This might be the company to call for routine maintenance, but if you need a repair, my suggestion is to call someone else. Their ability to diagnose a problem, responsiveness, and effectively communicate deserves ZERO stars.I called because the vent supplying my kitchen/dining area had no air flow, causing my downstairs to be significantly colder than upstairs. When the tech came, he said he would need to cut the sheetrock in order to visualize the duct. The charge was $225 for that. I agreed and paid.The first cut attempt in the kitchen was unsuccessful so he made another cut in the bedroom closet (see pics). After running a camera and taking pics in the duct, his assessment was that the low flow was due to the duct being clogged with insulation (which is actually listed as ROOT CAUSE in the estimate).In addition to needing this repair, I was also interested in getting a quote to replace the ac and furnace because I had recently purchased this home KNOWING that it had an aged system. For this, a different tech came to assess and gave me a quote for 12k to replace. He even mentioned that I was good for the time being. Your unit is still working.On the day of the repair, I was there to meet the tech, let him in, then left for work. I received a call from him later that afternoon saying that the repair was complete and air flow was restored....only for me to come home later that evening to a cold downstairs. There was absolutely no difference in the amount of air flow to that particular vent. I called to let them know and they offered to send a more experienced tech to troubleshoot.When that tech came, all I got was it could be this, or it could be that,...he also mentioned something about a damper, and was told the service manager would contact me with an estimate. I had to call several days later to find out when I might expect the estimate. When I received it, it was an estimate to REPLACE the entire system. When I was finally able to speak to the service manager, he said my guys told you the unit needed to be replaced. My response...Uh no...they did not. They told me the problem was the duct being clogged (see invoice again). I'm actually the one that inquired about the cost to replace. In the meantime, I received an invoice for $525...the cost to remove the insulation from the duct, i.e. repair the air flow.These back and forth service calls began on January 4th. Over a month later, I'm out $750, and the only difference I notice is the 2 gaping holes in my sheetrock!My lesson learned: Read the lowest Google ratings too. As you will see in this case, there are several recent 1-star ratings with very similar experiences as mine. Poor response, high fees, lack of communication, etc.

Early for apt (a good thing), put footies on before entering (so as not to track stuff in), introduced themselves w/ friendly handshake (owner), looked over job & gave multiple options. Worked efficiently w/ no mess & offered $$ options. Will call again.

Engener successfully swapped out our outdated lead bath waste system for a brand-new, contemporary one, and we were quite pleased with the results. Once more, many thanks! The entire crew was kind and professional, they were able to schedule an appointment for us shortly after we filled out their contact form, and the final pricing was the same as what they had originally quoted. Very happy and amazed.

Jimmie came to the house on 6-30-20. He was actually early which to be on time is to be early. He was very professional and polite. He took care of the issues in a timely manner and did not try and price gouge. I will highly recommend him and his company.

In the Loop Plumbing was super easy to call and schedule a time to come out. Wes arrived at the time he told me and was quick to diagnose the issue with our water heater. I also had him take a look at a toilet and his assistant fixed it for me on the spot. Easily the best service I’ve experienced with home related repairs!!! I’ll be sure to recommend to my friends and family.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Excellent service and they are very kind. I was very satisfied with the service provided excellent work and very well attended both the technician and the materials of good quality and guaranteed.My air conditioning was damaged in the summer and no one could fix it. The Turbo technician fixed it in a second and said it was just the capacitor. He fixed only what needed to be fixed and I didn't have to buy anything else.

I am an out of state owner who needed a new water heater for a rental property. The main thing about Champion Plumbing is that they are honest and straightforward. They explain their recommendation in terms that you can evaluate and use to make a good decision. They did a good repair for a fair price in a reasonable time (next day).

Paid them to fix a leak twice, it's still leaking. They said they would come by to fix the leak, keep saying 'tomorrow ' or 2 days from now.. it's been over 3 weeks and they never show when they say they will.. I'm using another plumber now.. and I'm out over $300 for basically nothing. Maybe the worst experience I've ever had with almost any business. I own several rental homes and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Commercial building with severly clogged toilet drains. No clean out
and clog was a long way from the toilets. Chavez came out late in the day, stayed until the job was finished and then cleaned up afterwards.
Friendly people and I would recommend Chavez for any plumbing need.

Derek was excellent. Explained everything well and broke down the service I needed in detail. Very professional and knowledgeable. The price could certainly be better but plumbing isn’t cheap to begin with.
