Gilbert did a fantastic job for us. The Pressure Regulator Valve on our new home wasn't functioning properly, resulting in annoyingly low water pressure. Gilbert was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and install a replacement. Professional & on time. Our repair ended up coming in under the original estimate, we feel his service offers a good value. We will be using Gilbert for any future plumbing repair needs.

Owner, GIlbert, is awesome! Came to fix a handful of things, realized he didn't have a key part, rescheduled without charging for the first visit, and did quick, complete, quality work. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!

Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing is a lifesaver! He's come to our home several times, often last minute, to make repairs and make assessments. He is so professional, so responsive and so easy to work with. Their prices are always reasonable, and Blue Dragon never overcharges or repairs something that doesn't need a repair. These guys honestly bend over backwards for their customers, and always provide the highest quality work for the best price.

We noticed one of the spigots in our backyard was dripping. Right before we were about to get a cold front, the drip got worse and turned into a larger leak. We were losing ~a bucket of water every couple hours.We called a few plumbers but they either didn't have availability to come out or didn't answer. Our neighbors referred us to Blue Dragon.I called Gilbert and he was friendly and professional. He asked for pictures of the leak and a quick explanation of what was going on. I sent him pics and scheduled a repair for later in the week. Luckily, Gilbert finished a job early that same day and was able to come out within a few hours. (Results not typical).He arrived and explained that we just needed to replace the hardware to stop the leak. He let me watch him work and ask him questions to understand the issue and the fix.Maybe next time I have an issue I will be confident enough to attempt a fix on my own. But I will probably just call Gilbert. :)

I had Gilbert replace my bathroom faucets and kitchen insinkerator last week. He was responsive right from when I first called him about his services. His rates are upfront and reasonable and he has a professional attitude. He also gave me some plumbing tips just as an aside. His work is quite satisfactory and I'd be happy to avail of his services in future.

I had someone from blue Dragon to add an expansion tank on my water heater. Someone was not the owner was sent to my house. One year later the connection on the water outlet started leaking. It was then found that the connection was poorly done and the expansion tank was tilted that caused the leak.Also I asked them to lower the water pressure, and the gentlemen who came to do that did not connect the pipes correctly until I pointed out that the way he connected the pipes would only lower the pressure to the backyard and not the house. He then had to redo the wiring. If I had not noticed the mistake I would have spent all that money to only lower my backyard water pressure.I do not recommend..

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Used these folks one time and was extremely happy with their service. The owner (Gilbert) was a real stand up guy. He explained everything to my satisfaction, showed up when he said he would, did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. Their prices are excellent too. Gilbert is as good as it gets for a plumber. He takes his work very seriously and does the job right- with a sense of humor. He goes out of his way to get you the best price too. We have been working with him since 2014. He has installed 2 water heaters- the second one he had to make slight modifications with the new regulations on water heaters (no prob). We had a gas leak scare last week - he came and made the repair the same day (on the weekend)!! and didn't mention cost. Wow.. after 20 years of rental property ownership and disagreeable experiences with plumbers, I've finally found my go-to guy. I went through 2 handymen and wasted a good 3 weeks trying to get a simple leaky faucet resolved, listening to every imaginable excuse, ranging from car won't start to grandmother ill, and finally just gave up and fired them both permanently.Finally, I read reviews of Blue Dragon and decided to give them a shot. Gilbert responded to my initial voice message ,in less than an hour and set a schedule. I gave him tenant contact info and he made all the scheduling arrangements directly with them. Sure enough, on the appointed day, the crew showed up exactly when they said, and resolved the leak. While there, they discovered abnormally high water pressure at the house, which pointed to a failing pressure relief valve at the meter.A repair estimate range was given to replace the valve and another appointment was made for a return visit to accomplish that. Again, the guys showed up exactly when promised. When the job was done, they had replaced a couple of additional components not initially anticipated.The best part? The final bill amount came in LESS than the low end of the initial estimate.What's not to like? These guys are now in my Rolodex in bright red!

I had Blue Dragon (Gilbert) out to replace all 3 of my exterior hose bibb valves. He was on time, upfront about the supplies, labor and fees, and the job was completed to satisfaction! Happy to call them first next time I have any plumbing issues!!

