Mr. KC is the best technician! We truly felt that he took the time and attention to properly service our HVAC. During this COVID situation, he was extremely mindful about our safety and health even if it meant he stood outside in the heat. I called Mike at community plumbing based on a referral from my friend, and Mike did a great job for me in a timely fashion, at a very fair price and I am very very happy with the service, and would fully recommend community plumbing.

This neighborhood plumber was prompt and courteous. My broken water tank was repaired by them, and they even replaced the broken components!

There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars

Our pool company hired Jason to set up refill pipe for our pool. He needed to turn off the water to do so. After consulting with my sick husband, I come outside again to let him know that we have to turn off our tankless water heater before he turns it off, he said no, you don't. I let him know that another plumber also did not do that a few weeks ago and it ended up flooding our son's bedroom which is under the water heaterIn the meantime, others sent by the pool company was using water to power wash the deck. So we called the pool company to call Jason to coordinate with others that were using the water.I go outside again and see Jason starting to work, so I explained to him what was going on. He agrees that he may need to come back again.So I reminded him to let us know when he is back so we can go turn off our water heater.At this point, he snaps at me staying I am a master plumber, I will not tell you, I know what I am doing, telling me all morning what to do. I am not coming back.A simple request... let us know before you turn off the water...but coming from a 5 feet Indian woman was unacceptable to this man. He stormed off, muttering who knows what while my neighbor (another woman) who witness this interaction. I am no stranger to discriminations. but feel an obligation to share this experience. DO NOT HIRE Jason or his company unless you want the same experience. Had it come from my husband who is white man, I am sure Jason's reaction would be much different.

Efficient helps me with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Today the plumber came out at took care of routine maintenance. He took the time to explain a number of things which put my mind at ease. Very happy!

We are getting ready to move and had a list of inspection issues that we needed to have fixed. I found Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain from their numerous recommendations on Nextdoor. I highly recommend them. Very friendly and nice, did great work, and at reasonable plumber prices. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I had more plumbing work!

Stephen and Landen come to my house to check a slightly leaky P-trap and a sink we thought had a slight clog. They checked it out, made some slight repairs and good to go. Very happy with the service and professionalism! Highly recommend.

Alex was great, he was super responsive, professional and took a lot of pride in his work. At the end of the job I did ask him about my first floor and second floor temperature differences, he offered to look in the attic and found an air leak and fixed it. I will absolutely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Hard to find up front and honest companies these days. Thanks a lot Alex and Citywide Services team.

Wow...what a great experience with Zoom Drain! After getting quotes from around the Austin area for some home repair work, glad I went with this outfit. Truly professional from start to finish. Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

They arrived out on time and was able to repair the issue. Isaac the repairman was skilled, explained the dilemma in detail, and left the area in great condition.

I got a last minute appointment with Cody from Supreme, and this was after the hard freeze on Christmas Eve 2022...I thought I would have to wait a week, but the leak I had, they took care of it that morning for a fair price. These are my go-to team from now on.

We’ve known Danny for about 5 years now when his construction company, CapTex, built our mother in law suite. He has since become just like part of our family. So much so, that even our children call him Uncle Danny! He is a great friend and great person, always looking out for us when we need projects done. His guys at Indigo are just as friendly and reliable. They are always courteous and polite when working at our home. And always show up when they say they will and work fast and diligently. They worked so hard getting our hot water heaters back up and running after the winter storm and we are very grateful for that. Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird I know.) After about 15 minutes of looking, he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!
