I called bluefrog late Saturday evening regarding a very smelly toilet and got an appointment Monday morning! Chris was the technician who worked with us and he was on time, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable!Chris took the time to check our toilet, tank, under-sink pipes, and also the shower as well, and let us know the reason for the smell. He also gave us some tips so that this issue wouldn't happen again and did not charge for the service since he considered it a small issue.We are very thankful for Chris and will be using bluefrog for any future plumbing issues we have!

Mr. CJ Frisco removed our old toilet and bought and installed a new toilet. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He removed our old toilet so fast, that I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. He installed the new toilet quickly and efficiently as well. I thought it would take him an hour or more, but it didn’t. I like that he did not ask us to supply towels or leave a big mess like some plumbers that we have used in the past have. Our new toilet looks good and works well. I have now found my new plumber. I will use Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain for now on if I have any plumbing problems.

Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

For a literal 2 min fix, we were charged $380. Very disappointing!!!Appreciate them for fixing the flush, and I understand there’s a cost to send men out, but one should not charge 3.5 times the price for a service that you know will take 2 minutes to fix.One time price gouging, cost you a life long client. Will not use them again.

We had a handle get stuck open in our tub late Saturday night. Blue Frog came on Sunday to help solve the problem. He ended up having to remove tile and did it so carefully that we were able to reuse that same tile! We appreciate the on call work of this plumber.

They asked for $833 to replace the main shirt off valve. The highest quality valve cost $25 at home depot. Be reasonable with your prices.

Patrick got straight to work and identified roots had found their way in my pipes. He was done in little time and my pipes are back to running again. 10/10 would work with again.

Bluefrog plumbing came out and provided me with a free estimate to replace a section of the sewer line and drain clean out. Alton and his team arrived as promised and provided me with a very reasonable and competitive estimate. They are honest and give accurate information. I feel like we were totally over charged but after speaking with the manager, he provided an adjustment and refunded a portion of the bill because of our experience. I was still very disappointed in the work. The plumber literally took 15 minutes to do our job, did not flush the system as priced, and caused a separate water leak. Water pressure is horrible after the repair.The owner has offered to come out to check what can be done about poor water pressure. We shall see. The owner/manager does seem eager to make things right and I respect that.

After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. I had a random issue with my hot water heater. My previous plumber (who installed the hot water heater less than a year before) had kind of thrown up his hands at what was wrong. CJ swept in and was determined to figure it out without quitting. After 2 months of inconsistent hot water, he figured it out!! I'm so grateful!!

CJ and his helper were fantastic to work with. We've been having an issue with our washing machine not draining properly (the water was coming back up the drain line and spilling onto the floor).. the problem has been happening for nearly a Year, and we've had two other plumbers from other companies come out to try to fix the issue, but it never got fixed. Today CJ was able to locate the stoppage in my drain line (where the other companies hadn't attempted), and he got it cleared out! Also, he let us know that the line was pretty greasy and gave us some tips on how to keep that from building up again. Very helpful and personable. Thanks BlueFrog for getting this taken care of so my wife doesn't have to run to the washer every time it starts to drain.

I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

Duane (a Bona Fide Plumber) was extremely polite and professional. Upon arriving he reassured he would do everything he could, to unclog our main sewer line. He offered to run a camera so I would have an absolute understanding of the condition of our sewer. Turns out it’s pretty good for a home built in the 1940’s.Prior to calling Blue Frog Plumbing, I had someone from Craigslist out. This so called plumber said he could not clear the line and would have to “jet” our line and it would be a minimum of $1,200.I am very grateful for Duane and the honesty of Blue Frog Plumbing.(07 June, 22)This is the second time I used Blue Frog Plumbing. Patrick provided FIVE STAR SERVICE! I called late yesterday and as it wasn’t an emergency; Patrick came to our home and inspect a leak from our water supply by the meter. Patrick made the repair quickly and charged only a Service Call fee. When I asked about additional work I would like to do in the future, he not only provide me one, but two estimates for different approaches to complete the work.I will continue to use Blue Frog Plumbing for all needed repairs and maintenance.

Thanksgiving Day is a time for family and friends not greeting the Fire Department at your front door! As we found out, all our alarms went off at the same time because the hot water heaters in the attic were flooding into them. Hence, a frantic call for a Plumber. I really appreciate the work Bluefrog did. I had a leak in my faucet and called a few plumbers who only seemed interested in selling me things I didn't need. Bluefrog couldn't have been more helpful or more professional. CJ came over and fixed the leak on the hot water side of my faucet and while he was there also took the time to replace the cartridge on the cold water side. CJ and Bluefrog Plumbing is the only company i will ever have do any plumbing for me. Its been a yr and finally the bathroom that had the busted pipe in 2021 Feb freeze is getting redone. CJ did an other amazing job, I couldn't ask for better service, communication, and the job done right the first time. A yr ago CJ came in and replaced the bad pipe that broke during the freeze. Today he came back and did a total change over in the tub shower area, plus new tub drain, valve on the toilet and made sure all the lines were clean. The area was as clean when he left as it was when he started. When you want great quality for a reasonable cost Bluefrog is the only people to call.
