Once again! Village Plumbing and Air did a great job, repairing someone else’s bad job. Had main kitchen faucet replace however previous tech did not connect a drip line from the garbage disposal. Remi installed all new hoses, corrected the connections points. No more leaks. Excellent repair on outdoor shut off valve where handle had rusted off. Great work again Remi

It took two service calls for my repair. However, both issues could have been addressed in one visit. First visit was the installation of a gas shut off valve ($170). The second was a pressure test of the system ($594). The shut off valve took less than 15 minutes; the gas pressure test was only slightly more than an hour. I was informed I was paying for a gas company inspection and city permit even though the property is not in the city limits. My correction of this fact was ignored by Texas Quality Plumbing and Eric. My call to Centerpoint indicated my service was not in an area where a permit would be required. I saw this as an effort to run up my bill. I felt compelled to pay and was asked to do so before the job was completed. Unfortunately, I needed the gas back on as soon as possible due to the cold weather and being 2 days before Christmas for the first visit and just days before the New Year's holidays on the second visit. My call to the main office was never returned nor did they provide any justification for the cost of a nonexistent permit.

I will definitely use Texas Plumbing again. They were able to send someone out same day and he was knowledgeable and professional. He took care of a clogged drain; I also had him use the camera to check another problem (sewer drain).

Very disappointed in your service. I had a visit scheduled for 11/24/18 and was given a 4 hour window. The plumber never arrived and no one from the company called me to let me know about it, had to call myself to find out what the problem was. I still went ahead and rescheduled for 11/25/18 for someone to come out. Plumber came but told me it was too late to do the work that day and he could come back 11/26/18 and do the work. Plumber came and did the work but after this experience I very much doubt I will be calling you again for services.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

I had a really bad leak in my pantry and Alex and George explained everything to me and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also fixed the flapper in my upstairs restroom. They were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I'm extremely happy that Lindell from All Around was able to come out today. I recently came across the issue of my kitchen sink drainage clogged, and had a bit of a ongoing issue with the bathroom sink drain in the master bedroom as well. Lindell came out and was able to take care of both of them. He was nice and extremely professional! I would recommend everybody give them a call for your plumbing jobs!
