Requested an appointment online at 8:20am, appointment set by 8:30am, at my home by 10:30am. Issue fixed by 10:45am. Alex and Ollie then gave me a complementary full house inspection giving good advice on things that I needed to pay attention to. All for the very low price of $89. Couldn't be happier.

The technician Jerry was very professional. After introducing himself he told me exactly what he came to perform during my Air Conditioner system maintenance, kept me informed during the process, and at the end reviewed what was done, what services were available (in case I wanted to contract), and advised me care I could do by myself to have a healthy and operative air system. Five stars.

I have used them on two occasions, water heater broken and clogged kitchen sink. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, fair pricing, local. They really are very good and you will be happy with the results. As a homeowner this is one resource you want in your “home” file.

I got an estimate for clogged pipes, and the plumbers gave me some good advice which saved me a bunch of money, even though it gave them less business. 10/10.

Called and was able to get service the same day for a yard leak. Chris showed up and was able to locate the leak quickly, diagnose the problem and get it repaired in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family and would definitely recommend Chris. He's very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything.

Hardworking Plumbers & Drain Cleaners were extremely helpful and supportive for my blocked drainage system. I had a major issue with my drainage system and gave them a call in the morning, and had the problem fixed by the evening. Both were extremely cooperative, punctual and efficient and the quote was reasonable too. Would highly recommend their services to all in need of emergency plumbing services or any major drainage issue.

My guest bathroom faucet broke on Memorial weekend. Jared responded right away on a holiday weekend and was very accommodating on an appointment time. He was very pleasant during the repair and walked me through each step. I also appreciate that he gave me the cost before starting. If you need a plumber, do not hesitate to contact Aloha plumbing! He even cleaned out my drain because he noticed it was full of hair (ewww).

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

They did not show up at the day or week promised. Led to hiring multiple plumbers on short notice at great expense. Will not recommend

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
