bathroom sink drain in the master bedroom as well. Lindell came out and was able to take care of both of them. He was nice and extremely professional! I would recommend everybody give them a call for your plumbing jobs!

All Around Plumbing came out on a Saturday and worked hard to get the drain lines unclogged so we can use the washing machine again. All Around Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet today. The estimate was fair, complete and offered options for me to choose what was best for me. The work was done quickly and neatly. The faucet looks and works great! Did I mention he even my stainless steel sink? Yes he did! I will use this coma up for all of my plumbing needs and issues going forward.

My most recent plumbing needs was to have a broken pipe in the front of my home repaired. In Lindell's first visit and attempt to repair pipe he discovered the main needed to be repaired by the water company. He told us how to get them there immediately. It worked, he returned and completed repairs the same day and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the patches of grass he had to remove in order to make repairs. This was my 3rd or 4th time using All Around Plumbing for my business and for my home, each time I've been completely satisfied.It would be nice to have more excellent experiences from professionals. He set the bar high for customers care and great service.

It appeared to me that his main focus was to please the insurance company to get more business. The technician perhaps had a misunderstanding but based on his misreporting the insurance declined our claim.We had a leak under the kitchen sink, the technician asked if we tried to fix ourselves. My wife responded that my husband had a look but not sure what he did. The technician reported to the insurance company that owners missed a rubber seal while trying to fix the problem themselves. Whereas the fact is that we have never opened or did anything with the plumbing since the house was bought. The insurance company (American Home Shield, stay away) then called us to inform that our claim was denied because we tempered with the original plumbing.Hate to write this but it went so obviously wrong that I could not stop. He may be a good technician if the insurance is not involved; good luck.

Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed on the day of my appointment. No one even bothered to call me to tell me that they were not showing. I missed a day of work waiting for them to show up. I even called to ask when they were coming and they said in the next few hours and still no one showed up.

I’ve recently purchased a house and was having issues with other plumbers.. being frustrated I contacted this company..The tech was very professional & understanding and assured me they weren’t the same..
