These guys responded quickly and i am grateful for that. However they told us $175. for after hours call. The next day they billed us over $800.00 for what was a 1 hour job.

Oliver and Kailum came to help us this week and they completed the job quick and effectively. They do not like to get dirty. Sewage back up at Apts and they said it was icky and refused to work on it. Said it wasn't sanitary poor babies lol. Call real plumbers!

Professional negligence and way overpriced. Our sewage line was backing up into the house and we asked our neighbors if they were having similar issues, nobody was and one recommended Plumb Masters (Plumb Doctors came but it's the same company) - huge mistake. They came out quickly and inspected a clean out and said we had a catastrophic failure in two places. I asked to see the video footage (that we paid for) and he said it wasn't possible as it was completely backed up. He recommended we vacate the home immediately and take immediate action to fix the problem. I was shocked as we could still flush our toilets (the sewage had drained) but trusted the expert.He came back with a price tag of $44k - he explained two catastrophic failures and most likely orangeburg pipe - everything needed to be replaced to the street. $44k was outrageous but we trusted his diagnosis and vacated the home.We reached out to other vendors for quotes, a commercial plumber in the neighborhood responded on next door and came over, he quoted $5k from the back patio to the street - dig up and replace. He didn't inspect any lines, just gave us an idea on what's fair. Less than 8x the price from plumb doctors but not the entire job.The second plumber, Clarke Kent, came out and inspected the same clean out, same result. However, Clarke Kent only found one failure and noticed it was filled with soil, not indicative of a failed sewer line. He inspected 2 other clean outs and found the main line was clogged with feminine products, causing the backup. He cleared the clog and inspected the main line again, the original clean was not connected and was dead. Our entire sewer lines were replaced with pvc, there was no orangeberg. I asked for a rough quote to replace everything if it was failed, he said maybe $15-20k... still less than half of Plumb Doctors.Plumb Doctors was lazy, only inspected a dead line, didn't investigate the problem - we could still flush our toilets, not indicative of a catastrophic failure. Lied about the second failure, the line was cut 6ft into the run. Charged us for video footage that we never received. Advised us to vacate our home. Wanted $44k to replace a sewer line.Rated 2 stars because they refunded our $380 service call and paid $100 for our inconvenience (we rented a hotel for 2 nights until we found a friends house to stay at). We spent more than that and the stress was worse but it was somewhat fair, we both lost in the transaction. My hope is that someone reading this doesn't lose too, avoid this negligent company that will overcharge you for a problem that doesn't exist.Our invoice said both Plumb Doctors and Plumb Masters, seemingly owned by the same person, super confusing and sketchy. Avoid both.

After hour dispatch was required due to an active leak above unit I was working in. Oliver arrived within 30 minutes and was immediately engaged in isolating the leak, which happened to be coming from 3rd floor!I've used Plumb Masters in the past and I can say with confidence the level of services is consistently top notch!Definitely recommend!

Had a leaking toilet. Plumb Masters had a cancellation so they had an opening for me - plumber came like an hour after I called, diagnosed the problem (eroded wax ring), and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonable price - $218. Then let me know about a broken flush valve - quoted the repair but let me know I could do it myself to save money if I wanted, which I opted to do. Love that transparency. Great company.

Joe and Brian did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. From start to finish--we were given a detailed estimate, they arrived on time, cleaned up as they went along, and took care of everything with expertise and professionalism. Also, Jennifer and Tara at the office were very polite and helpful. Absolutely recommend Plumb Masters for your plumbing needs.

After several other local plumbers laughed while declaring they wouldn't even touch the plumbing issue in the house I'm buying, Plumb Masters had someone out in 24 hrs. He was kind, professional, and so very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for the repair and will post an update then. Based upon this experience, I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing projects.

I had a big issue that I needed help with fast - Called Plumb Masters and they were out within 2 hours and Brian and Joe were both amazing! They know their stuff and walked me through everything they needed to do. I had complete confidence in them and they were able to fix my issue and alleviate my worries for much less money than I was afraid it was going to be. I would highly recommend them. They know how to make a customer feel comfortable about what is not a fun process - Thank you!

Jay and Andy were great. They arrived at the agreed time, provided an exact cost for the work before beginning, and had the leak fixed in about an hour. This is my third time using Plumb Masters and the experience has been the same each time. I'll be using them for future work as well.

