My husband Richard and I thought we had an easy to fix clog. Luke arrived exactly on time on Monday and was so polite to us. It was a larger problem than we expected. Best plumbing service I’ve ever received. From the initial phone call to the end of my service, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful. Luke came out within two hours of my initial phone call and was better than I could’ve ever expected. He explained things and didn’t try to up-sell in any way. He was transparent and upfront about all needs and prices from beginning to end. Nowadays, overpricing or suggesting things that the customers aren’t familiar with in order to make money is all too common. My experience with Cooper Plumbing was nothing like that. They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

I was very satisfied with my interactions with Cooper Plumbing. They were quick to respond and clear in their communication. The dispatched plumber arrived right on time. He was personable, professional, and quickly found the solution to the problem. I never felt like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. Hopefully I'll never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, I know who to call!

Emergency repairs to water main entering the house and it’s connection to the irrigating sprinkler system. The connection between the galvanized steel into the home and the PVC piping to irrigating sprinkler system had failed. This became a problem when trying to dismantle the galvanized material and the scope of repairs spread into the house and then the attic until a suitable threaded connection was found to which they could make good connections to. Luke Potter, the young man who was the attending plumber from Cooper Plumbing was very professional, neat and clean in his work and did not look at his watch once as the problem spread into the house and he knew he was keeping their next customer waiting. He stayed with it until everything was checked and tested and we were satisfied. I found him to be knowledgeable and happy to educate me (and I am always ready to learn) when I asked questions about the equipment or the material he was using or how things were done.I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

This is a very mixed review. I called to have my water heater checked and repaired and ended up having to replace it, for about $2000 in labor. in total I paid about $2800 for a new water heater when all I wanted was to have it repaired. Seems like their goal was to sell me a new water heater from the get go, not to repair it. The reason that this review doesn't get 1 star is for 2 reasons: 1) the workers were very friendly, professional and prompt. 2) It was an old water heater that I was planning on replacing eventually anyways; just not now. The reason that I will not put 5 stars however, is because looking back on it, I feel ripped off. Seeing that the water heater costs around $900, $1900 for labor seems outrageous. Overall, great work done, but definitely get a second opinion next time.

Before, the bathroom smelled of sewage even when spotless. The guys came out and quickly replaced the wax ring on our toilet, which solved the problem. They were on time to the job, worked quickly, and left the work area clean. They were also super friendly and clearly explained their process, no surprises. The ring replacement came with a 90-day warranty in case the smell comes back. So far, so good!

My subdivision decided to do some plumbing work and cut the water off for a whole day. I got home from work unaware of this. I heard water sounds in my kids bathroom and I founded flooding. Worse feeling ever. The sink overflowed over the counter and leaked to the whole bathroom. The water was almost getting to the hallway. I put towels all around to hold the water. Not knowing where to find a plumber, Googled and found Cooper Plumbing. I like the high reviews. I called them and Jeremiah offered to send a person right away. He sent Zach Todar. He was very organized, cleaned and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and about 15 min after, Zach had the situation under control. He explained to me why this situation happened and he taught me a couple of tricks I need to do so this situation would never happen again. Not only he was great at his job, but taught me how to keep the pipes from braking again. The price was incredibly reasonable. I sure found the plumbing company I will call, if I’m ever in need again. I give them all 5 stars!

We had an emergency repair on a toilet supply line which broke off at the wall leaving us with the water shutoff. This occurred right after the freeze and finding a plumber near impossible. We are elderly and Cooper got a plumber out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. I will be using them again.

Had two technicians out to repair a gas leak in our hot water tank. They were thorough and communicated well, so I knew exactly what was needed and repaired. Great price and they even helped me screw in some loose sink plugs— on the house!

They were excellent from start to finish. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to request someone to come out to look at my hot water heater. They were able to come out Thursday morning. Efrain sent a text to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional as well as thoughtful. He gave me the option to repair or replace the hot water heater. I did not feel pressured to replace it. The hot water heater was greater than 20 yrs old. I had it repaired it about 3 months earlier. I knew I needed to replace it. He explained all of the details involved in replacing the hot water heater. I have shelving that would need to be removed in order for them to replace it. Efrain let me know that it would not be a problem to remove the shelving and replace it after the job was done. He arrived on time the next day with a fellow co-worker. The job took about 4 hours. They did a great job replacing the heater and the shelving. After the job was done, Efrain took the time to explain the care of my new water heater. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

I first had an AC company try to clear my AC drain, they “blew it out” but it continued leaking. The inept company told me I needed a plumber. So I called one and after charging for a visit they told me I needed the drain pipe to replaced for $1,500!After an extensive search I found Cooper.was They came in 1 day, cleared the AC drain as well as the main drain the the AC drain empties into.I can’t say enough good things about their competence, professionalism and timeliness. Not to mention they saved me over a $1,000!If you want the job done properly Cooper is the company to call.They also give us veterans a discount. ??

