I recently used Daniel's Plumbing for repairs on my shower and the installation of a whole house water filtration system, and I have to say I was impressed with the service I received. As a brand new customer, I was pleased with the convenience of being able to book my appointment online, which saved me the hassle of making a phone call or sending an email.The initial appointment was with Mack. He was personable and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my shower and what would need to be done to fix it. He also explained the benefits of having a whole house water filtration system, which helped me make an informed decision.Chris was the plumber who came out for the repair and installation. We were faced with a complex situation due to how our main water line came into the house. Chris and team were able to assess the situation and provide me with a couple solutions to choose from. And while the job did take longer than expected, I'm happy with the results so far.I also appreciate the option to sign up for their membership, which offers additional benefits and discounts. I plan on taking advantage of this in the future and will definitely consider using Daniel's Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.Overall, I'm giving Daniel's a 4-star review for their excellent service and knowledgeable team. If the membership benefits are as good as they seem, I may even come back to update my review to 5-stars. Highly recommended!

Luke came out and fixed our busted water heater. He gave us a heads up before he got to our house, was professional and respectful, and worked promptly to fix the pipe. I appreciate the prep work Daniels does before the service call as well. We'll use them again!

Marco V and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name), were very friendly and knew the job well. He explained what they were doing and were able to get my system up and running in a very reasonable time period. Good people to do business with. Daniel’s said they would buy them lunch if they did a good job. Definitely buy them lunch!

I liked the way Daniel's kept in touch with me at every step of getting my pipe repaired and my water turned back on. William, who set up my appointment, was helpful and reassuring. After several days of a hard freeze, plumbing companies were overwhelmed with calls, but Daniel's gave me the earliest possible appointment and kept me informed with texts. Eli S, who replaced a pipe and restored our water, let me know when he was on his way, and when he arrived, he explained what he would do to fix the problem.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing company. Besides being incredibly professional and excellent at their work, they’re kind, considerate and friendly. They stayed to be sure it was working correctly. James and his partner were quite thorough and fantastic! Raoul and Brian are also tremendous! Everyone we’ve encountered at this comply was exceptional. They installed a new heat pump. I highly recommend them for all your hvac and plumbing needs.

$1000.00 to fix a busted pipe outside. The pipe was exposed so minimal digging required. It was a simple job for a professional. However, since we were without water we had to accept the price.I’m grateful for them coming out for an emergency, during normal business hours, to fix the problem, but this was ridiculously overpriced.Eli was great though. Super nice and easy to work with. Surely part of the $1000 can buy him lunch.

My experience with Christian and Jason was great -- They deserve for their bosses to buy them lunch! Christian worked very hard all day to 1) replace 2 tub and shower combos and valves, including cutting access holes on the backside of the valves, removing sheet rock, and providing neat panels for future access; 2) replace two one-piece toilets one of which was very difficult to install; and 3) Replace tub waste and overflow to match the tub/shower trims. Jason also worked with Christian in the evening. Both men were very professional, methodical, and pleasant problem solvers who maintained their good naturedness and sense of humor -- despite having to work on tubs and toilets on a Friday night ! I highly recommend these two plumbers !

Austin arrived early with all the equipment needed to get the job done efficiently. Despite some challenges (old home) he was able to resolve the issue and talked me through all my options. Scheduling was easy and I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Great experience with Daniels! Had a room not cooling as much as the rest of the home. Willie knew what needed to be done from the previous visit/estimate and knocked it out quickly. After he walked us through the installation and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Here is my time line with Daniels...11/2022 Install new ac system11/2022 not connect properly came back out the next day12/2022 heater not working- not connected properly02/2023 AC stops working - Diagnosed compressor replacement. Need to wait 6wks for the part to arrive.(3 month later)05/03/2023 part arrives- outsourced job to Precision Heating and Air (their Sister company) Precision inform me wrong part was ordered.I inform the Precision tech that I have low expectations that the original Daniels diagnostic is correct due to my experience with them.05/03/2023 - Another Precision tech comes out to re-diagnose the system - its a thermostat issue- replaced same day.Waiting three month for the AC to work properly by another company was a terrible experience; especially for a simple thermostat replacement.From 02/2023 I was told I would bet a callback and a call from a the manager. I had to call them to get any updates. To date, I have not received a call back from the manager or rep.

Larry arrived shortly after calling ahead to make sure I was home. He was professional and courteous in explaining each step of the process from locating point of failure to replacing the piping. Larry completed the work quickly and in a satisfactory manner, I can sing his praises enough for the work done!

Marco did a fantastic job installing both new shower heads we needed replaced. He was very quick and knowledgeable about the questions we had. Great job Marco, if we need any more services done, we will be calling Daniel’s.

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. If I could give a negative number rating, I would.Before getting to the worst, I'll mention the only good thing. The actual plumbers we worked with were wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, experienced, competent, and responded directly in a timely manner.The company itself/ administration side, especially customer service is just horrible.We needed to have all of the plumbing replaced under our foundation. We were quoted a reasonable price and were told entire the turnaround time would be about 2 weeks. They showed up to start the trench and tunnel under the house. However, that alone took several weeks. It then took another couple weeks before the actual plumbing work was done. Then, they promptly forgot about us. This, of course, was after we'd already paid 99% of the bill (which was tens of thousands of dollars). I called about 3-4 times a week and about a month later, they finally had the tunnel refilled. It took another month and many, many more calls for them to finally fill in the giant trench in our front yard. About 10 more calls and several more weeks for take away the rocks and debris left behind.When they started, they also move a giant rock from the side of our house where the trench would be to the middle of the yard. We were promised at the time that the rock would be moved back in place when the job was completed. 5 more calls were made to Daniel's advising that we will pay the remaining amount of the bill once the rock is replaced and being told many times I would receive a call back, and never ever have. I then received the invoice for the remaining amount, with no information or regard to my request to move the rock back, as promised.It has taken over 4 months total to get whereWe are now.I have never gotten a call back when I've been told I would. I have spent many hours and hundreds of phone calls trying to get this job completed.

Raul at Daniels Plumbing is fantastic. He goes above and every time he comes to our home. He is courteous, professional, and explains things very simply. Every time I have an HVAC issue, I request Raul. Couldn't speak more highly of him, his expertise, and his service. Highly recommend.

My HVAC system stopped working without any warning. I called Daniel’s based on a number of positive reviews. Bryon and Raul came to my house a couple of days later and spent about 2 hours diagnosing the problem. They showed me pictures of the unit in my attic and said I needed a whole new system, ranging from $25k to the “fingers crossed” patch job for $6k. They predicted the patch job would just get things started and many more problems would be revealed. I thanked them and said I’d think it over. The next day I called another company. Long story short, the tech found a bare wire touching the metal frame of the outside unit, which had shorted out a fuse in the attic. For less than $200 total, my unit was running within 15 minutes.

Raul E inspected furnace & found gas leak. Gave 3 estimates/no pressure on choice. Willie & Ran did great job installing. Very professional. Reece came out to address my concerns about carbon monoxide sensor and assured me I had no gas leaks. Again I was treated to great customer service.

Our water stopped throughout the entire house. It turns out it was a broken water softener. Daniel’s was willing to come out at 9:09 at night. It took the entire next day to fix our problem. Christian got every faucet working again. Plus everything was cleaned up

I called Daniel's Plumbing after another company failed to show up two days in a row. Daniel's was quick to respond, got me scheduled right away, and came out the next day. They were on time, professional, gave me multiple options to deal with the plumbing issue, and then they got it done, cleaned up, and were on their way. Night and day difference compared to the company I used to use. I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing AND Austin S., their team member, who got the work done. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience using Daniel's for recent repair work on our HVAC system. Reece was professional and easy to work with. All repairs and their cost were clearly communicated to me and the work was finished on time with no surprises. We will use Daniel's again in the future and I highly recommend this company!

Reece was wonderful! Showed up after a long day, he must have been tired. But was polite and took his time. Even when it turned out my ‘HVAC issue’ was actually something else completely, he patiently showed me proof/ pictures, let me make the realization myself, and discussed with me the how and why to fix it. In general, I’ve always been happy with the service I get from this company, and I’ve worked with at least 4 of the bigger names in Austin.

Hello All,The Plumber who arrived at my apt was knowledge and friendly. However if you're doing an insurance and or a home warranty claim I would avoid this Plumber at all costs.This is due to what appears to be predatory Bussiness practices, or a gross negligence of their billing practicesI submitted a call to Daniels Plumbing on Friday Dec 23rd. I was able to confirm an appointment with them for service on Monday Dec 25th. I was calling due to pipes bursting in my bathroom.I was sadly disappointed on Monday when they informed me they were overbooked with emergencies and canceled my appointment and rebooked me for Thursday. I understood there were a lot of emergencies that were probably more urgent then my water that I stopped leaking, so I had little concern this with.However my issue came up once they arrived at my condo for the repair. They provided a 2k estimate, and I shared at that time that I wanted to provide it to my insurance, and Home warranty for review prior to paying.After submitting it too travelers(Insurance), and Old republic(Home Warranty). Both of them requested itemized estimates explaining the labor and part costs.Daniel has been unable to provide this after 3 days of consistent calls, when contacting their scheduling team one agent was able to contact a manager and insisted a GM or customer care manager would contact me. Another agent told me there was nothing they could do.The root concerns from my Insurance and the home warranties is prices that cannot be justified, and that seems to be the case with Daniel being unable to provide a breakdown of the charges for parts and or labor.Dear Daniel management team, You should have multiple notes with contact information for my Home Warranty, and my insurance and their requests.If not please feel free to contact me and hopefully we can resolve this in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with Daniel's for an emergency repair -- on a holiday weekend no less. Our plumber was prompt, kind, and took the time to explain the problem and ways to solve it in a way that was easy to follow and highlighted pros/cons. I felt comfortable working with him to get this broken pipe fixed and get my water back on quickly, but also in a way that would ensure no future leaks.

WOW. Christian and Luke were amazing! We had a whole host of plumbing issues from water heater installation to minor toilet/leaks. They were on time, friendly, and got the work done! This is our 2nd time using Daniels, and we’d use them again for sure!

Larry R (Master Plumber) was very helpful in regards to my repair. Every time I had contact with him, he was very courteous and professional. That said, I was not satisfied with customer response by answering service, dispatch or original plumber due to the fact that dispatch did not contact me when the answering service person said she would have them do so. Also, the original estimate person never showed up for our appointment. Gabriel waived the appraisal fee because of this. Also, the initial technician never called 30 min. before he arrived, like he was supposed to. In conclusion, Larry R is the best representative of this company and was a pleasure to work with!

We've worked with Larry R three times now on our aging house. He always identifies the specific problem and he explains why it happened and what the best repair will be at a fair price. He is knowledgeable and efficient

I had some struggles getting an appointment set up due to some complications but every single employee on the phone was so nice. Once we finally got it sorted, Luke came out to fix our issues and he was so friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

I explained my concerns about my outdoor water line that had frozenSo and busted in the December freeze. I also explained my concerns about the water line routing underneath the deck which could be damaged by rats. So Cristhian developed a unique design using flexible water line that expands when freezing, surrounded it with PVC, covered it with thermal insulation and chicken wire to fend off the critters. I was very impressed with his ingenuity and will definitely use Daniel’s Plumbing again!

I’ve had Mack out a couple of times from Daniel’s and he is professional, friendly, clear, and solution oriented. He really knows his stuff and makes it easy to understand what he is doing, what he recommends, and why the price is structured the way it is. The folks at Daniel’s are communicative and reliable and I don’t use anyone else.

The repair person Robert arrived in a timely fashion, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and proceeded to diagnose and clear out the problem area quickly and effectively. He then set me up to have a camera diagnostic the following day and let me know the probable causes for the issue based on the evidence he uncovered while performing the work. Excellent service overall! ?

Last night we call Daniel’s Plumbing emergency service when the valve on the shower that was leaking failed and the water would not turn off. Eli arrived within the hour and determined the issue. The exact part was not available but he researched an alternative, went and procured it and about an hour later, everything was repaired. Super professional and I appreciated the extra research to make the repair. I will definitely use Daniel’s again!

Excellent technician. He was very informative, respectful and diligent. Answered all my questions and preformed an very professional service to my water system. Will be doing business again. Great company!

Chris was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had. I’ll look forward to working with him again.I also received a new water heater with installation. The new heater works great, and my water is now hotter at setting A than it was at setting C on the old tank.

Pros: The tech Luke they sent out was very nice and straight forward.Cons: They rescheduled the appointment at the last minute twice and did not communicate well.The estimate they provided came thru e-mail a couple of days later and was not itemized in any way just an overall figure.The tech stated that the part was $130 (which was verified when I bought it myself from Grainger)The estimate was for $2,800!!! This means they were charging $2,670 in labor for something that we (with no plumbing experience) were able to install in under an hour...$2,670 an hour in labor!!! That's a bit out of hand.The only reason this isn't a one star review is because I thought the tech was professional.

Once again, Daniel’s has provided skillful service! Balde was thorough in his assessment of this minisplit system and managed to get a portion of the system operational. This was above and beyond our anticipated outcome for this initial visit.

The price I was quoted to replace the same exact cooktop was outrageous $610. My existing cooktop works fine. That’s an estimate of over 4 hrs of labor. I have seen it installed in less than 20 mins before.

Bad experience, very expensive, more than $500 for a leak test that is an hour work, the employee on the phone gave me the wrong quote for only half the price but charged me more than $500 when the technician came, bad communication. And after the test, there was not even an official report. I finally ended up buying a house with lots of leaking everywhere even though I hired them to test for leaks. Generally, they are no help.

AUSTIN came to the house to replace my garbage disposal and he showed me some prices and models. He was able to answer some questions about the products. The employees at Daniels Plumbing are very courteous and pleasant!

Called Daniels Plumbing & Air Conditioning on Tuesday and they were out Wednesday morning. My tech was Reece Czarneck and the guy knows his stuff. Installed my Nest Thermostat and did an evaluation of our entire system. Offered an annual maintenance contract and gave me a reasonable quote for a re-wire job and an air cleaning system.One day later they scheduled the re-wire and the Air Cleaner installation. Moses and his assistant came out, completed the work and did a GREAT JOB!(Buy these guys lunch!)I feel like I can trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Christopher and Luke were very professional and communicated all that was happening during the total replacement of all the water lines in my house. They worked well together and stayed on the job until it was finished even working till near midnight to make sure we had water overnight.

It is so hard to find a person who is honest and willing to help/inform customers and without ripping ppl off these days. But Reece is the person to call. He did an amazing job servicing our A/C. He always takes his time to find out what the issue with our A/C unit. He’s always professional and leaves us well informed EVERY time he comes to our house for services and/or maintenance. I definitely recommend him for any services That this company has to offer. He is the person I’d request to come out to our house.

