We have used Plumbing by JRS for a variety of plumbing services at multiple rental properties. He interacts well with the tenants, addresses repair needs promptly and is very reasonably priced. He communicates and explains the repairs thoroughly,makes practical recommendations and does not try to up sell.

Will and Chris were excellent. They were professional, very pleasant and knew what they were doing. They even went to Home Depot to buy a part they didn't have and paid for it. I was very happy with their service. If you ever have any questions or issues, Chris would be the person to call. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Will was also very good and a hard worker.

I would highly recommend Ben with Synergy Plumbing for any plumbing issues or needs. I have now hired him on two separate occasions for plumbing repairs and he answered the phone promptly; responded quickly to my needs and fixed the issues with such professionalism. He knows his craft and he is such a great gracious guy. One heck of a gentleman. He repaired the plumbing issues quickly and his pricing is very, very reasonable and fair. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful, knowledgeable plumber.

I don't usually leave reviews but today calls for one. I called and requested service for a major toilet clog, I had tried the plunger with zero success. Both toilets downstairs had backed up. Rudy came out within hours and solved the problem. A true professional that I wouldn't hesitate to refer to anyone. Very fair pricing and honest.

Tyler was very professional and even though the cost of the equipment was more than I expected, he offered a financing plan to help out.Fredis installed the heating system the same day. Very organized and conscience. Have a warm house now. Highly satisfied.Gelacio installed the correct thermostat today. He did it correctly and promptly. He was courteous and I was satisfied with the job.

There are heroes and then there are Super Heroes. And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I checked with a few places and none of them had the same level of service with just getting me in. They were incredibly accomodating to my situation for which I am truly grateful. And with condo's you have to work with the property management - no problem for these guys they really went above and beyond.If you need any plumbing work done and your reading this review because you are looking for the right person for the job - they are the right person for the job - I highly recommend them.The work is excellent, the service is outstanding and the value is tremendous.

Morgan was fantastic to work with. Not only is he professional, but he goes above and beyond to help you and provide the best experience. He came to my home during off hours, on a Sunday morning to repair and reinstall my water heater after we found a leakage the night prior. He was very responsive and did a great job. He answered the many questions I had with patience and transparency. I would 100% use this company again because these are the kind of employees I would want to work with :)