The plumber, Jami, arrived within about 1/2 hour after I called. He found and fixed the problem with one toilet, checked the rest to see why they noisy and was done promptly. He was very thorough and very professional - a real pleasure to deal with.We’ve used Plumb Masters since 2014 and highly recommend them.

The plumber and his apprentice gave notice of arrival, arrived promptly, and quickly made the repair. They were very professional and courteous. They offered quotes on the spot for additional work, but were not at all pushy, even explaining some things I should look out for if I was going to make improvements to my faucet installation myself.

Oliver arrived right at the scheduled time, and quickly troubleshot and addressed my issue, but hung around to make sure the problem was completely resolved before leaving. He was happy to answer questions I had, and explain the problem. These guys do good work and are reasonably priced.

On their fist visit the individual fixed what was needed, but recommended some work that had a steep price. A future call out to our house showed that this work wasn't needed at all. Admittedly I was a little turned off after the first visit.I have to say that since the first visit Plumb Masters has been great to deal with. Each time we've called, they've been able to come out to our house on the same day. This wasn't the case with other companies. On their most recent visit, Oliver and Kailum were very nice, informative, let me know of all costs in advance and gave me advice for future issues. I took a chance on Plumb Masters when I originally called them and I've been using them ever since. Tara, who took my call was very nice and easy to work with when scheduling a crew to come to our house. I even missed their call on their way out to our place, called them back and Tara contacted the crew directly for me to let them know I was home.I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance. I hope Oliver and Kailum stick with Plumb Masters because they couldn't have been easier to deal with and they're good representatives for the company to have out in Austin area homes.

I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak. He is trustworthy and authentic and I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing leak detection or plumbing work.

Urgent situation. Water coming from the ceiling should not happen. Called Plumb Masters they sent someone right away within an hour his name is Joe. Joe was courteous responsive helpful and fix the problem immediately. Highly recommend them and will give them a OK on next-door. Will recommend to anyone

Plumb Masters is the best experience I've ever had with plumbing work in my life by a long shot. For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work.Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible. He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater. I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars. Jay fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He then spent a ton of time explaining specifically what had been wrong with my system and how he had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in complete working order and not in need to a pricey fix. He didn't try to sell me or up-charge me on anything that I didn't need.If you want an honest plumber that does a great job, turn to Jay and the folks at Plumb Masters. You won't regret it.

I had a concealed leak in my house (water seeping up through my flooring with no obvious source) which Jami found quickly, and he went above and beyond to figure out the best solution. He provided me a quote prior to doing the work, and when he finished, the actual amount was less! He was extremely courteous and respectful of my property and left my bathroom in the same state he found it. I would absolutely recommend Plumb Masters, and while I hope I have no plumbing issues any time soon, I will be using them again if and when I do! Thank you so much guys!

After going through two other HORRIBLE plumbing companies my friend Sam told me these guys are honest, will do a perfect job, and they'll do it with a smile. I didn't realise how right he was until they came out to my house and saved me hundreds of dollars by just doing a simple test to show me I didn't, in fact, have a leak like Mr. Rooters plumbing told me I had (and wanted to charge me $700 just to inspect the supposed leak!!!).I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We had a massive storm in Texas and all of the plumbers were booked. One week later, my water heater gave up! I called and Plumb Masters were able to come out right away. They did an awesome job. They came and stopped the leak and then installed a new heater for me. Excellent service, they came when they said they would come and they installed the new heater on the weekend. I would recommend them and will use their service again.

I really can’t say enough about how great these guys are! It was an absolute pleasure having them in my home. Marco and Juan were awesome, showed up on time, got right to it and took care of my very clogged kitchen sink within a few minutes. They put everything back together that I had torn apart trying to fix it myself. They cleaned up, made sure everything was draining properly and that nothing was leaking, and they were on their way! Don’t hesitate to call these guys if you need some plumbing help, you won’t be disappointed!!

I’ve had an on/off leak that I couldn’t identify. I was referred to these folks, and they were able to schedule an appt for me for the following day. They were on time, very professional, and were able to assess the situation and identify the problem (which was a busted appliance). Appliance repair isn’t their bag, but at least I was finally aware of the problem so I could bring the right person out. Happy with the service call and will def use again if I have a plumbing problem.

