I was shocked at how quickly Radiant was able to get a technician to my home. Jay did an excellent job of explaining the issue and options to fix it. He was able to complete the repair in the same visit and gave me great advice for ongoing maintenance and/or replacement when the time comes. Because I’m a single mom, I’m very cautious about who I work with. Radiant came highly recommended and I can see why. They are a great company to work with! Hot water on a cold day makes me happy!! Nestor and Andrew showed up early and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process to us prior to starting the job and were respectful when moving around our house to clean the air ducts in each room especially since my husband and I were both working from home at the time. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after and patiently answered any questions we had. We're very satisfied with their service!

We have been using Radiant for a couple of years now for our annual HVAC service. They never disappoint with the level of service! It is very reassuring to have a skilled, pleasant technician like Derek Sbiroli do the annual service for our HVAC system. Best service experience in a long time…and I work with vendors on a daily basis! Friendly person answering the phones, virtually no hold times, simple scheduling process, and I received status updates for the technician with his name and photo via text. The technician, Billy, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! He was able to resolve the issues quickly THE FIRST TIME and provided recommendations as if it were his own home he was repairing. Thank you to the whole Radiant Plumbing team, Billy, and the owners who have built and run a great company!

Needed a couple of hot water recirculating pumps installed for a remodel. Called a few of the better companies in town since I wanted people experienced installing these systems. Got tired of them all charging $79 just to come and give you a quote. Radiant lowers that to $39 which is helpful. Radiant sent out plumber Zach who was an absolute professional from start to finish. Their bid was almost identical to competitors and they gave me a good, better, best option as I requested. Zach did excellent work and he always took the time to explain everything to my elderly dad who wants to know about the entire process. Work was neat and tidy when he was finished.Thanks Zach and Radiant!(Competition was surprisingly bad during estimate. Criticized recent work and told me I paid too much and should have called him for the installation, when I never told him what I paid to begin with! Toldme it wasn’t up to code when we had passed with what my contractor said is the strictest by the book guy in the department. Obviously just a ploy he uses to drum up business. Couldn’t get him out of the house fast enough.)

Chris and Jesse came out to fix a leak under our front lawn. They were absolutely fantastic, seriously the best plumbers we've ever used. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and hard working. They didn't mind me coming out to look occasionally, and Chris was happy to answer questions and explain what they were doing and how it all worked. They are genuinely nice guys who did a fantastic, professional job repairing our pipe. We will inevitably need a plumber again at some future date, and will be using Radiant again, especially if they can send Chris and Jesse.

I called Radiant after two other plumbing companies canceled my appointment. It’s never a great situation when you need a plumber but Matt Ford made it much less horrible. He was empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable about the job. The level of customer service was beyond what I expected. I called during the weekday and their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Radiant for any plumbing or HVAC issues. Thanks, Matt, you were great!

Derek was the service technician who came out. He did a great job of explaining everything at every step. He is very friendly, polite, and efficient.After our problem was fixed, he explained the Solaris air cleaning service. I had some knowledge of this already and with a wife who has allergies, I was already interested in such a system. He offered us a good deal and we had it installed.I was really happy with Radiant based on their service. Then I learned about their Outreach Program. The way they support things like Austin Pets Alive and water availability in communities around the world make me want to support this company with all my plumbing and AC needs.

The rep was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable about not just the service he was conducting but other services offered too. He super courteous, friendly and patient with all questions. Essentially he made us feel we had chosen the right company to install and maintain our unit. Note to company: put him in the next commercial and give Javier a raise!

Brenden arrived on time, provided us with a reasonable quote and was ready to begin the work immediately. He took before and after photos so we could see the issues and his solutions. We can’t see how he could have done anything better than he did. His work was exceptional! My wife and I chose Radiant knowing full well it might cost a little more. You get what you pay for. Simple as that. We wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you, Brenden, for doing such an excellent job under such demanding circumstances!

My technician, Derick, was amazing. He walked me through every step of what was being done, why it was important, and suggested things to help my system run more in tune with the way I live and my needs. He even replied quickly to a query I had after the service was done. I'm stunned at amazed that I found a company who will still do business the way it should be done, not just the fastest and easiest for them. It's such a refreshing change from the normal. 100% recommend this company. They did our replacement and are now doing all our maintenance and we will be adding Services as we need them from this company for all our other needs.

This is our second time to use Radiant. The first time was an emergency and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. We were so impressed we called them for a new toilet install. Jonathan was our technician and he was EARLY.. so awesome, wow!! And he was quick. Thank you again for an amazing job.

Trevor came over 2 times and both times he was professional and personable. Greeted my family and made a personal connection while he worked. He also talked us through the repairs and shared some great nuggets on how we can do some of our own repairs before we call. Craig was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Previous company was not very thorough, but due to the issue discovered will have to go through them for warranty work. If that does not pan out well we will definitely be calling Radiant back as they have been great!Thank you again Craig for your hard work and dedication! We had 3 technicians out to the house today and each one was very friendly and professional. Grady the heating tech didn't even charge us for the service call when we decided to get a new system and he was here for awhile. Ian the sales specialist did an awesome job. Trevor the plumbing tech was efficient and got the job done!! A fantastic job overall!!!

I just want to take a second to say how much I appreciate Radiant Plumbing, specifically Jeff Hicks (my service technician). We had a fairly serious leak with our water heater which caused some water damage. Not only was Jeff at my house the next morning but he was so fast, professional and informative of all of my options. He has gone above and beyond in helping to resolve the issue and I can't thank him and Radiant enough. I have my hot water back and am confident in my decision in choosing them as my service provider. Pleasure doing business with you!

Anthony was so great! He was kind and knowledgeable. Austin diagnosed our bent pipe so quickly and was able to repair it no problem and even installed our new tub spout! Amazing job!

My AC unit crashed in the middle of the day while my wife and I were at work. I was very pleased and satisfied from start to end with the way Radiant responded to my AC issue. A technician was dispatch to my home within 45 minutes from my initial call to them. I received excellent customer service from both the dispatcher and Reid the technician. Reid was very professional and friendly throughout the inspection. He explained everything as he was troubleshooting the issue and provided several reasonable options to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the ultimate outcome involved replacing our 14 year old unit and we were not prepared to make a decision on the spot. Reid was very receptive to our decision and even arranged for a salesperson to come to our home and give us a quote. Overall, the whole Radiant team did an exceptional job and I would gladly recommend them to my family and neighbors.

He came out to check our new a/c system as we purchased the service for 2x a year!! This young man was so helpful to me Debbie grimes!! He helped me get s tree limb out of the way so I could get my car out of garage till tree trimmers arrive! And put a pipe back on my house where water flows to my water tank!! U see my husband had lung surgery on the 31, 2023 and can not do ANYTHING AT ALL HE US ON OXYGEN!!! I thank him so very much for helping me I68 and my husband is 78 all of our family live out of town 4 hours away!! I want to thank John Murphy for saving my life!!!! From the moment we needed to schedule an appointment everyone we spoke to was professional and helpful. Dan Lambert was the technician who came out and helped us with our heater. He was extremely helpful, he explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with our heater. He was polite and very professional. He made sure to go out of his way to find a solution to our problem. I would highly recommend him and Radiant. They will be our go to for HVAC services in the future.

I called Radiant as my water heater stopped working. The technician, JR was very professional, communicated clearly and was overall very helpful. He outlined different options answered all our questions and didn't rush any decision.We decided to replace our old heater, and he installed the new one in less than a day. Our water utility company notified us that there is a leak somewhere in or around the house due to very high consumption than usual. We hired Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning within a short notice to investigate and repair the leak. Marc was the technician who came out and found one of the front lawn pipes is broken. He was polite and gave us feedback/showed us the pipe area before he started the repair, during and after the repair. He cleaned up the site and did the job well. The quote was quite pricey but it had to be replaced ASAP. Thank you for coming out in a short notice and a job well done!

I called Radiant and the receptionist was very nice and informative. She reached out later on in the day to let me know when the technician would be arriving just like she said she would. John was the technician that came to diagnose a problem with our garbage disposal and water stench. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and concerns. He had some great insights as well. I’m so glad I called them and will definitely call them again if needed!

Ryan was amazing! He provided great service and explained everything in detail. His repairs were top notch and he replaced things with high quality parts (where applicable). He helped us understand/compare the benefits of all the different price options. We are so excited to have a non-leaking outdoor spigot and a fully pressurized, non-leaky shower! It also turned out that our water pressure was low in general and the pressure pump (not sure if that's the right terminology) outside needed to be replaced too. He did amazing work! Our water pressure is soooo much better now and all the issues we had were repaired same day. Thank you Radiant! I was drawn in by your hilarious commercials and trucks featuring someone hugging a toilet, but now that I've had such a great experience in real life, I know you're the real deal. ?????

Super quick response time to set up an appointment, a technician was able to come out the next day to evaluate a crack in our hot water heater. Selso went above and beyond during the appointment! He checked the warranty on our current unit, and after learning it was still valid he picked up a replacement unit at no extra charge and installed it the very same day (in a pretty tough location, upstairs in a closet attic). Then, after leaving, he spent 25 minutes answering follow-up questions I had via text. He spent nearly 6 hours from beginning to end fixing our water heater problem, and was incredibly nice and professional during the entire process. Highly recommend Radiant!

Our water heater broke and a part needed to be replaced. Radiant was quick to respond and get us on the schedule when the company that installed our heater just 2 years ago was not so responsive. Ryan was very nice, informative and quick! Will definitely use Radiant again.

I love Radiant! Been using them for years and I’m finally writing a review. Today techs, Zak and Zach, came and did some plumbing work at my home and, as always, they were prompt, courteous, and straight forward with diagnostics and pricing! Kind service and transparent pricing-what more can you ask for?!I’ve also had HVAC work done through Radiant-highly recommend!

Trevor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue and went above and beyond to give us information and advice. I feel like I have a better understanding of the plumbing in the house after his visit and would highly recommend him!

Danny Gomez came and inspected our water heater today. Scheduling was a very easy process and Radiant was very communicative of when he would arrive. Danny was excellent! I was curious to understand our water heater better and he happily answered my questions and explained what he was doing. He did find that our water heater has a small leak and needs to be replaced, but I'm so thankful it was caught now before it became a big leak. I would not hesitate to call Radiant again!

Jesse and Zak were very friendly and helpful in explaining the options available. They arrived when expected and left a clean work space, always remembering to install booties before entering the house. It was also nice to be notified in advance of the visit and to be sent a text of the tech coming out; I appreciate these touches. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the company.

Our heat would not shut off and kept running for almost 2 full days non-stop, even though the thermostats were completely turned off. Our service tech, Nathan B spent hours analyzing, testing and methodically tracking down the possible causes, inside and outside. It turned out that one of the thermostats shorted out, as well as a main circuit board, that was still under warranty. We've been using Radiant for years because they stand by their work, their service techs have been outstanding, and they make certain that the job is correctly completed.

Very good prevent maintenance by this company. Young man by the name of Nestor came this morning and was very knowledgeable and professional and answered any and all of my questions. We had new unit installed in November of 2021 and Radiant has been very timely in their follow-up process. You guys do great work and I would recommend you to anyone

We needed help with our gas pipe was too long for gas log insert set up. Gunner came out, and did a great job. We could not be more pleased from the service on the phone till the end when Gunner cleaned up afterward. Really wish we had used them for our vent cleaning we had done prior. I feel like Radiant charged us fairly for this job and some other guys way over charged us for vent cleaning. We will be calling Radiant from now on!

Wonderful experience with the company! Needed to get a bid on running a water line out the back our our warehouse. Zak and Jesse showed exactly on time they scheduled and let us know when they were on their way. They gave us excellent service. Listened to exactly what we were wanting. Zak gaves us his feedback on his thoughts on the project and gave some good advice to save us an extra 60ft of pipe. He chose what was best for us not only for best operations but financially as well, which is rare in a trade these days. Communication was amazing! Got me our bids before leaving the property. Once we decided and pulled the trigger they were out the next morning to complete the work. Great quality, looks very clean! Had it done super quick too, it was very obvious that Zak & Jesse take pride in their work and care about their customers and not just increasing the invoice amount. Zak even gave me some troubleshooting tips on an issue with my homes plumbing over the phone, outside of business hours. Couldn't have been more satisfied with them and the company. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs without question! Excellent job Zak & Jesse and thank for making this as easy and stress free as possible!!

We had a burst pipe on our property as well as damage from another plumbing company we hired before Radiant. We'd been without water for almost a week trying to work with the original plumber before we finally called Radiant.They sent someone out the same day and our technician, Talmage, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He not only fixed the burst pipe but repaired all the damage done by the last plumber the same day he came out. Radiant is now my absolute go-to!

Called on a Saturday, set up an appointment for Monday. Got a message letting me know the tech was on the way with a picture of the tech coming to my house so I knew who to expect. Craig was knowledgeable, very professional, and fun to talk with while he performed the repair. Reasonably priced and now have a functioning AC system. Very happy customer!

Had a leak from my kitchen sink drain that was flooding the bottom of the sink.Called numerous plumbers, most didn’t answer or get back to us.Called Radiant, they picked up right away and sent Jude within an hour of calling.Jude was professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond, fixed the issue within an hour and even taught me a few things about my home plumbing system. The price is worth the fast friendly service and I’m glad to support a Navy veteran.We’ll only be using Radiant for our plumbing services from now on.

Radiant reached out to let us know our tech, Alex, was en-route and he showed up on time. He was incredibly professional and patient, explaining what he was going to inspect as a part of our season heating maintenance that we requested. He inspected both of our systems and reported out his findings in that the systems checked out fine and we were good to go for this heating season. Jeff from Radiant plumbing was phenomenal for us. We recently found a leak in a guest room of our house that caused mold and we were under a ton of stress to get the issue fixed as soon as possible with a baby on the way. Jeff was able to come out the same day I called (was within an hour after I called actually) and did a thorough assessment of the situation. He then laid out several different options for the best ways to treat the issue and we were able to schedule the work for the following morning. He came out right on time and was able to complete the job within a couple of hours. He was the utmost professional and truly a master of his craft! I can’t thank Jeff and Radiant plumbing enough for their professionalism, thoroughness, and quick response to take care of our issue immediately. From the time I called to when the work was completed was barely over 12 hours in total. You can’t beat that!