My second floor bath tub leaked. I first contacted another plumbing company but got very high quote prices. I then contacted Cooper Plumbing. Esteban and his associate came. Esteban made the correct diagnosis and then a speedy repair. The cost was 1/5 of what was quoted by another company. I say that Esteban did his repair in a professional manner. Our pipes burst due to the big freeze from the storm. The day that I called Cooper Plumbing to inquire about their wait time was the same day they were able to secure an appointment for us, and repair all the burst pipes in our home. We were prioritized because we were one of the homes in the neighborhood that did not have running water. Jason made absolutely sure that we had running water before the day was over. 11/10 would recommend. Very organized, excellent communication. Their actions and service make you really feel cared for.

Great experience, from scheduling to the gentleman coming out to perform the work. Swapped from dual drain sink to a single, new faucet and new disposal installation. Very quick, well done. Price seemed high but you get what you pay for these days, so I still chose them and happy with the outcome.

I texted Cooper Plumbing on Sunday afternoon because of a water leak. They responded immediately and said they had an opening the next day. I called in the morning, was put on the schedule, and later that afternoon had someone at our house.Travis, the plumber who visited us, was exceptional.He arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what the problem was and how to resolve it. For every step he took to repair our shower and faucet, he'd let us know what he was doing and why he was doing it. The prices were fair and Travis was trustworthy, which is hard to find nowadays. I'd absolutely call Travis and Cooper Plumbing again.

I chose Cooper Plumbing because they were located nearby, had numerous great reviews, and their website indicated that they were very familiar with tankless water heaters. A real person answered the phone (shock) and was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. Luckily, Travis was my assigned plumber. He was knowledgeable and patient as I explained my problem and was able to explain in layman’s terms the possible solutions. He started with the least expensive and it solved my problem. I can’t comment on how their prices rate with other companies but can only imagine less reputable companies/plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior female to do more than necessary to increase the expense. It’s refreshing to find a company like Cooper Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them for any future needs. If all their plumbers are as personable, qualified, and competent as Travis, I will feel confident in using them again.

I am a big fan of Cooper Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough! In the last year, I’ve call them 3 times for 3 different issues and all 3 plumbers were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Scheduling a service call was also quick and easy and I was taken care of right away. Recently, I had a clogged kitchen pipe from putting too many cucumbers down the disposal and James took care of it quickly. The first time, it was a toilet flapper and Scott showed me how to replace it myself since I wasn’t ready to replace an old toilet. Since I was paying for a service call and didn’t have them do the work, Scott also answered my questions about the plumbing considerations of a bathroom remodel. The second time I had a leaking kitchen sink and it turned out that I needed a new faucet. Travis had the perfect one in the truck and replaced it quickly. But when he re-entered my house, he said he smelled gas. I thought I’d been smelling gas for months, but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Then, I couldn’t smell it, so I forgot about it. It turns out there was a leak in my gas fireplace, which explained my headaches, and Travis repaired the pipe. I didn’t realize that when you had a gas leak, a plumber is who you called. This detection saved me a lot of money by not calling the gas company, which I learned would come out, turn off the gas and then you still have to call a plumber to handle the repair work. I feel so fortunate Travis noticed this gas smell – it could have led to all kinds of problems undetected. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I really appreciated their patience with my many questions. They are honest and fair and could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but didn’t. This company has integrity and is very good at what they do. I won’t hesitate to call them for any future needs.

The plumbers arrived promptly. They were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They installed a replacement faucet and filters for an under sink water filtration system. It now works perfectly. They cleaned the work area and removed all the packing. The price was half what was quoted by another plumbing company. I recently purchased a townhome and was worried about some potential plumbing issues. David came out and diagnosed the problem, and while he was here, he also took a look at several other things that were listed in the inspection report. Turned out I needed a new water heater (which was not a surprise). He gave us a competitive quote for replacing it, and a couple days later, he and DJ delivered and installed it. Their work was thorough and detailed, and they never hesitated to talk through and address any concerns that I had. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used Cooper Plumbing and both times have been great. The first time was to clear a main drain and the second time was to repair a shower. I could not be more pleased with the quality and price for the services I received. Both times the plumbers were great to work with and very careful while in my home. They responded very quickly to an inquiry on Yelp and had prompt availability for a plumber to come out. We had a dripping bathroom faucet; the plumber was on time, pleasant, went out to the store to purchase the part needed to repair, and returned same day to complete. Was charged $300 which seems steep but overall had a good experience and would use them again.