Had limited interaction with Ben at the start and end of the day. Robert and Ben took measurement for the replacement sod from trenching and holes. Neatly done. I can't really say anything negative about the quality of work (I had my tankless water heater flushed) because it's the first time I've had it done. There were issues with scheduling and there seems to have been further miscommunication about rescheduled dates. The young man that came out I'm sure did a good job but had poor people skills. He didn't smile once. I don't think I've ever seen that.

I have changed my initial rating based on Luke's work . He replaced PRV valve successfully. While replacing valve, his work caused a leak in existing irrigation pipe. Next day he fixed it. Since it was different leak , I had to pay for the fix. He fixed it properly.

Austin did a wonderful job quickly determining the problem, providing us with a quote and then getting the work done quickly and without a mess. He was also super nice. Would use again!

The visit was for plumbing maintenance check and ended up with a faucet replacement. Larry was thorough, professional, friendly and answered many questiins.

It’s a $50 fee to come out. I let dispatch know I had my own kitchen faucet and just needed a quote. Larry came out and let me know the price was about $500. After he left I noticed the hot water and my filtered water was not working and my bottom cabinet was soaked. Larry came back out and noticed there was a leak in my dishwasher hose. I had no issues before he went under my sink. I’m not sure if he put a hole in it on accident or purpose. My house is only a year old and this is the first time I had a leak or any issues. The price he quoted me to replace a dishwasher hose was $450 and he said that was with some kinda of discount. He was quick to let me know they were pricey and I should shop around for better pricing. The company manager did try to accommodate me with reducing the price to $225. I feel like they are quick to respond and send someone out but also quick to take advantage of their customers. There was additional damage and this simple job is costing me additional money. I would shop around before choosing this company.

We had a horrible experience. The technicians were sketchy. One of them told us the other person had just been written up. Then they spilled industrial glue on our carpet. We have trying to speak with a manager for a year and a half about the massive stain on our carpet. Plus they upsold my husband on some garbage package that by the way, they never came back to service our water heater. Stay away!

Scheduling was pretty easy and got my rusted pipe replaced the same day the plumber looked at it.

This project had many unknowns. It was expensive and not what it originally appeared to be. Insurance did not pay any of it, .....not even the cost of diagnostics, which took a very long time and the opening of 4 walls. Things were not perfect the first time. There were some back office issues that I needed to stay on top offs well. But with that said...Robert Keys is a master plumber! He put 1000% into how to approach and move forward...how to make adjustments, move forward again. He is quiet, organized and you can not even tell he has been in your home is so neat. I only have wonderful things to say about Robert. I also believe that Daniels as a company truly try to do their best in each situation.

Wow, I felt a peace about the whole encounterDrew has a trusting spirit and there was no nonsense about necessary repairs and expense. He did his evaluations and provided informative information about the process. He provided a referral for water mediation and they arrived in less than 45 min. A pleasure to meet quality professional people with stellar customer service for the company’s they represent. More than please with the extra kindness to listen to my concerns and what is required in a short time. More than satisfied with the service and representative that showed up at my door. Raul and team were very friendly and professional. They were able to find the issue quickly and successfully fixed it in short time. They did additional routine maintenance and thoroughly tested the unit before they left. We have used Daniel's several times in the past and are always satisfied.

Robert completed my renovation custom job all in one day and at a very fair price. He was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. He offered to return when the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry are installed so he can finish connecting all the drain pipes and water lines. I'm so glad I chose Daniel's Plumbing.

Had a blowout on a shower valve. Scheduled with these guys to fix. Pipe sweat weld was good fit and finish was not so good. Practically had to check his finish work and tell him to correct it. For 1600 dollars to install a new valve and finish with poor finish quality is so way overpriced. I should have spoke with manager since I had to manage the job. Again he did good on sweating the pipes but leaving the new finish uneven just not cool.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He wore booties when entering the house. Found some issues with heater and corrected them. He is definitely a great asset to your company. Definitely stay with Daniel's plumbing and air. Tech name is Raul E.

I found Larry very friendly and informative. He discussed the probable reasons for the leak he repaired. His work was meticulous and professionally done. When completed, he cleaned up the work area with the same care as he applied to the job. I would be happy to have him show up for any future plumbing issues.

Moses & Jarrod were my installers and they were awesome. They worked all day in this oppressive heat, answered my questions, & explained things they were doing. The system is working great so far. The company loaned me a window unit until the install could be done. Very much appreciated! I did feel that the person who diagnosed the issues with my old system was great until he made the sell on the new unit and then seemed to ‘drop the ball’ after that. He also did help in getting my home warranty to approve the work although Daniel’s was not in their network. There seem to be some communication issues when calling in and speaking with people and follow through with service people but the most important thing for me is that Moses & Jarrod gave 110% installing the system. I appreciate how hard they worked to do a great job!

Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful giving us all of the options with many different quotes to fix our garbage disposal. We appreciate the timely, friendly service!

Austin S was fantastic and flexible. I was busy with meetings and with minimal contact with me, he assessed the problem, gave me options (fix v. replace toilet) and executed the decision. Because I couldn’t talk, he texted me with his progress, final instructions to folllow, and he sent me an invoice to pay. The office staff (sorry I forget your names) we’re so helpful finding a time that worked for me. This is my second time using Daniel’s . I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

I am so impressed to find such a responsive company that goes to any lengths to help resolve your problem. Then when they sent a tracker link so you know when and where your repair persons coming, I was sold for life. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with Daniel's!

Sales person was knowledgeableInstallation team was technically competent but did not respect the house and left a mess in the yard, in the attic and in the bathroom where they appeared to have drained the pan onto the sink which isn’t appropriate. They also left the attic wide open as they removed the ladder without any temp cover or communicating a solution. Required escalation calls several times. The lead supervisor was responsive to issues but I haven’t been satisfied yet.

I live in a home that has a lift station that pumps the wastewater from the home up a grade into the city sewer line. I asked Daniel's Plumbing and AC to inspect this lift station because I was concerned about the wiring. The technician, Justin, was quite familiar with this type of installation and carried out the work (which involves some digging and unpleasant odors) promptly and professionally and with a good explanation of the mechanics of the station. It was very favorable to engage a plumber that had Justin's experience with lift stations and leach fields. The appointment went so well that I think I will have the lift station inspected each year, rather than each decade :).

Eli S arrived well within the specified window. He was easy to work with. He repaired the burst pipe quickly. He even had to removed and reinstall the old siding to get to it. Super job!!

Christian did a very thorough and professional diagnosis of the problem. He was also very helpful with getting me a price estimate for installing a natural gas connection.

This company is very responsive, punctual and puts their customers first. The technician Willie worked on our HVAC system and helped us diagnose the problem and come up with a solution that worked for us. We highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Scheduled a same day emergency appointment which was confirmed. Hours later was called to say they were too busy and could not make it for another 4 days. Second instance of this happening. Once, I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Twice, this is just terrible service. The definition of over promise under deliver. Do not recommend.

They came out for a yearly “inspection” of my AC and water heater. They left and I had no AC or hot water! They told me they’d be back first thing in the morning and were so sorry. They never showed or called! I called them after I had another company fix their screw up just to tell them not to come back….ever!!!!! Giving them one star is being way too nice, but it’s the minimum. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Chris Luckett was extremely helpful in trouble shooting our drain issue. We have had a lot of plumbing problems in our home and he took a lot of time and was very thorough in his assessment. He gave us several reasonable options to eradicate our problem. We really appreciative his time and will use him again down the road!

The scheduling / dispatch system of the business is a little clunky, but our plumber Austin was great. We are a property management company and he was patient as I communicated with the owner about repairs and ultimately fixed the problem quickly!

Freeze busted a pipe in the wall. They were able to get Luke out fairly quickly considering all the broken pipes around Austin. He found cracked pipe quickly with very minimal destruction. Repaired and had water back on.

Larry R was a consummate professional and definitely deserves lunch. Daniel's did a great job altogether. I put in online request at 2:00 a.m. and my PRV was fixed and water pressure restored before 12 hours had passed. We have old pipes and I'll definitely be calling Daniel's next time. It's a premium product for a premium price but can't beat that response time :D

If you’re on here looking for emergency services, I wouldn’t recommend. I called around 7pm on a weekday and was told someone would be out between 7 and 10. After they took my information and confirmed the appointment with a technician we hung up. I called back to confirm the status and it had been canceled, and rescheduled for the next morning. The after hour calls go to a call center in a different time zone where, I was told, they do not have direct communication with the technician. You will be told someone is able to come out that night - I would have a backup plan if you go that route.

Our technician Larry was very professional, helpful and friendly. The toilet replacement and faucet repair went by really quick, and we are very pleased with the results. We’d definitely recommend Daniel’s Plumbing to friends and family!

We had an accident over the weekend (hit our pex water line with a trencher) and had to shut off the water to our house. My husband was able to splice in some extra pex into the existing line to resume water flow from the well to the house. He purchased the appropriate fittings and was even told by the technician that came out that they would hold for a long while. So why are we being quoted $3200 to replace something that is only $30 worth of materials and probably only 10-15mins worth of work. When my husband said that was ridiculous, he brought the price down to $1500. Again, he said that was unreasonable...then the technician asked him what he thought he should pay. I am honestly surprised by the good reviews this company gets. I would suggest steering clear of them, I didn't realize pricing was something they just make up and not based on the actual project.

Had an appointment scheduled with them for no water pressure/no hot water. On the day they were supposed to come, they texted saying they couldn’t come because of a “large influx” of calls. Either their scheduling is so disorganized that they double booked me or they unilaterally decided to go to other calls that came in after mine.

I called Daniel's on a Saturday to schedule a repair to a leaky tub faucet. They scheduled me for Monday morning, but no one ever showed up. I called in the afternoon and they said the plumber would get to my job later that day. He never showed or contacted me. I called again on Tuesday morning, asking when my repair was scheduled. They had forgotten about me. They managed to send a plumber out Tuesday afternoon. He quoted me $422 to replace the tub cartridge (job takes less than an hour, part only costs $58 at Home Depot). I declined the exorbitant price. Then I was charged $49 for a service visit. I've used Daniel's in the past, but will never use them again.

Daniel's Plumbing came by to check out a possible leak in the house. The service provided was professional and comprehensive. We ended up with no problems and the peace of mind provided was very valuable.

I've been a proud Daniel's Plumbing customer for a few years now, and so it pains me to leave this review. Timeliness and punctuality has been absolutely awful from Daniel's plumbing recently. I just had a yearly maintenance visit rescheduled 4 times because their techs just never showed up to my house. There was 0 communication about this beforehand, which is frustrating because it's a waste of my time waiting for someone to hopefully show up at my house. If you value your time as well as punctuality, choose another plumber. I used to be a proud member and recommend you guys to everyone who needed a plumber, but I'm cancelling my membership and looking elsewhere.

I've used Daniel's several times now. My first experience was for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night - had a broken faucet that wouldn't turn off, which was super scary! Daniel's came out quickly and I loved that they gave me a tracking number to see where the technician was on their route. That gave me immediate reassurance that this company was professional and responsive, and my technician (Dominic) was really kind and got me fixed up quickly. Earlier this year, Daniel's came to the rescue again, this time replacing a failing water heater while I was out of the country. I'd received quotes all over the place, Daniel's price was very fair and they hopped on the job right away. Working with Anthony on my tankless install was a seamless experience! Today, Keith came by to help solve an ac condensate line mystery. He went the extra mile to open up my sealed HVAC unit and find a big clog back inside the machine (not in the exterior pipe line, which is the usual culprit). I also really appreciate that everytime I call, the voice on the other end is friendly and helpful - Michael has taken several of my calls before and I know I'm in good hands with his service! Daniel's Plumbing and A/C has always had 24 hour openings for service (the 3 times I have used them), The faucets they put in are gorgeous! Repair service has been top notch. The technicians are always polite. This past visit Logan and Zach were going to move their vehicles for me to roll my trash bin in! There was not even a need to. Other technicians put up with our cats and are kind. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to use this business.

Very disappointed with Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning and will never use them again! My air had gone out and I had them out for an assessment. They told me I needed a whole new system, both inside (5 years old) and outside (8 years old) units. Before spending the nearly $9,000, I decided to get another opinion. The other company fixed it on the spot for less than $300 parts and labor. It works perfectly now! When I called to ask for my Service Fee of $89 back, I never got a call back from management. The service fee was an agreement for an accurate assessment of my system, but I feel like I paid for a sales pitch instead.The appointment was booked by my son, Carson Ham, hopefully you can find him in your system.

The scheduling of a quick-response service call due to a hot water heater leak was quick and easy, and communications from the office and tech were great. That is where my positive experience ended. The quote the tech gave seemed exorbitantly high, then he played the let me call the office and see if I can get you a better deal game. The result was 10% off which still left the quote a whopping 1.6X another quote received the same day for a comparable product and installation. No thanks.

Needing the services of a plumber can often create a lot of anxiety, kinda like waiting on results of that medical test. It's refreshing, however, when you find one who does quality work and stands by that work. Daniel's technicians like Austin who was in our home today also serve to alleviate that anxiety. Got to my house even earlier than promised. Repaired my disposal quickly. Very easy transaction, a rarity!

Can't get a response as to when work will be completed. Sent 2 guys out to put sand in the trench twice. Pretty much to shut me up. No pea gravel was used prior to the sand. With the rains, half the pipe is floating and the other is submerged. Sewer line now has a bow to it.

AC technician Raul was knowledgeable and courteous, the service fee is the lowest I found too.

Our tech was very helpful about everything. He thought something needed replacing that was an additional $600 to my estimate. I signed off on it. As he worked he found out it didn’t need replacement and was honest about not actually needing to replace it. Saving us $600. This honesty has now gained a repeat client and will be getting recommendations from me to everyone I know.

As one of the board members of my HOA, we had a major leak on our property which was causing very high water bills. We called Daniel's plumbing and they were super responsive to the call and scheduled a technician to come the next business day. The lead technician was Shad and he was extremely nice and diligent. He found an initial leak and repaired it the same day, but our water meters were still spinning way more than they should for a small property. He then was an investigator and walked the property until he could find another leak and explained how he believed the second leak was the main issue. The leak was a good eight feet in the ground and several other technicians came over to help dig and fix the leak. The other techs (Morgan, Luke and apologies I forget the third person...was European) were all very nice and they got the job done quickly! After all the digging and repair was completed, they were very professional and cleaned up the property and did final checks on the water meters and water pressure to ensure everything was in working order before they left. Would highly recommend these guys as they are knowledgeable, friendly and local! Thanks again to Daniel's plumbing to finding this needle in a haystack leak.9/11/22 Update - Once again, Daniel's plumbing came to the rescue when another leak was found on the property. As usual, the service was prompt. This time we worked with a plumber called Larry. Larry was thorough, explained things well, and able to find the underground leak and fix things in this hot Texas heat. Thanks again to Daniel's plumbing! We will continue to use your services and recommend your company.