Radiant was responsive, thorough, and efficient while helping us deal with our AC issues. I appreciated the professionalism and timeliness of both our scheduler and technician. Our tech, Philip, took the time to explain everything to me and helped me understand all my options. They seem to want to do right by their customers rather than simply make a buck

Technician was awesome. Fixed my problem and was professional/competent.I think there is some weird stuff here with pricing conflicting with my ability to get the best service possible.I think my experience would be 5/5 if the service agreement let my technician choose the service he thought was best for my home. It is sort of like a doctor asking a patient whether he thinks stitches or surgery would be better!

Working with Radiant Plumbing & A/C was great. They were timely in their responses, forward with what they were able to provide and it was easy to set up a time with their technician. Their technician was great as well. Jude was informative, helped us understand the problem, what he was doing to fix it, gave us different repair options and after it was done provided details on why our leak happened and easy ways to prevent this issue and other issues from happening again in the future. They were more expensive than the first quote we received, but after talking with their tech it was obvious we should pay a little extra to ensure we had it done correctly and by a professional. 5 out of 5 and would 100% recommend to family or friends.

Trevor and Wayne came out to fix a gas valve that had broken. They were polite and professional. They got the problem fixed quickly and chatting with them was a pleasure. Radiant was also significantly more affordable than a competing quote we had received. I will be calling Radiant for all of our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I called to get them to come out to talk with me and give me a quote on a water softener. They came out and went through all the options with me. They were able to get the equipment and do the installation same day. The guys were both nice and did a great job installing my water softener and filter. Didn’t take them very long to get it all done, but the set up looks great.

Ryan arrived, saw that hardware needed to be replaced, he didn't have it, and then went to 4 different stores until he found the correct part. Great customer service and communication. Especially since the last plumber I tried to use cancelled my appt 3 different times over a 2 week period. Radiant was out here the next day!

Grady came out and did a tune-up on our AC unit. He was friendly, prompt, professional and informative. We are new to the house (and not super handy). He walked me through all the parts of our unit and recommended ways to get the best life out of it. Then I received an email with photos and a summary of the visit. I'm a fan of Radiant's maintenance system where they come out twice a year for tune-ups. Well worth the peace of mind!

Radiant installed new HVAC yesterday. Incredibly hard-working and courteous crew got 2 systems up & running in just one day. Thanks to Rene, Arturo and Ashton for your excellent work and Joe for getting us prepped. Extra special thanks to our regular Radiant service tech Bryan Austin! Bryan's the man. He not only cares about us--he's a top expert in his field. Not to mention him being a powerhouse rockin' drummer. I highly recommend this company.

Reid was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that he came to diagnose our HVAC system the same day that we called for the appointment. He gave us multiple options to move forward with the repairs vs replacement and gave us time to decide without any pressure.

Farid was seriously the best person I could have asked for with this job. Professional, knowledgeable, and simply an all around great human. I’ve compared radiant to multiple other companies in Austin, and they are both high quality and reasonable in price. Go with them, you won’t regret it.

I called this morning to get a furnace serviced that did not heat. Alex arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently. The furnace is heating properly and we now have a maintenance plan in place to catch any future problems. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Radiant is the best plumbing company I’ve found in austin. Zach, helped us this week and fixed 2 leaks and even repaired my water pressure issue that 3 other companies have unsuccessfully been able to do. He was professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely be using them again!

Radiant provided me with after hours support for a punctured gas pipe. It was after hours plus a holiday when our pipe was punctured. I was doubtful I would be able to get same day service, but Radiant had a person at my home within 45 minutes. Antonio was our repair person. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have no doubt if I have plumbing needs in the future, I would use Radiant.

Just had Jordan leave our house, he did an amazing job with a water leak we discovered this morning. He explained everything in terms i could understand. We've had multiple issues with the same leak, some had to do with the house manufacturer installing low quality parts. Jordan was able to find another leak at the shut off valve that hadn't been discovered before. Did awesome job replacing some parts. He even took a look and fixed the toilet leak in the master bedroom, he didn't have too but we are very appreciative of that. Wish i could give him more than 5 stars. Highly recommend him.

Great overall service! We used them for a drain problem and are very happy customers. Matt our service specialist was fantastic! He was able to identify the problem, provided a few options and got too work. He was punctual, professional, and very detailed! He made a frustrating situation stress free. We were highly impressed.

I have a sump pump that was poorly installed before I bought my house and I called Radiant because they worked on my neighbors pump. They came out to flush my pump and seems like they did a fine job. However it was almost 1k to do so. They then tried to sales pitch me on 3 different options. One for $6500, one for $9500 and the last for $19000 for an entire system replacement. I had Cap City Plumbing and a close friend who is a plumber come out and quote me for $2400 which we went with. My close friend said that he hears about Radiant trying to overquote people every other day. The vibe I got from their workers was that they were very knowledgeable but seem to be experienced salesman. I would not recommend Radiant unless you have a blank check to redo your plumbing.

David explained in detail how the water softener system works. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.He asked if I might have any other plumbing issues I would like evaluated.He was extremely courteous. Made sure I understood his recommendations and why. Great experience and I will absolutely use this company again for service!

I returned late one evening from being away and found my tankless wayher heater spraying water put of one of the pipes. I was able to schedule a service that evening for the next day and they helped work around a tough schedule I had and had someone there first thing. Brendan, my technician, was super knowledgeable, friendly, informative and he was able to make the repairs with equipment he had in hand very quickly. It was an amazing experience and the price was very reasonable.

I used to work here. Been an HVAC technician over 6 years. Worked at 4 companies. This was the best one of them all. They built an atmosphere of positivity and uplift employees. There's no such thing as a perfect place to work or a perfect experience as a customer every single time. Working here was the closest I ever saw.

This is the second time I have used Radiant for a plumbing issue in our home, both separate issues. The same plumber came out both times, so some nice history there, and he did a great job. Great evaluation of the problem and solution. Will be using them again if an issue arises.

I reached out to Radiant on a weekend with a heating problem and they promptly set up an appointment next day. Nathan came in on time and he was so knowledgeable and explained me every step he was doing and found the issue in notime and my heater was on. Great service overall!

Placed a request for service at 430pm Monday and they were there at 830am Tuesday for an estimate and if agreed upon, get right to work on a new water heater. Seemed a bit pricey at first, but since my water heater was 25 years old, lots of additional work was needed. Mike took a good while to explain all the items and give thorough quoted options to help my peace of mind. Will definitely get my return business. Thanks Mike!

Radiant lives up to its reputation. They responded quickly to my inquiry and kept me updated along the way until my apt. They were on time and easy to work with. Grady did an excellent job. He was professional yet friendly. Super helpful in explaining what was needed and providing multiple different options from higher to lower price to best suit my needs. I’ll definitely use radiant next time I have an hvac or plumbing issue!

If you are looking for a reliable company look elsewhere. Radiant Plumbing moved my appointment 3 times. If you have a plumbing emergency do not count on them. They will make it seem like they will take care of you and move the appointment several times.

Zak was excellent to work with. Having no pluming or water heater experience myself, he was able to walk me through the plumbing and water heater unit issues we were having. He was also able to expediently fix/replace the necessary items to get us hot water again!I highly recommend Zak at Radiant Plumbing.

Unbelievable service! They came same day when we had a crisis within 30 min of me calling! Chris was super nice, explained everything so we could understand, and looked for every way to save us money! He could have taken advantage of our situation because we were desperate, but he saw an opportunity to help. I would recommend Radiant 100 times out of 100. So glad they came and saved the day!

The service Matt & Brett provided was incredible! I recently purchased a remodeled home and there were so many issues with the drains. They didn’t leave until the drains were clear and we were in a good place. There’s further work to be done, and I know I’m in good hands.

Trevor and Ronny came out today for the annual maintenance plan on our plumbing. They were knowledgeable, explained everything well and handled everything in a professional manner. We appreciated that they did not use high pressure sales tactics, just explained their recommendations and left it up to us. We will definitely continue to use Radiant.

Tim the tool man came to install the trim around the ceiling after our new HVAC system was in place. His work is impeccable. He took the time to match the paint perfectly. I would definitely would use him again!

Our homeowner water shut-off valve from the city's manhole (water supply) to our house was rusted in place and not usable. Also, the water shut-off valve located in our garage did not fully shut off the water flow into the house. Radiant Plumbing's plumber, JESSE LOPEZ, did an excellent job upgrading our old and broken shut-off valves and associated piping, with new units that work perfect, and we are now able to completely shut off the water flow from the city's manhole to our house in two locations (at the street and in our garage). It is such a relief to know that if we should ever need to completely shut off the water supply to our house in a hurry, we now have two ways to do this. Many thanks to JESSE LOPEZ who we feel went above and beyond the original scope of work to ensure that all existing leaks were repaired. Not only was he very professional, he was extremely courteous and the service he performed for us was outstanding!

Ryan was amazing. Our automatic fill for our pool busted. Not only did he repair it beautifully, he showed me how to prevent it from happening again! Also, he redid an invoice for me multiple time because we are selling our home and the buyers realtor was being a pain. From the fixing, teaching, and paperwork they were seamless. So thankful for their help!

Had a leak water pipe near the boiler. Had called other businesses first but when I explain where the leak is they all said no bc without asking they assumed it was the boiler. Called Radiant they were very helpful they asked for more details and thru their proving questions they determined even though the pipe was by the boiler it was not a boiler line. So I was sold already since they actually wanted to help unlike the other businesses they just wanted me off the phone. Their tech came out the next day on time. He was professional well dressed and well spoken explained the issues and gave me an actual estimate I agree to have it fixed and my issue is solved. Next time I will call Radiant for repairs.I will not waste any time calling local or other businesses that only want easy money and not work. Based on my experience I highly recommend Radiant! My original tankless water heater was installed outside. It barely survived the snow storm a couple of years ago. But this last freeze killed it. I called Radiant and Jason was able to get me a fair estimate and I had an appointment for install the very next day.Jerry came out and did a very professional install. Jerry had no problem installing it in the original water tank closet, the same place the other company said could not be done without great expense. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing the water heater will be warm and cozy during the next freeze.

Because of some weirdness in our construction, Radiant faced a few issues installing the dampers in our new HVAC system. But they were thorough in assessing the problem, had a working system in very quickly, and then made a plan for the final stage. A special shout out to Tim (the tool man) who came out today to do the final clean up on our newly installed access panels. He was very thorough and very careful about matching color and suggesting the best way to finish out a complicated job.

Matt F. came out today (the day before Easter) only a couple of hours after I called Radiant about all the drains backing up in our home. We have never had a better experience from the super friendly receptionist, to the office folks keeping us posted as to when Matt was going to get here, and then from Matt directly. He was so incredibly nice and made sure that we knew that our needs were his top priority. He got our main home line unplugged so that we can get through Easter comfortably and scheduled a follow up appointment for Monday morning so they can bring additional equipment to try and figure out why the lines backed up in the first place. These folks feel like we are talking to family. Even though we called them initially because of their unforgettable commercials, we couldn’t be more happy with how we were treated. They are very professional, have a professional website that was easy to maneuver and the people were amazing. I’m a fan!

A few days after moving into our new home our water heater stopped working. We called a few business and got put on multiple wait lists with delayed service times. I then reached out to Radiant. They were able to send someone out the next day to take a look. After taking his time inspecting the situation and listening to our concerns Ryan Smith was able to correctly diagnose the problem and provide a solution. He stayed most of the day and worked diligently to get our problem taken care. He was so kind and such a pleasure to have in our home. While I do believe that Radiant is one of the more expensive providers in town, the attention to detail and quick response was worth the cost for us. We are so grateful to have hot water again and truly have Ryan to thank!

This was my first time to use Radiant. I’m a new homeowner and woke up to mystery water in my hallway and called in a panic. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very professional, courteous, and kind to me. They prioritized my leak as “urgent,” and the technician they sent out, Johnathan Garcia, was on time (early, even!) and incredibly helpful. He worked hard to fix the problem as quickly as possible. I was impressed with his expertise and his patience in explaining exactly what the issue was and our options for fixing it. He was also able to apply a veteran discount for us (my partner is a veteran), and that helped with the cost. Can’t recommend Radiant or Johnathan’s work enough. Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues I encounter.

I was very excited to hear their radio commercial stating that they were now servicing all of the hill country. The commercial even lists names of towns that they are now servicing. The first town they mentioned in the list of areas they now service is Marble Falls, so when I needed my A/C looked at, I called Radiant. The scheduler told me she was looking for a technician to schedule and would call me back. An hour and a half later I had still not received a call back. I called Radiant again and asked what the status was and they told me they did not service the Marble Falls area and they could not make an exception. I told them they probably should not have a commercial on the radio saying they serviced my area if they weren't going to honor what they were advertising. I was told they would inform the marketing department. Very disappointing and not professional.

Highly recommend Radiant Plumbing! Christopher was my plumber and he was amazing. He figured out the problem, diagnosed it quickly and repaired it immediately. I cannot thank them enough (since my hair will look better) because I have water pressure in my shower again!

My foundation company contracted with Radiant to perform a hydrostatic plumbing test after my foundation lift. Billy Stavropoulos, Service Technician, performed the test and I can't tell you how pleased I was with the service. Billy was highly knowledgeable and explained the process in a way I could understand. He was also meticulous in his work and even mopped the bathroom and hall floors to remove the debris resulting from the work.The plumbing test showed a slow leak in my cast iron sewer lines, which resulted in Billy arranging for another specialist (Kyle Holt) to come do a camera inspection of the plumbing line. Kyle was just as knowledgeable and meticulous as Billy. Kyle promptly provided me with repair options and bids to replace the cast iron pipes under my foundation slab. Billy and Kyle exhibited exceptional professionalism and made the experience a very positive one. Thank you Radiant!

