Ric from Hungen Plumbing company was extremely prompt, thorough and friendly. He came to replace a leaking pipe in our home. He took the time to explain and show me everything he was doing. Hired Vossler to plumb a large commercial swimming pool project. Once hired they added unqualified labor in order to bill extra hours. While in the middle of the project they changed their price sheet and would not honor their original pricing. During the project mistakes were made in the plumbing that caused catastrophic failure that ultimately caused damage to several really expensive pumps that had to be replaced. Vossler came our and fixed the mistakes then CHARGED ME for the repairs.......I refused to pay the bill, so they filed an illlegal lien on the property, by filing the lien over 30 days past the legal timeframe allowed by lying on the paperwork filed with the county. Sooooo, we were forced to pay the bill, and replace the damaged equipment. While going through all of this more plumbing mistakes have been found and we were forced to do the repairs ourselves until the lien was resolved. Now that it is resolved they have agreed to warranty their work, yet 3 more leaks have been found by the property owners, so we scheduled an appointment for the repairs, but they did not show up at all. 6 hours after the scheduled appointment we were sent an email stating a bunch of different excuses for each employee. I would NOT recommend Vossler Plumbing to anyone for anything.

I sincerely hope no one in Houston finds themselves in need of a plumber at 2:00 a.m. on a Monday morning but we did last night. I randomly searched for a 24-hour plumber on the internet and found Dover Plumbing. They immediately answered and got to my house within an hour (I live all the way up in Kingwood). They were at my house fixing a busted pipe that was gushing from the ceiling into my kitchen from 3 am to 6 am and did a tremendous job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Mrs. Angela was very detailed about the property that she oversaw. She was extremely transparent about the the things that needed to be updated. I would recommend her property company to anybody who have any type of privately owned property that needs to be managed. She is the REAL Deal! Not only is she a great manager she is also good at getting any maintenance problems solved ASAP! This property management company has nothing to do with her very successful, black owned, female owned plumbing company.