Mike came out to give an estimate on our remodel in terms of adding a powder room and moving sink locations for the kitchen. He was very thorough in explaining how the work would be done and some options for getting the work done.I appreciated the time he took to give my remodel job a look. This time was a repair on my main water line , Shad E was real nice explaining what he had to do to fix the issue and walked me through with his finial check list. Dallas came out to my house about an hour after I called, he diagnosed it and had it fixed within 2 hours. Fantastic service.12/16/2021I had to have them come out again, this time for a failed AC compressor.First Daniel (not the business owner) came out and did a thorough and informative investigation and shared any details I wanted to know. He gave me the plan for repair, I paid half, and we set a date.Willy and Luke showed up early on the scheduled date and had my AC running good as new within just a few hours. Both were professional, punctual, and friendly.I will continue to use their services and definitely recommend it.

I called them for my AC repair and they came on 08/12 first time and said the capacitor was needed( I requested to check the warranty but wasn't told that it was under warranty) I paid some $430 and it worked for 5 days it broke down again on 08/18 and called them again requested I shouldn't be paying service charge and he hung up one me I thought I got disconnected I called again and he goes I wont do anything till you pay me or let your tenant be without AC. He gave an estimate of $1100 . 1. 1. Compressor Saver $540.00 2. Use Nitrogen gas to flush out water(350.00) and service charge 49.00 . He also mentioned some additional requirements 1. coil was leaking and Freon for some additional $1500. Unhappy with the way my services were handled

Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning is the absolute WORST contractor I have ever dealt with. We finalized a contract for a new central A/C and a 2-zone system a month ago and they were supposed to install on Monday. They did not show up on Monday and did not even call me. So I complained and they said their tech got sick so we rescheduled a different tech for Tuesday. They did not show up on Tuesday either. So I complained some more and threatened to cancel the contract - then the did show up on Wednesday. However, instead of the 4 man crew the job was planned for, only 2 techs showed up. The poor guys worked hard but at the end of the day the lead tech had something like a heat stroke. An ambulance had to take him to the Hospital. They left with the job only half-done. The tech that went to the hospital had been working until late at night on several other jobs. On Thursday they did not show up and did not call me either. So i called and they said they did not have any other resources so they would sub-contract the job. Finally on Friday a couple of techs from another company showed up - but Daniel's did not brief them on what had to be done. They were asking ME what to do. So again I had to call Daniel's and passed the phone to the techs. After they review the progress made by the first crew, the new crew realized that most of it had been installed wrong and and they had to re-build ductwork. DO NOT HIRE DANIEL'S PLUMBING AND A/C. -

We had a leak under our slab and need to replace our old water heaters. I got bids from a few local companies, and I went with Daniel's because of their courteous services (from the phone, to the first visit and service) and they took the time to explain everything to us. They repaired the broken pipe under the slab in only a few days and installed a tankless water header in the attic in 1 day and built a wood slab to support it's new location. All their service reps were skilled, helpful and always happy to talk us through the fixing and installing process. Shout out to Alec, Austin, Tib and Morgan who all put in 110% work, effort and coordination on our projects.

Very poor customer service. Called early Saturday evening and was scheduled for a technician to come and fix our broken AC. When the time rolled around and hadn’t heard from them I reached out and was told I was never on the schedule. I was then told that they had another technician finishing a job and would be over shortly. I then received another call saying that the folks I had spoken to had no right to send someone over to help me that they couldn’t send anyone out until Monday. So after close to 6 hours of back and forth having someone scheduled and canceled we are left in a 90° house until Monday due to their poor management.

Despite having many issues that needed to be corrected to repair and optimize the units, Rudy was upbeat and enthusiastic. I got a same day appointment! My technician Shad was super polite and professional. He found a way to fix my issue without costing me an arm and a leg. Then they offer a routine check up on things for small fee of 19$ a month. Definitely affordable! I love Daniels and will be using them again!

Based on experiences with previous plumbers, I was hesitant at first, but ultimately was blown away by Daniel's Plumbing. I had the pleasure of working with Logan and Austin and they helped me solve a couple standard plumbing problems, and a couple fancy special requests. They upgraded me to a tankless water heater, installed my whole-home water treatment system, repaired a broken hose bib, and added custom water lines for my patio misting system and hot tub.These guys take customer service to heart, and handled every question, concern, and idea I had with the upmost respect. They worked fast, kept a great attitude, and communicated with me every step of they way. Service was professional and timely and the technician was friendly. Their systems had all the bells and whistles for communication too (text alerts, surveys, etc). But, the cost was extremely high and I work in the industry so I’m familiar with plumbing costs. Austin Energy accidentally hit my exterior hose bib when cutting trees in my backyard. It needed to be replaced. They don’t give you the price until they get there and since it was a leak I was stuck. 15 minutes of work and a $15 part was $325! $1200/hour???? Umm.

My issue (was filter installation) was taken care of by a nice professional who got the job done.

Do NOT use Daniel's Plumbing of Austin. $2,120 for 3-4 hours work which included parts costing less than $60 is scandalous to remove a thermal expansion tank and replace a faulty water shutoff value. Included over $500 to have an apprentice onsite for 2 hours. Rip off! The plumber / technician seen the leak was in a hi-rise condo, on a Friday morning and got delusions of grandeur. I escalated the matter with Daniels Plumbing who (since charged my credit card for the full amount) have not returned my calls. Our building management company will also be no longer do business with Daniels Plumbing. I recommend to stay clear.

Allen was hands down the best plumber we’ve ever worked with! From our first meeting when he gave us the estimate and started work immediately through his follow up visits, he was always professional, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating - working alongside the tile installation we had going on in our bathroom remodel. I inquired with Daniel's Plumbing about PRV replacement. Thankfully, they did waive the service fee to inspect the site when I asked. The plumber quoted me a price of $1,400 on his iPad without even inspecting the site. Taskrabbit replaced for $130 and did a detailed inspection and explained the job task. I'd recommend doing your research before paying that price.

We had them send someone to help fix the water softener but all he suggested was we get a new one. He wasn’t an expert and was asking my dad all the questions. We ended up paying $280 for diagnostic and $80 for coming, a total of $360 dollars. And the diagnostic was incorrect. According to the diagnostic they suggested a new head. And the cost would be $2650 for material and labor. My dad ended putting it back together since he left it disassembled and it started working perfectly fine. It ended up being a false connection.

They did not arrive when I expected them to, but once they got here they did a very good job and were very kind.

We had a massive leak that was driving up our water bills like crazy. Allen N. - the nicest guy - arrived first thing and spent the rainy day identifying the source of the leak, digging through a mess of vegetation, and beautifully repairing our pressure valve and leaking irrigation system. We were given a quote before service began and there were ZERO surprises with the final cost. Allen communicated so well with me throughout the day and avoided astronomic costs by finding the leak himself and bundling the repairs that we needed. He also took pictures and provided a detailed repair invoice for us to send to the city of Austin. His colleague, Kevin, was also a big help!On a separate occasion, our A/C stopped working. Keith arrived earlier than anticipated to fix it on a 100+ degree day. He was professional, upfront, and completely clear about everything that needed to be done. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a new unit, which is often what happens when our unit goes out. Instead, I was given the options and allowed to make a choice without undue influence. Keith was also especially patient with my two-year-old son, who wanted to watch everything he did!We will definitely use Daniel’s Plumbing again!

I had a semi-emergency situation. I tried to get a same-day appointment. They said they can schedule an next-day appointment in the afternoon. I went with that.But then, on the day of the appointment, in the afternoon (when the appointment was supposed to be) they called me and told me they can't do it that day and they have to schedule it the next day.They waited til the appointment time to tell me that. I had already cancelled plans to be at home. Not sure if this is intentional to get my business even when they are busy or not. They lost my trust.

I've used a lot of plumbers over the past few years and they were all mediocre at best. That all changed with my experience with Daniel's plumbing. Our initial appointment was with Morgan who was not only very friendly but clearly committed to helping me get to the bottom of my gas leak and complicated water heater install. A few days later she came with Tib (also amazing!). Long story short - the job being outside of scope but they kept the original quote and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. They were at our home for at least 7 hours and they kept an amazing attitude and assured me they would get the issue resolved. If I have any future plumbing issues, Daniel's will be the first place I call. THANK YOU AGAIN MORGAN & TIB!!!!

Carlos the plumber was fantastic. The service was for a rent house. He called several times to let me know what was wrong, what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. He also communicated everything to the tenant. The price was very reasonable compared to several other companies I called. The company was great too. They were able to get Carlos out the same day I called within a few hours. The person doing the scheduling was very friendly and knowledgeable. Better than some companies that use out of town call centers. I also liked the email and text updates and the emailed invoice within minutes of him finishing.

From the moment I called to schedule a plumber, to the moment the plumber (Don) left, I had an amazing experience. This is a very professional outfit with highly skilled can do plumbers which I appreciate. I have had several plumbers in the past tell me that they could not (or would not) do the faucet replacements that I needed. Don was knowledgeable and able to easily source parts that I was having a hard time finding. He worked diligently, was kind, and took care of all the problem faucets. Then...he cleaned up!! Amazing! Service person Yemi did a great job with a great attitude on servicing my HVAC with drain line cleaning, freon check, and ducts inspection. I would have given 5 stars, but after two phone calls I couldn’t get the office personnel to rewrite the invoice to reflect the three repair items, so that I could show the buyer of my home what services were performed.

The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. Scheduling was quick and easy. The plumber, Austin, arrived on time as planned and had my clogged pipe fixed quickly and left the sink cleaner than when he found it.

Allen the lead tech / plumber did an excellent job in running his crew to preform multiple tasks in a 2 day period. Time was of the essence as the home is a vacation rental and it was reserved in 2 days with a fresh water leak and a septic break !They did 4 days work in 2 days. I highly recommend this company and would request Allen to be the lead man.

We had a leak in a pipe running through the front yard on a Sunday evening.The good part is some one showed up. It cost $275 to show up, $500 to dig( about an hour of digging) . He found the issue which was a leaky repair coupling. To change the coupling he said it’s going to cost $1300 more. This no fault if the person who showed up. The charges are set by the company. The weekend prices are higher apparently but I did not expect it to be this high. Not sure I love this model of taking advantage of helpless customers.Update: I called them, reached the front desk. She took a message and said some one will call back and no one called back. Just FYI. It;s been a while and I have given up on this, but just wanted to update.

Willie the technician was very professional, very hard working and didn't matter how long it took, but he finished the job with out any complaints. His assistant/trainee was in my back yard smoking a cigarette instead of helping. Then he was nowhere to be found.Willie definitely deserves a raise! Willie and Dillon are 2 of the best techs around.

Pros: Daniels was able to pivot their estimation visit within the same week when our counter installation job went sideways. They seemed to really understand that stuff goes wrong and that was nice.Two stars for flexibility. The tech they sent, Dallas, was very polite and clear in his communication.Cons: We asked them to quote plumbing hook ups for our new faucet, existing dishwasher and installing our garbage disposal (all on site). They quoted just shy of $1800 for this work, which didn't include any extras like new shut off valves (didn't get to that part of the quote roll out). $1800!! We were floored, and concerned that some people might think this is standard pricing and get taken advantage of.We opted not to go with Daniels (we also know that a loaf of bread doesn't cost $50) but thought a summary of the actual install would be helpful here. The job took less than $50 in supplies, which included lunch, and less than three hours total work, including exchanging the faucet at Home Depot as there was a small crack in one of the lines.The most complex tool used were some channel locks. Looked up pricing on all tools used online and saw a total of $80 if you buy the higher end from home Depot.It's all working great, and we didn't pay anyone $800+ per hour. Maybe we should all become plumbers!!They were friendly folks, though, for sure.

I made the (dumb!) mistake of trying to fix an outdoor faucet myself and found out my water cut off valve was broken! I called 2 companies and was told they were booked until Next Month ?so I called Daniel’s and they were here the next day! I had other plumbing concerns and Carlos G was extremely helpful in explaining my options to repair or replace, the cost of each service, financing options and the benefits of a membership, so I’m now a Happy member! I’m only sorry I can only give a 5 star rating, because his service was a 10 in my book! They took them both apart and dug out the calcium buildup that had reduced the hole to a pin size. Good as new!Its not often I spend nearly $5k in two separate plumbing events, but my older home needed some work and these guys delivered BIG. Super friendly and professional, and my latest tech Nick was great to work with. Love this company so much I signed up for a service agreement, which is something I NEVER do. A+++ service!

We had a massive clog in the waste water pipe going out of our building that was causing all our toilets and floor drains to back up. I was notified in advance of the appointment time by the office and also received a call from the technician, Balde, when he was on his way. He arrived on schedule and kept his protective mask on during the entire time. He also covered his shoes each time he entered my home. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the issues in detail with photos and outlined my options before proceeding with necessary repairs. He answered all of my questions and willingly shared tips with me for future maintenance of my air conditioner.

Had to have our A/C replaced. Called on 03/30/2021 and they had Alex come out to do an assessment to see what we would need. Alex was very professional and gave us multiple options as to what we would possible need. Once we decided on the option we were going to go with Alex was able to set us up with next day install.Willie came on 03/31/2021 to install and was very professional and took his time to make sure that the job was correct and every thing worked properly.He took his time to explain how the new thermostat worked and checked multiple times to make sure there were no leaks in the system before he left. He also checked the heater to make sure it was working to. He did an excellent job and was very informative. Would hope if I have any other problems they send him back. I highly recommend him.

Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning first serviced our home in 2019 to replace our conventional water heater with two tankless water heaters. Their service was so professional that they were our first choice to tackle the extensive plumbing damage cause by the 2021 February freeze. Their lead technician for the many repairs that were needed, Dallas R., was very responsive and managed the scope of work in an efficient and comprehensive way, keeping us informed of the progress along the way. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and the care with which they completed each task. We had not worked with Daniel’s plumbing before, but when we had a late night emergency they were the only company (out of 7 I called) who showed up in the middle of the night and solved the problem. We had a wash cloth sucked down the drain and Daniel's was super helpful in getting the drain unclogged and moving smoothly again. Our service expert Kevin was on time, super friendly and helpful. He explained what the issue was and the steps he'd take to resolve it. Got it sorted out quickly and even got us set up with a new drain plug, to hopefully avoid something else getting sucked down the drain. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

Professional. Courteous. Expedient. I called Daniel's Plumbing for an estimate to run a new fridge water line in my old 60's kitchen which didn't have one. They sent over Carlos G. two days later to assess and estimate the project. He didn't try to upsell me on anything unimportant and was upfront about the work that was going to need to be done.When it was the actual day of the installation, scheduled quickly 4 days after coming to my house, Carlos was prompt and did the installation efficiently with minimal intrusion to the drywall to run the line. There was a bit of a hang up when he had to go back to the office for a missing piece that needed to be replaced, but he kept me up to date with the status of his work. Even with the delay time, he completed the work in just about 4 hrs. I'll be considering them again for future plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing leak which I was able to temporarily seal but needed a permanent fix soon. Daniel's plumbing was able to send Allen out the next morning. Allen was able to repair the leaks and made a few additional improvements to the plumbing since the wall was already open. Later that evening, we noticed our shower pressure was really low. We weren't sure exactly why, but Daniel's got Allen out again the next morning and he identified the issue was with the shower head and some sediment that built up from having the water to the home turned off and back on again. There was no charge for the follow-up which resulted in a happy customer. I plan on using Daniel's the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I had Daniel's replace a 6 inch water outlet line earlier this year that tree roots had broken and was causing backups; I paid a couple of thousand dollars for this and a valve replacment at my main water inlet.Initially, I posted a 4 star review for their responsiveness and detail to work.Well...I went to turn on my yard irrigation this week and water started shooting out from a pipe at the point of my repair ?.In looking back at the photos of pre and post repair work, it was clear that1) the irrigation pipe, that was working great before repair, should have never been touched or repaired!2) the irrigation pipe went from a 90 degree turn of pvc to a mind boggling u joint with over five turns and 11 joint connections...one of them burst, which prompted my warranty repair call3) one irrigation line near the work area was inexplicably 'capped off, which removed one of my irrigation zones. It is clear in the photos that this was an unnecessary action and that the line could have easily been worked around or rejoined after the 6 inch pipe was replaced below it.

After the winter storm Daniel's was able to quickly set us up with an appointment and get someone out to look at our water heater. Morgan was super helpful in getting us the best deal possible. We were able to get the water back on in days vs weeks which is what other places told us! Overall Daniel's was fantastic and I'll be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Winter Apocalypse 2021... I had a water pipe break over my garage. Looked on YELP, found Daniel's Plumbing who had great reviews. I called not expecting a quick response. Amy called me back immediately and let me know they would get to me as quickly as they could. It is their goal to take care of their clients. This was Monday evening about 7 pm. I had a Drew at my house the next evening to access the damage. He faced treacherous roads the next afternoon to return and repair my water pipe. He is the nicest young man. He went into great detail to make sure I understood the issue. Long story, short, I have water again. I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing!! Thank you Drew and Amy and the rest of the crew!!

I scheduled a service with Daniel's online 10+ days ago, and the technician who was supposed to come to my house called out. No one from Daniel's called me at all to let me know, I had to call them 2.5 hours into my appointment window to see what changed and when to expect my technician.

I used Daniel's to help install a whole home water filtration system as well as and under the sink filtration system. I'm very impressed with this company, both in the level of service and responsiveness, and also their staff. Their staff is extremely helpful, and you can definitely tell they are out to communicate clearly and help you as the client. The communication is stellar, the worksmanship is fantastic, and they also have a maintenance program which is extremely affordable for what they offer. This is my go-to plumber moving forward without exception. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Holy mackerel! Stood up twice in one day. Did not keep either appt time. Chased them via their answering service. No answer!! Called first thing the next day and was told I was texted the updates ? the gal kinda had an attitude with me about it. Finally sent someone out.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Had an emergency with a busted feed line going to a bathroom faucet. The valve at the faucet would not shut off and had to shut off all water to the house. Called Daniel's and they sent Morgan out to take a look. Morgan was fantastic, got all the issues fixed and talked through all the options we had for other plumbing related issues. Would definitely call them again, and probably will be next week to do some of the items we had discussed.I wanted to follow up on this. We had Allen and Morgan out to do a variety of tasks, from changing out valves to installing some faucets, and replacing the shut off valve to the house. They did fantastic work, and kept at it until we were completely satisfied. I can't recommend these guys more, definitely who I will call if we have any plumbing related issues.

UPDATE: Daniel's was great initially. But I spent $3000 to have a new duct installed, and it does not work. They came out and explained that sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. I asked for a manager to call me. It has been 3 months, and no one has called. I have called and asked for a manager 4 times. They say one will call, but they never do. Apparently the company was sold and I would NOT recommend them now.Raul was terrific during a consultation and the guys who did the work were equally good. I had my ducts cleaned and sealed with aeroseal. I could instantly tell a difference in the air quality.

Dillon came to fix a Nest thermostat that was not working correctly. He explained everything in great detail that went wrong and the best way to fix it. He installed a new Ecobee thermostat instead which he explained it’s superiority to Nest. Everything works great now!!

Amazing people. Needed repair of a AC unit drain that fed into plumbing system and both plumbers and AC people had been out and would not touch it because it wasn't completely plumbing or completely AC. Rudy knows how to repair both and fixed the problem beautifully.

We first called Daniel’s to specifically send a plumber because we needed the gas hooked up for our fireplace and furnace. For some reason, they sent an HVAC technician, who we told we did not need and he didn’t need to do anything, which he ignored and proceeded to ‘inspect’ our brand new A/C and furnace system, which he came back to tell us about a plethora of issues with it and then try to sell us another new furnace system and used very unprofessional and shady sales tactics trying to scare us about the system being unsafe to use and would leak carbon monoxide (which we have monitored CO detectors) and literally told us we could go to sleep and not wake up again. He eventually left our home (but left the cover off our A/C so it wouldn’t turn on, and we messaged him about it and he never responded, but showed up the next day completely unannounced and unexpected to place the cover back, but what he really did was place a ‘condemned’ tag on our furnace unit in the attic) and was able to send a plumber out later that evening, who was slightly more professional, but it was obvious that he had talked to the hvac tech and was trying to sell us the same lies about the system not being safe. We told them that our entire A/C and heating system were brand new, less than a year old and under full warranty, and we would have the company who installed it come out and check it out. We had the installing company come out and inspect our system and said everything is up to code and there are no issues, and we also had another hvac company come out and inspect everything to get a second opinion and said everything is perfectly fine. Daniel’s Plumbing and A/C is completely dishonest and disrespectful in your home and are only out for money and use extremely questionable sales tactics and blatant lies to try to bully you and scare you into spending thousands of dollars for them to replace brand new equipment that doesn’t need to be replaced. We will absolutely never ever use this company or have them near our home again, and in addition, their prices are absurd. We got our plumbing work done with another company for literally half what their plumbing quote was.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Original tech that came out said the problem would be fixed in 24-48 hours. That was on February 21st (30 days ago). I called several times and left voicemails trying to schedule a return visit to actually fix the problem & assumed they would call me back. Nope! They do not return voicemails. Finally had a tech come out again 2 weeks later & only to discover there was a further problem & he couldn’t fix it without an HVAC tech coming out first & cutting out part of my air vent to gain access to the original problem. That was 2 weeks ago. Last week I scheduled both a plumber & HVAC appointment to fix both problems. Got confirmation email & text for both appointments. The day the first appointment was supposed to happen (TODAY) and no one showed up. Called their office 19 times before someone answered and said “oh we don’t have an appointment on the books for you today”. If I hadn’t already spent $$ on a ‘down payment’ for the work 2 weeks ago I would honestly give up.They have now sent me 4 emails asking to review them online so here’s my review. 0/5 stars. Terrible service. Do NOT give them your business.

If you are looking for a plumber Daniel's in the best in Austin. They installed a water softener loop for me, they did a great job. If you value high quality work, and attention to detail they are the best. Ask for Larry and Morgan. Larry is like the Yoda of plumbers, and Morgan has the most infectious positive attitude (if you are having a bad day, she will cheer you up). I almost want to break a pipe to get them to come back :)

I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing. I had an emergency, and they sent their technician Dallas first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and offered me various options, with no pressure which to choose. I ended up just replacing the entire toilet. Dallas did a superb job, leaving everything clean and looking good. He explained what he had done, and demonstrated the workings for me. At the end, the price was exactly as quoted. Kudos to him and to Daniel's Plumbing.

Let me just say that Daniel's Plumbing totally took care of me. I had a small leak and called in to see if they could fit me in on the same day of the call. The first person I spoke to was great. I received a call from dispatch within 20 minutes advising that a tech would reach out to me directly to notify me that they were coming to my home. Shortly after the promised phone call, Mack arrived at my home. He quickly assessed the issue, made a call back to the office and quickly started the job. The work was completed same day and he advised me of everything that was going on. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mack and Daniel's Plumbing.

The company responded quickly to our service request and dispatched Larry who was extraordinary. He quickly diagnosed our problems and found an additional potentially serious issue. Larry repaired these and was meticulous in his clean up. We highly recommend the company and its professionals.

May 3,was going to do business with this company. May 4 called on their recorded line,I was cancelling my order and asked for email confirmation, person on line stated she would take care of it. I also sent email of my decision. May 6, I am informed by my ? company, charge was made by this company. I called Daniel's again, different person on phone did not seem to care about, finally stated he located account that it was cancelled 2 days before. He would look into notifying account department to refund my approximate $10000.00. May 7, I get call from Daniel's rep. asking if I was happy with installation and new hvac system. May 7, finally got email, ? charge would be refunded,they only received cancel notice on May 6,read above concerning May 4. May 8, got email from Daniel's asking for my review on satisfaction of installation and product. This company needs better communication between staff. Don't change a customer until product or service has been received. Daniel's asked for my review.

I’m glad that other people have had good luck with Daniel’s Plumbing. Mine was not.Called them in June of 2018 with a broken water line in the front yard. They came out, gave an estimate that seemed a little high, but was within reason, did the repair (we had them back out later for a clogged drain) and all was good until September of 2019.Same water leak in same part of the yard. Called them to find out what could be done and was told that they would send someone out to take a look, but their warranty was only good for one year. Once worker was at the house I was told that the repair would cost $100 more than last year and they could only offer 10% discount IF the break was on their prior work. They wouldn’t even dig to determine if it was on their work until I agreed to their price. Worker called his supervisor and was given same answer.What good are great reviews (we were originally referred by a friend and felt better after reading online reviews) if you don’t stand behind your work, would rather quote “policy,” and not even offer a reasonable solution to my concerns?Called one of their competitors, who was out in less time, and they offered to do the work for almost half of what Daniel’s “discount” price would have been. To top it off, the repair that was needed was on the work that Daniel’s had done last year.Daniel’s has lost a customer, and I will make sure to let friend that referred me to them (real estate agent in N Austin) about our experience.

Service visit went fine. I requested a quote for a coil cleaning visit and after I approved it I have yet to hear back to schedule the service. This is over two months ago. I emailed a follow up request on when I might hear from them and still no follow up. Perhaps they have gone out of business

Daniel’s plumbing is a top notch service company. They were able to get out to my house quicker than the other companies I called. Allen Nascimbeni was our tech and did a great job. He was very polite and friendly with our children. He went above and beyond by installing our dryer, which was completely unrelated to the job. He also took time to look at our water heater and HVAC system and give us his best recommendation. I plan to use this company to replace my water heater.

We had an excellent experience with Daniel’s, they were referred to us by a friend and completely exceeded expectations. Dallas was our technician and he was at our house within an hour of calling to repair a sudden leak. He explained everything to us and was super knowledgeable about everything he was doing. He fixed the leak and even did a few helpful additional items we had been needing. Not only that, he also kindly pointed out a few other issues and upgrade possibilities for us and gave us an estimate if we wanted to have those done in the future. All in all it was a really great experience and we will definitely be sticking with this plumber for all our needs.

We had a substantial water leak somewhere on our property and I was able to call after 6:00pm and get an appointment for the next morning. Allen N came out was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. He was very thorough and explained what the steps would be for finding where our water leak was. Luckily, it was nothing major and he recommended some fixes that would help keep our our house running smoothly. Will definitely use them again and refer to others!

I just say, theses are the facts. you decide. the person who came to look at the water heater problem came with laptop instead of tools to fix the water heater. that told me he came to sell something instead of fixing. he was very professional and very nice. he gave $450 estimate and he didn't know if that would fix the problem. he told me he calls as soon as he finds the the price of the part but he didn't. he told me he cannot promise if changing the pilot assembly would fix the problem. then, he gave me a $4000 price tag for new water heater with tank gas water heater and $8000 for Tankless one. I called around and I found the part. the pilot assembly was $160. I replaced it and that fixed the problem. his prices were too high for me. if I can find the price of the part with few calls, then I don't know why a plumber cannot. calling them would be my last option.

Shane was really helpful and informative when he did a maintenance check on our HVAC unit.AB quickly fixed our plumbing issue and offered exceptional service along the way. He made us laugh a few times too, bonus points!Shad also came and unfroze our tankless water heater when it was literally freezing outside. Daniel's is a plumbing company. They hired a salesman, Alex, away from Radiant and are pretending to be an A/C company.I made the mistake of trusting Alex and Daniel's plumbing to give me a good deal and great service as advertised. Good deal, maybe? Same deal was available from 2 actual A/C companies, and one of them actually can do the rebates. Instead, I've had to call Daniel's for service 4 times (or more, I've lost count) in 4 months because my heater was blowing cold air or my A/C was blowing hot air. I'm not certain Alex wasn't just intentionally messing it up and well, I can't get a call back from Management to discuss my experience so I'm leaving this review in hopes of preventing at least one person from falling victim to their tactics.If you *think* you are going to get an energy efficiency rebate for your new A/C then *DO NOT* buy your new A/C from Daniel's, they are not a participating provider in the rebate program. There is no rebate and Alex will dance around having to tell you that they don't participate in the rebate program.In the end I read the manuals for the new system components and located the issue *myself*. I called the original company I was going to buy from and told them my issue. They came out and rewired the thermostats and controller board and the system now works flawlessly. Totally worth the $200.Save time, energy, and frustration, and call someone else about your A/C issue. It is worth it.

Daniel’s Plumbing representatives failed miserably. Upon arrival of Daniel’s I had already diagnosed the trouble and led their rep straight to the problem. I demonstrated which corrective and preventative measures had already been performed. The entire process took roughly 30 minutes. Their representative advised he could correct the problem but needed to order parts and promised service completion by a certain date. On the date of scheduled service, no call from Daniel’s or their rep. Towards close of business on the following day, I finally received a call informing me the repair required was delayed by at least a week. At this time I requested a refund of my deposit due to their missed commitment and lack of communication. An argument ensued over services provided and Daniel’s demanded a substantial “diagnosis fee” of $249 be deducted from my deposit (about 25%). I escalated to management and received the same argumentative, dismissive attitude. I tried to negotiate a reasonable fee for the time the rep spent, first $75, then $100. Upon hitting a wall, I relented and accepted the charge just to close the matter. I was told at the time my refund would be processed immediately. A couple days later I get a call for Daniel’s indicating they had not processed my refund and were doing so soon. I had paid by ACH, yet they could only refund by paper check. I arranged to pick up the check that day. Upon arrival to get my check, there was no one at the reception area. I was quickly greeted by a large, angry dog that charged me twice. Soon after a Daniel’s rep entered the space, contained the dog, and gave me my check. Daniel’s Plumbing is as unprofessional and lacking in customer service as a company can can get. To cap it off, I contacted a different company and they were able to solve the problem for over $1000 less, including my lost “diagnosis fee”. Learn from my experience. This company does not deserve patronage.