Really quick service. Our toilet had backed up at the community center I work at. We had a party later in the day so it was super important that we got someone here quickly. I called around and everyone was either unavailable on Saturdays or were charging 300 dollars plus just to come out. Finally I found Plumb Masters and immediately called them up. Within ten minutes she had a plumber call me. They came out and took care of everything within one hour of my initial call. The price was good too! Really can’t have asked for better.

We used Plumb Master after hours to fix a broken fitting, the tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job on the repair. The issue we have is with the cost of the repair. Initially the tech thought it was one issue and quoted the repair to be around $2,000, since they thought that a large portion of a copper pipe would have to be replaced. Once he began the work it turned out to be something much simpler, basically a fitting on a pipe was cracked and had to be replaced. The two fittings that were replaced cost less than $50 and the time that was spent was 3.5 hours. 1 hour to travel from our house to the shop to pick up a part, 45 minutes to let the cement dry on the PVC fitting, and 2 hours for the repair. The final cost of the repair was over $1400 for replacing two fittings that cost less than $50. I want to be clear, the technician did a good job, my point it that the cost of the repair is excessive. I understand that this was done after hours and there is additional cost to that, on the bill I was charged a after hours fee, which I am more than happy to pay as it was a Friday night. I called several other plumbing companies just to see if what I was charged was inline with normal practices, this does not seem to be the case. I did call plumb masters to try and see if they could explain to me why the charge was so much and the gentleman on the phone basically said that was the cost because of the tool that was used. If your repair can wait and you can shop around I would recommend that you do that.Response to owner - The work that was done was completely different than what was quoted. The initial quote was to replace a large copper pipe, which was not done because that was not the issue. The issue was a fitting that had cracked, that is very different than replacing a large pipe. I am not disputing that a plumber needed to do the work and that required a skilled technician. The cost that was charged to replace a pvc fitting should not have been over $1400, that is just taking advantage of the customer.

As a Property Manager, it is hard to find reliable vendors. Recently we had multiple plumbing repairs needed on a property and Sam with Plumb Masters came out and quoted the work and completed all of it in the same day. Great work and great customer service!!

Cody and Brian were great! I called and was told all of their plumbers were busy but they would get to me ASAP. I expected to have to wait a little while. Less than 30 minutes later they showed up and fixed our issue in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend using them for any plumbing needs!

I was referred to Plumb Masters by another company and boy I’m I glad they did. PM was the 4th company that I had come out. Each previous company was unreliable, unprofessional, or downright dishonest. From the the scheduling to the onsite visit with PM they were extremely pleasant and professional. Cody and Robert were 2 of the best service guys I have dealt with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, informative and just plain good guys. They were able to fix my clog and make some additional recommendations. I later called and spoke with Mark, the owner, and it became abundantly clear why dealing with Cody and Robert was such a great experience. Mark took the time to explain a few things and answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone who has plumbing problems to give Plumb Masters a call.

Jamie and Jordan with Plumb Masters were fantastic. Our grinder pump went out over the weekend and I called Plumb Masters because I saw that they provide sewer repair services. Jamie and Jordan came out, diagnosed the problem (our pump needed to be replaced), contacted their supplier to find us a new pump, and installed it. They also did their due diligence to make sure the pump was working properly before they left. Plumb Masters is now at the top of my list if we ever need a plumber.

Very professional guys, Jamie and Chris came out and were thorough. They worked quickly and cleanly and ran us through all the issues they located and what they did to resolve them. There's no more leaking so we're happy with the result. Thanks!

I’ve never had a great experience with a plumber until today.They were a little late from a previous call, but this is understandable since they may do work on the spot after giving an estimate.Once they arrived Oliver and Marco were very professional, quick, and clearly reviewed any potential issues and costs of fixes. Oliver was clear on which items should be fixed sooner rather than later, and which I may want to keep an eye on and fix in the future.The cost for the work was reasonable and I will definitely use Plumb Masters in the future.

I've used this company here or there to fix mostly minor problems. Today they really came through for me though. My well had a major issue and not only did Eric and Noah manage to make it out the same day, but offered to stay late when another issue arose. Joe came out and was fantastic. Found the source of the leak right away, recommended some options, got to work and fixed it. He also looked at my water heater and overall water pressure and made recommendations for updating some of the plumbing. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone.