Easy to schedule and received text mag to confirm tech en route. Took some time to get an estimate after reviewing my concerns. I was impressed with tech's honesty regarding clogged shower and tub drains and that due to design defect, he could not guaranty repair would not leave damage to coverings. A little more than I expected but they were quick to schedule and professional.

Working with Jeremiah from Cooper Plumbing was absolutely delightful. I love their use of technology with accurate updates on arrival times via text, fast responses, punctual arrival and quick completion of a small project fixing a broken PVC pipe section between the water main and the pressure vacuum breaker. They installed high quality pipe and fittings. Jeremiah even explained how the pressure vacuum breaker works! Overall, I can highly recommend working with Cooper Plumbing because of their very professional and respectful interactions with their customers.

I would highly recommend this company. Not only are they professionals but they are honest professionals. They informed me that my pipes were already unstopped when they could have done work that I would have never known about but choose to be honest. DJ was very professional, polite and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He even left to retrieve the part. He returned shortly with another coworker and did the repairs that day! The price was reasonable and the area was left clean. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Travis and his team did a great job changing the design of our circulation line system. I previously had a system that used a valve to allow for use of the cold water line to circulate hot water to the master bathroom. Travis redesigned the system to have a dedicated line for the circulation of the hot water system. This is a much more reliable system. They were professional and performed good work the right way with consideration for future servicing. I highly recommend these folks.

I had Cooper Plumbing replace the ball value on the main line coming into the house, as the old one the handle had rusted. They were quick and very professional. While I thought they were a litte pricey, the work quailty was excellent and I would use them again.

I had a leak in the waterline from the city main line to my home. Cooper Plumbing LLC sent a tech out the morning after I contacted them online. The tech was unable to turn off the main line, so the city had to come in and replace the shutoff valve that evening. Cooper was back out that next morning, replaced the cracked line and cleaned up the area. Tech was polite, kept me informed of what was going on and gave me an upfront estimated quote. He was right on the quote when the job was done.Will definitely use Cooper Plumbing LLC if a plumber is needed in the future.

Travis was incredible! We live in a 70s fixer upper that continues to surprise us with all her issues! I was noticing that the trim in our bathroom was rotting but I had no clue why! Travis came in and immediately found the leak. He even went over and above to advise me on how to remodel the bathroom! A totally great experience with Cooper Plumbing. Jeremiah was the plumber that came out to find and repair a water line leak between water meter and house. This was on a Sunday afternoon and there was no extra charge for weekend service. He quoted a price for detecting the leak (where it was) and a quote for repairing; time was not a factor in the cost. Jeremiah will be taking his masters test later this year and displayed his master techniques throughout. I observed the whole process and was given very clear explanations of all that he was doing. He worked very efficiently, was extremely friendly and respectful. I cannot imagine a better plumbing experience thanks to Jeremiah. I will certainly ask for him for my next plumbing need and you might consider doing the same. You won't be sorry.

Alright. This is long, however, I gotta share the full story.I called this company because my water heater wasn’t working. They sent someone pretty much as fast as possible and immediately diagnosed the issue. The guy that came out, his name is Scott. He gave me a very detailed explanation as to why an 18 years old WH was no longer gonna cut it.So he gave me a quote, explained the charges (pretty much itemized it) and sent me a, IMHO, very low diagnosis fee.I did end up with 3 other quotes, two from a franchise plumbing co and the other was a friend of a family member. Two came out higher and one lower than Cooper Plumbing. I was sold with the conversation with Scott. So I spoke to my wife and we decided let’s do it.Today, I called Cooper Plumbing and spoke to Jeremiah to ask a couple more questions. He answered them very thoroughly and reassured me of our decision. I didn’t feel like he needed to “sell” me their services. He just gave me the facts and was honest about the work. We set up the appointment for today and Scott and DJ show up right on time with everything in hand ready to go.Performed the work in 2 hr and 38 mins… everything was done cleanly and efficiently. We had a great conversation, DJ deserves a raise for being hysterical and putting up with my pestering.Now I’d like to give it up to Scott. This young man handled his job like a professional. He basically gave me a college level training and explanation on all the work he did and how he did it. I have leak from showers and try to call on Saturday and they responded quickly and very professional over the phone and scheduled for two days after. As per slot they arrive on time and inspected all our showers determined it's not from shower drains rather shower wall sealant crack. They almost spent about hour and give their report and charged as per promised, very reasonable. I definitely recommend Cooper Plumbing for any of the plumbing issues.

Technician was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it after explaining in detail what he would do and how much it would cost. He was polite and explained in detail what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. Price was reasonable given the level of service and promptness.

