I had my furnace blower fan go out and Joel with Mission AC came out on Tuesday to take a look at what needed to be fixed and provide me with a quote. He immediately found the issue and was very polite. It was at the end of the day so he had to pickup the replacement parts from the Goodman vendor the next morning. On Wednesday, he came back and knocked out the repair as well as recharged my freon. Throughout both days, Joel was walking me through what he was seeing, what all the moving parts of the system do, and what to look out for. This was what I truly found exceptional due to it made me more knowledgeable of what was going on and not just a service call repair. How quick everything was handled was also very appreciated but my main thumbs up still goes towards how he took his time to educate me about the system.Thank you Joel.

Charlie is efficient, professional and does great work. I've called Flow Masters three times and they've arrived the same day and fixed my problems very quickly. I just called them again today and they came, found my leak and fixed it within an hour. Put Flow Master on your speed dial.

We have now used Turbo Home Services twice for one of our rental properties to repair and ultimately replace the home furnace. They offered a competitive quote and were quick to respond. They also communicated well throughout the entire process. Their efficiency on completing the job was also well received as the tenant would have been without heat with freezing temperatures expected a few days later. Commercial building with severly clogged toilet drains. No clean out
and clog was a long way from the toilets. Chavez came out late in the day, stayed until the job was finished and then cleaned up afterwards.

I want to know who the other reviewers worked with. The guy who answered the phone was knowledgeable but after I paid him a trip charge fee I was rescheduled by a different person. Then the technician rescheduled me again. Then he quoted me $1,200 for a 40 gallon electric water heater in the garage of a rental property. If that's reasonable then I'm Marie Antoinette.My only positive experience was they refunded my trip charge.
