Had a water leak from a valve in the ground that I only stumbled across from mowing the lawn.Of course it’s on a Sunday.I called at least 20 places and Rooterman was the only one who could come out for emergency services on Sunday.Dustin came out and replaced my valve in a relatively short amount of time.They will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future.

Juan Martinez quickly located the source of the drain blockage and removed it in a timely manner. Juan also gave a suggestion for preventing this issue in the future. Thank you!

Worked with Ray who fixed up our kitchen sink pipes and was a pleasure to meet.Here's my real review. I was forced to give a review on the spot in order to get a $25 discount before even knowing if the work was good. I feel sick to my stomach with the amount they charged me for just unclogging a pipe. It was not a pleasure and I will not be using this company again.

They don't know how to an estimate

I don't encounter problems severe enough to call a plumber too often, but when I do, I call Mr. Rooter. They're simply the best plumbers that Austin has to offer.

I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. L&P was a breath of fresh air after dealing with 2 other plumbing companies that seemed scammy. Fabian and his team came out quickly, explained the issue and costs associated were very transparent and clearly knew what they were doing.I felt super comfortably putting my house in their hands. Couldn’t recommend any more.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

After several other local plumbers laughed while declaring they wouldn't even touch the plumbing issue in the house I'm buying, Plumb Masters had someone out in 24 hrs. He was kind, professional, and so very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for the repair and will post an update then. Based upon this experience, I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing projects.

Angry. I spoke with them the night before the appointment to confirm the time slot. My wife took the day off of work. I set my phone down at work and missed a couple calls from them and they don't send anyone, because apparently they *must* hear from you the day of the appointment or they won't send anyone.Confirmation the night before should be good enough for anyone.

Fair price, fast service, and a job well done. I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.