I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results. They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes. Not too shabby. A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... WORTH IT! Thanks Plumb Masters! I will be recommending your business to others.

Big leak behind fridge at 10:00 at night. Tried calling other companies I had heard of first ( Radiant and Strand) both of whom also have 24 hour service. Both told me that they couldn’t get to me until the next day some time. Plumb Master was there in 20ish minutes. Cost a bit more for the visit, but in no way excessive considering it was the middle of the night. Did great work, showed me the problem, explained everything ( including how to turn the water off outside), and was done in maybe 20 minutes.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and Plumb Masters was very responsive. We called them around 1:30 a.m. and someone was at our house within the hour. We would definitely use them again.

When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Highly recommended.

They called when they were on the way; inspected the problem and told me the cost of repair. The repair was completed.

Andy and Josh were not only on time but an hour early! Done in 2 hours. Very thorough. Identified and removed the blockage that was causing both bathrooms to flood when toilets were flushed or a shower was run. Very polite and explained in such a way that I was able to understand. Definitely recommend. Hope I won't be needing a plumber any time soon; but living in an older home, there is bound to be plumbing issues. Will definitely call Plumb Masters and will ask for Andy and Josh! So should you!

I had a copper pipe literally spraying water inside of a wall. It made a huge puddle! I cut away the dry wall and mitigated the mess with a constant supply of dry towels.Cody and Brian got the job, they called ahead, were on time and respectful of my home. After they inspected, they showed me the price up front and explained the work to me.They worked fast and completely fixed the leaking pipe in my wall. I could tell they worked well together and were experienced.The work is also backed for 18 months. The price was not cheap but I'm glad to support a good business with good workers who back up quality work.

One of our contractors highly recommended Plumb Masters after our kitchen plumbing was damaged by another contractor. Plumb Masters is not a normal company. They are relentless about tackling problems of any size. They just won’t quit until everything is done with excellence. They work with professionalism and superior customer service. We had a leak in a shower connector within the wall. We had it replaced once but the repair failed in a few months and we had to open up the wall again. I took pictures and sent them to a different plumber who declined the job. Blake from Plumb Masters came and inspected and said I've never seen anything that I couldn't fix. And then he did a great job repairing it. Very talented plumber!

Very impressed with Plumb Masters. They responded quickly even on a Saturday. Mark and Andrew are real professionals. They fixed our water leak right away even though the layout of the plumbing system presented multiple obstacles. They also provided several options for improvements that would prevent future problems. And their pricing is quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Plumb Masters.

Let's be real. Nobody wants to call a plumber. Not on a Saturday, which is, of course, when all plumbing issues are scheduled to appear, not when you have sewage coming into the house instead of out of it, and especially not when every plumber in town is booked a month in advance because of the winder storm. I called six plumbers, and Plumb Masters were the only ones to answer immediately. Yes, it's more expensive on the weekend, but try telling your SO that we're just going to have to hold it for 48 hours. Anyway, Plumb Masters scheduled Jami to come over right away. He was very clear in what he was going to do and was very well equipped (with gadgets I had never seen) to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was not good: collapsed drainage pipe. Need to dig. Jami explained the cost differences depending on where the problem was (ranging from 'that's not cheap' to 'let's just walk away from the house and move to the mountains'). Still, Jami used the snake to clear up a bit of the pipe so we could start using the restroom again immediately! They scheduled to come back and do the work on Monday. This time Jami was working with Jordan, and this dynamic duo of drainage doctors took to the front yard to locate the broken pipe. When they finally located it, it turned out that roots had gotten in through a screw-top lid that the builder didn't put cement on. The pipe was not burst or collapsed, so Jami and Jordan called me outside, they talked to their office and discounted the heck out of the original quote. The cleared out the pipe and cemented the lid so it never happens again. I really appreciated the honesty as well as the care they took to mark the hole so people wouldn't fall into it while the cement dried. A few days later Jami and Jordan came back and closed everything up in a matter of minutes with no fuss. I do recommend you call them have them quote you for the repair, even over the weekend, because they were fast and clearly know what they're doing.