Gilbert, the owner and Master Plumber, phoned me twice very quickly to get info regarding my job and was at my home within an hour of my first phone call to him !! He had a full 2 week schedule and offered referrals to other plumbing companies, but I opted to wait for him,. As my issue was small in his estimation (replacing 2 30-year old water shut-off valves to my washing machine), he came out himself .I was amazed at the speed (about 20 minutes) at which he worked and completed the job! He is professional, friendly and helpful in educating his customers of their circumstances. A delightful person and I'm grateful to have found Blue Dragon Plumbing.

I think Blue Dragon is about a 4.6 or so, so I've rounded up to 5. I had a shower faucet that leaked into the shower. I had tried to get the handle off myself for the repair, but it wasn't budging, so I decided to call a professional. Truthfully i changed my mind three times before picking Blue Dragon. In addition to the shower issue, we had two outside faucets (aka hose bibs) that would drip a bit in colder weather.... i wanted to get those serviced, suspecting an old washer or crown packing,. Last on my list were the valves to my two toilets. I hate multi-turn valves when there's a bowl emergency (about to over flow), and the crowns also leak a few drops in certain positions.With that list I used the Blue Dragon web page contact form on a Wednesday night to place my request. The next day I got an email from the owner (Gilbert Jimenez) detailing his fees and proposing an afternoon visit. I took it, and one of his crew, Matt, was calling promptly at 12:30 to say he was on his way.My wife was on site when he visited. I had to walk him through the wish list a bit again by phone, and he recommended it would be cheaper to replace the outside faucets rather than repair them, I agreed. My wife says he moved quickly from task to task. He had a bit of trouble getting the shower handle off to, but quickly came to a solution and took care of it.All the work was done with two hours of billing (including their standard 1/2 hour for travel).When I got home there were a few detail points that I though needed further attention. I put another request in on the website and promptly got a followup call from Gilbert. He took my 'notes' with no push back and Matt was able to drop by again the next day to address the details.I am very pleased with Blue Dragon's service. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am particularly pleased with their suggestions that were different from my request, but saved me money. They were able to use a couple parts I had in my 'plumbing' box. They were very conscientious about being on the clock and moved swiftly from task to task. And, when I had a couple concerns about the work, they came back promptly to do the fix on their nickel.One suggestion for them is to find a web based contact system that sends the client, by email, the message they leave in the contact form. There was one point in the project when my wife asked didn't you tell them XYZ, and I thought I had, but I couldn't confirm it. Until then, before you hit 'submit' on their web page contact form, you might want to copy and paste your message locally so you have a record.

I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

Gilbert is the man! Called him at 8:30 AM the morning our drain clogged and he was here at 1:30 PM. Cleared our drain in no time. Two times cheaper than the last guy we had come out for the same problem! Thank you Gilbert for the fast and excellent service!

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. He does great work, at a great price and most of all is a genuinely nice gentleman who has always been super responsive and helpful when I email him with plumbing questions. After two unsuccessful visits and fighting with the insurance company we decided to pay for the repairs ourselves and get it done right. Did a good job but I feel like I was taken advantage of with pricing. Technician came and gave me a price prior to starting. Once he was about 85% complete, he upsold me on additional work that would make my system more reliable. I approved. After completion, he came to me and said the bill was about $100 more than he'd priced. Not sure how that can happen on such an inexpensive repair, but I don't feel it was ethical.

Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

Submitted an online contact request (on a Saturday) regarding getting a quote for replacing my old tank-type water with a tankless-type. Within minutes I got a friendly call from Gilbert, who let me know that he's not working with tankless water heaters currently, but offered a recommendation for another local family-owned outfit that does. We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

Called this company again after my husband used them several years ago. Needed to have the cartridge replaced in my Moen water faucet. A 15-minute job was drug out for 2 and 1/2 hours because the plumber did not have the parts on his truck. Was not told ahead of time that you get charged for an hour minimum whether the job takes 15 minutes or not. Also, was not informed that I was being charged for 30 minutes driving time until it was time to pay my bill. Very shady... When you choose a profession that requires you to drive around town and then charging people for doing what your job requires! Watch out for this company! Be sure and ask for a quote ahead of time and make sure that the plumber has the parts required when he gets there!