I called Radiant on a Monday to have our AC unit inspected due to a blower motor fault. Our system was pushing 12 years old, and had come with the house when we purchased it. Don came out the same day and provided us a thorough explanation of our options when it came to repair, as well as the things to consider if we chose to replace. Given the age of the system and costs of replacement parts, we opted for a replacement. Eric came out shortly afterwards, still on the same day as my original call, and was awesome to work with. He provided us with a plethora of options and helped us settle on the best one for our situation. He was not pushy in any way and I would recommend he and Don to anybody. When it came to the installation of the new system, Nestor and Andrew came the very next day to do the replacement. In five hours they had the old system out and the new system in, which I found very impressive. Once the new system was installed they walked us through setting up the thermostat and gave us details on maintenance we can do at home to keep the machine running smoothly. I could not be happier with the job they did and with the whole Reliant team!

My heater was not heating and we were expecting a cold snap in a couple of days. I filled out the info online to set up an appointment on Radiant's website after 6pm and they responded to my concerns that same evening. By 10 am the next morning I had an appointment for that same day. I was informed 30-45 mins before Grady, the service agent, showed up. He was professional, kind, and educational about my unit. I really appreciated his honest and common sense perspective. I have an old unit and he gave me my options going forward. My heater is up and running, but when I'm ready to upgrade I will definitely be calling them to give me a quote for service!

Replaced our entire AC system with them. It was expensive, but the service and quality that was provided was unlike any company we've dealt with.It truly felt like a white glove experience. Even the installation technicians were courteous and helpful.

I would highly recommend Radiant! We had a leak at the street we noticed on Easter. Even though everyone wad closed, they had a live person answer to take our information and the next morning we were contacted first thing hours before others and they sent us a plumber by 9:30am. (We chose not to have them come out as an emergency, but they would have if we wanted).Zak was the best plumber we have ever used and took care of our issue immediately. We also chose to purchase a tankless hot water heater since ours had a crack and was leaking and we feel it was professionally installed. Zak and Paul came out a second day to do additional work we requested. We price checked our purchase and we paid the best price. I recommend Radiant, Zak and Paul for anyone’s plumbing needs.

My HVAC unit started blowing cold air and the temperature in my home started dropping as I was getting ready for bed on a very cold night. The technician contacted me within one hour and came out to resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve it quickly.

With our 18 year old system failing, we called Radiant. They sent John that same day to inspect our system. Once it was determined we needed to replace, Drew came out & explained our options & financing. Then Nestor and Andrew arrived on time on a Saturday to do the install. They treated our house as if it was their own. Very polite and professional men. After the installation Nestor went over the new thermostat & helped to set it up with an app on my phone. He explained everything we needed to know about our new HVAC system. We are very, very happy we chose Radiant to do this work.

Brian Austin came out for a complimentary inspection of our AC/heating system and he was awesome. Great energy, patient, funny, and took his time to talk through everything he was seeing. I left having learned a lot. Super appreciate him!

The tech was good, well mannered and respectful and knowledgeable. My only problem is not with the tech but with the two ladies I spoke with on the phone while setting up my appointment. They both told me the diagnoses charge will be $39. However when the tech got there it was $178. The ladies I felt were dishonest . I paid the $178 only due to the good manners of the tech even though no work was done. I still need work done but I’m going to another company due to the lack of communication with the two ladies.

We wanted an annual check up of our HVAC system. I called Radiant at 11:45am today and they were able to schedule a technician to come to our house on the same day. Jackie texted with me throughout the afternoon to give me updates on when a technician would be able to arrive. She was great! Phillip Wolford arrived in the late afternoon, was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer questions and explain what tests he was performing. The only downfall was that I did not get a call to notify me that the technician was on the way but it was a blessing that he showed up when I was told it wouldn't be for another 8 to 10 hours. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use Radiant in the future. I do not remember the technicians name but you know who you are and I thank you for helping me out.

I called Radiant to get a new toilet as mine was leaking and not worth repairing. Matt came out the next morning. He was super friendly and gave me different options for a replacement. He finished quicker than he estimated the time it would take and the new toilet looks great. I will definitely use Radiant again.

We used Radiant Plumbing, for the first time, to locate and repair an exterior water line leak. It was a distinct pleasure to do business with Radiant. They were prompt, responding the same day and sent out Zach Crider, an excellent communicator who pinpointed the problem, accessed the leaky pipe, repaired the pinhole and restored the landscape back to normal. I can't praise Zach enough who worked in the cold in an awkward spot into the night hours. Kudos!

This company is amazing. I purchased a new washer dryer but the washer could not be installed due to a corroded house hot water spigot(valve). What a disappointment, but installer told me to call a plumber to replace the valve. I called the company I had used before. They told me they could come in two weeks! I called Radiant- the customer service rep was kind and friendly and said they could come out the NEXT DAY. I had a full day of meetings scheduled, so asked them if they could come out within a certain 4 hour window. They said they could! Unheard of these days. They came out exactly within that window and completed the job in less than an hour. The technician was friendly and professional! I will absolutely use them again! Crazy commercials, great company! Great customer service.

The following day Talmage was dispatched.Once he arrived, we greeted and I went on to explain the problem. The repairman was really great, and polite. He did the job in two hours which was great. I am just flabbergasted at the price, $1,560 for two hours work seems really high but I couldn’t really shop since I needed this repair done as quickly as possible. My last point, it would have been good if a cement the same color as mine had been used. The repaired brick looks pretty bad. Thank god it’s situated where it is,

Stay far away! A great rule of thumb when looking for a service business is if they have to advertise, question how good the business is. A service based business should be able to be successful on reputation alone.The only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one is because we really liked Ian, the guy who surveyed our AC unit and gave us the estimate. He was knowledgeable and prompt.However, the company's policy is to preemptively cancel your appointment if you do not IMMEDIATELY answer the call/text of the dispatcher when the service worker is on their way.After we had booked our appointment to get our AC fixed, the first appointment was canceled because Radiant had an influx of emergency fixes that needed to be addressed. (Whatever)Second appointment, I made the service window for afternoon, telling them I was unavailable for the morning. During my morning appointments, the dispatcher called me, telling me my service worker was on the way. Because I did not answer this call/text, they CANCELLED the second appointment.When I was rightfully upset that they cancelled our appointment for a second time, the dispatcher had the nerve to tell me that the cancellation was all my fault because I did not answer the phone call/text.I've never heard of this kind of policy. For most service-based jobs, usually there is a no show fee if the service worker arrives during the designated window and can't do the work. And they called me outside of my window. What's the point of a window if you're not even going to stick to it?The silver lining of this debacle was that I went ahead and looked at their reviews on Better Business Bureau. LOL. 1.25/5 stars!! That's the lowest BBB rating I have ever seen. They are known to break things, then refuse to pay for it, charge you obscene amounts THOUSANDS more than competitors. My guess is that many of these Google reviews are fake, bolstering their rating to hide their real reputation.At the end of the day, I am so glad we did not use them! We will be using a smaller, local place.I am currently waiting on getting our refund, which I was told would process within two weeks. If this is not received, I will be updating this review.

Mike H was fantastic! He was very patient with my elderly Aunt and her baby Chihuahua Zoe. He did an exalent repair and was very courteous. He even checked our water pressure and water heater condition. If I could give him 6 ⭐ I would. I had read the reviews and thought this would be a good company to deal with. They came out when they were supposed to an gave me quotes on all the work I needed. The prices were high but not outrageous. Then I started asking for more details on price. They wanted to charge me $175 dollars just to turn off the water. That is beyond ridiculous. The city will do it for free, or I have a shut off valve it takes 2 seconds to shut off. Now they did offer to remove it after I complained but I was like no thank you. No telling how much they up-charged me on the other work. Very glad I did not use them had another plumber do all the same work for less than half the Radiant quote.

I'm involved in a major, and very important to me garage remodel. Jerry seemed concerned about the route and aesthetics of the copper pipes. This is important as it will be visible on top of a ‘brand new room’.Jerry will be back Friday to reinstall the two appliances. I'll leave a full review after Jerry's next visit. Hope I can change my neutral 3 star to a satisfied and happy 5 stars!

I've been using Radiant for years. They installed my AC and furnace units 8 or 9 years ago and because of their amazing service, I've had them come maintain my units each year. All their staff is competent and professional.

The alarm on our grinder pump activated, so we knew we needed a plumber ASAP. I called the plumber we have used in the past, but they couldn’t fit us in for another 5 days. I have seen Radiant trucks in our neighborhood, so I called and was thrilled to hear that they would be able to come to our home that same day. Matt was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and the costs. Once the problem was determined, he explained it to us, answered all of our questions and pointed out things to be aware of in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friend!

Received poor and unethical service from technician Zach Crider. We called him out to look at our hot water heater which wasn’t working properly. We have 2 hot water heaters in our home. First off, after testing the whole house, he informed us that the our water heaters were not on a loop (which they are), and proceeded to recommend we replace the unit (which we found out later from an honest second opinion that the unit was working just fine). We also found out that after he had left, the heat pump was unplugged. Can’t prove it was him but clearly suspicious.Also, after he was done, he gave us his personal cell phone number and said ”just call me if you decide you want go replace your unit”, which we found out is against their company policy and laughably suspicious.After going with another honest company, we are happily living with hot water and no issues with thousands of dollars left in our pocket from not purchasing a hot water heater we never needed.I understand that Radiant has generally good reputation, and to maintain this, should fire technician Zach Crider for poor and unethical service.

We've had an excellent experience with Radiant on our most recent AC installation. Their installation crew (Nestor, Andrew, and Takai) were professional, completed the job quickly and did exactly what we wanted. Would use them again.

I got a hold of Radiant at 11pm and they had someone out 12 hours later. The specialist, Craig, was extremely knowledgable, efficient, and personable. He showed me exactly what was wrong, told me how to maintain my system to keep it running smoothly over time, and explained what issues I might run into and how to handle them should the come up. The level of service exceeded my expectations. I will surely be using Radiant again and requesting Craig for all servicing.

Trevor and Antonio came out to replace two thermal expansion tanks, they were very professional and courteous and the quality of work was excellent. I had a few questions later on after the work, and Trevor was always extremely fast and helpful with his responses. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Brent Thompson did an amazing job with our house. We had been trying to remedy a problem, unsuccessfully, for a full year. Everyone else seemed stumped. Brent came in and knew immediately what the issue was with our tankless water heater. He also did not balk when my husband wanted to get a few more estimates. When we called back to go with Brent he was extremely responsive and remedied the issue within days of contracting for his services (only taking that long because we were gone). We will continue to use Radiant and Brent!

Radiant is as you’d hope every business could be, but aren’t. Prompt, professional, friendly, and affordable. I had Zach come out to check a gas shut-off valve and gas line running to my fireplace for a possible leak. Everything checked out ok, and the gas smell at start up was determined to be nominal, if not normal. I now feel confident I can safely use it during these cold days!

Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a great company! They employ very knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. The tech who performed our work, Zak, did a quality job all around. David was an exceptionally great plumber! Was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem very fast, and gave options on everything! Radiant always responds with the best quality technicians in town!

Three stars because I am grateful for Radiant plumbing's exorbitant prices prompting me to learn some new DIY skills instead! $400 quote to change a shower valve cartridge for a shower head leak (a ten minute job), $450 to replace corroded water heater lines with brass fittings, and the best one, $2700 to replace an undermount kitchen sink and disposal. I can only assume their prices are so high because they assume liability for any failures later, but that still doesn't justify the cost to me. Don't call Radiant unless it's something you absolutely cannot do yourself! Or call them, pay the $40 dispatch fee to diagnose and ask questions, then do it yourself.

Zachary did a great job. He checked a water leak and advised us of the source. He also replaced a shower cartridge. He gave us quotes for the jobs, he explained what he was doing, and he was very knowledgeable. We recommend them. I can’t say if they are very expensive since we didn’t get a second quote, but I feel the job was done right.

Tried Radiant for the first time. As soon as they showed up, I could tell the whole visit was an upsell. They took a quick look at my 2x A/C units and immediately decided I needed new ones. They had been there about 5 minutes. Furthermore, they disconnected my Nest thermostat which is brand new and tried to charge me $178 to reinstall it, stating it was defective. A quick phone call to a family member verified that this was just inexperience. Not impressed.

We had an issue with the hot water not working on our bathtub. There was a chance that replacing some of the hardware would fix the issue. We were willing to take the chance and agreed to it. However, the parts purchased did not fit. We were charged full price ($400) for the replacement even though it was not the right size, so we didn't even get to use the newer part. The plumber was very nice and tried hard to figure out the problem, but wasn't able to. So we were left with a $400 bill for absolutely nothing. Do not recommend.

Our tech, Jerry Funderburgh, was knowledgeable and polite, assessed the situation, and had our leak repaired and our water on in under an hour. He didn't try to sell us more than what we needed to get us going. Two thumbs up again for Radiant!??

My AC had gone out and I was about to schedule a next day appointment. Bryan came out for the original diagnostic and Staton came out for the replacement assessment. Both made sure that I had all of the info I needed and gave me all of my options without being pushy. Nestor and Andrew just finished up my new AC install and did a great job. Thorough and efficient. I've had only great experiences with Radiant. Their services are pricey, I can't lie, but having been burned by so many other companies, it's worth it. The peace of mind that they will show up on time, they will do the job correctly, they will explain everything, and they will clean up after themselves.

ON SECOND THOUGHT: I recently left a negative review about an experience I had with Radiant. To my surprise, Tabatha, customer relations manager with Radiant, contacted me and quickly resolved the issue which caused me to leave the bad review.This was truly a surprise as I had no expectation of a happy outcome when I posted my comment. Thank you, Tabatha, for being so helpful and for your prompt resolution to my problem. I have changed my opinion of Radiant, for the better, because of your superior customer service.VERY DISAPPOINTED! I hired Radiant to replace an old garbage disposal with an identical one which I purchased. It took the technician about 30 minutes to complete the job and the charge was $340! By my calculation, that's an hourly rate of over $600/hr. Ridiculous! My fault for agreeing to the repair, but I won't make that mistake again.