We have been using Plumb Masters to do our plumbing repairs for sometime now so when we decided to start a master bathroom remodel they were our first choice for the plumbing work. We were excited to find that they could handle not only the plumbing but the entire project through their remodeling department Dream Bath. Everything from design to completion went as smooth and stress free as we could have ever hoped for.

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn’t turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I’m so thankful to have found this place!

I always call Plumb Masters first, and the times that I haven’t, I wished that I had ;-) Jamie and Jordan we’re prompt, kind, respectful of the interesting times (wore masks and gloves), and most importantly they did a great job. We called for an issue with our dishwasher not draining completely, and Jamie immediately knew what was causing it. When cleaning out under the sink for their arrival, I noticed water and they found the leak (disposal) quickly, and of course easily got that replaced without another trip back. We also had a sliding (very old) toilet, which they replaced and sealed it cleaner & better than “the other guys” did a few years back. I can honestly say it’s the first time I have been excited by plumbing work thanks to Plumb Masters doing a great job, with minimal disruption to my new WFH life.

Plumb Masters was recommended to me by another Austin plumber who wouldn't be able to fix my kitchen sink leak for a week. Fortunately Plumb Masters was able to send someone the next morning and the problem appeared to be fixed. Unfortunately the next day, there was evidence that the problem wasn't completely resolved. The next morning , Saturday, two plumbers, Clay and Matt showed up and fixed the remaining problem in about 15-20 minutes, at no additional charge. I have added Plumb Masters to my list of home services contacts for future reference. A responsive, reliable tradesman is a good resource to know. I will call them for future repairs and plumbing services.

From front desk scheduling to onsite they were fast, courteous, professional. Gage and Robert replaced the wax ring in my upstairs bathroom. They recommended to test for water damage (there was none) and came back the next day to finish the job. They diagnosed the original problem which put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions and also finished my home install of a Japanese bidet toilet lid (love it!).

Our technician Blake was amazing! He was professional and honest about what we needed done, and the costs. Blake had a good personality, and we would gladly, God forbid, ask for him in our time of need! Blake got straight to work and was finished much sooner than we ever expected! This is our second time that we have called them, and we highly recommend them for anyone in need!

He was very efficient resolved all the issues and explained very well with all the plumbing issues I had. He replaced it with affordable pricing. I have been using Plumb Masters for over a year for both critical emergency plumbing needs as well as after a bathroom remodel that was not up to quality standards. When needing major septic repairs last year, other companies were unable to help me timely, but Plumb Masters was able to work me into their schedule.The entire team is not only knowledgeable and professional but genuinely seem interested in solving the issues promptly.

Let me start off by saying that Wayne and Manny were awesome! Fixed my sink and hopefully I won’t have issues with it again. They worked hard to fix my problem.The reason I gave 4 stars is because when booking my appt, they asked what the problem was and I explained in detail the problem and said I needed a cost estimate because I was afraid of the expense. The girl on the phone said she didn’t have that kind of info at the office and the guys would have to come to my house to diagnose the problem. They did tell me it was an $89 service call. When the guys arrived, I walked them into my kitchen and explained in detail what my problem was, just as I had on the phone. Without looking at my sink or investigating the problem, the plumber pulled up a computerized cost estimate from his iPad and told me to fix the problem it would be $200. There was no diagnosis needed, just an explanation of the problem... which I had done over the phone. Now by this time, I know I’m in for $89 because they were standing in my kitchen. And the company knows it to, which is why they don’t want to give cost estimates over the phone. And that rubs me the wrong way!

We had a great experience! We found a leak and called plumb masters because there was water damage in the wall and on the carpet. They were very responsive and came the same day even though it was a long weekend. Waseem was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us information about the problem and how to remedy it. He was quick and efficient, and he advised us on how we can improve the water in our home on our own. Thank you so much!! We are so appreciative!!

I have been using this company for several years for my business and my home and every time they exceed my expectations with knowledge and great customer service. They really seem to appreciate my business and know when an emergency plumber is needed for my busy water-reliant business. Highly recommend and I never worry when I need to call them because I know they will get things fixed for me.

