We called them after another company had tried to rip us off for a water leak. Lindell quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that was reasonable and later came back to repair the pipes. He gave us 2 options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it before he could get out and fix it.He was friendly, honest, and extremely professional and there's no question that we'll use them again if we have to.
Excellent Service! I was faced with a sewar/plumbing repair where I had a serious clog that turned out to be a break in the sewar line. I knew that if I called the big plumbing companies who advertise non stop on TV-- I was going to be faced with a big invoice (someone has to pay for the TV ads). I did some research and found All Around Plumbing. Extremely punctual response and very professional. That did what they said when they said at the price that was quoted. It was a great experience for a bad problem. Thank you All Around Plumbing!

Lindell came on short notice to unclog our main drain. He showed up earlier than we were expecting and was efficient. Great job. Highly recommend.
Lindell was excellent and very professional. This was kind of emergency situation for us as we had to travel next day. I’m glad that I didn’t use my insurance this time.
I can't say enough good things about Lindell at All Around Plumbing. He worked around the clock to add a completely new piping system on our old home in the Heights. We had a very short deadline to get everything installed before Christmas and he made it happen and passed the inspection with the city with time to spare. He's professional and courteous and very reliable. We can't say enough good things about him.

at 7:00 PM I had a plumbing issue that had us without water for the evening if I couldn't get a plumber her quickly. All Around Plumbing was here at 9:00 and they knocked out the job promptly. The plumber was highly professional and just a great guy. I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of the service they provided. That's how to win and KEEP customers.

Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker. These days, a good plumber who is very responsive and also well priced is like finding a needle in a haystack. I will continue to use him for any and all plumbing needs in the future.
Lindell is excellent! Just wish there 10 more of him, he is very busy and if you can get him then you are set! Honest, ethical and profession - highly recommend. Did major work like repair a major gas leak as well as minor work like faucet repair, couldn't be happier.

First, let me start off by saying Lindell is so kind and polite. When I explained my water heater issue, he tried to walk me thru any possible remedies over the phone. When they did not work, he explained the after hours policy and he would be at my home within 2 hours. He communicated his ETA as well as the entire process to fix my issue. There was no up sell or fluff, straight to the point and got the job done within 30 minutes. He was so professional and courteous. I will absolutely use his company again!

We've been dealing with clogged drains for months until Lindell came to our rescue. He was in and out in no time. Not only was he quick, precise, and kind, but he even recommended how to prevent the issue from occurring again. I will continue to use his services in the future.

Lindell came in my house after fail attempt by 2 previous plumbers from my insurance company to fix a leak and did an excellent job. My wife and I was very very pleased with Lindell knowledge and professionalism, not only will I be using him again I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.
Great company! They were very responsive by phone & email and flexible in scheduling our job right after new year's. Lindell Francis, who did the plumbing work on our house, was very professional and personable. He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.

Lindell from All Around plumbing came out over the weekend and helped with our broken water heater which was leaking all over the house. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what was needed to replace the water heater. He presented us with different options and many ways to save money where we could. I really appreciated that.He did a fantastic job and helped out in our time of need! He was fast, efficient, and professional! top notch customer service.

Lindell came by to fix our constantly running toilet and was able to fix it within 10-15 minutes. He was on time, polite and super helpful. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

I'm extremely happy that Lindell from All Around was able to come out today. I recently came across the issue of my kitchen sink drainage clogged, and had a bit of a ongoing issue with the bathroom sink drain in the master bedroom as well. Lindell came out and was able to take care of both of them. He was nice and extremely professional! I would recommend everybody give them a call for your plumbing jobs!
Very professional and highly skilled, very well spoken in explaining things in easy terms. Fixed my ceiling leak fast even with the small confined work space, also answered all my questions in each area of projects I have planned (3), I will certainly put Lindall as a first to call on each of these. It's hard to find someone to trust to do a good job, he was great and has earned my trust.
All Around Plumbing came out on a Saturday and worked hard to get the drain lines unclogged so we can use the washing machine again. He worked hard and after finished he showed me the issues with the camera and he made sure to clean up. I was very impressed and will continue to use All Around Plumbing

All Around Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet today. The estimate was fair, complete and offered options for me to choose what was best for me. The work was done quickly and neatly. The faucet looks and works great! Did I mention he even my stainless steel sink? Yes he did! I will use this coma up for all of my plumbing needs and issues going forward.
My most recent plumbing needs was to have a broken pipe in the front of my home repaired. In Lindell's first visit and attempt to repair pipe he discovered the main needed to be repaired by the water company. He told us how to get them there immediately. It worked, he returned and completed repairs the same day and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the patches of grass he had to remove in order to make repairs. This was my 3rd or 4th time using All Around Plumbing for my business and for my home, each time I've been completely satisfied.It would be nice to have more excellent experiences from professionals. He set the bar high for customers care and great service.

Very pleased with their service. They were able to take my job same day and Lindell was very polite and professional. He replaced my garbage disposal quickly and even cleaned and polished my sink afterwards.

The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.

It appeared to me that his main focus was to please the insurance company to get more business. The technician perhaps had a misunderstanding but based on his misreporting the insurance declined our claim.We had a leak under the kitchen sink, the technician asked if we tried to fix ourselves. My wife responded that my husband had a look but not sure what he did. The technician reported to the insurance company that owners missed a rubber seal while trying to fix the problem themselves. Whereas the fact is that we have never opened or did anything with the plumbing since the house was bought. The insurance company (American Home Shield, stay away) then called us to inform that our claim was denied because we tempered with the original plumbing.Hate to write this but it went so obviously wrong that I could not stop. He may be a good technician if the insurance is not involved; good luck.
Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

All Around Plumbing resolved my home water softener system issue even though 2 other companies couldn’t, and by fixing the problem instead of replacing the entire system, they saved me over $1000.00! I plan to call them first for all my future plumbing needs.
I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed on the day of my appointment. No one even bothered to call me to tell me that they were not showing. I missed a day of work waiting for them to show up. I even called to ask when they were coming and they said in the next few hours and still no one showed up.

I’ve recently purchased a house and was having issues with other plumbers.. being frustrated I contacted this company..The tech was very professional & understanding and assured me they weren’t the same..