We used Radiant to replace a failed HVAC system. Our system was in a very difficult location to get to. The replacement was smooth and happy with the new system. While replacing the system, the crew incurred some small damage to trim around doors in the area of the install. Radiant sent Tim the Toolman out to repair the damage. I wish everyone took as much pride in their work as he does. We can't tell where the original damage was. It has been a good experience all-around with Radiant.

Ryan was great about what needed to be done. Our shower wasn’t getting hot water and he knew why before he even opened it up. He then had to go get the part. And returned right away. He got the job done very professionally.

I called Radiant about peeling paint in my bathroom. Brenden arrived that afternoon. He was respectful (even wore shoe covers), knowledgeable, communicated his assessment and plan clearly, and worked fast! After the visit he referred me to a water restoration company.

I smelled a foul oder in my house and assumed it was an issue with the pipes. Radiant was available the next day and sent over a kind technician named Billy. When he crawled under the house, he found the pipes to be in good shape and discovered the source of the oder -- a dead possum. He was very personable, professional, charged me with the dispatch fee and was on his way. I appreciated radiant was prompt and communicative and would hire them again.

They were able to get someone out on site to give me a quote in only a few days rather than weeks, and he was incredibly courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain how and why different options would work to better understand which solutions most efficiently resolved my issue. Radiant is one of the more expensive options, but with that comes the peace of mind that it is insured, licensed work, it won’t have to be redone, it won’t be done wrong and cause damage, permitting happens faster, etc. plus you get what you pay for. Plumbing is one of those things worth doing right the first time.

First of all Reliant was available the same day which was amazing. Talmage - my plumber - showed up quickly, was super friendly and professional, and fixed my problem in about 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier. I was so pleased with the experience that I’m getting a quote for a water heater and water softener while I’m at it. I highly recommend Radiant.

We collected the water in a bucket during the day over the weekend. Tried a couple of plumbers and they couldn't come out for 3-4 days. I have 2 AC units, and both stopped working on the same day. Shiloh VanHyll from Radiant arrived on time and carefully tested components of both systems to identify and repair the issues. The two different units had separate, different problems. Very thankful for Shiloh, a professional who did not give up when things did not make sense. His patient, persistent, logical, careful testing of each component allowed him identify and repair the problems within a couple of hours.

Let me preface this with I am in Arizona and the job site is in Austin. Entered my contact info on their website, they called me within 15 minutes. They set the service call up for the following morning. Technician called me at 8am stating he was onsite and completed the service call within a couple hours. Outstanding customer service over the phone which is very hard to find these days.

I called at least four other plumbing companies and for no response. Called Radiant and got a live person within minutes who set an appointment for the following day. Their team accommodated my schedule. Zach arrived exactly when promised. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue the same day.

The negative reviews about them taking advantage of elderly is true. They were rude and aggressive with my parents. one of which is disabled. they wouldn’t stop calling them over and over. Avoid this predatory place. No i will not take this review down. People need to know the truth.

Matt and Kyle accurately diagnosed the clogged pipe issue. They explained the procedure to fix the issue and options for short term and long term. They unclogged he pipe and fixed the issue. They were both friendly and professional and also respectful and clean in our home.

I had radiant come out to get a quote on adding a new sink to one of our spare bedrooms for an art studio space. Scheduling was quick and easy. Zak was very friendly, on time and professional. He walked me through multiple options and kept my low budget in mind.

John Murphy spent more than an hour to performed the diagnosis of my existing ac unit that is blowing out warm air. He patiently checked each component to pin-point the problem and then explained to me why the problem occurs. He then gave me a repair estimate and in addition arranged for a new ac quote. Later in the same day, another technician, Joe, who is also very professional and explained who the unit system works and financial option-monthly payment with 0% interest, came to my home and gave me a quote on installing the new ac unit. I ended up having the new ac unit installed by Radiant. Within 2 days, my new unit is installed by Nestor & Andrew, both technicians were very courteous, professional and on time, they knew what they were doing, and completed the job in less than 8 hours. They cleaned up after their work and take away my old unit.

All I wanted was a hot shower. Paid Radiant to install a new water heater at my office. They installed it well, but my water still isn’t hot. Very warm, yes, but not hot. Have had 3 follow up visits to increase heat, and every technician failed to fix the temperature. So glad I spent all that money and got nothing in return. Will never hire this company again. They seem more concerned with making dumb commercials than doing what they were hired to do.

This last weekend, we discover a slow leak coming out of our foundation in our laundry room. I knew this would be a major problem and imagined people with jackhammers digging into our foundation to find the leak and fix it.Thankfully I called Radiant Plumbing on Saturday and they were able to send someone out promptly on Monday morning.Tyler arrived bright and early and started assessing the situation. He looked over the plumbing throughout the house and explained the process of leak detection in a way that I could understand. Listening to his explanation I could see that he was an expert at this very thing.The process he went through to locate the leaking copper pipe in the foundation is a story unto itself. Once he found the problem the process involved cutting into some of my walls and re-piping that section of my hot water line through my walls avoiding any need to get into the foundation. He was very careful to cut square holes in the sheetrock so that any repairs to my sheetrock would be easier.He was finished by early afternoon and did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything. I think our bathroom was cleaner after he left than when he arrived!He absolutely fixed the problem with the best solution for my house, and I have a two-year warranty on the repair. He did so with the least disruption, best quality, and great price. What more could you ask for?If I could give him a 10 star rating I would.Attached are some photos of how he left the sheetrock. I do have to call someone to fix those, but I am sure the cost of that will be less thanks to Tyler’s attention to detail and expertise in cutting.Thank you Tyler and Radiant Plumbing!

One absolutely required replacement, the other still cools but with issues.John was very professional, thorough, friendly, explained everything as he checked. He answered all (a lot) questions … and he expertly answered all of them … which helped me immensely.He later explained to my wife, which helped her.Eric Hernandez came the same day to size, understand all my requirements, prior installation errors, documented installation requirement.He created an estimate with all the choices. He never any pressured any choices, he answered all my questions… which helped me to decide.I believe all my choices will help me save sufficient money and lifetime over time.

Daniel did an awesome job thoroughly inspecting each part of our system, addressed all of my questions, and gave me all the information I needed to adequately make decisions about the quotes he supplied. He is truly a fantastic tradesman, and Radiant's back of house staff also could not be more professional with making appointments and following up with arrival estimates.Update: Timothy F. came out today after we had our ducts replaced to clean up the duct work installation. He did an amazing job repairing all of it, and the time and attention to detail with the prep work ensured our home stayed clean, and that was phenomenal!

We knew we needed major work done to our system to get it working properly... called radiant and they came out immediately and gave us options, even installed next day! Nestor, Andrew, and Jason installed our new furnace and balanced our system. They made this process easy and it was shocking to feel the difference in how great the ac was finally working. The house we are renting needed a new AC unit system. There was so much wasted time and miscommunication. We had 6 days of people coming over. The 2 people who did the assessments and estimates were good, but then we had to wait 5 days for the new system parts to come in. On the first time the techs came out, they were there for 13 hours and we still didn't have air conditioning. 1 of the techs came in and started playing loud music that had vulgar language. Thankfully another tech told him to turn it off. I was glad we weren't trying to work when it was on. The second team a tech tried a totally different thermostat than the 1st team. The 2nd system wasn't explained to us so we didn't even know what we had. The manual and warranty were left in the attic, but they didn't even tell us that. The new thermostat only worked for a little while. I called to get a tech callback to see if it was something minor. 2 days in a row I called, waited for the callback, was promised someone would call, and no one bothered. I was so sick of the situation, I told the landlord to call. After she called they finally sent a tech out who said he had taken extensive training. He was able to fix another tech's mistake. There was 1 person who I will leave a separate review for that I was impressed with, and he had nothing to do with the AC. It was such a pleasure meeting Tim the Tool-Man today. Tim came out to finish securing the ladder entry to my attic. He had a beautiful disposition and a radiant personaly to match. I could tell that he took pride in his work and made certain to clean up thoroughly after painting my attic entry and the adjacent wall in my hallway.I must admit, each young man who came out from Radiant to assess our air conditioner and perform the installation, has been polite and professional. My technicians were named Ashton and Carlos. They were very professional. The arrived on time, were cautious to wear the shoe booties to prevent messing my home. They worked continuously for 8 hrs to get my new HVAC installed. They were very nice to ask questions and get the job done

They are organized in arrangeing the schedule. However, the fee for replaceing a faucet is much much higher than I thought, which is about $450. I am not sure whether I was overcharged, but I feel it's quite expensive for a less than 1 hour work.

I have to say, these people are genuinely good folks. I had them come over to check on the water pressure and although their estimates were a little high to replace the PRV valve, they didn't pressure me to accept their services. In fact, they even provided some useful DIY suggestions for other minor issues.

John helped to diagnose my AC problem. He reviewed all critical system components, found the non-working device, and reported that to me along with suggestions for future replacement (which I’ll need as it’s 20 years old). Easy. Also, Staton was helpful too.

I need a new water heater so I have reached out to a few companies to get quotes. Filled out inquiry online for Radiant, for the water heater replacement. Corresponded with Ejaye via text to setup appointment. At the very end, in a long paragraph they slip in that there is a fee for them to come out to give a quote!It was deceptive and when I called them on it they claimed it was a standard practice. Not what I have encountered. I’ll be going with another company here in Austin who has already come out at no charge.

What a rip off! We had a water leak in our front yard with one of the underground pipes in two spots and ended up calling Radiant Plumbing on a Friday. They showed up on the same day and gave us an estimate of $1000 for each leak so roughly around $2000 since it seemed like the water was leaking in two different spots right next to each other. They started digging and without digging far enough, misinformed us saying that there is no pipe in that spot and that they have to get an excavation company to to dig up the front yard following main water line. At that point they quoted a potential estimate of $6000 to have an escalation company on Saturday. We waited and waited on Saturday and they never showed up. Said there was a scheduling mix up and didn’t come back till Monday. They came on Monday and spent 30 min to dig deeper in the same spot where they said there was no pipe only to find the broken PVC pipe. Repaired the broken pipe and charged me $6000 which is ridiculously high for the work performed. They offered to haul away the digger up dirt and replace it with new dirt which still can’t justify $6000. What should have cost me $1500-$2000 ended up costing me $6000 because of their lies. Radiant Plumbing is a scam so stay away from them. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

John Murphy was a delight. He checked everything thoroughly and showed me pictures of the results. He suggested a couple of improvements which I was happy to purchase. And, even better, he fixed a light in my attic which was broken during installation. Yeah! ?

Radiant came to fix my toilet at my place of business, they only charged me a service fee of $39 dollars to adjust my toilet settings and educated me on what type of toilet to buy next. Anybody else would have gotten at least 3-5 hundred out of me, the last time I called someone with a similar problem they charged me $800, I won’t mention their name but this mention is not about them, it’s about the honest work they do at Radiant Plumbing. Had Trevor Ayer come out to my home to install a water softener on my home. This guy is the best in the business. Did an excellent job and taught me a few things I had no idea were even things I should do to maintain my water heaters. 10/10 money well spent. Glad I called before I tried to guess my way thru installing it myself.

As I think back, I’ve used radiant for several services needed at the home over the last few years: replacing the water heater, installing a brand new HVAC system, and leak detection when a pipe failed behind a wall. They don’t always do everything perfectly at the first attempt but they have always been responsive to fix the mistake or make it right quickly and without charge to me. My most recent experience with a plumber named Gunner has been the best engagement so far. He is patient, thorough, and very transparent and helping me understand everything that’s happening as we chased a water leak.

Matt Ford & Kyle Holt did a great job. They went the extra mile and gave 5 star service. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Radiant is always prompt and efficient. Brandon serviced our shower today and fixed an issue that has plagued us for a ling time and which other plumbers had been unable to do. Jalen my technician from Radiant was incredible 10/10. Absolutely professional and considerate. Radiant’s pricing feels a little expensive. But the quality of the work done by Jalen was worth the cost. So yes you can probably find someone to do it cheaper. But might be hard pressed to find someone to do it better. I also was willing to pay more, as Radiant came out immediately for the quote and next business day for the work. While other Plumbers I contacted were weeks out to even take a look at the job.

Were able to quickly get a new water heater when the one I bought didn’t fit and installed it within a few hours. They were responsive and communicated through text the whole time, my preferred method. Great experience!