This was our second visit from Daniel’s plumbing - both guys who visited on the two occasions were kind, knowledgable, professional and helpful. This time we had Mack, and I believe last time was John. We are grateful to have such an excellent service. Especially these days in Austin.

Bottom line? $500/hour(!!!) - taking advantage of people in distress ?The good: dispatchment were responsive, they were able to dispatch their plumber within a day, they asked for a trip charge of $49 which was more than fair (in retrospect: that's the bait), the plumber was nice and knowledgeable.The bad: they charge $500 per hour. This is FAR from fair market value, it's also far from expensive value, it's quite simply taking advantage of a person who's in distress (a leak situation is scary, and requires immediate attention). I made the judgement call of allowing them to inspect, figured $500 is extremely expensive but starting the schedule process from scratch is also time consuming and if they charge that much they might be worth it(?). Unfortunately, the plumber was not able to track down anything, and advised he can come back in 2 days. The next day a master plumber came by, found the leak, and was utterly shocked (disgusted, really) by the price point I got.The ugly: Taking a 10m break when charging a person $500 per hour, during just 1h of a very easy-going, non-intensive work. If I had the audacity of charging someone this amount, I'd make damn sure I'm getting them value.Conclusion: Some businesses thrive on the client's distress and knowledge gap, this is precisely what happened here, and what's so wrong and twisted in this industry. This time around, it was my turn to get butchered, I sincerely hope that you dear reader will be smarter than me. I got tons of experience with real estate, I manage over 100 properties, so if it happened to me I can't imagine what they're doing to less informed individuals. ?And to Daniel's - while you get an A on responsiveness and nice demeanor, you get a big F on taking advantage of people. That's too bad (morally) and also extremely shortsighted, you could've landed this project and others and make significantly stronger revenue. Honestly, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Our AC stopped working and we were able to determine that it was a clogged drain line. Daniel's was able to send technicians out right away. Keith used a CO2 gun to clear the line and the problem was solved. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we had a false start on the solution and had to ask them come back out, which they did, to finish the job.

It’s the winter of 2021 and all of Austin, TX is in need of a Plumber. Daniel’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning was the only place I would trust for my plumbing needs.Kevin and Luke were very professional and fixed our leak in a timely, neat, and professional manner. They turned our water back on and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They showed us the pipe failure and informed us on an additional cut they needed to make in our wall. They were very courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. It was five star service all the way. Thanks to Kevin and Luke, we have running water!We appreciate Daniel’s so much for their prompt response and excellent service.

I submitted a ticket through Angie to about 6 different plumbers: Not only was Daniel's the only one to get back to me, the did so within a half an hour. Mack and Preston were awesome to work with. Both were on time and professional. Mack's assessment and quote were without surprises. Preston was on time, tidy, and installed the replacement equipment professionally. I would highly recommend Daniel's to anyone looking looking for a plumber.

Mack was the supervisor I worked with directly, he was extremely fast in his turn around, and was able to work with the city of Austin inspectors to get my gas pressure tested and get me back up and running with little down time. Very reasonable rates considering they required 4 separate trips and coordinating with the city inspectors office. Great plumbing service overall

DO NOT USE DANIELS PLUMBING. THEY ARE A BAIT & SWITCH COMPANY!!!!!!! I needed my kitchen drain line hydro jetted. My typical plumber does not have a hydro jet so I googled “Austin Hydro Jetting”. Top 3 companies at top of search list is Daniels plumbing advertising $93 hydro jetting (have screen shot). I called last week and scheduled for today. The person taking the call even asked how I heard of them. I told her what I googled and your company was at the top and was advertising $93 Hydro jetting, she then told me that there was a $99 consultation and if they do the work it gets applied toward the cost. I even joked and said so you will pay me $6 to do the job. Sounded like she chuckled and continued to take my info. Fast forward to today….. tech shows up and calls me , I am personally not there. He begins to tell me he has looked at the job and sees the clean outs and the cost will be $1100. Excuse me I said. You guys are advertising a $93 hydro jet on line. He was not aware of that and asked if I could send them where it said that. I googled again and it came up again. I took a screen shot and emailed to their email address. The tech said he tried to call his office but all the managers were in a meeting until 12 and someone would call me shortly after. At about 3pm I called and I explained the reason for my call and she put me on hold while she tried to get a manager but told me they can’t accept it as it was not on their website. I explained It was their company name and contact info and the $93 deal then several lines right below all about their services. Hmmmm…seems like that is part of their company. She said the manager was busy and they will call as soon as they are done. Never heard back. Wanted to give them a chance before I posted but they were quiet as a church mouse. I am sure Daniel’s Plumbing isn’t the only company that engages in this practice. I will be reporting them to the TX state licensing dept tomorrow.

Absolutely the best, very professional, I highly recommend this company. Service is top notch, my technician Carlos G. Was Extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail on how and what he was doing in order to fix the problem, he gave options on how to fix the problem, from least, to best, to better. And explained in detail what each option meant. The work he did is phenomenal, he also changed my main shut off valve to regulation. If your looking for nice people, who’s work is Professional, and on time call on Daniels you won’t be disappointed trust me, Will definitely call on Daniels again.

We called Daniel’s Plumbing on Friday evening to assess why we had water backing up in all toilets & tubs. They were the 3rd company I called but the only one to guarantee they could come out same day. It was an after hours charge, but they were clear about that from the beginning. After the assessment, he determined it was more an issue with the septic system, and that we would need to call for septic repair. While he didn’t solve the problem, he did check several things & explained what he was doing & why. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the service charge was actually applied to a yearly service contract (which we don’t really need since we have our own plumber), and that info wasn’t disclosed at the time I made the appointment. Other than that, the communication was good and the plumber, Abdias, showed up when he said he would, was professional and thorough. If we ever need emergency plumbing services, I would call them again.

Drew showed up on time and was very respectful with taking the time out of his day to explain to me, the issues of what could be going on. After giving him some info on my house and where the issue possibly is, he walked out of my house and no longer than 5 minutes, he found the issue.Very knowledgeable and patient because I had a lot of questions. Helped me with how to move forward with his company and provided me with estimates. The encounter took approximately 20 minutes in all and I can say without a doubt, I was thoroughly impressed by him.Because of him I will be going with this company if I ever have any other issues pertaining to any of the tasks or jobs this company can provide.5 out of 5 stars for this guy. We had a pipe leaking below the outside faucet. Carlos came out, explained in detail what he thought the problem was & possible other issues. He also explained our cost in each situation & answered our questions completely. Carlos carefully removed our shrubs & repaired a leak about 11 inches below the surface. He did an excellent job & there is no doubt, we will use again. Carlos was excellent.

We bought 4 new toilets and needed them installed. Morgan and Tib did an excellent job not only getting the toilets in place, but performing a number of repairs/upgrades (some related to toilets, others to pipes elsewhere) that gave me much more comfort in our plumbing going forward. They kept me informed about everything they were doing, and every action/cost was fully explained before being acted on and/or charged. I called and was able to book the same day, then they were even able to perform the service too. Sean, the technician, was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend using their services again. Actually, I signed up for their maintenance plan so will be using them again. Their service tech was great, I felt very comfortable with him doing the work. I was not pressured into an upsale and he wasn't rushing to get out without answering any questions I might have. All in all a positive experience.Now on second booking for HVAC maintenance. John came out on time and did all over check for me,. He changed filter, cleaned outside and inside unit. Found an element in need of replacement. It was already arcing in contacts. Could blow out whole condenser if it had not been replaced in time. Very glad we were in time as it is getting to the hottest part of summer soon. Saved me a little money being on their maintenance plan now too. Always good news.

We were told a technician would be by between 8am- 12pm. At 5:50p we got a call saying a technician is available and would be coming in 30min. When Allen showed up he was professional, he detected where our leak was coming from (not a pipe issue but a dishwasher issue) We will be needing to replace our dishwasher and most likely the cabinets and drywall around it. Allen contacted Restoration One company to have them contact us about our next steps to getting this mess cleaned up.While he was here he checked our water pressure, and replace our hot water valve which he noticed was broken. Overall, we are pleased with the work that has been done so far.

I can’t speak to the quality of their service because I Never received it. I called yesterday at around 10 AM with a plumbing issue. They told me they could send someone out between 12 and 6. We waited around for them them to show . We called a couple of times to see what the problem was . We were assured the plumber would be here once his current job was finished. 8 o clock passes, then 10 . I call again to leave a voicemail. No answer . Send an email. No answer. Call the next day and they haven’t responded or returned my calls. I get that after hours and weekends are tough to plan for , but not responding, not communicating and not showing up are unacceptable for any business.

Drew arrived at the time he gave prior. He fully explained all possible scenarios and options and let us choose before proceeding. He worked quickly and efficiently and we are completely satisfied with the results. Drew was very professional, courteous and friendlyWe were very impressed.

Having a water leak causing damage to your home is the worst thing. I called Saturday morning and made an appointment. With the winter weather that's caused so much damage I knew it would be hard to get someone anytime soon. My appointment was set for the 22nd. Today I got a message they could come today. A week early!! I was so happy. Carlos G came and was very respectful , professional, and courteous. He found the leak, explained my options and took care of it right then! I'm so thankful for this company and for Carlos!! Absolutely recommend!

I have to take a moment to brag about this incredible HVAC company. Our HVAC system crashed over Labor Day weekend. A friend highly recommend that we give Daniel’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning a call. They were responsive and very helpful. Raul thoroughly inspected the system and answered our many questions about what was going on. He explained that we had to replace the air handler (which has been installed incorrectly years before by a different company). One of the bigger names in town had recommended we replace not only the air handler but the outdoor unit as well. Raul explained that was unnecessary, especially for a system that was only six years old, saving us thousands of dollars. While they were waiting for the air handler to arrive, the company sourced two portable AC units so that I could keep our family in the house during these incredibly hot days of summer. The gentlemen who installed the air handler did a fabulous job. They left the house in perfect condition. Truly, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Finding good, honest tradesman for our company has never been an easy tasks. We recently dealt with a clogged main line that caused back up in the toilets and our washroom....and discovered it after 5p. Thinking I was going to have to shell out an arm and a leg to fix it, I remembered the recommendation to contact Daniel's. Off the bat it was half the price to come out after-hours than other places. They were professional, not sketchy, knowledgeable, and on time. We worked with Nick, Morgan, and Matthew - all awesome. I can't recommend them enough, and we will use them again to fix other minor issues we've been having.

I had a simple clogged washing machine drain pipe. The first plumber Daniel's sent said he couldn't repeat the problem and said it was fixed. It immediately flooded again the next day. They send a second guy out. Hew was nice but said that it was not a clogged drain problem and that I needed a special back flow preventer. They don't have the part so they order it. Three weeks later the part is still not in and the plumber is on vacation. Laundry is piling up. I call and ask to talk to a supervisor. Twice I was assured Elton would call me back. He did not. I call another plumber who clears the drain pipe in 20 minutes. I call Daniel's again to ask for a refund. I finally get a call from Elton. He says he will check on the situation. To cut an even longer story short, I am still waiting to hear back from Elton and I don't have a refund. They took my money, misdiagnosed the problem, never fixed the problem, and apparently are quite happy to keep my money. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.UPDATE: Following my online reviews a manager finally called me back and they refunded my money. I upgraded from 1 start to 3 for eventually doing the right thing. However, the experience speaks for itself.

Our main sewage line was clogged. I called several plummers and only Daniel was able to respond and arrived within 30 minutes! Excellent service and prices. I will certainly call them for future services!

Great first experience with Daniel's when it came time to install a new water heater. Mack was very informative about my options during the initial estimate and the actual install went as I had hoped thanks to Morgan and Tib.

Overall very unprofessional. They list products on the invoice that are different from the ones they install. Their technicians aren't attentive to detail. A furnace that required natural gas was hooked up to a propane line. Black smoke alerted us to the issue. Could have caused a fire. Their maintenance service is a scam. You personally have to make sure they show up to do the maintenance 3 times a year, if not they won't show. When we finally got them to show up for the maintenance that was paid for they submitted a report with zero information on it. Still not sure if the maintenance was ever performed. They sent a drunk technician to our house and claimed he wasn't drunk. We have a video of the gentleman slurring his words and swaying from side to side, it's obvious. Management is never available to talk and will call back days sometimes weeks later if at all. They regularly don't answer their phone despite advertising 24/7 service. Beware.

We used Daniel's Plumbing for an emergency repair at our business, and they were great. They got us fixed and up and running the next day or two. Appreciate their great service and helpful staff.

AB and Morgan did a fine job cleaning out my clogged driveway drain today. They arrived promptly and were kind and courteous. I called Daniel's because my hot water had leaked water into my garage. Allen the plumber showed up and provided me with my options for a gas hot water heater replacement. I ended up getting a tank less option and Allen performed the installation. Allen was very professional and was a very nice person. A bathtub in my rental house broke and about 1 inch of standing water was found underneath it. Obviously there was considerable damage, and we needed a new bathtub. Daniel’s Plumbing basically coordinated everything or at least set up all of the aspects. I had to deal directly with the mitigation and restoration people, but Daniel’s Plumbing sort of set it all up.Also they handled the plumbing stuff very good and put a new tub in, properly installed.Overall was extremely satisfied. Professional work, always on time, lots of communication, and basically sort of acted as the overall contractor for the job, so I never had to go there myself. I got pictures and talk to the tenant and was very satisfied with the work.I’m not sure about the pricing, as I didn’t really quote it out to many other people, but I believe I got a good value overall for what they charged.

The contractor who arrived was very courteous and positive. But, he tried to charge $1200 just to reconnect my bathroom sink and toilet (I had them both removed to get new bathroom flooring).I hired a licensed plumbed on Craig'sList for $150 for the toilet, and my friend (a contractor) helped me hook up the sink within 15 minutes for free. I understand charging a premium for a busy business, but wow was $1200 pretty absurd for a job that took a combined 30 minutes to complete.

