Bought a new water heater when mine started leaking thinking my father in law and I could do change it out. Turns out we didn’t have the tools to cut and sweat the pipes that we weren’t aware we would have to do. Looked up several plumbers in the area and found them. Thankfully they were able to come out within just a couple of hours and get it taken care of for us. Junior did a great job, was professional and kept assuring us that he’d get us taken care of and he did. Would definitely use them again and ask for Junior.
Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Ben J. was very efficient and worked to give me a good price for his services. I called him out because we thought we had a leak (2 months of high water bills), and coincidentally that morning the fixture to the shower broke and we had to turn off the water to the house to stop it running. Ben replaced the cartridge to get the shower fixture back in order so we could turn the water back on and troubleshoot the leak. After checking a couple of the usual suspects quickly, he asked if we had a water filtration system, which we do. We have an RO system in the kitchen which we tried to sanitize after the freeze and haven't figured out how to connect it back together and get it operational again. But it turns out that even though water was not flowing from the RO faucet, it had been flowing this whole time down the drain tube. I had no idea! Ben was able to identify this quickly and save me from a large bill. He only charged me for replacing the shower fixture and threw in the leak detection for free. Good expertise and with an interest in not price gouging his clients. Thank you, Ben!

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. We were so pleased with his quality of work and work ethic I called him again when I was building my new summer home. And again I was super pleased with his knowledge and workmanship. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.
This Company is amazing! We have called Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection camera for a home that we about to buy.Ben within 15min after checking all the pipes ,located for a breakage in the sewer line.This service worth every penny!!If we wouldn’t check it ,we have bought the home and ending paying a lot of $$$ for this breakage.Highly recommended!!

Thomas was amazing! They really mean it when they say no job is too big or small. Easy to schedule, they give you an accurate arrival range time, call when they are on the way, and most importantly show up. They do good work and are extremely reasonable price wise. I am so glad I found them-- they have been a life saver!!! Realtor friends, put them on your referral list!!

I called Texas Premier Plumbing about a quote for hydro jetting. Erika was able to schedule me for the same day shortly after. The techs that came (Ben and assistant) were on-time, professional, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. I'm impressed with their service and do not think it could have gone any better. We now have their magnet on our fridge for any future plumbing services.

We had a terrible leak happen smack dab in the holiday season rush. After being given the runaround by several other plumbing services, we lucked out with Texas Premier! They were quick to arrive, pinpointed the issue almost immediately, gave a reasonable quote & got to work, what more could you ask for in an emergency? Ben, the plumber contacted me and let me know the time he will arrive. He arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. He had his mask on the whole time. I highly recommend Ben and Texas Premier Plumbing.

These guys are AMAZING. So professional, really fast and really nice. They came the SAME day, on time, and called when on their way. We have already used them twice for different services and we have been so well taken care of each time. AND they gave us a better price than other people we called. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
They were prompt and efficient. The work that needed to be done was explained in detail. The men cleaned up after themselves. They provided quality service overall.
Ben and his crew from Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job re-piping our sewer drain lines and replacing our interior galvanized pipes with PEX. Ben explained each step of the process, what needed to be fixed, and recorded and showed my husband and I live footage of breaks in our pipes. He provided cost effective solutions and promptly scheduled the appointment. Each phase of the repair was explained and fully completed in 2 weeks. We had tunneling underneath and on the side of our home and the crew preserved our lawn and dirt was packed nicely that we could barely tell there was a substantial repair. The interior crew was very clean and professional and protected our flooring at all times. Each call, text, and question was answered in a polite and prompt way. We highly recommend this company.
When our plumbing emergency occurred, it couldn’t have been at a worse time- Late Night, Sunday, Fathers Day. Of the more than 8 “24-7” plumbers we tried contacting- TPP were the ONLY ones who answered! From start to finish- these guys killed it! Not only was he attentive & patient with my many questions. Very professional, efficient & thorough- and when all was said and done, I found the final bill to be more than reasonable!Their business card is now on our fridge & is there to say!

What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. And of course - when the time came I had them come do it. They were fast, responsive, collaborative, and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me pick a reliable but low cost new toilet. I would hire anytime and recommend to a friend or family member.

Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.
Texas Premier plumbing showed up about an hour after my call. They gave me a quote to use their hydrojet machine to unclog my sewer line and after running a camera and inspecting the line. After they cleared the line they showed us on the camera again that the line was cleared! I must say that the communication with the plumber was a key to choosing them for service. He really took the time to explain every detail and we are very happy with the service and the repair. I think I found a plumbing company for life.

I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints
I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

Very professional! I had a clogged toilet and a clogged shower that 2 other plumbers couldn’t fix . I called Texas Premier plumbing and they Took the time to explain to me what was happening and fixed the problem and had the bathroom up and running at no time . I will definitely call them if I ever need a plumber again.
I can not say enough about this company. Wow. AmazingFirst they tried to help me fix the problem myself over the phone. What company does that anymore. They were extraordinary patient with me, talked me through it step by step to see if I could quickly and safely get my hot water working again.When that did not work told me exactly what part I needed and to go to Home Depot and buy it. They were more than willing to even call me back later in the evening to help me install the part.The only problem I was to afraid to take any chances myself to take the part off of my water heater. What if I broke something or did not do it right. I voiced my concern to then about this over the phone, and they tried to assure I wouldn't.Long story short they made a special trip after hours with the part, and installed it with a smile on their face. I am still in shock that they would do this for me. How kind and caring. They were so professional, honest, and determined to get me hot water as soon as possible.They went the extra mile and then some. Thanks guys you made my day. You were amazing.This is not your regular plumbing company. They are better then the rest.
Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.
Thomas “Junior” was awesome showed me what was going on and identified the issues and was just super helpful of keeping me in the loop of what is going on. Customer service was awesome from start to finish.
Ben has come over to our house twice in the last month for unclogging different toilets. Both times he came on time, was extremely professional and reasonable. He is the plumber I trust and call on for our repairs.
Best plumbers in Katy, I’ve used them all. This was the only company that was able to answer their phone when our water heater started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday night. We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.

It's unfortunate that there isn't a score higher than an A. Texas Premier Plumbing provided arrival updates, an accurate repair estimate upon arrival, had parts available in their truck, and promptly executed the repairs without delay. The courtesy, professionalism and consideration exhibited by all at Texas Premier Plumbing, from the representative who scheduled the appointment to the plumbers who performed the work, are rare in today's climate. We added the drain clearing after they repaired the toilet. They added a few more dollars to the overall cost, and completed the added work while still onsite. Exceptional firm in a business sector that is perceived to charge inflated or hidden costs. Retained contact information so I may contact again for all future plumbing issues. Highly recommended. They Replaced toilet fill valve and other components due to wear and tear; cleared drain in bathtub.
I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again

Wow! Ben and Junior came out this morning and fixed my sink. Someone I know installed it wrong and I had water everywhere. They came out within 24 hours of it happening and had it fixed in no time. The kept me informed as to when the would be here and they were absolutely on time. Seems like a small thing, but when you're working thats a big help. I 100% will be using them if I have plumbing problems elsewhere ever again. Thanks guys!

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Ben J was knowledge professional and all around good experience. Highly recommend for plumbing problems. Fixed my cut off valve and rebuilt toilet tank innards and gave great service overall.

The plumber that was sent to my home was clean-cut, articulate, and completely professional.. Having said all that, expect a quote that is at least 50% higher than other bids.

Set up two appointments. First time they tried to reschedule on me - second time no showed. Guys that showed up on first appointment could not complete work so they set up job for next morning. Next morning they no showed after confirming.