Radiant's service has been a complete disaster. For $11,697.15, over the course of 8 months (March-November), they were out to our house at least 8 times and still left us with a broken system. We finally got an opinion from 2 other companies who inspected our ducts and were shocked at the horrible job Radiant did. Examples of issues include a 3-ft hole that blew open above our indoor unit through the seal they made, several unsealed ducts, ducts daisy-chained together, giant gaps, and none of the buckets or plenums sealed (see photos).Here's the full timeline:• 3/21-3/30: Initial interactions | Radiant provided us options to fix our system that wasn't cooling our bedroom. We opted to replace the attic ductwork and install a 2-zone system.• 4/9: Install | The installation techs worked late into the evening. The later it got, the more frantic phone calls I overheard from the techs saying they didn't know it was a 2-day job and they didn't have enough people. As it got later in the evening, they told me they would need to come back another day to finish.• 4/12: Install pt 2 | They finished the install, and left large holes in our walls, trim, and closet, explaining a separate a handyman would come out in a separate visit to fix these up.• 4/15-5/10: Handyman follow-up | I had to follow-up with them to schedule a handyman, and they scheduled for 4/25. I got a call late on 4/25 saying they had to cancel. They re-scheduled for the next available date on 5/11. As it started getting hotter and I started seeing bugs in my house, I also realized they never closed the attic access and had just left a giant hole up to our attic for several weeks. I called to complain, and they gave me 2 free tune-up visits on my account.• 5/11: Handyman repairs | The handyman repairs are finally completed a month after the install is done. They did a decent job patching up.• 9/9-9/10: Radiant criticizes their own work | We scheduled our first tune-up visit that was credited to our account. On that visit, we complained about some air leakage issues we noticed, and the tech recommended another specialist should come out who could give us a better idea. We later found in a recounting of events from the HVAC Operations director that this tech was sent to upcharge us on a separate leakage test. This second tech came out and looked at our system and said that the ducts in the attic were not looking to be in good shape, and there were large gaps and it looked like some things were not installed correctly. When we told him Radiant installed those ducts, he seemed surprised and asked if Radiant did a quality inspection (they did). He said he'd have Radiant follow up with us to schedule an appointment to fix the issues.• 9/11-10/28: Following up | I did not hear back about the fixes, and had to call Radiant twice to get something scheduled. The first time, I was transferred between 3 different people, and the third ended up telling me they'd reach out to me to schedule something. They didn't. When I called a second time on 10/28, they scheduled an appointment during that phone call for 11/3• 11/3: Radiant's final visit | The tech came out to fix the system. When he was done, he said he did the best he could to fill any gaps, but it was tough because the area was tight up there and he couldn't completely seal everything, but it should be good enough.• 12/23-1/2: We started having trouble with our heat as the temperature dropped on 12/23. Another company came to give a diagnosis. Before even telling them about the work Radiant did, they said the ducts were a mess (see list at the beginning of this review). We called another company who said the same things. They said things such as I've never seen this in my 20 years in the industry, and Radiant totally f***ed this guy (overheard on one of our cameras when they were calling back to HQ).Now, another company is redoing everything. I deeply regret hiring Radiant, and I regret not calling someone else sooner. I hope this review saves someone else from what we had to go through.

I had a very complicated plumbing problem that expanded as excavation under my house found age old plumbing problems. Radiant new where to look what to do when they found the problem. They worked around our scheduled holiday activities. Their experienced staff of professionals were diligent about find a solution to my problems and finding a permanent solution. One of Radiant's experienced technicians, Ryan Smith, installed a new tap off our 500 gallon propane tank, so we could use it with a new dual-fuel generator. Ryan was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. How so? I hadn't even taken the generator out of the box yet, and he helped me get it up and running so we could test the install. Additionally the service was initially priced very high, but Ryan called his manager and explained that this wasn't a normal in-house install. Meaning here was no gas inside the residence that needed testing. The line item was written for a particular scenario that required additional time to test items inside the house. However since we only have gas external to the house we weren't being charged correctly, so Radiant immediately addressed.Great work and Great Experience from Radiant, and it's Greatly appreciated! We had a very good experience with this company. We had a pipe burst during that had been capped then. We had many other things we needed to do before this pipe. We finally contacted Radiant (it did take a couple of weeks) but the tech came out and was very efficient and completed the repair. He had to run a whole new pipe.Update: We just called them out for a heating issue. Daniel came & he was excellent!He was very friendly & informative & we really appreciated him.

Brendan helped satisfy an entry made on a home inspection report for a “leak under sink” which we were unable to find. Brendan made a comprehensive search and came to the same conclusion. Tried to get my Navien tankless water heater repaired several times but ended up having it replaced. These guys are very expensive and not great at repairs for tankless water heaters. They will usually recommend replacement because their repair costs are so high.

Excellent service. Daniel, the technician, showed up on time and was very knowledgable and thorough. He resolved the issue I was having and provided insight into basic maintenance tips and suggested reasonable upgrades to lower my system's operating costs. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and quick turnaround leading up to and during the installation of my new HVAC system that was over $10K. Now that its been installed and we have had issues I cant get through to the correct person after numerous phone calls, conversations, messages left, being transferred multiple times/hung up on. I had service on 3/13 and 3/20 and have not heard from the service tech Scott who I have also emailed and been told will reach out to me more than once. Louise and Gabriella from the install department did finally send me pictures and a service report but when I asked to speak to a tech about what is going on and how to remedy it Ive gotten no reply since March 21st. I want to know why my brand new system is full of slime and algae, can someone please call me?

Radiant were very responsive in a very busy time. What can I say about MarcHe took time to listen to the background which helped locate the leak. Matt was super thorough getting my kitchen sink draining again, and as it happened, the fence installers broke our water main while he was cleaning out the years of grease (and eggshells?!) of I hope the previous owners. He ran to the store, got parts, fixed the water main, fixed the sprinkler line, did a flush and pressure test, finished cleaning out the kitchen drain line, and even swept and mopped my kitchen before calling it a long day. Same day service, too. Phew!

Daniel was our technician, this technician had tremendous personal skills, what I would call a great bedside manner, the same manner you would see in a doctor. He went far and above what a regular technician would do to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Written information was given about the repairs, We sat down at the table and went through the repair's line by line. Daniel, stayed with me through the process/ multiple options were given, and he also made it crystal clear what I was up against.

Ryan came out through the icy weather and replaced our blown breaker. The electricity went out while he was here ironically but he was still able to fix it. Very timely and professional and hopefully once our electricity is restored our HVAC will be working again. Jalen just came out in March of this year to replace a broken wax seal on toilet and did a tremendous job. Bad weather again but he was in and out and house was in great shape after. Definitely recommend them.

We recently had a tankless water heater installed by Preston, and an HVAC inspection by Grady. Both were very friendly and professional. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t need, but we were informed of all of our options and their recommendations. Will continue using Radiant in the future!

Preston was patient, kind, communicative, and professional from our first interaction for a quote to replace our 15+ year old hot water tank with an outdoor-mounted tankless system with circulator. This job required updating some water lines, some gas lines, and installing new electrical to support the new system. He explained what we’d need to do when he walked us through all our options, made great suggestions, and had all the additional pieces (like getting an electrician) arranged on our behalf. He was able to complete the job in a day. His crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and we felt we were in very good hands throughout the entire process. We have been so impressed that we will have Radiant come for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward.

2d Encounter: Radiant just gained a lifetime customer. I called Radiant, this time, to look at my HVAC system for it just stopped working. Grady came out and was so informative and just overall pleasant to deal with. Given the age (30+ years) and the numerous issues it would not be cost effective to repair the system. I love the fact that he did not push me to spend unnecessary money just to put a bandaid on an already Frankenstein type of system. I will be buying a new system and I will likely go with Radiant due to them truly representing a customer service based organization.1st Encounter: issues with a toilet and a smell. Frequent communication with the company and they send you a message with a picture of the technician with a little bio about them. So I knew when the technician was going to arrive and what they looked like. A great safety feature. Technician was also wonderful, very personable, professional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. No pushing to buy unnecessary services from this company.Use Radiant Plumbing & A/C for you will not be disappointed.

Well let's see. The people and the technician were very nice. But I called because I had two problems then it to be addressed. I scheduled an appointment so that we would be first appointment of the day. My husband took off from work. They missed their scheduled appointment time. They called and gave me a new arrival window and miss that as well. They arrived after their window did not diagnose the problem and missed the second problem I called about altogether. So when we pointed out the second problem, the guy said they could fix that problem but it would have to be a different plumber than the one that came. They needed a master plumber to fix the second problem.I talked to customer service. I told him what the heck was going on they didn't even have a record of my second issue nor did they keep the appointment they offered. She went and listened to the call I made to schedule the appointment and confirmed that they did promise me that particular time and I did discuss two issues with them that needed to be fixed. they said they could possibly get another plumber out The same afternoon. They asked if it'd be okay to text me I said sure. So I texted them back confirming that my husband would be home in the afternoon, they never responded to my texts at all in a plumber never came in the afternoon. Let me remind you that they were the ones that offered for me to text them to schedule another appointment. But they could not answer the texts at all.

Extremely over priced , but I guess that’s how things are these days with all of the “codes” that are added every year. The reason I left 4 stars and not 5 is because the price was so high. On the other hand the guy that came out was a professional and knew his craft . Explained everything and top quality work . The guy they sent out was fantastic.

Our technician was Gunner. Impressed with his professionalism, communication skills, and workmanship. He recognized the plumbing issues I had, we discussed different approaches (with cost estimates) to fix, and he had the necessary parts and tools on-hand to fix during his initial visit.

Craig Plank was my tech. He called and texted before arriving. It was nice that his pic was on the text so I know who was arriving. He as good around my two dogs and answering all my questions and my eleven year old son asked. We had lots of gunk in my drain pipes. I learned that I should have asked fore services tech way before the second drain started leaking. He was great

Jesse and Zak changed several valves for us that had gotten old and started to leak. They were professional and fast, they cleaned up after the job, and they made sure to explain their work. Will use Radiant again!

----UPDATED REVIEW---At 9:15 PM Saturday our cool knight in shining armor, Javier, showed up and rescued us from the heat. After some quick troubleshooting, he identified the issue was the capacitor which he quickly replaced. Then, Monday afternoon, Roy showed up for the pre-scheduled appointment and replaced the faulty Ecobee thermostat as planned. Both Javier and Roy explained that they received no notifications of the issues we were experiencing and that they had both been available Saturday to provide support if only they had known. I shared the names of the three phone operators I talked with and they said they would followup.-----ORIGINAL REVIEW----At this time, I really can not even give a one star rating. After purchasing a new A/C system from Radiant for about $19K, I am sitting in my home less than a year later with no cooling. Concerns about the unit malfunctioning were reported over a week ago. About five days later a technician came to review the issue and stated that he thought a new Ecobee thermostat was needed. A new part was ordered and installation was scheduled for a week later. In the meantime, the A/C system completely stopped cooling on a Friday night. I have now spent all day Saturday trying to get a technician to provide support. I have talked with four different phone operators that provide overflow support to Radiant. Each one has stated that a technician will soon call but no one has. I will be happy to edit this post if service and support is provided. Currently, I am getting hotter under the collar by the minute!

Outstanding performance by Javier, he checked each and every aspect of system thoroughly and kept us informed, truly impressed and this kind of service gives trust on sensitive system like air conditioning.

EDIT: Though Radiant did an excellent job with the repair, I am reducing my review due to Trevor's recommendation to use Quick Dry Restoration. They are crooked and have literally double charged us or charged us for unnecessary items and led to a complete disaster. I believe that part of doing business is recommending trustworthy partners, not bad actors who intend to rip people off when they are at their most vulnerable.Radiant has been great during this stressful time. Trevor was professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got it under control to stop any further leaks. More importantly, he explained the next steps clearly and helped us feel better all around. I’m so glad we called them to help us. You won’t regret it!

My toddler flushed his baby sister's toy down the toilet and it was not flushing. Appointment was made for the next day, which was great and quick. I was texted updates all day about when the arrival window would be so I could plan properly. Jalen came to fix it right on time! He deserves a raise!

Professional company from initial phone call for scheduling to technician who came out. Mike was on site pretty quick. He resolved the problem and checked water pressure and made sure water softener was working properly. Thanks for taking care of our hose bib that failed way too soon. Previous plumber who installed has a warranty that is lacking!

Needed a grinder pump replaced. They diagnosed it and quoted a ridiculous price for the actual pump. They charged me $4600 for a $1400 pump, and when I asked the guy said yeah that that's how much it cost but it isn't what they charge for it. He said you can install it yourself and laughed at me. Since they had already charged me $900 to diagnose what I already knew and it was a Friday, I didn't really want to go through the process all over again with someone else. Basically spent 3.3x to learn who not to ever call again when I need something fixed. I guess those commercials are expensive!

Phillip Wolford is definitely a 5-Star HVAC Service Tech! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and handled the installation personally over the course of three visits. And he explained what he was doing all the way through it. We are 100% satisfied with his technical skill and customer service!

I had a new faucet in my kitchen replaced and when Gunner arrived, he saw that the installation would be more challenging because of the way my cabinetry was constructed. When things go wrong and your local home remedies don't work and you have to call in professionals, then things like truth, clarity and attention to details matter. Joseph McClughan and Kyle Holt, were as great as you can hope for a team to deliver bad news of needing an repair but explain things and let you know they will guide thru the muck and back to flushing toilets. I highly recommend using this company and specifically these two techs.

I originally called for a toilet issue, but Anthony checked and also found a problem with my water pressure and lack of a gauge due to the age of my home. No one else noticed that. It was definitely costly, but seemed the like right choice to make for the overall care of my home’s plumbing system. Without it, the water pressure at my home was way too high.

Don't walk away - RUN. I hired them to put in two Trane Variable Speed HVACs. Took about three weeks for water to start pouring down from the attic. Took them three days to come out and look, then another day for them to get someone to fix their (very easy to avoid) mistake of not putting the condensate pan all the way under the unit. I didn't even get a sorry.Next house: they installed a new unit, and so provide free inspections, and the first time they come out, the tech forgets to hook the HVAC interior unit back up, but he doesn't forget to try to upsell me. Takes two days to get someone back out there to correct their mistake.I knew they were the most expensive in town, but I didn't mind because I'm happy to pay extra for great, reliable service. Turns out that two houses and $35k worth of work later, I know their extra cost isn't going to fantastic service - it's going to their nonstop radio, email, and phone marketing campaigns. Save yourself time and money, go with someone else for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

John Murphy is a great technician. He took the time to go over every deatil of my A/C failure and made recomendatuons for next steps. He took care of one of my issues right away and relived part of my concern.

After a long battle with problems on our AC LENNOX unit we decided to put in a new unit even though we hadn’t been in our house for 5 years. Our home was a show home and we have had nothing but problems since we moved in with the AC. Lennox would not stand by their product. We called and had many companies come out and give us quotes. Javier was the technician who came out to see if our unit could be saved. He was very nice, very professional and wrote out the pros and cons. He checked everything out and even called Lennox to let them know we had a faulty part that had been put in under warranty but they would not budge. (10 stars for Javier) Then we talked to Joe Lodzinksi the HVAC Service Specialist). He was very professional, very nice but as soon as he walked in the door we all new we liked him! He treated us like family and we felt like we could trust him. He was very knowledgeable and we knew that he was experienced! We made a purchase on a new unit. Such a great person to work with! (10+ stars for Joe!) Two days later for the instillation we met Nestor and Andrew! They were the two guys putting in the new unit!! They were both great!! They knew what to do and did it well! Even cleaned up their mess! (10 stars for them both) I can’t say enough good things about our experience with these guys! We appreciate the customer service and we are glad we used Radiant!!

