I called fast plumbing for two different jobs and they were terrific. Melissa is responsive, thorough, and super helpful. I needed advice on the best way to plumb a guest bath addition and the guys came out, analyzed the current plumbing layout and really helped find the best way to plumb the new bathroom- and it was not an easy task!! I am planning to hire them to do the complete plumbing work on a new guest bathroom addition. I highly recommend the team at Fast Plumbing.

I called a couple of diff Plumbing companies for concrete slab leaking problems under my foundation to find out and do the repairs. Melissa of Fast Plumbing Austin is a nice lady. She understands what my needs an explain very clearly and accurately I though. Next day Steven and Parkly come for leak detection by pinpoint test 1 st day then come back to fix the leaks. We contacted Fast Plumbing for a second quote after we discovered a break in our plumbing line. They were able to come out at the end of the week and in the process discovered another break. Steven and Dylan at Fast Plumbing just made my day! First, they were able to make time for me within several hours of my contacting the office. They arrived on time and took care of several jobs, two of which I hadn't even mentioned when I called. Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

This review should have been done long ago. Last August, one of our rental house had a slab leak while we were on vacation. We hired fast leak to fix it. After we agreed to thecharge, fast plumbing started working on it. After about 3 hours, they want to charge a lot more to fix it and they did not tell us where is the leak. They wanted 8K ~ 10K to fix the leak. We realized we were being scammed so we cut the loss. But they charged us $500 more than what we agreed. After paying $1315, we had no idea where is the leak and they were gone.We finally found a very good company, which pin pointed the leak and fixed it the next day for a total of $3500.The conclusion is: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You are better off having a slab leak than dealing with them.

Great experience with these plumbing professionals. I worked with Cobey and his two assistances - Aaron and Dylan. Cobey quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan to locate the leak. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within an hour he located the leak and with my approval removed a small piece of the drywall and capped off the leaky pipe.I'm really happy with the service and will be using them if the need arises.Excellent work Cobey!!

After going through the freeze of 2021, I decided to replace the shut-off valve at the street so I could easily turn off the water if/when needed. Steven was great. He clearly communicated what needed to be done, confirmed the cost, and got to work. He installed a ball valve which will make the process of turning off the water so much easier. I highly recommend Steven and Fast Plumbing. I submitted a request on line and he was out early afternoon the next day. Very good service!

Our normal plumber recommended Fast Plumbing. We thought we needed a new water heater. Jose was out and was extremely professional and honest. All that was needed was draining and taking out the gunk. We so appreciated his honesty and hope his honesty is a fundamental pillar of the company. Definitely our go to guy and company for larger repairs.

Fast Plumbing lives up to their name! Outside faucet broke off. Called Fast Plumbing and one of their outstanding pros, Truitt, completely fixed this issue it what seemed in a blink of an eye. Day and weekend saved without issue. If you have any plumbing issues, I recommend Fast Plumbing. They will be week I call if ever another issue.

Slab leak during the snow apocalypse. They were able to schedule me quickly. The phone customer service was amazing. They were able to give me a detailed explanation of the process of finding and repairing a slab leak, an accurate estimate of the cost, and a time table for repair. The technician (Eli I think) was professional and did a great job of repairing the leak while minimizing the damage to the house. Jose and Joseph came out a month later to remove my water heater during the reconstruction process. They were friendly, professional and gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of keeping my current water heater vs replacing it. I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

I have used Fast Plumbing so many times this year. Snovid led to a cascade of events that included remodeling two bathrooms. They have been amazing to work with every single time. The plumbers are always on time. They are professional. The quality of work is excellent. I served as my own project manager for both bathrooms and they were always willing to give me advice on next steps. I loved that they would request photos of the project and then correspond on next steps and projected price. They made things easy. My slab leak, new walk in shower, new water heater, faucets, and new pipes are a huge improvement. Highly recommend this small, local company.

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. We have used fast plumbing a few times, most recently to replace our broken disposal. Our technician was nice, on time, and worked quickly and professionally. Their prices are fair and they respond quickly (we called at night and they came the next day)

Make sure you ask lots of questions before using this company. Here's why. I asked to have a plumber dispatched for a new electric water heater that did was not producing hot water. Fast plumbing charge $218 dollars for a diagnostic call. I agreed to the amount.A plumber and apprentice came by in less than an hour. Both people diagnosed the problem as a low voltage or fuse problem. Needless to say fuse issues are outside of their job. However (most) plumbers understand to turn off/on switch was near the water heater was off. In my case my switch was never turned on. This manor issue was missed by the master plumber and apprentice. I called the office hoping to come to a monetary compromise but the office manager refused to take responsibility this BASIC plumbing oversight.

Fast Plumbing did a great job! They came out on the day I called and were very professional. The repair was also less than the initial quote! I will use them in the future if I have any other issues.

Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid.Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. Outstanding repair work by Steven. My house had a leaking underslab hot water line going to the master bathroom shower. Steven did a thorough job of inspecting the layout of my homes plumbing. He inspected valves and measured pressure at various locations. he performed leak detection to determine the position of the underslab leak. he found the leak to be a long way under the slab. A bypass hot water line was created to make the repair. Steven was very professional in his manner. He answered all my questions regarding how he would proceed with the repair. No issues with their tech staff nor their actual work except that they were slow in scheduling us in BUT:Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not paying an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice follow-ups and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!

We had a situation where the water heater was leaking. It was after hours and several other plumbers, including the 24hour plumbers we contacted had no technician available or did not answer the phone. We needed to stop the leak quickly and figure out what was wrong with the water heater. We called Fast Plumbing and talked to Lee. Even though it was after hours, he walked us through turning off the water heater. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and his expertise was very evident. We were so grateful that he is the kind of person who likes to help. Not sure what we would've done without him that night. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing for caring, professional work.

I called Melissa and they were the only one that was able to get to my problem quickly. As a GC sometimes things happen. This particular instance it was a problem we had caused. They showed up quick (a day ahead of schedule) and was able to identity the issue immediately. Thank you guys and I can’t wait to do more business in the future.

Had a water leak from an unknown location. They found the leak in my yard and repaired it. All work done in one day. They did leave my yard a mess, but they got the job done. The initial costs are not what you will end up paying. Costs keep adding up fast.

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The biggest waste of money ever... spent $218 for them to open my wall up to view garden tub drain line. They should have tested other options first before opening up the wall. The owner called me and argued with me, didn't listen and only focused on proving his point. Don't trust their technician experience and their rates which were more than more reputable companies with higher ratings ($375 for 75' camera scope while others use 150' camera scope at $250).

While at the last minute moving to sell my house, I found our washer box leaking. Fast Plumbing gave a direct quote for the repair and had it done in record time. Couldn't believe how quickly they worked! I'll definitely use them next time I own.

I called Fast plumbing to fix a clogged toilet. When the owner got to my house the toilet was flushing. I flushed the toilet and he checked the drain out front to verify water was coming through, he augered the toilet bowel, nothing seemed to be wrong. Fast plumbing charged me $218. 3 days later the toilet is clogged again, plunging it won't get it running. We were having the same problem. I called Fast plumbing to ask if there is a warranty.The owner said his work is not warranted. I asked if we take the toilet off if we can put the $218. Towards the labor he said we can work something out. I was an electrician for 15 years. I understand that a problem doesn't always occur when the technician shows up, I also understand you have to charge for your labor. I can't afford Fast plumbing.

Yesterday I found that the hot water heater in our condo had stopped working and water was in the catch can. Last time we needed a plumber, we could not find one who would come out in less than a week. I phoned Fast Plumbing, which had been recommended by a colleague as fast and professional. They sent a team of two out immediately, licensed and bonded. Professional, polite, quiet, and clean--Mycol Felan and his assistant, Cary, did a fine job of explaining options, filing a permit, replacing the unit at a reasonable price, and pointing out potential HOA problems. They also quickly took care of cosmetic plumbing problems in the master bath and inspected the water heater of our upstairs neighbor at our request. I'm glad to now have a plumbing company I can rely on.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

After 3 days without water, and 3 companies at our house, we found Fast Plumbing online. They arrived on time on Sat morning, used their excellent leak detection equipment, pinpointed the leak about 2 feet down under rocks and landscaping. It was in main waterline from street to house. Mycol and Sparky got to work digging directly over busted pipe and expertly repaired it. We had been told by other plumbers it would take heavy equipment/backhoes and probably tear up our landscaping to find and repair leak. Job was complete and landscaping rocks back in place in 3 hours. We highly recommend Fast Plumbing and will use them for ALL plumbing work at our house in the future.

Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called.

Excessively high price invoiced after a 2hr late arrival and zero communication following.The work done seems high quality so far - likely an issue with Fast Plumbing the business rather than the plumbers they employ.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Absolutely fabulous group of people to work with. They always explain things so I can make an informed decision, and will help point out things that may be an issue in the future. A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

They sent someone out as fast as promised, and our tech, Eric, was very helpful. Even when he had to dig with a shovel to find the buried clean-out pipe the previous homeowners covered over with groundcloth! He was professional, friendly, and explained what was going on every step of the way, with advice on how to avoid future problems of the same sort. Highly recommended.

Their prices are way up there but they claim to be experts in leak detection. After 5 hours and $1080 they told me I had NO LEAK but it was flowing out of both sides of the driveway. After replacing the water meter which they said was giving false readings I jack hammered the driveway and there was the large leak 30 feet from where they had their equipment. The leak specialists failed and will not do anything to make up for the loss of water, the new meter or their incredible huge fee. Not only are they not specialists but rude and hard to work with. Austin is a big city and their are lots of plumbers. I encourage you to stay away from this one.