We had a job where we needed a plumber to relocate a gas line 22' to the attic for an HVAC install and these guys were really great! we have used several different plumbers in the past but these guys used shoe covers and were extremely professional with our customers. Permit was a breeze with them from beginning to end and can't recommend them enough. They were the best and I can assure you we will be using Daniel's for future jobs!

Service was fantastic all 3 plumbers I engaged (Sean, AB, Willie) did a fantastic job. Listened and answered my questions- explained why they were doing what they were doing, clearly laid out costs and options, and helped me understand long term implications for my decisions.The administrative side is rough- their phone service is poor, felt like I was forced to work through an uniformed 3rd party for dispatch and updates. It’s a real problem, but once the guys were out they were very strong.I’ll use them again- but I really wish That when I called that someone who was more connected would answer.

Nick and Tib came out to do a myriad of work including installing a new water, replacing valves, adding a pressure regulator, and installing an owner shutoff valve as well.They arrived on time, were courteous, and got to work right away. I had a broken AC in August in Texas… These folks came out to assess. The assessment was thorough and professional, and the estimate was extremely pricey, $4k+. Got a second opinion, and that person replaced the same part Daniel’s had said needed replacing, for a total of about $300. My only other gripe is I had made it very clear upon scheduling with Daniel’s to call another phone number I provided on the day of service (I was out of town that day). My phone was called and texted multiple times that morning, even after I answered the first call and reminded them to call the other number to reach the person at home.

Wayyyy overpriced and by that, I mean wayyy overpriced. Had a clogged drain and the flapper didn't work on my toilet and they charged $600. Then the technician said the issue was stemming from my AC unit and he could have another person come out and run a free diagnostic check which..guess what, he found $17k worth of problems. I had 3 more AC people come out and none were near that price. It's all about the upsell for these guys.

Phenomenal service. Came as an emergency call after 7pm and did everything needed without needing to return this morning! Everyone was polite & worked hard to get us water again! So appreciate their friendly demeanor & their hard work! Thank you so much!! We have water again!

Austin was very professional and did a great job! I had a complete blockage of the kitchen drain that I couldn’t fix by myself. When he finished doing the pressure cleaning the entire line was completely clean. A second technician came and verified with a camera while I watched. Couldn’t have been better!

In summary, they quoted us over $700 for work that would have taken less than an hour and parts less than $50 total.Sean came and said it would cost more than $300 to fix the toilet that keeps running. He did say that his company built the plumbing system in our 3 year old house as well as the other houses in our Pulte (Parmer Crossing) subdivision. My first thought was, how come there are problems already, especially right after the 2 years plumbing workability warranty expired. He then quoted us over $400 to replace a cartridge or something for our shower that does not produce enough hot water. My wife did not agree with fixing the toilet for that much as she believes that only the flapper needed to be replaced, which she did mention. We obviously have no idea what's wrong with the shower and agreed to have him fix it. Later on my wife bought a flapper for $11 and fixed the toilet herself. Then we told a friend about our experience and he told us that he had the same plumbing issues and replaced the cartridge himself for about $30. Look, I understand the company needs to make a profit, but trying to charge us over $700 for less than an hour of work with readily available and affordable parts is unethical and perhaps price gouging. It would have been much more reasonable if they charged per hour for labor plus cost for parts, even $100/hour would have been much more reasonable than the $400+ we paid for essentially half an hour of work.The second technician Raul might have been even worse, but at least we didn't lose money on him. When I submitted the requests and emailed back and forth to schedule the appointment, I mentioned that I wanted the free air audit to see if we should get a HVAC and Vent cleaning. I mentioned that we previously had another company inspect it and did not find any mold, but their system was not compatible with cleaning our HVAC. Raul came without the equipment needed to test the air and tried to sell my wife all sorts of things that our 3 year old house did not need. He was making a sales pitch about something that improves oxygen or something, which made no sense at all to my Respiratory Therapist wife, who knows all about Oxygen. Why is he making sales pitches when he doesn't even know the quality of the air? He then said he'll come back the next day at noon with the equipment to test the air. We waited at home all day the next day and noon came and went without a word from him. We had errands to run so we gave up on him and left the house at 4PM only to hear from the company at 4:30PM that he can head to our house now, which I said we're not home. When asked what time we would like to reschedule, I responded that we did not have a good experience with him and do not wish to reschedule for the above reasons. Of course I didn't get a response back.Honestly speaking, I'm very disappointed with everything above. I chose the company because the reviews were good and it happened to have the same name as me, but now I'm embarrassed for putting my wife through this debacle and we're both upset about being overcharged and essentially treated like idiots. I hope this was simply the case of rogue employees rather than the result of businesswide unethical practices.

Elton came right out spent time repairing three different similar items in the house. He was very deliberate and took his time understanding what the problem was first. Then he explained what it was and what needed to be fixed in great detail to us. He was an excellent service provider and person and had a broader understanding of the root problems that caused our issue. If this helps him get any kind of bump up in the company, he totally deserves it. And no I don’t know him from anywhere else.

I called this company to swap out a tankless hot water heater which had burst in the freeze. The call center folks were nice; however, they would not give me a price estimate over the phone. I still made an appointment for them to come out. The technician showed up and was very friendly. The price he quoted me was $1850 for 2 hours of labor. (I had purchased all the parts and the unit was onsite already.) I told him that his price was three times as much as any other plumber I’d used in Austin. So I thanked the technician for coming out but sent him away. I found another plumber who showed up within the hour and only charged me $370. Unless you are wealthy, I’d advise shopping around before hiring this company for simple plumbing jobs!

They charged $280 and did not diagnose the problem. They committed to f/u on the following Monday. No call. I finally called on Wednesday to ask what was going on. They assured me of a call by days end. No callFinally the following Monday that called 10 days later!By that time I found another reliable company. Complete waste of $280

These guys are great. I had a city water main break across my street; they fixed it but my PRV ended up clogged - no water to the house. So I called and Larry was sent, arrived less than 20 minutes later. In the meantime the city fixed the problem. I fully expected to at least pay the minimum charge for the visit. Instead Larry inspected all of my plumbing and provided some advice on flushing my water heaters. He gave me several free quotes for services and didn’t charge any fee. He was professional and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

I renovated my home and used Daniel’s Plumbing/HVAC for repairs and upgrades. Daniel’s installed a new central air and heating unit, sealed existing ductwork, repaired a sewer line, moved plumbing for two showers, installed new shower pans, and replaced all shut off valves…what didn’t they do! LolThe staff at the office was terrific as were the actual technicians who came out. Heck, Daniel himself came out and plumbed one of the vanities! I have no problems giving Daniel’s two thumbs up and my recommendation!!!

I had called and told them up front that I already had another company come out and take and look and that I specifically needed leak detection services for what looked like a slab leak. They had a guy come out and he said he needed to open up the wall to take a look (wouldn't be able to put it back though) and it would be a $280 fee so I assumed that was a part of the leak detection services. It wasn't. He then proceeded to tell me what I already knew - that I needed someone to blow out the lines to find the leak (which I thought that was wha he was going to do). And that the $280 was just a fee and for them to get someone to actually do the leak detection it was going to be a minimum of $991 on top of the $280 they charged me to cut a hole into the side of my house. I can understand a small fee to come out and access a situation for time/travel but almost $300 is ridiculous.

Allen arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. He was very courteous and even took the time to look at another issue I was dealing with. Moreover he left the area very clean and neat. I will plan on using Daniel's Plumbing again if the need arises.

All this on a Holiday weekend!!! We thought we had a water heater leak in our attic.... so we called our home warranty and they couldn’t find anyone to come service us for 5 days!!! Meanwhile we had water coming out of the ceiling! Called Daniel’s and they not only were able to come out but they were at our home in under an hour! (Alan was Great!!) Found out it was our A/C called their A/C guy (Alex) he not only showed up quick but took care of the issue so quick!!Thank you for being so wonderful!!!! Definitely a customer for life!!

Alex and Garrett were awesome! I was very worried about the cost of repairs and they were great about putting my mind as ease and offering options for payment. My plumber Abdias was amazing! He was polite and professional, and very quick to diagnose all the problems we had. He ran through all the variations of things that I could choose to repair and how much it would cost with and without the loyalty program, without any pressure to enroll in it. He didn’t pressure me to spend any more than I was comfortable with, he just laid out the options and let me choose.I told him that I wanted him to teach me how to use the auger machine and how to fix my own faucet bib so that I can do it myself next time. He was happy to oblige! He let me know what equipment he was using so that I could buy it myself, and he showed me how to use it.He walked me through every step, both auguring the toilet and changing the faucet bit. He showed me where my waterline was so I can turn it off, and places to watch out so I didn’t do more damage to my house cost me more money later. He’s been ages trying to disconnect the old bib from my hose to save the hose, and then it turned out that the baby ruined the hose and we couldn’t even use it anymore and it was garbage, and I felt so bad. But he was very patient about it and didn’t seem annoyed at all.I don’t know if Daniel takes requests but I’m going to request him by name next time! My husband has been asking us to switch plumbers for a year to and I’ve been resistant, but I wish I had done it sooner!

Ella booked us right away because we had an emergency with a broken toilet before our Christmas party. We immediately received text and email updates about our appointment. Carlos replaced the turnoff valve and was able to repair the auto fill without replacing it, which saved us over $600 for a minor toilet rebuild. George was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue and what we'll need to know about our pipes moving forward. Definitely recommended.

Carlos and Dallas came out to flush my tankless water heater and do annual maintenance on my AC unit. They both arrived on time, went about their work promptly and explained everything that they were doing. Daniels Plumbing was the only company I spoke with (called 5 in Austin) that would schedule both the AC and water heater service on the same day for a fair price. For the past four years I used a different company for these annual checkups but Daniel's Plumbing has earned my business going forward.

He did a thorough inspection of all the bathrooms to make sure there wasn’t a bigger issue, and then he got right to work on unclogging the problematic bathroom sink drain. It now works perfectly. I scheduled a complete renovation of my home after the 2nd Ice Age hit Austin February 2021. All major systems were to be upgraded or repaired. There were quite a few issues discovered with the plumbing aspect of the renovation on my 50 year old home. Daniel, his plumbing and HVAC crew chiefs made visits and detailed the scope of work to be done. I like detailed proposals and confident professionals. I hired his firm. Did I mention courteous? They were very courteous and responsive to questions that I had even while the work was being performed. Would I recommend them? Most definitely!

Excellent customer service! We had a break in our main water line and then 3 weeks later our hot water heater went out. These were both big expenses and stressful. Daniel's Plumbing was referred to us by City of Round Rock, and we are so happy with their service. Both Mike and Frank were very courteous and empathetic to our situation. They both provided outstanding service and I highly recommend this company when you need help with a plumbing issue.

HIGHLY recommend. My experience from start to finish absolutely exceeded expectations. Found these guys on Yelp and I liked the reviews. I sent a note and got a quick reply. I needed a quote for changing out our 12 year old hot water heater. I set up an appointment and was notified that the technician was on the way. I also got a text with a photo of who was coming. Mackenzy arrived on time, was very cordial and knew his business. The pricing was fair and I decided on the spot to use their services. He did a complete change out that day! I was so impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail.Thanks, Daniel’s. Morgan and Adrian were the best plumbers I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable and very professional . In addition, they are kind and , understanding and very helpful.

My in-laws were having issues with their water heater leaking and not warming up. They got a quote from another company who was rather short with them. My friend suggested we use Mack. I called and spoke with him about their issues, he came out as quick as he could and was they kindest most knowledgeable person we spoke to about the issue! I recommend him and Daniels Plumbing as whole a hundred times over!

This review is based solely on the customer service experience. Unfortunately, due to poor customer service, we ended up going with another plumbing service.We identified a leak late Friday night. We called Daniel’s, since they market themselves as a 24-hour service company.We called, set up an appointment for the next day. Shortly afterwards we received a confirmation text with the wrong date and time. We called back to confirm the correct date and time, and then AGAIN received another ‘confirmation’ text with the incorrect date.Figured it must have just been a typo, so decided that we’d cross our fingers and hope for the best.Next day rolls around (the date of our scheduled appointment), and our appointment time was supposed to be from 8a -12p.I called at 10a to confirm (again). No word. No one answered, or called back.11:30a rolls around and we finally got a hold of an employee. The employee explains they’re booked for the whole day and they’d charge a $225 service fee (nonfundable and does not go towards the price of services).Needless to say, after waiting about 4 hours, we decided to go with a more reliable, punctual, and affordable service (that doesn’t charge $225 for just coming out).

Shad was on time and helped us to find leak source and pointed us to the right direction(the leaking is not a plumbing issue.) He is honest and professional. We will definitely call Daniel’s if we have future plumbing needs.

Dallas and Tib did a great job helping us repair the gas line in our older home! They got to us promptly and finished the job quickly. Very responsive and helpful.

$450 Per hour---let that sink in. The service person was polite and fine. But let me repeat. Daniel's charges a labor rate of about $450 per hour. It was $1399 for a toilet they sell at home depot for $200. They do not quote on the phone because no one would let them into their home at these prices. Now, I know they have a sophisticated sales organization that preys on people with drips and they offer some subscription service which is absolute hooey--look, charge whatever you want, Daniel. I paid it because I was desperate, but I would never call these guys again.

He was on time, courteous, communicative about what was needed and what to expect and efficient. Carlos was fantastic, we understood exactly what our plumbing issues were and he gave us several options to choose from in consideration of price and time. Technician (Larry) came out and stated it would take about 2.5 hours and the cost would be $1,800.00. That's a Labor Charge of $720.00/hour.Addendum: Thanks for the call, the well wishes are appreciated. I was able to find a reputable plumber to do the job for less than $400.00 through HomeAdvisor.com.

I was almost certain I needed a new faucet. I replaced the cartridge in the faucet but in doing so I basically messed up all the threading on the copper stem. Once I put the faucet back on water was spraying out the back of the faucet. I called Daniel’s to come out and the tech (Nicholas) immediately confirmed. I ended up electing to replace the faucet myself and not use Daniel’s, but Nicholas wasn’t pushy at all and very helpful. Nicholas was nice enough to walk me through some potential updates to consider and he did a full inspection of all the faucets and water supply pressure. Best of all, no service charge. I didn’t pay anything for them to confirm what I felt I already knew. But if I do need someone I know I’ll be going back to Daniels.

This was the most comprehensive review by a plumber I have ever experienced in my 91 years of life. Carlos was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he looked at or tested. He presented me with options, and after I made my decisions he completed the work efficiently.

Willie, Andrew and Balde were a great team to get our job done well. We had replaced our furnace earlier this year and used this team to install Reme Halo, Carrier compressor and evaporator coil. The “we-do-it-all” service company I used in the past for plumbing issues told me it would be a month before they could send someone to look at a blocked bathtub drain. I called Daniel’s, talked to a an extremely personable woman who scheduled someone to visit within the week. They send a picture of the technician who would be coming, and I loved the ability to track his arrival via GPS. Kevin (just as personable as the office staff) quickly figured out the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. I’ve now found a new go-to plumbing company.