Up front discussion of problem and exact pricing was great. Also I was kept informed via text of the arrival time. Technician resolved the problem quickly and also gave good advice on other issues. I will use them again.

We had an amazing experience with Cooper Plumbing! We had an emergency with a giant leak in our kitchen from a pipe in the wall that was spilling through to the downstairs and the external wall. Jeremiah was quick to respond and worked hard to find the source of the leak. (It was in the worst possible spot.) He was pleasant to work with the entire time, as it felt like he spent the entire day at our house. After fixing the busted pipe at an extremely reasonable price, he recommended another amazing company who is now helping us with repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak. Jonathon Blanchard came out last minute on a Saturday evening to unclog a drain. He got it done in about 10 minutes and explained to me why my rental snake didn’t work. Very professional very punctual company. Would highly recommend these guys.

My sewage line backed up in mid April during this insane pandemic, flooding my bathroom. The first plumbing company I called couldn’t come out that Sunday night - saying earliest they could do was Monday afternoon - which obviously was super unhelpful. I ended up calling Cooper Plumbing and Jeremiah immediately tried to help address the issue. He ended up coming out that night, recognizing it was an emergency, and went out of his way to find the equipment he needed to resolve the root of the issue. The price he quoted was also super reasonable and later he also came out to replace part of my sewage pipes. Because there was a lot of water damage he even recommended another company to come do the clean up and restoration and they also did a great job at a reasonable price.I was consistently impressed with his professionalism, but also his genuine desire to help resolve the issue. He wore a mask so did all of this safely given the COVID-19 situation, and I just was so grateful to the service he provided during this stressful time. This whole experience made me appreciate smaller businesses so much more because it was clear he takes pride in his work. Would definitely reach out again if I needed anything else plumbing related.

I can't recommend Copper Plumbing enough!!! They absolutely rocked it for us today at my mother's house. We brought my mom's dogs back to her house today in preparation for her discharge from the hospital only to find a big water spot on the ceiling and wet carpet due to a clogged AC drain line. Cooper's representative David and his coworker arrived in 15 minutes, quickly diagnosed, and resolved the problem.

The customer service was stellar but the damage in my restroom was so severe that it was gonna cost about $7,000 to dig in my backyard. Called these guys out last weekend when my toilet over flowed. I should have just paid for the $50 trip fee but instead paid $490, which we agreed to, for their plumber to do the work but because he couldn’t fix it without charging me more, we had to leave the job unfinished. And essentially, he told me my bathroom was and would remain out of order until we could get that taken care of and spend more money. Just wish I would have gotten some sort of help cause I’m out almost $500 and still don’t have a functioning bathroom because we couldn’t even finish the job. Again, customer service was nice, but it really ruined the weekend.

Jeremiah and his associate Did a great job very professional. TheyTook the time to show me everything that was going on with the problem we had with our plumbing. Very knowledgeable and didn't take a many time to fix our problem. I was very impressed I had to call him back in the evening in regards to a water pressure problem and they returned the next morning and everything was taken care of. I called them at 11:30, at first they said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning, when I told them my situation, they said they’ll see if they can get someone to come out today, 5 minutes later I got a text saying someone will be here 5-7 pm. When the tech arrived I showed him where the problem was and he got right to work and fixed everything in a timely manner, and did a great job on the repairs. When the initial pipe repair that Cooper had done revealed an additional leak, they came right back even though it meant being on the job until 11:15 pm. Despite the late hour, and the fact that they squeezed us in to begin with, they didn’t charge OT for problems resulting from 2021 winter storm Uri. Their technician, a family member recruited from out of state to help handle the local crisis, was professional and personable. The owner runs a tight ship and uses efficient systems. This is a service provider to know.

Nobody likes to wake up to a major water heater leak, especially when you are home recovering from Covid 19. We have a great AC/Plumbing guy. We called him based on the great job & value we got from his company for our new HVAC. My clients had a pretty bad valve bust on their sprinkler system. I called them and they immediately came out to fix it and even checked the entire house to make sure everything was running properly. I would highly recommend them.

They were never able to assist me, so I cannot rate their services. However, I had to reach out to them on a few occasions, where they stated they were putting me on a wait list. At one point I contacted them to ask about my status on their wait list, they stated they were adding me during that time although I was supposed to have been added a week prior.Update: I have checked and have not received any follow up calls, texts, or voice messages from your company.

Had a leak for the main water line to the house caused by a tree growing over the main water line. From the time I called until Chris arrived atthe house was less than an hour. The scope of the problem was discovered within a short period of time and Chris and histeam returned the following day to complete the job. He was able to get me on schedule that day and worked around to when I would be available.Luke our technician was wonderful.