I wanted to use this company and support local business but ended up regretting it a bit in the end. I had a pipe that was clogged from the septic and had them come out to check. They offered to bring the camera to inspect, but it didn't make it down and got stuck. Well, I got stuck with a huge charge for the camera. When I told the owner that I got charged ($600) for a few seconds of work and the camera did nothing, he replied That camera cost me $12,000. That response was less than professional. He handed the phone back to my wife and left. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because his crew is really good. I did end up paying double and won't be making that mistake again.

This is the company you wish every company was like. They are professional, conscientious, detail and quality oriented. They come no time and finish on time. They can do complicated jobs or very simple. We added a gas line and had general plumbing work done too.Don't even think about trying someone else. Use these guys. My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

I contacted this company yesterday via text. Alex took my contact information and address and stated someone from the service department would contact me. It's now 3:19 PM the next day and I have yet to hear back from anyone. ARS Roto Rooter was contacted at noon and has already sent out a plumber and fixed my issue.

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

Their name is an understatement! It was the fastest service I have ever experienced and the most ethical. I was walked through over the phone who to fix a simple problem. In less than 3 minutes, my problem was solved!

Fair and detail oriented. Eric and Sparky did an excellent job plumbing both a water softener and new sink in my garage. They arrived on time, bid the job, agreed on a price and stayed most of the day until the job was done about 7 hours. Very polite, personable and even took into consideration my two napping children in the middle of the day. Definitely recommend these guys.

We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

I called and set an appointment for the next day between 12-2PM. at 150 I was told they were behind and would be late. 10 minutes later I was told someone was on the way. 45 minutes later I called and was told that someone was on the way, 15 minutes out. 20 minutes later, no one had arrived. I cancelled the appointment because I needed to get to work on time.

Eric and Sparky were great! They were able to locate and fix the leak in my drain which required chiseling a tunnel thru the concrete foundation and dirt. It was a 3 -day process! They both had great attitudes despite the back breaking work that it took. They also kept the work area clean. Highly recommended!

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

I called this company on January 27th and the arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. 5 days later it started to clog again so I called the technician and he told me that since it was not clogged all the way warranty would not apply. I sent an e-mail to them and they replied promptly and told me the were going to send somebody to my house on Tuesday February 7th around 1 Pm to handle the issue. I took my lunch hour and went home and they didn't arrive so I call them and they said the were behind and they will make it home around 3PM, told them that was not an option for me as I had to get back to work. We then agreed they were coming out after 5pm, I told them specifically that I get out of work at 5pm an that it takes me 20-25 minutes to make it home. Well, they showed up at 445 pm knowing I was not at home and they left shortly before I arrived home, My son told they rang the bell but they did not call me on my cellphone, I called the tech and he confirmed he had just left my house and said he could not return due to traffic. things happen right? so I asked him if he could home the next day(yesterday) and he agreed. he told me it would have to be during business hours so I told him I could be at home by 425-430 pm and he told me he would be there, so yesterday I worked 7 am to 4pm instead of 8-5 pm to be at home for the technician and he did not show up. I sent an e-mail and the reply was we went to your home yesterday and you were not there so you have already missed the free warranty trip that we allow. nobody even bother to call me yesterday during the day to let me know they were not coming. I cooperated every time and they never even acknowledged or mentioned the fact that I was at home as agreed initially during my lunch hour and they missed it. I had high hopes on this company and they failed me. Stay away from them!!

Really helped us out! We had water in front of our house on the street and our meter box was flooded. We had a broken pipe somewhere and needed someone good at water main repair and fast! Lee was professional and prompt, he gave my husband an estimate over the phone and texted us when he was en route. He had the tools to locate the leak and the parts on hand so it was a quick repair and good news for us! Definitely calling if we ever need a water main repair again.

Eric and his plumbing partner are fast, like it says, and no BS. They get the job done, and get it done correctly. Highly recommended.

They were very nice and fast however they are pretty expensive. Cost me over $2,000 to replace my hot water heater.

Terrible experience, job was never completed and Eric was extremely unresponsive, do yourself a favor and find another plumber. All they do is provide headaches and rip you off!

They came to fix a leaky toilet. charged $300. INSANE. I can get a new toilet purchased and installed for less. Avoid this company.

I needed a quote for a 1 gas line installed and secured to the exterior side of the house(no trench needed). I got a quote of $1275+tax. Absolutely ridiculous !!

My experience with Fast Plumbing was unforgettable and unforegiveable. First there was an $85.00 trip charge, the job was suppose to be done that same day but the techs were just coming back from lunch and one was sick his chinese lunch was not sitting well with him. Plus he said it was a bigger job than what he was told and of course more money. One of my husband's Cowboy Jersey went missing a Witten one, but before I called Fast Plumbing, I asked my kids if they had gone to the house and maybe took it, but none of my kids are Cowboy fans and no one had been by. They were the only ones that had been there other than myself. So I was told in a round about way that I was lying that none of their employees would do that. So, I am very upset because my husband passed away last year and that jersey and the other two hanging behind it were to go in a curio cabinet for him.