The Service was borderline a scam . It was extremely costly first the part to replaced cost ~$50 on the vendor website, billed for $650, because “it was far away to get it”, and was billed an additional $200 for two hour work. Finally the handle was not even attached properly and fell off almost immediately, despite using some sealing “to make it stick”. I guess I will repair it myself then.

They did a nice job installing my new HVAC but they do not offer maintenance services for the systems that they install which is less than ideal. They say they are too busy to do this kind of work.

Matt was great! He was very thorough in explaining everything that was wrong and provided options on the best way to fix it. Was very careful, triple checked everything, and left the space cleaner than what it was when he got here.

First interaction: Nice chat with technicians the first time, but read on for the 2nd and third interactions. They gave me their analysis of the situation--I had an intermittently growing water spot on my 1st-floor ceiling--without trying to push me into anything. They said a different team from the same company would need to look at my problem, so I paid them their fee for an initial assessment.Next (attempted but failed) interactions: two consecutive times, they failed to show up when they were scheduled to show up. After the first time they failed to show up, upon rescheduling, they promised it wouldn't happen again. Guess what--it happened again. I even received a text message saying the technician would be heading to my home after he finished with the current job, but then they finally failed to show up again and asked to reschedule for a third attempt, at which point I gave up. I'll never get back those hours that I had to take off from work, twice. Also, it turns out after working with another plumber that their initial guess as to the source of the leak was not even correct.Perhaps they were satisfied from being paid the first time without having to do any physical labor and didn't bother coming out a second time to do any actual work. Or perhaps they really did have extenuating circumstances as they tried to argue. I'll never really know. Hopefully they don't make a habit of charging people only to tell them that actually a 2nd team would be more appropriate for the job, but then waste your time, never actually send anyone out, and never have to do any actual work.

Jason was professional and knew his job very well. The old water heater was leaking and he took extra time to replace and used all new pipes and fittings. I was impressed. They made recommendations and completed the repair quickly. I highly recommend this team! Thank you

Zak and Jesse were really helpful in rectifying a lot of issues caused by our remodelers. They were very responsive and helpful, and we’d definitely use them again.

Trevor and Wayne were great! I called in the morning and by evening I had hot water; due to the holiday and recent cold weather everyone else was booked out over a week. Our interactions were professional and courteous. Trevor explained my options but didn't pressure the upsell. I would definitely recommend, and will be calling again in the spring for my HVAC.

The technician Craig was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share tips on how to improve my system. It was a truly fantastic experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I was charged for 15K for digging and replace a section of the water pipe from the meter to the house. The technician said it's expensive because they had to get an arborist. However, no arborist was actually used when I talked with the manager. I agreed to pay at the time because gallons of water was leaking and I needed this to be taken care of quickly. The tenant living at the property observed the technician sitting in the truck most of the days that he was supposed to work. When I talked to the manager about it, the manager got defensive and said he wanted to make sure the technician was being safe and taking adequate breaks. If you do go with Radiant, make sure you are very detailed about the contract/quote they give you so you don't get screwed for thinking you are getting something when you might actually not. Also, these guys forgot to schedule a follow up inspection with the city of Round Rock for about a month and left the trench uncovered (see photos of the trench a month after the pipe replacement). I tried calling the permit department at Radiant and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I had to contact the inspection department of the city of Round Rock to get this scheduled. Absolute abysmal service for the amount of money charged. Never giving my money to these guys again.

We called because of the commercials. Everyone was friendly and professional from the young lady that answered the phone to Matt, who they sent out to clear a mainline drain blockage on a holiday weekend. Overall, the best experience we have ever had with this type of issue.

I needed some help in a hurry before the relative come for Thanksgiving. I called and a nice receptionist helped me and they were able to dispatch someone 30 minutes later. The repairmen were quick and efficient and courteous and nice and explained everything well.

I urge anyone looking for a new AC to truly save your money and get other quotes before going with Radiant. I had someone come out in April for a tune up. My old unit was about 20 years old so I knew replacing was needed I wish I just went with someone else. The day after my tune up a salesman comes to show me my options. After charging me tells me that they actually don’t have the unit I wanted (and paid for) and had to take the cheaper one to still get the “next day installation deal”. So I took it. Installation took about half a day but the night it was installed the thermostat went blank and the drain was clogged and secondary float switch was also full of water. I called that night for someone to come out and was told no one could come until 2 days later….when it was just installed and not working. Luckily the original service technician, Bryan was able to get me in contact with someone that could come out that night. They came and cleared the drain and it was fine. Then there was a problem with the humidity in the house, when the next tech came out I was told that it was the drain line (which no one could ever even find where it drained to) and that I would have to pay for a condensate pump. I again had to get in contact with Bryan as I was told by both him and the salesman that if the drain line was not found that a pump would be put in with the system. The “free deal” condensate pump was then installed in June which they ran white pvc pipe down the side of my house and drilled it into my brick. The pump then went out 2 weeks later and turned off my AC again, when the tech came out to fix it this time he said the motor had blown on the condensate pump after running for 2 weeks and “must have been a lemon”. He hooked the drain line up back to the original line which we still don’t know where that drains (I agreed to this to have AC and not have to wait for a pump to be ordered) he said he would check in with me in 2 weeks and one week later the unit stops blowing air completely (last night). I was told that no one can come out to service it until tomorrow with the high being 107 today, having small children at home, and this being a brand new system I honestly find this completely unacceptable. I am beyond tired of having problems with my brand new AC and no one caring but the original service technician that came out. Brain is the only person at Radiant that has given me exceptional service and not made me feel like I’m just another sale or number to this company. After the numerous problems, being told wrong information by multiple employees and referring my next door neighbors to use Radiant for their new AC instillation I have gotten nothing but a “free condensate pump” that was supposed to be part of the installation in the first place. I am so disappointed and so out of options as I cannot call another company and spend more money for someone to service this unit that I spent so much money on. Just save yourself the hassle and go with another company that values more than just making the sale as I have now read a lot of similar reviews sharing the same experiences.To update this someone did come out, unclogged the drain line that was filled with silicone during install and the unit worked for about 6 hours. I called back and was walked thru some steps to test the equipment and turns out I now have a faulty thermostat so I must be the luckiest Radiant customer to get a lemon condensate pump then not even two weeks later get a faulty thermostat. I called to see when someone would be scheduled to come out and was told I would get a call right back and it has now been an hour. Customer service is nonexistent and blaming every single thing on the equipment seems like an easy way to get out of accountability. Not to mention today will be the third day of this 108 heat wave and third day my brand new AC is not working.

I scheduled Radiant for a hydrostatic test. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone even though other plumbers could do that. They quoted $850 for a basic hydrostatic test. Another plumber did the test for $300. I decided to not use them but they charged me for the service call. These guys are over-priced and a bit shady.

The day after Christmas we had a clogged drain. Upstairs bathtub was draining into the other upstairs tub, upstairs toilets weren't flushing. My husband attempted to snake the drains, wasn't getting it clear. Then water started coming throught he kitchen ceiling. We called lots of plumbers with great reviews, but all were busy since it was the week between Christmas and New Year. We ended up with Radiant because they could be out the soonest. Bad decision. We should have figured out a way to wait for the better reviewed plumbers.We are now 2 and a half weeks and over $20k into this nightmare. There is little to no communication without our fighting for it. We have had a tunnel dug out under our house for over 2 weeks now, but can't get Radiant out here to backfill it. (That'll be great for our foundation, right?) We can't get updated invoices after repeated requests, until they contact us for another payment.The worst home repair company we have dealt with. The lack of communication is utterly frustrating. There are multiple crews that clearly don't even communicate with each other, since every new crew acts completely surprised with the situation when they arrive. Every call we make gets routed to someone else who has some other vague position in relation to our project.Here's hoping they give a crap about reviews, since they clearly don't give one about their customers.

Buyer beware. Radiant will sell you a top of the line ac/furnace system for 18k and install it for you. They will give you a good warranty which is nice but the problem is you will have to use that warranty quite a bit. We have had our system for 9 months and this morning we had to call to have someone come out for the 4th maybe 5th time since March. This time woke up at 8am to a warning on the thermostat system saying it has been running since 2 am but temp has dropped. They talked about how efficient this system is but it has to work first. Every time someone comes out they spend hours looking around like they are confused and not sure what to do. I would use someone else if it was not for the fact thay we have the warranty. I suppose that is how they keep the employees busy but seems counter productive to me.

They reached out to come do a free inspection of our HVAC system. As I'm sure most of should be aware by now, nothing in life is free so I should have known something was up. Their technician Reid showed up and started his inspection which tripped our breakers serval times and made our thermostat act pretty weird but i assumed this was all par for the course (it wasn't, as this has never happened any time our regular HVAC guy does his inspection). Once he was done, he began explain to me in a words he knew I wouldn't understand why our options are to pay upwards of $17,000 to repair our system OR just buy a whole new system all together which could cost between 10-22k.Both my wife and I weren't convinced, since Reid was quite pushy and didn't seem genuine at all (snake oil salesman) so we called our usual HVAC guy from Lakeway Heating and Air for a second opinion. When the technician from Lakeway Heating and Air inspected our system he noticed Reid from Radiant had left all of caps off of our system and the page long explanation as to why we needed to pay them 17 grand was complete bull. Our tech then told us that our system would work fine for the time being but was quite outdated. We opted to replace our HVAC system with Lakeway Heating & Air because of how transparent and trustworthy they've been for us, for about half of what Radiant quoted us.I strongly believe Radiant sends out their technicians for these bogus free inspections for the sole purpose of scaring you into paying for their highly overpriced and subpar services. I'm also pretty sure the Radiant tech might have purposefully been negligent when checking our system as to guarantee it would fail because, as stated above, he had left off all the caps and ever since he's inspected it it has not been working as it used to. I'll take the blame for assuming they wanted to come inspect my HVAC out of the goodness of their hearts but I would advise people to be weary of these guys, I don't trust they have good intentions whatsoever.

Radiant is great! They sent Preston out to deal with several small issues around the house, and he was terrific. On time, respectful of our house, and a great explainer as to what was going on (including how to change our reverse osmosis filters, which were crammed under our sink in an inaccessible way that he also managed to correct). Plus, he was a super nice guy and he speaks fluent Tagalog! Radiant has helped us with several plumping issues over the last year or so and I recommend them highly.Update: Gunner came out on May 12, 2023, and installed a new osmosis system. He was also great! They got back to me almost immediately, had Gunner out there within an hour or so, and he knocked it our like a pro. Super friendly and knowledgeable, gave great tips about osmosis systems (he is an enthusiastic user himself), helped diagnose what was wrong with our old system, and was generally super on the ball. What a great team!

Our AC unit went out on an early Friday morning before the 4th of July weekend 2022. Could not get the company who installed my unit to schedule to come take a look until Tuesday the following week! So I called Radiant and they said they’d try to get someone out same day. Yeah, well, no problem! Ryan showed up around 9:30am, had us diagnosed with a bad blower motor, and was back with parts for the repair by 1:30. He was done in another hour. So grateful for the quick turnaround, but also for the considerate care he felt for us. Thanks to Ryan @Radiant, we did not have to suffer through the next 4 triple digit days over the long holiday weekend and the house was cooling off by mid-afternoon Friday. Thank you!!!Add on: Next round! Late April 2023 and now our compressor is busted. John did the maintenance we were scheduled for (lucky timing) and then diagnosed the compressor issues. He was patient and understanding and stayed long to talk to me about possible options, got on the phone for me to schedule a specialist to come the next morning for repair or replacement estimates. Y'all are all awesome! Sorry to John's wife who was prob bugging him to get on the road since he was here til after 6pm (!) but I'm grateful for his patient kindness and help with setting up my next move for the HVAC repair.Next day Joe came by to have a look and spend SO MUCH TIME putting together all our possible options. He's patient and thorough as well. We are grateful for y'all's help.

Radiant replaced an old HVAC for us and in doing so may have caused some damage to our second HVAC, resulting in damage to our ceiling. Though conclusive proof was impossible Radiant sent a repairman out and repaired our ceiling! This was at their own cost, and without any debate! Radiant truly does care about their customers! Will continue to use Radiant without a doubt.

CR came initially for a hot water service. While there we remembered that the sinks upstairs weren’t working right and CR diagnosed the problem to the regulator outside failing. This was brought to our attention and fixed the same day!We have no water softener or filter and CR provided us options that could be installed same day and was honest and up front about what was nice to have VS what was needed. We decided to have Radiant install a water softener and filter for us and CR was able to go back to the shop and get the parts and install it same day!Overall CR was a top notch plumber and did and out standing job!

We bought a new home a little over a year ago and noticed the AC unit was not cooling all the rooms. We called radiant and Ian came out to our home to assess the issue. We were informed by Ian that he didn’t the calculations and our unit was big enough for the home, but we needed new ductwork . We asked to be sure this was correct. We paid 7K on new ductwork and still had the same issues. After several other technicians came to our home to try to fix the problem, it was determined that the initial calculations were done incorrectly and we needed a bigger unit. Ian even came back to our home to apologize, but Radiant didn’t offer to correct their mistake and we are still paying for the 7k in ductwork that wasn’t necessary. They told us we could buy a new unit at full price. A couple weeks ago, another technician, Daniel, came to provide service to to unit and I informed him that I’m still waiting to hear from management about our problem. He spoke to a manager and informed me management would contact me to discuss this matter. Nobody ever called. I’m a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan…this is my first home and I can’t believe the way Radiant has ignored me! Very disappointed in this company’s integrity and business practices.

They came and checked out a mini split that I had installed by another company recently. They found and fixed the problem quickly and recommended how to improve the system going foreword.