Men were very polite, professional, and were done with the repairs in a reasonable time. However, I had a leak the next day coming from the toilet’s shutoff valve. They returned to fix the leak, but we decided not to have it fixed. The material cost was under $15.00 and labor was $170. I was disappointed because I know that wouldn’t even take one hour. I suspect we were being charged for two plumbers to be here. This job only takes one person, but I was being charged for two. $170 for labor is HIGH!!Update: my husband took care of the leak. It cost $16.26 and took 20 minutes.

These guys were great! I needed a plumber ASAP because the City of Austin turned off our gas because of a leak. I had called several plumbers and Plumb Masters was the only one who was willing to come out as soon as they could. They came out in about an hour from when I called. They fixed the pipe that was leaking the gas and the city came out and turned everything back on. Plumb Masters totally saved me. I was having our company Christmas party the next day and I had a lot of food to prepare. I'm very grateful for their fast response and Awesome work. We now have a new plumbing company to do all our future plumbing needs.

An example of the ongoing epidemic of poor customer service. We have used this company for seven years, exclusively. Obviously we have received good customer service in the past or we would not have continued calling them. As a long time customer, today’s call regarding work they performed last month and our previous botched job, we are done using them.

The crew that came out today was on time, courteous, and professional. They discussed what they found with us and made suggestions on how to fix other conditions related to the one they fixed today. They did not strong arm us, just analyzed the problems and suggested fixes. We have never had an issue with PlumbMaster's staff or work.

We were very pleased w/ how quickly you could get an employee out to us & how quickly he fixed the problem. We felt perhaps it may have been a little higher priced than we expected, but we appreciated the quick turn-around!!!

They were able to determine the problem wasn't in the drain line even though it was installed incorrectly to begin with. They fixed the drain line, but unable to correct the dishwasher not draining, which is something they don't do. Very professional and responsive.

Plumb Masters is quickly becoming one of Austin's most trusted names. Called a competitor first based on a post card I received in the mail. They wanted to charge approx. $60 just to come out, and were evasive about how much a known repair would cost. I looked at the reviews for Plumb Masters and gave them a shot. Prompt, outstanding service. Our main water line broke, requiring a major repair job. Samuel went above and beyond to knock out the project the same day. After the crew left, we realized the hot water was down. Samuel returned to our house at 8pm (presumably leaving his own family) to get our hot water flowing again and to ensure the job was finished. Pipe broke and I thought it would be an emergency Sunday job. After I spoke to the tech on Sunday he told me how to stop the leak and they would come out Monday. They arrived at noon and fine within the hour.

Mark came out today to replace a toilet for us. He arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We needed a new flange and some adjustments to make the new toilet (we provided the toilet) fit. He also loosened a bolt for us that we have been unable to loosen that wasn't part of the toilet install. He went above and beyond! We're completely satisfied and will use Plumb Masters again when we need a plumber.

We had a stopped up toilet. Oliver and Jordan came and were able to diagnose the problem to a defective toilet, and they gave me an estimate to replace, which I have accepted. In addition, they did a complete examination of the plumbing in the house and fixed a few minor problems.

The tech, Blake, showed up late at night on an emergency call to help with a clogged sewer. He took safety precautions, got the clog cleared and gave us an estimate for future work. Would definitely recommend for an emergency or regular call.

This place is great. Busy but responsive. Very professional. I had a clogged drain (well behind the wall) and they dealt with it in under an hour. I called this company in case the clog was a cracked pipe in the slab. Not all plumbing cos. do slab work. The clog was colossal and required snaking the line 50 ft. to the main. Reasonable charge given how difficult this would be to DIY. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Took a lower bid than PM on the brand water heater I was most interested in, but PlumbMaster called us back the next day after our first distress call on our leaking water heater (we called on a Saturday & they responded Sunday, I think) & were great about sending out 2 plumbers who walked the property, adjusted an extra toilet at no charge, were very knowledgeable & immediately presented the most thorough & professional bid we got! They said they'd be able to do the work over the phone, and we agreed to not only the trip charge, but an additional 'extended area' cost just for the guy to come out, look at the tub and say 'yeah, we don't do that you need a contractor' and then charge us the money. 200 bucks later, we still have our tub's soft spots and a lighter wallet. Really Really wouldn't recommend to a friend, maybe you'll have better luck. I wish I had.And no, mr. owner, don't @me. You can't make this right with more work.