Carlos and Willie arrived on time and worked very hard installing a new a/c and furnace. Very nice, polite men worked very hard in this heat! I’ve been using Daniels for all my a/c, heating, and plumbing!

Outstanding work! My plumbing emergency was handled expertly by a sharp technician named Cleveland. From the moment he got off the truck, I was put at ease during a very stressful time. He greeted me with a smile and a reassuring attitude that all would be fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with great detail and technical expertise. I was putting in new sink hardware and broke the copper pipe extending from the wall at the cut-off valve. Yikes! Needed help fast. Called Daniel's Plumbing and within 45 minutes Dallas from Daniels showed up. 30 minutes later all fixed and water turned back on. I have never dealt with a more positive set of people than those I interacted with at Daniels. Dallas was super, courteous, efficient and did a great job explaining what he did. I will turn to them from now on, or at least the next time I botch a DIY plumbing effort!

I previously used the company installed my AC unit in my new build. They did a less than quality job. blade came and within fifteen minutes knew what my problem was. The labor was reasonable and a follow-up appointment scheduled. This company says quality because they do quality work.

Disappointed! Was quoted $560 for replacing a toilet seat!!! Had to shell out $49 for dispatch never going to use you guys again sorry left a very bad experience

They overcharged me to replace a capacitor. They then quoted me $8600 for a new system which I actually do not need and the system was incorrect for my type of unit. So not only did they totally overcharge me but they also quoted me on a unit that would never have worked with my home and would never have resolved the major issue that I’m having. I felt pressured to buy and to commit but I wanted to wait for a second or third opinion which I’m so glad that I did because I would have been out $8600, with the wrong system, and still having the same issue. I reached out to the company to explain and provide an opportunity to rectify the situation and I never heard back. I provided an opportunity to make it right yet they chose not to. I would avoid this company at all costs (literally) as it was over $600 to replace a capacitor.

They were on time and had good availability but quoted me $3900 to replace a toilet flange, install the toilet, and put on some faucet valves. I installed the toilet myself and got the rest done for about $600 from another plumbing service.

The technician was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. But their prices are way too high. Quoted ~$400 - $500 for an angle stop replacement, which is such a small job. I got it done for $150 by a master plumber with great work.

Warren was incredibly knowledgeable and found out that sediment causing issues in our water lines. Our water pressure was affected by all of the little debris clogging up the lines.

What a great plumbing company we found today! Daniel’s Plumbing was there for us when we needed them the most!! Mike came out to replace our sink on the same day we called because we needed someone ASAP and they accommodated us. From reading all the reviews on Yelp I soon realized that this was the company I wanted to try and glad I did! They have great customer service!! The person who answered the phone was so friendly and Mike was just a wonderful person all around with a very kind and bubbly personality!! The only drawback is that they are not the cheapest but it was worth it! I highly recommend them for your future plumbing needs!

Daniel’s is very responsive. Even during this winter weather we are having and all of the other companies are extremely booked, their plumbers (we had Drew) wanted to go out today to try to start helping people have water. It may not happen to everyone, but they were able to fit us in for a next day booking. And the streets they had to drive on, I am so grateful for them being able to go out today in 24 degree weather and fix the burst pipe.

We contacted Daniels for assistance and a second opinion on a quote I received from another company. The gentleman that came out was Cleveland Layne. He was professional, helpful and suggested several options. He did not pressure me at all and did his best to help me understand a competitor’s quote. While here, he did some work, and so far, I’ve not had any more issues. I’m not sure my biggest issue is completely resolved, however, Cleveland made suggestions on what we can do to narrow down the real problem. I really appreciated all the time he took and am sure I’ll contact Daniels for future work if needed. Also, their prices were cheaper than the other company and his quote for the major job that may be lurking was much more reasonable. Thank you Cleveland, Deborah Crisp.

Wow, simply put! We received a recommendation from our neighborhood list serve on Daniel's Plumbing and am I really glad we called them. Mac came out and looked over the issues we were having and provided a Quote for all the services we needed( clogged pipes, leaking water under our kitchen sink and 2 outside faucets that needed to be replaced). The pricing was VERY satisfactory! I have to mention Mac's name again because this guy was GREAT! Fast, friendly and offered several recommendations that were right up our alley! If you call them please listen to the Maintenance Package Deal, well worth the cost! I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing!

I get a call from my tenant, water is filling up the tub and sinks. First thought, clogged. So I call CHOICE HOME WARRANTY to handle. First mistake. They couldn’t get anyone out until the following week. No water throughout the house and choice thinks a week to wait is appropriate.So I called these guys and they were out to the house the next day. $100 fee to go out there, $900 to fix, I was thankful they were there but the cost alone was a red flag. 3 stars for the attempt though, no five stars because I don’t know if they were that good, I couldn’t make it past being raked over the coals on price here.Had I spent $1k on this and no new toilet, it would have bought these guys a 1 star rating after finding out I overpaid by a lot. But shop around, you’ll be surprised how much you can save. Good luck.Update:Elton from the company called. He was pretty concerned they didn’t do what I expected from the company.I can tell these guys are trying. Just when I thought no one puts the customer first anymore, Daniel and Elton stepped up with one phone call. They wanted to refund my service fee, I said no man, keep it, the call alone is worth it. Besides I saved a lot with the other guys, so no harm no foul.

John was on time. He inspected my equipment, offered a fair bid for the scope of work. Based on Johns recommendations, he completed the repair. His service exceeded expectations. He offered a plan to address future needs on the plumbing in my 38 year old house. Highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing and AC.

Air Conditioner stopped cooling late in the day and it quickly got over 80 degrees in the house. I called Daniel's Plumbing and AC for an emergency call out and they were able to send someone within 45 mins. Dallas quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. House was cooling by 9:30pm in time to let us and the dogs have a good night's rest. Cost was reasonable for the late hour visit and Dallas could not have been more personable and professional.

Thieves. I called Daniel's to send someone to fix a leak in my backyard faucet. This was in March, after tge Winter Storm Url. The guy they sent said it would be $300. I questioned the price and he said that's what the rate was. Water was leaking all over rhe patio, so I told him to do it. He started work, and I looked up the price of the part he replaced - a 12 inch hose bib. It was $25. I asked him why there was such a big difference in price. He said it was a long job. I watched what he did: he turned off the water, and changed the hose bib, and turned the water back on. Ten minutes. I told the guy I thought he cheated me. Then I called the Daniel's office and asked to speak with a manager. They said the manager would call me back. Two days later, I got a call, but not from the manager - the call was from the same plumber who cheated me. I told him that $300 was a cheat for replacing a $25 part in ten minutes, that even half that would be exorbitant. He said that it was more, because it was illegal for him to have turned off my water. What a crock! No adjustment to the price.Don't call Daniel's Plumbing unless you want to be ripped off. I tell everybody I know. Thieves.

Good communication for scheduling and follow-up. Provided advice and an estimate on installing a hose bibb and replacing water heater. We decided to wait for now, but we will definitely contact them when we are ready.

The technician John was very knowledgeable,professional and courteous. He re routed the gas line so our new stove would sit flushed to the wall. All done in about 15 minutes. This is our first time using Daniel’s Plumbing and we are very satisfied customers. Would definitely use them again?

I had been hesitant to have someone come out. I work a lot and don't like small talk. My bathroom drain was clogged. I had removed and cleaned pipe myself to no avail. Mike arrived right on schedule. He attempted the simple approach first, which was unsuccessful. He then snaked the drain. He ran it several times then ran the water to make sure there was no leak after putting PVC pipe back together. He was quick, thorough, super nice and cleaned up the area. He made maintenance recommendations to keep the drains clear. I would recommend him to everyone I know and will use Daniel's Plumbing again if needed. Thanks Mike.

Drew Ross of Daniel's Plumbing was at the house for a good part of two days and did a great job repairing a significant leak. Drew was personable, kind, and very helpful in explaining what was damaged and the repair process. The work was well done for a good price and we will definitely be calling Daniel's when we need work done again!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Daniel’s for being so helpful, kind, and understanding during the recent winter storm. Jason, Luther, Preston, and AB were all a joy to work with, but I have to send a special thanks to Kevin and Willie who returned late in the afternoon, having worked an already full and difficult day, to fix an unforeseen problem with my pipe repair. They stayed well into the evening and persevered despite many challenges to make sure my pipes were repaired. They were spectacular and I appreciate all of their efforts especially in such dangerous and treacherous conditions. I seriously would’ve been lost without them. ;)

Had a blown capacitor on condenser, guys came put quick and replaced. In a time when every hvac company is booked out for days to weeks was happy to find this company.

My AC died on a Monday afternoon. I called Daniel’s Plumbing at 7 pm that night and they were able to schedule me in on Tuesday. Balde came in and found out the motor and connection board was bad. He got me set up with the work order and payment. Willie brought over the parts and installed them. Willie and Balde were professional, kind and they took the time to explain in detail what happen and how they were going to fix the AC. To start I had a great experience with the woman over the phone to set up a tech to come in. The tech looked at the HVAC and came up with 3 options to fix 10k, 6k and 4k. The first 2 options the wiring was done for free but the 3rd it was $1200? That's odd. They all seen high but I wouldnt know so I chose to get a few more quotes just to see my options and he told me if I find anything cheaper it's because they are doing it wrong.Before he left I checked the HVAC and he didn't put any of the panels back together or leave it how he found it. I asked him to put it back together and he did. Then I checked to see if the fan still worked because it did before he got there and it didn't. When I asked him why it didn't he gave me a few excuses and then said well I can check the wiring bit I doubt it. He went back up for a few minutes and it started working again.The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This was my experience but it may have just been one bad experience and yours might be great.

I have been looking for a reliable plumber (for years) that can service a home that I have in N. Austin. I have had a hard time getting a plumber over to that house in the past. Daniel's plumbing was able to get to the house the next day (non-emergency service). The plumber was highly professional, and very helpful. They had to fix a small problem that was not addressed correctly by a previous plumber. The plumber, Frank, went above and beyond. I will definitely use their services again!

Our AC randomly shut off and Daniel’s went out of their way to ensure they got someone in out here timely. Balde was our tech and he found the problem instantly and fixed it! Highly recommend!

Terrible communication. Did not finish job. We paid and they were to come back the next morning. It was a quick thing. We called them when they didn’t show up. They came in the afternoon holding us hostage because we needed to do some errands. We should have been first that morning since they did not finish the night before and we paid and ge said he would come in the morning. No one seemed to know what was going on when we called.

Great service provided by a courteous and professional technician. Abdias, also known as AB worked tirelessly and got the job done perfectly. The drain line at my house is running free and clear. I will recommend Daniel’s Plumbing and AB every chance I get.

In mid-March I came home to a water leak near the water meter for my home. My neighbor happened to be outside and he advised he had the exact same leak a few years ago, and he advised he paid a plumber about $400 to repair it. Apparently we both had the same sprinkler company who used the same terrible fittings to tap off of the main line to the house. The leak appeared to be in the exact location of the access point for the sprinkler system. I tried calling his plumber, but they couldn't fit me in for another week, so I started searching for a highly rated plumber in the area. I finally connected with Daniel's Plumbing who had good ratings and could come out to the house the next day.The representative for Daniels showed up promptly the next day and I told him what the issue likely was, and the exact spot the leak. Daniel's tech advised my initial charge would be $296 to dig the whole and diagnose the issue. I asked why so much since I knew what the issue likely was, and was advised this was a standard fee and any repairs would have an estimate before moving forward. I decided I needed the issue fixed and agreed to the steep initial estimate.After digging, I was advised the issue was in fact what I had thought, and the fix would be easy. A new T-fitting, along with a 90 degree fitting and a short length of PEX was all that was needed to resolve my issue. At this point I was thinking Oh.. an easy fix is great. Considering the amount of work and materials to fix the issue, the final cost should not increase much moreDaniel's tech came back to me with the final cost, it was another $315 ($611 total) for the repair. I advised this cost was outrageous, the parts alone much cost maybe $20. I told him I wasn't trying to minimize his skills, but this cost could not be correct. I was advised he had already discounted the repair and this was the price I had to pay for a repair.At this point, Daniels Plumbing had me over a barrel, so to speak. I had already spent $296 to dig a 2' by 2' by 3 foot deep hole, I was stuck. I reluctantly agreed to pay. After the work was done and my water on again, Daniels Plumbing reached out via email asking for me to give an online review, or to reach out to them if I wasn't happy. I promptly replied I was not happy. At this point, I was contacted by Ashley who listened to my concerns. I advised I was happy with the repair, but the costs seemed very high for an easy repair and just a few parts. Especially since I had already diagnosed the issue. Ashley was very friendly and understanding. She advised she would get with the owner (Daniel?) and get back to me.A few days later I was contacted again by Ashley who stated she could get me a 10% refund. Not what I expected, but I figured at least they tried to work with me. She stated she would send me a form to sign and the refund would be processed. Flash forward a month or two as I forgot to follow up, and reached out to Ashley again. She stated she was waiting for my acceptance of a form and the refund would be processed. I again agreed and Ashley sent the form over. This is where my troubles with Daniels' gets interesting.The form states that in exchange for my $61.10 refund I agreed the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction, and I would not initiate further action on the matter. Further, I would agree that I would not, nor could anyone on my behalf post any negative comments about Daniels Plumbing on any social media outlet. If I had previously posted negative feedback, I agree to delete those posts.If you are reading this review, you can take the above as you will. I view it as Daniel's Plumbing was attempting to buy my silence. I advised Ashley that coercing either positive feedback, or silence by way of a 10% refund amounted to bribery. If they wanted my silence, they could buy it for a full 100% refund. I fully expected I would never receive a 100% refund, I made the statement to try to make a point. Daniels Plumbing of course declined.

I wish the name of the serviceman was on the invoice so that I could call him out individually for his courtesy and diligence. He was personable and informative and executed his work skillfully and efficiently. The loss of a star has to do with a previous service visit by a technician who was called out to fix my heater after a severe winter storm during the pandemic. I had to wait in line, of course, for service. Then, even I said on the phone what sort of system I had, the serviceman who arrived said he couldn’t work on that kind of equipment. He also did not follow the company’s policy of wearing a mask. My recent service call redeemed this prior experience.