Explained everything clearly and professionally and fixed it in a timely manner.Overall I am very happy with the service we have received on two separate occasions with Radiant.

We didn't end up using them after they came to diagnose the HVAC issue because their quote was triple what the others were. The technician was on time, friendly and professional, though. I will call them again if we're looking for quotes but their prices seem astronomically higher.

From the beginning everyone at Radiant was top notch. Communication across all teams was quick and efficient. Working with Justin on finding the right system for me on a budget and needs level was great. All options were thoroughly explained and I was never pushed to a system.The install team, Nazareth and Terrell, were also great. They showed up the day of the install and got to it. They were respectful of the space and used the “air lock” system without pause to keep my feline kids safe. When they were done they walked me through all the work they had done and took time answering any questions I had.You’ll be lucky to work with any of these folks.

I had a new HVAC unit installed in June 2022. As the outside temperature was so high, they did not test the furnace other than to see if it would light. With the cold front that came on Nov. 11, I tried to turn on my heat for the first time. Within moments of the furnace starting, it automatically cut off. A technician came out the next day and diagnosed a bad mother board on the brand new furnace. Despite his efforts that day, the furnace has not lit even briefly since then.I'm now on day 4 with no heat while I await a new mother board. I have not been advised when that will arrive and as of today was told it may be days. Had the furnace been fully tested upon installation, I would have expected that the defective unit would have been immediately replaced with one that worked. Instead, I am without heat during an extended cold front with temps in the 30's to the 50's. I can't fault Radiant for a defective unit from the factory, but I do find fault with the timely resolution of my issue.Radiant did drop off one oil-filled radiant heater which is barely enough to warm one room much less my 2000 sqft house. I'm having to reconsider the 5 stars I gave Radiant back in June.

James was very nice, professional and extremely helpful. He talked through each of our plumbing issues and took his time to make sure each issue was resolved. He replaced our faucets with good quality hardware and selected a type that is easier to operate. I contacted Radiant to look at our AC which in part of the house which was not performing properly. Lucas came from Radiant and did the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen including over 100 photographs. This was extremely professional and helped no-end when he explained what was going on. He’s was extremely personable and took the time to get to the root of the problem. We had a re-gas and now our system is back and potent again. Ezekiel from Radiant plumbing came and repaired the leaking from our toilet. Earlier this same year our home flooded from the same toilet when something on it burst. All this had happened after major heart surgery. I called another company first and made an appointment and when they called me to cancel 1/2 hour before the appointment, I was told they could not reschedule us for a week, literally 7 days. I then called Radiant Plumbers and explained our situation. Contrary to the other company, I spoke to a responsive and caring individual who scheduled us for the next work day and said she would call us if a cancellation. Much to my surprise, I was called shortly thereafter that a plumber could be at our home shortly. Ezekiel arrived, was very professional and did a thorough job fixing our issue. Our experience was totally different from this other company. Radiant plumbing actually cared. I will definitely call them again if we need a plumber in the future. My water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening (of course these kinds of things always happen on a weekend). The wonderful lady on the after hours line was able to walk me through what to do to shut it down and helped to calm me down a little. She scheduled a service call for the next day. John arrived first thing in the morning and did a great job explaining what needed to be done once it was determined that I’d need a new water heater. He definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He was very patient and kind with his explanations. I’m very happy and relieved to have my new water heater and would call them again for other services. Very pleased with the service.

My inside AC unit was leaking water all over and so I called Radiant. They were able to get a tech out to me same day and even worked with my schedule to accommodate a block of time where I had to be away from my house. The tech who came out (Mitchell) was super professional and also very personable. He was able to quickly assess the system and determine the probable cause of the water leak (blocked condensation drain pipe). He was able to fix it on site same day.I will be having Radiant service my system moving forward and would recommend them 100%.

Our AC went out and Radiant was quick to respond. We live outside of Austin and they were still able to get to us, diagnose the problem, and replace the unit in a timely manner. I've been using Radiant for years for my plumbing needs. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, clear and transparent. I recently purchased a new home and the former owners had lapsed in some of the maintenance. Radiant cleaned out and up what they could and get me set up with a regular maintenance schedule so things won't get so bad in the future. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with this company recently.I believe this is due in part to their approach to training who they hire.They seem to try and hire kind employees which is important when it's your house and you need major help. It was a big job (took about three weeks) and unfortunately came on unexpectedly. :/If you are lucky enough to get to work with Sean Keeter, you are in amazing hands! This guy is very experienced and always tries to bring as much help/insight to the situation as humanly possible.He kept me informed constantly which was a first for me in any repair field. Not only did he step up but went the extra mile to make sure things were running well. I really can't say enough about the ethics of the man but what comes to my mind is virtue. A lost attribute in our time.Personally I have not come across that...it was a first.Everyone involved in my house repair really gave their best.

I have sent many e-mails for days asking for warranty work. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. They are completely ignoring me. Installed a new system, numerous problems, now I am asking for warranty work. My e-mails have gone unanswered for days. I don't know what to do! Very poor warranty .

Radiant installed our A/C unit after our old one failed. Overall, the experience was positive. The process went smoothly from initial proposal to installation. We were able to secure a maintenance plan as well, which was a bonus.However, that's where my experience was soured. During our previous maintenance check, the technician forgot to plug in the fuse to the condenser. We didn't notice for several weeks until the weather started getting warmer. I just find it shocking that the technician concluded their work without properly wrapping up. I thought our new unit broke down until I noticed the fuse sitting on top of the wiring box.While I'm sure this was just a small oversight, I hope Radiant sees this review and ensures their technicians are following protocol. Overall, I would recommend Radiant, but perhaps a little less whole-heartedly after my last experience.

Drain clogged & both toilets backed up - of course this happened after 10:00 pm. We tried three other companies and none were available - one would take two days. Radiant was able to send a technician within the hour! Matt was great! He was very professional, personable and friendly. He cleared out the drain and we were good to go... literally.

The worst thing that could happen in Summer happened and our A/C went out. After hearing their commercials on the radio for so long, I called them and other A/C vendors. Radiant was the first to respond with a technician (CJ) who knew what he was doing and could communicate to me clearly what was happening to my system. We decided to replace the entire system and after multiple quotes, chose to use Radiant simply because we wanted it done right the first time and to feel confident in our purchase/investment for the home we purchased. We are very happy almost a month later with the professionals who installed our A/C (Rene & Tim). You could tell this team had done this job many times before and were instructing the newer team members that day. I could hear the master class being given in the attic and the result is a system that is the envy of the neighborhood. They offered a 10 year warranty on their work and I feel feel confident I won’t need it. Get your A/C installed right the first time so you don’t end up with the Frankenstein system we had to replace. I highly recommend this company.

I was very nervous to find a reliable plumber to fix my water heater when it would not heat. Zak with Radiant Plumbing quickly diagnosed the problem, contacted the water heater company for the warranty on parts, the part was delivered quickly, and Zak installed and fixed it extremely quickly (he even had to wait on me to arrive home without issue). Highly recommended for their friendly, professional, and high-quality service.

He explained everything he had to do to bring us up to code, provided clear information about the various options and worked very hard to get it done. He was kind, courteous and very personable. Brendan from Radiant was great. He was friendly, knowledgable, and fast. He showed up, took a look at everything I wanted checked, and gave me several bids to look at, depending on how aggressive I wanted to be. We settled on what was the best work to do right away and he got to it that same day! I didn't feel pressured into services I wasn't ready for/couldn't afford. A really great experience. We'll definitely call Radiant again when we're ready for our next project!

I called Radiant to service our AC systems and check our downstairs unit because it did not seem to be cooling as well. I called on Wednesday and was able to setup a service call for the next day. Derek arrived midday per our appointment and diagnosed a blowout of the evaporator coil inside the attic air handling unit . He was able to find a replacement unit, schedule another technician to assist, and complete the four hour installation on the same day. Both guys were very professional, efficient, and courteous. I asked Derek about maintenance I could do myself and he walked me through cleaning the internal drain lines, changing filters, and cleaning the outside units. He also provided quotes for scheduled maintenance if I decide to go that route. In general I am very impressed with Radiant as a service company and the employees that I met. They followed COVID protocols and masked-up when coming inside. All documentation was provided via email with plenty of explanation and photos. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.

Radiant was quick to identify and rectify the cause of our leak. Jordan, our plumber, was professional, timely and friendly. Our kids obnoxiously shadowed him almost his entire visit. Brenden and Juan provided exceptional service in replacing our hot water heater. We have used Radiant in the past for an A/C replacement. Can’t recommend this company enough. If you wan’t the job done CORRECTLY by technicians that are knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, and friendly, then look no further than Radiant. 10/10 recommend. It’s also worth noting that they offer great warranties and service plans.

When I called to schedule originally they gave me a $40 quote for a diagnostic check. If they have to open the ac unit or they’re here for an hour they charge 179, something I didn’t find out until after they got here. At that point it was too late to shop around. I feel that’s a predatory pricing practice and more than a little unethical. On top of that spending $200 they were reluctant to leave me detailed notes because “they don’t want to be doing other people’s job”. I left with a few pictures and a vague understanding of what’s wrong with my system for $200.Grady was my technician. He was fantastic in service and very knowledgeable. Respectful of my house and 5 stars for his service. My rating reflects the organization not the worker. He was in my 100+ degree attic for a significant amount of time. I’m impressed.

Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. We had several issues on our house to say the least we were extremely stressed about all the work we had to do to the house but Radiant employee’s made it bearable. We had under the house plumbing issues, we had air conditioning problems, we had plumbing issues and on and on. My wife and I recently bought our new home and had the builders run a gas line to the patio for direct hookup to our outdoor griddle. I did a fair amount of research on how to uncap and connect the proper connector so I could hook up the griddle. It seemed like something that should be easy enough to do myself, but not having experience in doing so, plus the fact that it’s dealing with gas, I followed what many suggested and contacted a licensed professional. In fact, I contacted quite a few licensed professionals with no luck in getting anyone to come out and help. Most were either booked for the next two months, or charged extra due to our location (Dripping Springs). I was randomly following a Radiant van in traffic and figured I’d give them a call. Glad I did. They were very responsive, we’re able to schedule someone to come out a couple days later, and they had the lowest fee to come out. I scheduled a window for them to come out, and they were very communicative throughout. When Sean, the technician, arrived he was very friendly and professional. He explained exactly what was needed and outlined everything before starting. Once I agreed to the work to be done, he discovered that the adapter I had for the griddle didn’t fit properly with my gas stub. He went to Home Depot and got the right part and had me up and running in no time. I’m glad I called Radiant and will definitely keep them in mind if I need any plumbing or A/C services in the future.

Nice technicians but sorry, this company is a circus with zero communication, and if you need to speak with management that knows what is going on and can help you?....... After 4 months, I am still trying to get a billing mistake resolved. I don't handle that You'll have to talk to someone else but they are not available We'll have someone call you (x5) and no-one ever calls you back. *But every tech will try to up-sell you like crazy and suggest things that you may not even need.

Gunner Brown and Jeff Hicks were phenomenal. Gunner game out on time and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a leak in the slab. Gunner then brought out Jeff to assist and they worked extremely hard to fix the very involved leak. Great job and service!!!!

Radiant came out to replace my vintage 4 ton 1996 Trane unit with a new variable 18-seer 4-ton Trane a/c system and furnace. They were available next-day. The install team of Nestor and Andrew were prompt, courteous, and left the area cleaner than when they started. The crew took the time to explain the differences in the new system and it’s operations. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them for other upcoming projects (aging water heater). 5-stars

As many others have stated, just fantastic customer service! I had severe calcium build up in the hot water lines. Ryan came in (after removing his shoes at the door) de-scaled the lines and provided options to prevent future occurrences. I will definitely be contacting Radiant for any of my plumbing or AC needs.

Just a quick update. Radiant installed our fantastic AC system a year and a half ago. Part of the contract includes twice yearly maintenance visits on the HVAC and one visit for plumbing checks, including flushing the water heater. This morning we were able to do both at once, with Jay R. doing the plumbing and Nestor L. doing the HVAC check. Jay and Nestor were both super friendly and speedy, able to explain things in understandable ways. Jay suggested some plumbing improvements that might address an issue we've had with sediment, but didn't do a hard sell on them - just suggested them as possibilities. I appreciated that - learning about some options but not getting pushed on making decisions. They were here right at the beginning of the service window we'd selected, and they were all done quickly, so minimal disruption to the day. Great service!One other nice thing Radiant does - when your service tech is on the way, Radiant sends a text that includes the tech's name, photo, and sometimes some personal interest details. It's good info to have!

He listened carefully to my concerns and explained clearly what he would check for and what options I have. It turned out I did not have a leak. Jordan explained the source of the water and gave great options to fix the issue. The overflow pipe in our toilet broke over the weekend. Radiant was able to schedule me quickly, did a good job of communicating when they'd arrive, and David, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough review of the house to identify issues beyond the toilet repair needed and worked with me to agree to a scope of work and price point that I was comfortable with. No hard sales push, which I appreciated. So far the repaired toilet is working great!

Review update: After previously having a terrible scheduling experience, I was promised it would get resolved, and by golly it did. The next day they were aggressive (a good thing) in contacting me to get a time scheduled that would work for me. Multiple options were presented. At the decided service time, the technician arrived punctually within the window and had excellent rapport with me and my family. After initial investigation, some theories were presented as guiding their approach to the full maintenance offers for moving forward. They were never pushy, never did I feel like they were trying to over-sell me on any option. I genuinely feel that Radiant took a scheduling error and did everything they could to make it right when it was discovered. I will be calling them again if I need plumbing service.