We called around 3 plumbers and they were the only ones who could come out on the weekend to fix the downstairs toilet. What we'd originally thought was a clog causing flooding from the bottom of the toilet was actually a bent flange. They had it repaired and the new toilet put in super fast and were entirely professional and courteous the entire time. We'll definitely be working with them in the future!

Our shower cartridge and handle were leaking and late evening we called Plumber Masters and Samuel came at 8.00 pm at night and quickly fixed the problem in no time and changed the cartridge and made it work and we were able to have water for the night. They quoted me one price over the phone, when the two guys came to my house they quoted a higher price. I told them what I was quoted over the phone, they said yeah that sounds like a better deal and insisted on the higher price. I refused their price, but then I had to pay them for the service call. Next I bought a platinum package and they discounted for the service call, but they couldn't clear my drain so they wanted $500+ to bring in another tool, that also didn't clear it, eventually their supervisor came out, diagnosed my problem in five minutes, and knocked down the price because they didn't fix it. Supervisor was helpful and I appreciate him not charging full price for not clearing the drain, it was the best part of my experience.

Our water pipe broke in 6 different parts due to the February 2021 snowstorm in Austin. Samuel from Plumb Master did such an amazing job at estimating the damage, and recommending a long term solution to minimize the impact if another freeze where to occur in the future. Thomas came to my house today to look a pretty severe leak in my bathtub faucet. He was awesome, informative, and on time. After receiving their quote I scheduled with them to do the repairs, and will update this review once that happens.

I was trying to find a plumber to do a same day washer valve replacement. While everywhere else says Monday, Plumb Master's dispatcher, Jenifer not only get me on the same day also tried to make sure I don't have to pay for after hour surcharge. Jaime came and helped us replacing valves promptly and even gave us a discount!

You guys were timely and fixed my issue. I feel your weekend service call fee is high. My issue cost $200 your service call fee was $180... The fee basically doubled my cost. I'm just trying to mentally understand the extra cost but, I feel your service call fees are excessive.

They charged me $89 to do absolutely nothing. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they responded quickly, and they have nice people on the phone. I requested them out because I live at the bottom of a hill, and my grinder pump alarm was activated. You would think a plumber would bring the appropriate tools to fix such a thing, otherwise they would say they're not capable of completing the job. Instead, they come out, realize they can't access it because they need to pump sewage out. The two employees that came here recommended a guy that can pump it for me, and then they can come back and finish the work at a later time. $89 just to come out here for a total of five minutes and tell me that they can't do the work. Sounds like something they could've told me over the phone instead of sending someone out, and wasting my time and money. They made a quick and easy $89 off of me for a dispatch fee. Complete bull. Meanwhile, I can't use the water or toilet until that's completed, I don't think so...I called Rooter Man, and they got out here in an hour. They said they could pump it using a transfer pump to see what was going on. They fixed it in an hour, and left. Should've called them to begin with.

Charged me $502 just to replace a Moen 1222B shower faucet cartridge which took ~10 min total. It was a weekend visit, they charged $178 for that but rest was for parts ($41 in Amazon) and labor, a total rip off. Everybody should stay away for this company; who takes advantage of the situation..

We called for after hours help with a bathtub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he come over promptly, he worked very hard to solve our problem. We really appreciate it and will definitely call them again!

Plumb Masters was able to locate our septic tank in a short period of time with the expertise training and equipment that they have on hand. It was done in an ample amount of time which saved me a lot of money when locating the tank.

The plumbers sent, Gage and Marco, were prompt and courteous. The repair ended up being more serious (and therefore expensive) than expected, but Gage made sure to show me the problem so I'd know it was legitimate. And they cleaned up the area after they were done.

At 8:30 this AM, the COA knocked on my door to tell me they had turned off my water because it was leaking 4 gallons per minute! These guys are reliable, always courteous, the quality of work is consistent, and pricing is fair. What I appreciate the most is up front quote before they start work (based on what they see, of course). Since moving to Texas, we have tried several local plumbers in the past with very mixed results. I've always preferred establishing a relationship with an individual plumber I can trust but having given up on that here, glad to find a company who comes close!

Gage did a wonderful job clearing out the scale from the water lines due to the water heaters being descaled. Pressure and heat are now great again.Clay and Kailum came out on New Year’s Day and removed a blockage from the main clean that backed up into the downstairs bathroom.They recommended getting on the platinum plan and that has already saved Benjamin’s this year!

