We couldn't be more happy with the services that Redfin Plumbing provided for us. Not only do we have complete confidence that their work is excellent, but their customer service is also excellent. They had to dig a 4 ft tall by 3 ft wide tunnel that was almost 80 ft long under our foundation to get to a pipe and replace it. They completely filled up our driveway with the soil from under our house, and across the street in an empty lot. When they were done with the job, they cleaned up so well that you can't tell that they were here. I would recommend Redfin to anyone.

I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. They came out the next day and were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of the possible issues I could have. After the inspection, the technician gave an honest opinion on what to do moving forward. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers, Linc plumbing and Redfin plumbing are by far the best in the industry. I highly recommend them.

Trevor arrived promptly during the time window provided and clearly defined all of the services needed. He also provided estimates and detailed descriptions for optional services if I chose to do so. Another attribute I truly appreciated from Trevor was he was there to genuinely help us without high pressure sales tactics. In that light I will return to Redfin Pluming Co. for future plumbing needs.

Junior kept me apprised of his arrival time. He fixed my stopped up disposal in short order. He wore booties to protect my floors from the rain water. He was professional, nice and efficient. You will be very lucky if you call Redfin and get Junior.

Same day service!!!! Called for an estimate and they arrived promptly and with a competitive price. Asked when they could start and was completed the same day. I know this may not always be likely, but I was so impressed and the customer service and workmanship was above par!!! Highly recommend ❤️

Redfin was superb to work with for my whole-house repipe. Eddie was very professional and trustworthy, and explained everything extremely well. The quality of the work was excellent, and it withstood the holiday freeze without a hitch. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely call them up next time I need any work done.

Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea what's going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldn't take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Trevor and Phil were dispatch to my home today via my management company to fix my tub facuet.Trevor called ahead of time to let me know to soon expect him. He was on time and swiftly and proessionally fix my plumbing problem. He also expertly answer my questions.I recommend them highly.

I would highly recommend Redfin Plumbing. Uli was Amazing! I was having water pressure issues and he changed the cartridge in my shower. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Uli answered all my questions, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As a single woman, that doesn't know anything about plumbing, that was greatly appreciated. Trevor helped me to fix the dripping shower head. The cartridge was stuck inside and really hard to take out, Trevor managed to fix it. I appreciate his effort big time. Plus good service scheduling and come on time, everything is great!

I used them to redo my plumbing and appliances in the kitchen after the winter storm, evaluate a leak( which turned out to be a simple fix they told me how do it myself!), and recently they replaced my emergency water shut off valve. He worked in the rain and mud to make sure he completed the job , put all the dirt back, sealed up the whole in the wall, insulated the pipes outside, and caulked the small gap between the pipe and brick outside. Homeowners please do not allow these so called handyman mess with your plumbing. Call redfin and get it done right!!!!

Amazing!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had Eddie out to fix a leak in our water shutoff valve. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it under budget. I am a warranty guy for a well known builder and it is very easy for me to say that Redfin is the best plumber I have ever used. They may not be the absolute cheapest but with them you definitely get what you pay for. I would not have bothered to write this review if I did not think they do a great job.

They tunneled, replaced, and re-routed ALL plumbing at my house recently and every other contractor that was working on the house said a sentence like I normally dislike plumbers... but wow, this is great work. Was very thorough in defining exact location of ceiling leak.
He opened a wall in order to spot the moisture. Only charged the diagnosis fee since pipes were not leaking.

Ali the technician they sent, was able to identify the place where the pipe broke inside the wall within minutes. Most other companies would have had to tear down the place. He was surgical about his approach and extremely fast.

Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Redfin had Heath perform the installation. His work was top shelf, he made an adjust to the attic location placing the water heater closer to the water and gas pipes. All the necessary attachments / fixtures were made and the craftsmanship is a showpiece for how you do a water heater installation right. The technician/plumber came by to determine what was needed to to clean out a clogged drain for our washing machine. He gave what I think was a fair price to run the snake in our line to try and unclog it. We determined a date and time for the service which was accomplished to my satisfaction. As I have come to expect Eddie is a very good hard working plumber and so far our washing machine is draining better than it has in years. We have found a plumbing company (Redfin) that I would be more than happy to recommend to my friends.

Redfiin installed an exterior natural gas line to our outdoor generator. The work by Eddie was very professional, and the folks at Redfin were easy to work with for scheduling an estimate and the work itself. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but it’s worth the extra to make sure it’s done right. Would work with them again!

We called Redfin Plumbing to repair a drain leak. Another plumbing company had told us we would need to replace 30 feet of drain pipe. Redfin was able to pinpoint the issue and repair the leak without disturbing the rest of our home. Their prices were fair and the technicians were very knowledgeable.

My refrigerator ice-water dispenser was not flowing, but generating a trickle. An appliance repairman tried several fixes, but none worked, but on a hunch asked that we get a plumber to check out the incoming line. Redfin came and disconnected the line at the fridge and at the inlet fixture at the wall, and discovered that the installers had left a piece of plastic in the line that was restricting the flow. PROBLEM SOLVED! FAST, LOW-COST, EASY. The team that arrived went to work immediately. I am very pleased.I have used RedFin on a different house, in that case repairing a damaged sprinkler fixture that was ruined during the Big Freeze in Houston. They not only replaced the broken pipes, but also added a new valve that will let us turn off the water in a better location, next time, and hopefully avoid broken pipes in a Future Freeze. PROBLEM SOLVED; PROBLEM AVOIDED.Separately, a Redfin plumber replaced failed parts in a toilet after first making sure all other parts were performing as they should. Problem solved.

That impressed me because its hard to get service that fast. The plumber that came is Thomas. Thomas called and came within the time frame given. He was so nice. RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.

The job I asked for was completed. But the communication between myself and the plumber was poor. The plumber had to leave twice to go to Home Depot for supplies. That said, it took longer than needed to complete the job. The plumber wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant to talk to. I won't be calling them back in the future.

The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters.