This company is highly efficient. They use a 24x7 call center to route customers to a dispatcher who then asks a few questions about what you need. After that, everything is automated with precision. You never get a ring-no-answer from Radiant. I got a next day appointment at 8am and the repair completed in an hour. My AC tech, John Murphy, figured out the problem in 5 minutes. I was advised on the estimated cost and asked for approval before work started. When completed I signed an electronic invoice, paid with a credit card, and got a copy of everything in email. Radiant has awesome business automation and they have excellent service people. They do a system check after a repair to make sure there isn't an undiagnosed problem that results in a callback. Radiant guarantees their work for 2 years and offers 2 free systems checks 6 months apart to further ensure problems with your AC don't surprise you later on. In the long run, preventive maintenance is more comfortable and less expensive than having your AC system fail mid-summer. But fortunately mine was fixed quick and I'm back in the cool. The charges were in line with my expectations for a break-fix call on a motor start capacitor. Radiant invoices parts only which makes the invoice simple, but we all know that is really parts plus labor and dispatch fee. It costs good money to license, train, equip, and pay the best people and it costs a bundle stocking all the parts you're going to need for a mobile repair service and transportation to your home isn't free. I won't divulge what I paid for this repair but I know what I could have bought the part for retail and how much time it would have taken me to do the work. But I'm not licensed to handle freon and I had a dentist appointment. Although it might sound strange when you hear me say it, I would rather get my teeth cleaned than fix my own AC outside in 103F weather. John was very sweaty when he left my home and it was only 9am. That would have been me. And then I would have paid Radiant to come by to check freon pressures and have a look at the whole system just in case. They did that for me as part of the service visit. It's like changing the oil in your car when you live in the suburbs. It's not worth the $20 I would have saved. So I put Radiant on my fridge for the next time I get my AC checked out for the summer.

Dan was excellent today! We’ve had some issues with our unit ever since it was installed in July 2020. Something with the AC airflow was just not right. Honestly, I began to think we just had too high of expectations or that our memory of the airflow prior to the new unit was incorrect.Today, Dan took all the information/clues we offered and checked EVERYTHING. Javier and Shiloh did great work. Wanted a routine HVAC system check and they were able to find issues that the builder never took care of when the house was built 6 months ago and fixed them on the spot. We used Radiant for our last house and now our new one. These are the only guys we will use.

We had some moisture issues with the HVAC and ducts they installed causing some damage to our ceiling. Radiant replaced our ductwork (for a discounted fee), and fixed the areas on our ceiling that were damaged.Radiant sent Tim the Tool Man to patch up the ceiling. He did an excellent job! The areas he fixed look great. He did a great job at keeping the mess contained and cleaning up afterwards. We also appreciate him keeping the noise level down (without us asking) while working when he noticed our baby was napping or while we were in virtual meetings for work.We give Tim the Tool Man 5 stars! The 4 stars is for misleading information given to us by a separate Radiant employees regarding our ductwork/hvac system which lead to the moisture issues and us having to spend additional money to fix it even though it was discounted.

The tech that serviced my furnace, Don, was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing and why. He did not perform any service without telling me the cost so that I wouldn't be blindsided by an expensive bill at the end.

Our AC stopped working on July 30th, a Saturday night. We called Radiant immediately, they told us that all their technician were busy that night but they would call us by 0730 Sunday morning. We didn’t receive a call until 0930. When they did call us back, we were told they wouldn’t be able to come out to fix our non working AC until 8/25! So much for the emergency fixes they promise on the radio!Also to make matters even better we paid Radiant yearly for their maintenance program! They hadn’t been out for over a year even with us calling and complaining. I would not use Radiant unless you want to be severely disappointed and screwed in emergencies!

Billy was fantastic and I was pleased that we were able to get service on such an expedited basis, but they are a little pricey. We needed to snake the shower because of a hair clog and it ran over $300. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and professionalism but it's worth knowing that it will cost you a pretty penny.

Everyone we have encountered with them have been very friendly, helpful and informative. They’ve done a great job with everything that we’ve had repaired and replaced, from a water heater, toilet, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replacement and installation, to checking our gas line for leaks when we were concerned about a possible gas leak behind our stove. They repaired of our water main cutoff valve when it had a major leak, did a water pipe relocation behind our new toilet, and replaced our outdoor hose bib. Our plumbers Zak and Juan were very skilled and took care of everything we needed done. I feel confident recommending Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning to everyone.

We got a brand new Goodman mid efficiency HVAC installed from Radiant couple of months ago. Radiant was prompt and very professional during the new HVAC purchase and installation. The quote process, promptness, etc were all excellent. Had I written a review at the time, I would have given them five stars.However, two months from the install, the HVAC is already having problems. The heating part of the system is broken. Took 3-4 days to acquire the parts and 2-3 days to schedule the fix. Although Radiant honored the warranty and were responsive, I am very disappointed in the quality of their work and the time needed to repair the system. I mean, why don't they have the spare parts in stock for the HVAC they sell? Why can't they line up the repair work and prioritize as soon as they get the parts? Do we really need a 10 day lead time to repair a newly installed HVAC.Don't blindly fall for their 5 star rating like I did. The reviews are a mix between their plumbing business, HVAC business and moreover repair versus new install. I would shop around and research some more before hiring Radiant for AC replacement.I am strongly considering not hiring them for another HVAC that we need to replace. At this point, I cannot trust the work they have done. Not sure when the next problem will crop up on the system they have already installed.

We had filters replaced in RO system as well as a new garbage disposal. We were able to have plumber out same day and replace items the following day. New disposal is quiet and works great.

Radiant is always responsive, professional, and effective. Today CR diagnosed and fixed some issues from a not-so-great plumbing job we had done by someone else previously; he was meticulous and very respectful of my home and time. I am so relieved to have the problem fixed and my space left clean and functional. He also advised me about what had gone wrong with the original job so I could try to address it with the other contractor.

We had a leak we could not find. David was very professional and talked us through all of the steps he would take to detect the leak. He fixed many little issues that showed a small decrease in water leaking. We were informed next step was to place shut off valve near home to see if leak was inside or outside of home. His guess was outside because there was no sound or visible damage inside showing any leaks. He was correct. Shut off valve was actually put right where the leak was. The leak showed it’s self near house after water was left on for a while. It all worked out!

My toilet and water heater had corrosion and weren’t going to last long. Radiant handled the problem with dignity. Didn’t appreciate drop-kicking my dog, tho.

My outdoor kitchen builder called Radiant after a prior plumber couldn't figure out how to safely/properly plumb in high end gas appliances. They also handled water connection for the outdoor sink. Jay Rine at Radiant did absolutely beautiful work, checked it incredibly well and was just a informative and very professional person to chat with. Highly recommend Jay if you're looking for truly professional plumbing with no shortcuts taken.

I am in the unfortunate position of having to leave this business a 1-star review until they are able to resolve the issues with the hvac systems that they have installed for me. From a personnel standpoint they have been great to work with, but performance has been abysmal as they've effectively installed a $40,000 alarm clock that triggers at random - two HVAC units that ramble and rattle at unpredictable intervals. They have attempted to rectify on three separate occasions but each time a new fix is tried and the same issue persists. My previous systems were 15+ years old and ran whisper quiet. After several dozen times being awoken in the middle of the night by this system I've decided to leave a review. I will likely be requesting a replacement for this shoddy job.Update: Response to the owner reply below (since Google does not allow direct response)To owner: I called for a system outage unrelated to the performance issues outlined above. At the time that I called the scheduler told me that their next available appointment was 8 days, I was not able to be without AC for an 8 day stretch of 100+ degrees so I hired the first HVAC company that was available to come the same day and repair the issue. The above performance issues persist but I am now working with a dedicated customer support agent at Radiant to resolve and will update this review if it is resolved satisfactorily.Final update: Changing to 3* as the business has made good attempts to resolve the above issues with some improvement.

Christopher from Radiant was great, very professional and personable. He was fast and efficient, and would be welcome back in my home. Very pleased that I chose Radiant.

My water heater got corrosion and my toilet committed sepukku with a drill. I thought it was not going to stop ?but I called Radiant and they fixed everything in 99 minutes.

The tech CR was great. He was friendly and informative and fixed the issues while explaining what the problem was. Would definitely recommend him.Only gripe is the responsiveness from the office to get someone in for the repair after they’d already been out to look at the problem. 4 days of calling them being told I would be called back that day.

Don't let the cute ads fool you.Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. All their services are a-la carte. That meant for me that to auger my toilet (after a guest clogged my toilet with plastic), it was a set price of 375$. BTW, the auger left a brown stain that needed a return visit when a magic eraser and serious scrubbing wouldn't suffice.When the auger didn't work, the plumber removed the toilet and placed it in my bathtub (??) thus placing a large chip and some smaller ones into my refinished tub (see pic) in order to snake out the plastic.So what was the total cost for all this? A whopping 785$ plus a 159$ emergency visit fee for 2 (maybe 3) hours of work, using equipment from the truck. Again, Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. Radiant is the only plumbing company I know that makes a lawyer seem like a bargain.When the plumber returned to repair the brown auger stain and re-attach my bidet (long story there), he denied causing the chips in my tub even after I showed him, using the pic I took and a tape measure that the base of that tub impacted the exact spot where the big chip occurred. Instead, he showed me a pic of two smaller chips on my ledge from a pic that I believe was photographed on the day of his return (hmm ..upon your return?).The plumber caused damage to my refinished tub by erroneously placing a heavy porcelain toilet over only a sheet of plastic in my tub. That was so wrong and it was a struggle for him to get the toilet into my tub. I watched it and I should have stopped him there He says there were two chips already on the ledge? Really? I'm not so sure. But I do know he caused the chips in my tub.From the a-la- carte price with no hourly rates, the auger stains and DENIAL of damage in my tub, Radiant truly sucked.

Both David and John were awesome. They are both highly professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and expert in their field. Not to mention… just plain old good people! Really a pleasure to work with them both. They were available same day, and completed a great amount of work all in one day. Billy was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what was going on with our laundry drain issue (i.e. standpipe overflowing).He cleared the line and brought in Marcel (also polite and experienced) to run a camera through the standpipe and outside line access, which explained the cause of the intermittent overflow issues and a heads up on another potential issue in the future.There are larger corrective projects that I will likely engage in over the next year and Radiant will be my go-to service.

Ezekiel B. was fantastic! He did a great job figuring out what our draining issue was. He made sure all the work he did worked and our washing machine is finally draining like normal. I will definitely be using radiant agian if I need any plumbing or AC work. Thanks again for everything Ezekiel!

Zac and Brent did an excellent job installing two new hot water heaters. Zac was very helpful explaining the new technology and cost associated with the job.I would certainly recommend Zac to anybody who needed an excellent plumber or A/C guy with a great attitude that seems to enjoy his line of work.We will certainly contact Radiant for any of our future needs.

We needed to replace for older AC units. After talking with three different companies, we chose Radiant because they were extremely knowledgeable and provided some information that other companies had not mentioned, but also because they gave us the best pricing and warranty.Yesterday, two of their service personnel, Nestor and Andrew came out to do winter check ups on all units. They were on time, professional and friendly. I would be quick to request them in the future.

We really appreciated the professionalism and competence of both David B. and Antonio. From the very beginning, we asked them to wear masks and they did so with much respect. They did a thorough review of our plumbing needs which was helpful to know where we stand.We were needing 2 toilets installed. After the estimate we were surprised at how expensive it was. We had already gotten 2 other estimates which were $700 less than this estimate. So, even though we did not use Radiant’s installation services this time, I would still recommend these 2 plumbers because of David’s expertise and warmth and Antonio’s brute strength and communication skills. They went above and beyond and brought our new toilets into our house and put our old toilets outside. We are so grateful to them!!!

Joseph McClughan was our technician today. He arrived on time, was VERY friendly and helpful. When it turned out to be something on the city’s side, he handled contacting the city utility service for us and arranging for them to come out to our property to assist. He also stayed to make sure that the city was able to fix the issue and that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Joseph and the Radiant team for the speedy response and amazing customer service!

Zak and Gunner were very professional and helpful in trouble shooting the brown water coming out of our pipes. They took the time to explain what they think is causing the problem. After another company comes out to evaluate a different component, we will see if they were right. Nothing was necessarily fixed, more diagnostic at this point. We are still trying to pinpoint the exact issue. I would be happy to use Radiant again in the future.

Derek Sbiroli was the Service Specialist and he was very good. Super professional, thorough and understanding of our needs. It was like having the manufacturing expert in the house. More companies should operate like this. Further, communication with the dispatch were very good. No confusion.

The technician arrived on time, sent his picture and name beforehand. He examined the area and explained in detail the problem, the solution, and the cost. When job was completed showed me where all the parts were replaced and explained their function. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!

We had a clogged pipe. They showed up quickly and assessed the situation...all is going great. Then came the pressure sale. They gave me three options to choose from, one for roughly $190 with no guarantee it would work, the second for around $600 with no guarantee it would work, or the final for $1000 with a guarantee. If I chose the first or second options and it failed, I would have to pay for the next option without a credit from the money already paid. I was in a hurry to get out of town and paid the grand. In my opinion, that is not how you treat customers and the only way I would use them again was if I didn't have any other choice.Michael FerrellPflugerville, TX

They identified and fully repaired items other plumber missed/didn’t replace. Everything they did was explained in detail while showing me! Totally sensible and understandable. Cost less for them to do all these things today than the one (faulty) repair someone else did. Great work!

Thermostat wiring was accidentally cut by lawnmower. They were able to send out a tech (Craig) almost immediately and replaced the blown fuse and repaired the wiring. Additionally he made sure it was safe from future harm from the lawnmower and weather. Craig was fantastic, super friendly, respectful, worked quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I recommend this company and will use them again.

Trevor was incredible! This was much more expensive than I anticipated but they were able to replace my water heater on a very quick turnaround, which I needed. With that said, this was also the most enjoyable home repair I have ever had (apart from the price). Trevor was on time both days and the repair was complete in the amount of time he said. He cleaned up after himself (which almost never happens) and he was a very happy and easy person to work with. I really appreciated his attitude and care for our home! The man was absolutely no help. He did absolutely nothing, and just told us to order a new remote. He said he’s never seen a mini split like the one we have. He was here for a total of 5 minutes.