Andy came Saturday night around 10 pm and quickly determined that our problem was out pipe to the city sewer. He returned the next morning with a machine that spins a spiral snake into the pipe. Minutes later our clog was gone. He even beat his initial cost estimate. Thanks Andy!

We had a water leak at the house. The plumb masters team came out with in 30 minutes and fixed the issue. They were very professional and did a great job.

Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. Utterly terrible service. Technician showed up miserable and complaining about the job. Quoted me double the price of numerous competitors so I said no thank you. They still charged me $90 just for him to drive to my house. Price and service was horrendous. Definitely avoid.

I could not be more satisfied with the work provided by the two plumbers who came to install my water heater. Mr. Oliver Hinds and Mr. Kailum Castles arrived on time, with the proper equipment, worked hard the entire day, and did so with a good attitude. This was not a typical water heater installation because it was above a stacked washer and dryer, and hard to get at. Not once did I hear the groaning, and complaining which often times accompanies a difficult task. In addition, both of them had a good sense of humor and good people skills. Plumb Masters is fortunate to have people such as them on their staff.

Friday morning I discovered that the water main going into my house had developed a bad leak. Called several plumbers about job, two did not respond until afternoon, but the girl at the desk understood my problem and said she would try and get someone to my house by 3-4 PM or earlier. About 9:00 received a call that one crew could be there by 12:30. They arrived on time and started digging. Leak was soon found and expertly repaired. Price was reasonable and repair is guaranteed for 18 months. The plumbers were very professional, explained work done and why. Clean-up and excavation dirt replacement excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called a number of plumbers for a late night ceiling leak and (I can't remember his name) the gentleman who came out arrived within 30 minutes of the call and was quick to identify the problem. Would absolutely recommend.

Plumb Masters has now done 2 jobs for me and they have done a great job on both. First, they replaced my kitchen sink, which was discovered to be leaking during a plumbing inspection. A few months later, they came out to replace the home owners cut off valve outside and to add a outdoor spigot. All jobs came out nice and neat and function perfectly. In addition, after they came, I discovered the fence near where the spigot was added was leaning a little- when I brought this to their attention, they came out right away to make it right. They came out same day I called for a quote, but their quote was WAY out of line...$2,500 for materials that cost $200 at Home Depot. If there was labor rolled in there, then they’re about $1,200/hour!They were trying to take advantage of me or just didn’t want the job. Either way, a waste of my time.

Highly recommend! Fast, knowledgeable service & the entire team went above and beyond to not only solve the immediate problem, but to make sure we were set up with what needed to happen for next steps in the repairs.

Have used these folks on a few occasions over the years and have always been happy. Good service, reliable and the work is quality. Most recently, Oliver came by. Good customer service, thorough, patient in answering all my questions.

Called at 6pm and had a plumber at my house within an hour on a Saturday night. My toilet wasn't flushing and my tub and shower were backing up. Water was leaking from beneath my toilet and spilling into my bedroom. An hour later, the blockage was cleared ( probably excessive toilet paper thanks our recently potty trained 3 yr old ) and the wax seal on the toilet was replaced and they were walking out. Talk about fast professional service!

My electrician discovered that I had a small pin-hole leak in a pipe under my house. I tried for several weeks to find a plumber to come out, but had no luck getting anyone to call me back. I checked Angie's list and found Plumb Masters. They promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment. The guys arrived on time and were willing to crawl under my house, even in the rain! They fixed the leak by removing a small piece of pipe and then discovered a few more inches of pipe that were just about to give way in the same way, so they fixed that as well. I also asked them to fix a leaky outside faucet and they were happy to help. I have found my go to plumber, and I am very satisfied with their service!

Everyone at this company is awesome. They were easy to work with and completed everything on time and budget. The staff is also very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I've used plumb masters several times over the years. Technicians are prompt and friendly, front office is cheerful and helpful, and I've always been happy with their work.

Their drivers are dangerous on the roadways and care less about the rules of the road. One of their drivers on October 9th first attempted to run me off the road on Mopca during morning traffic. Then rode my bumper and on two separate occasions almost rear ended me with my child in the back seat!! I don’t know about their service but if their drivers drive like this I won’t be using them nor will my family.