This company is amazing. I had my hot water heater bust and water flooded my master bedroom. I called 2 other companies before Daniels and they just didn't care. Daniels was excellent from the person who answered the phone to the service plumber. They made me feel like a family member and their top priority. They went way beyond any company I have ever done business with. Came out within the hour, assessed the problem and started work immediately. Daniel's installed one shut-off valve for faucet. very, very expensive. $353.00. I tried to get a quote before they came out but they want to come quote a bunch of stuff you are not even ready to have done. Not sure who I am more upset with, myself for paying for that one replaced shutoff valve or them for taking up over an hour of my time and starting at a quote of 10k for things around the house that needed (not immediately)to be replaced. When I was so shocked by the pricing and asked how they could charge that much I was told that they have employees to pay, high overhead costs and gas and trucks, etc. to maintain. Really?? How about telling me all of this and more when I call so that I know you are not in the business of small jobs.

The process of communication and service were top notch. The company shows a lot of care towards customer service and their work. Thanks go to our tech Kevin for providing clear information and being courteous & helpful. He is a good representation of the company.

Hands down best plumbers in Austin. I’ve used them for years now. FaceTimed me during the snow storm to assist with water heater shutoff to help stop flooding. Got model number via FaceTime and replaced unit in less that 24 hours. And they guarantee their work. They wear booties inside your home at all times. They call before and give an ETA. They are courteous, competent and caring for their customers. Their front office scheduling is amazing and they are a delight to work with. They always have your back. Highly recommend!

Had our older garbage disposal finally crack and start leaking. Within 24 hours, on a saturday no less, we had a replacement in. Prices were fair and easy to understand, service folk were knowledgeable and friendly, and all around the experience was wonderful.

Paid 250 dollars for a HVAC inspection and report and received a couple pictures with no descriptions and just a estimate of 5k dollars for 2x capacitor replacements and coil clean.... I called and talked to service manager Dalton who pretty much had no real answers other than he would talk with the Tech, WE NEVER HEARD FROM DANIEL'S A/C AGAIN.. This was a huge inconvenience for us as this was a inspection for a home we are trying to purchase and time is very valuable. We called another local business and they only charged 79 dollars for the same type of inspection but with zero hassle and a excellent description of repair and costs in the report. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time or money with Daniel's plumbing/ac.

Awesome experience with Cleveland of Daniel’s plumbing. Cleveland was courteous, respectful, timely, wore shoe covers and gloves in the house, and most importantly didn’t quit until the problem was fixed. He talked me through each step of the process, recommended maintenance supplies to order, and achieved the goal of de-clogging my sink despite it taking some leg work to get there. He and Daniels will be my reliable choice for future plumbing repairs or Maintenance. I was very impressed.

Austin repaired my leaky hose bib and disposal so fast!

Carlos came out and explained that since our standard water heater is 14 years old, he couldn’t guarantee that it would come back on after he performed a flush on it. He inspected our home and gave us various options for getting it up to code including quotes for replacing our water heater with another standard heater or a tankless unit. Carlos was very courteous and very forthcoming with pros and cons associated with our options.

Larry came over and found the faulty valve in our wall. It was a much bigger project than anticipated but he was so helpful and informed us what was going on the whole time. He even was able to save our tub surround, which we did not expect. Thanks for staying late for us, Larry!

I called Daniel's Plumbing because my toilet was clogged up. The minute the technician came in the door, he announced I needed a new toilet because mine was 20 years old. He had not even checked the toilet or offered to run an auger down the line to see if there was an obstruction. . He said I just needed a new toilet and that he was not going to bother to check for an obstruction. My friend just happened to come over as the technician was leaving. He stopped and asked the technician about the toilet and the technician told him my toilet was 20 years old and it needed to be replaced. My friend bet him a $1,000, plus the cost of a new toilet that replacing it was not the solution and there was probably just an obstruction in the pipe. Easy money for a technician who was so sure I needed a new toilet before he even came out here. The technician told my friend he would charge $400 to snake the toilet and $600 to run a camera in the drain pipe. A few days later my friend came back by and ran an auger snake down the toilet and pulled out a credit card that was stuck in the toilet itself. Problem was solved! If the technician had run the auger snake in the toilet to begin with he would have found out that was the problem and a simple fix.

Carlos came to drain our water heater. We were impress. He did an excellent job and answered our question. Very respectful and I think he loves his job. I would recommend him to anyone!!

When looking for a plumber, I had read great reviews about Daniel's Plumbing online, and decided to call them...and I'm glad I did, they did an excellent job. The plumbers they sent over were professional, courtious, considerate and respectful. The job was taken care of immediately, they explained in detail what they needed to do and proceeded to get it done with little inconvenience to our household. Totally disappointed by the attitude I encountered. A plumber was dispatched and upon arrival was able to give a quote within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the quote was far beyond what I was prepared to pay. When I politely told him that I would have to think about it, the guy literally sneered at me and laughed. He then asked me what I was expecting to pay. Well, not $1000 for a valve replacement that would take 2 hours. But that's besides the point. My issue is with the sneering. Super unprofessional!!!Update: I received a call from Jim (owner or maybe management?) shortly after leaving my original review. Based on his call and his obvious concern about the situation, I am changing my original review.Please also keep in mind that an individual employee does not always represent the business practices of an entire organization. But it is situations like these that allow a company to improve. Hopefully their plumber will consider his approach in future encounters.

I needed a plumber to unclog my kitchen sink on New Year's Day. They had Mack out to me within 2 hours of my call, and he fixed our clog after a lot of hard work. Everybody was super friendly, professional and efficient. Will definitely use again!!

Never again! I had an external water hose faucet that had been leaking for over a week. I was recommended Daniels Plumbing by Homeadvisor, so I accepted the recommendation and scheduled them to come out on 02/29/20. Long story short, you know the feeling when you know you're getting screwed. The $982.00 estimate was to replace 3ft of copper pipe and remove half a brick to access the exterior water hose faucet leak.In my gut I knew better. Still, I went ahead and agreed because I had been waiting most of the Saturday afternoon and didn't have time to waste, with no telling how many gallons of water that had already been wasted from the leak. This job ended up taking no more than hour to complete. Had I known that, I certainly would have sought to find an honest plumber or company. I even told the plumber George to his face, that it didn't look like $982.00 worth of work. He said they have to go with the company's matrix for flat rate pricing. It ended up being no more than 2-3 inches of copper pipe and shut off valve.A few days later I brought this to the attention to Daniel's Plumbing about their invoice/receipt for the exact labor rate and supply costs that could justify this overcharging. I made the case that this was unethical and illegal under deceptive trade practices, because the estimate vs the actual work performed were to the contrary. I explained that there was no where on earth or in hell that a 2-3 inch copper pipe and shut off valve were $482.00 in parts and labor was $500.00/hr. See my point? This was a rip-off at its finest, unsavory and highly unethical.I work in the OAG's office, so I began writing up my my complaint to file with the TX OAG Consumer Protection Agency, before I received a response from their Director Operations willing to negotiate a amicable resolution. In the end we agreed to a 50% refund that I thought was fair. I can say that I appreciated his consideration and cooperation, and had this all never happened in the first place. I would have given them a 5 star rating. I'm sharing this experience because both consumers and businesses need to know this stuff and learn a lesson in better business practices.

Needed a new water heater, it was installed the next day. Super professional and left the closet in better shape than before, thoroughly showed how to use the new unit. He also replaced the outdoor faucets and added new insulation around those.

We recently moved in to our home and hadn't tried using the garden spigot, so when we did, it ended up snapping the old, corroded piping and gushing water into the yard. Thankfully, Ethan was able to come to our rescue within a few hours and he didn't just do a temporary fix to stop the leak, he created a custom, permanent solution that will let us use the garden spigot from now on.Ethan was courteous and professional. I plan on using Daniel's for any other plumbing issues we find with our home, as long as we can have Ethan as our technician. He was absolutely outstanding.

Danials Plumbing responded to my need to repair an outside water leak. The tech was a young man named Preston who was excellent and professional. The next day I had a question and spoke to Ashley in the office. She was very friendly but was not able to fully answer my question. Later I got a call from the owner, who did answer my question. He was very helpful. I would have to rate this company as very professional and well operated.

I understand everyone's busy due to the cold spell... HOWEVER, I feel that this company was either dishonest in their ability to service my home or incompetent in scheduling their workforce. I made an appointment on Feb 17th when a frozen pipe burst and flooded my master bedroom. Daniel's kept sending text messages to confirm that they will be at my house on Feb 21st, so I did not try to schedule another plumber and did without water for 5 days. On Feb 21st they confirmed they would be there between 1-3pm, only after waiting all day, to tell the could not make it. I ended up fixing the busted pipe myself. These people were USELESS to me. If they had been honest I could have continued to look for a plumber.

I called for an assessment of repairs needed to be done to fix my leaking ac drainage like and their response was impeccable. Balde and Willie were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the damage done and how to get ot resolved with precision and accuracy.

Our service expert (Nick) was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found. He also diagnosed the issue very quickly and completed the work efficiently. They also take pictures of everything and help you plan for the drying out and renovation.

** ALERT $450 per labor hour!! **This company charged me $900 to replace a gas valve on my hot water heater. No parts were purchased through them as my water heater is under warranty so I got parts overnight from the manufacture. After the bill was paid (which the cost was not conveyed up front prior to repairs) I put a freeze on the funds to ensure I’m not getting scammed. The manager Instantly dropped the price to $500 total. Industry standard is $140-$160 an hour in this area, they’re three times that. Don’t waste your time with these company. If anyone would like to see my invoice, I’d gladly share it. This is getting reported to the BBB unless they kick some cheddar back my way. This repair should have only cost me $300-$350 MAX!!

Had a compressive water valve that seized on a copper pipe and was leaking into a neighbor’s condo. Daniel’s answered my call and got over to repair the issue within three hours. Carlos G was professional, helpful and went the extra mile in making sure things got fixed up, all the way down to cleaning up dust off from the back of my appliance. We requested multiple home sewer line camera inspections with different companies. Daniel's Plumbing technician came out, performed the camera inspection ($250) in our main sewage line (took 20 minutes) which looks at only one portion of the system, and quoted us a 50K+ repair to replace the entire sewage piping system. We requested the video inspection results and we received only a few very shaky videos taken from a cellphone that showed some roots. The quote felt unreasonable given the inspection performed. Second plumbing company opinion looked at the same videos and only quoted us $7K for the repairs needed.

We had a sink emergency and I was incredibly impressed with the prompt, thorough, and professional service that Cleveland provided. He made sure everything was perfect before leaving and was thankfully very mindful that my cats didn’t escape, which most people aren’t aware of. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone!

I've had these guys come out 2 times to within 2 weeks & after they leave something breaks a week later!!! They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility after rebuilding all 3 of my toilets for $850 all 3 are broken again!!! I hired another plumber & he showed me how many corners they cut. Bolts loose with washers missing. DO NOT HIRE Daniels Plumbing if you want your things actually repaired. Worst plumbing experience I've ever had.

Needed s plumber right away during holidays. Had a foundation leak, to save money went with a handyman that said he knew what to do. He jackhammered from garage to living room and then left saying he was in over his head. No plumber from the home advisor list would even consider coming over after I told the what happened. He was very calming and said, “we can fix this”. He had a crew out the next day and they fixed it that day!!! Daniel’s is where I will always go from now on and you should too. You would be very impressed. I learned, from Daniel, 3 things you DON’T use handymen for.... Plunbing, Electrical and AC. An expensive lesson, but I am glad I learned it! CallDaniel’s!… update.. had to have a valve replaced prior to hooking up a refrigerator and again Daniel’s was able to send someone in a reasonable amount of time ( was not emergent).. Drew came this time. Was a wonderful person, got the job done with no problems. Daniel’s is all good. Will continue to use them and oh how the company has grown! I was happy to get a same day appointment although I placed the call late Friday morning. Frank diagnosed the problem late Friday afternoon and was back early the following morning to complete the work. I'm very happy with the service and will recommend them to friends and family. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly.

Their service expert Cleveland was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly unclogged our sink drain, and after ordering a part, fixed the tank on an older toilet. The company sends out a text message with the picture of the technician letting you know they are on the way, and when they're close, they give you a call. Great service.

Initial request three days ago: Unclog main sewer line with hydrojetter. Was told ok and scheduled to today. Sent tech guy out without hydrojetter after Noon. Review can be provided tomorrow, assuming job completed tomorrow. So far, not true to word. Did provide temporary fix so toilet can be used overnight.

We had previously hired another plumbing company, which would not complete the work without a huge additional fee, so we cut them loose. I checked Angie's List, and was contacted by Diane at Daniel's Plumbing, who said they could get somebody out quickly. A short while later, Alec arrived and took care of our clogged drain quickly, and provided useful advice on how to avoid problems in the future, all for far less than the other company wanted to charge us. We will definitely keep Daniel's Plumbing and Alec on our list of preferred providers.

After purchasing a home and a brand new, amazing washer and dryer set, we realized the gas line for the dryer was about 3 inches lower than it needed to be. I called Daniel's Plumbing and received a voicemail response saying that all calls were returned within 10 minutes. I thought that was a pretty ambitious commitment, but I left a message and hoped it were true. I received a call back in about 7 minutes and easily scheduled my appointment for a free estimate. Our technician showed up on time, gave a fair estimate for moving the gas line and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing!

They diagnosed a problem as being in the line outside my house when I was concerned with another plumber's recommendation that would have been horribly costly and still wouldn't have found the problem they did right away, at a very fair price. Giving 4 stars only because my project went in for a very long time, which was more to do with the city and my property, but I eventually complained about a lack of attention from specifically my site manager, which they rectified immediately by keeping me apprised of progress from the office. Had a horrendous experience with this company. Last Wednesday afternoon, my mother and I were at Dairy Queen on Burnet Road in Austin. While she was waiting to fill her drink, a man came and cut in front of her and was standing close. She mentioned that she was practicing social distancing in part because of her age. The man then replied that he could smell that, apparently meaning her age. She remarked about his rudeness and and the man laughed at her.I observed him getting into a Daniel's Plumbing truck. I then called Daniel's Plumbing and the receptionist who answered the phone seemed concerned and claimed to have located the truck. She was apologetic and got my contact information, claiming that someone from management would contact me.Over a week later, I have yet to be contacted. This speaks volumes about their integrity and lack of commitment to customer service. I can't imagine using them for plumbing work, let alone imagine how they'd follow through on any concerns.The rudeness of one employee can be overlooked, but the lack of promised follow up is telling.

I live in far South Austin and was lucky that a plumber was finishing up in San Marcos right as I called. Frank was very polite. Put shoe covers on each time he entered the house. Diagnosed the leak problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. I am a member of the networking group BNI and that’s how I found them. So glad I did. Highly recommend!

Both on the initial consultation and the delivery of the final product, I was happy. It’s hard these days because some companies are having trouble keeping qualified people on staff. Not the case here.

-Problem: Leaking pipe (under house) and water heater.-Plumber one: (RR) Came to house, and with very little inspection (less than five minutes), said well, you need to change whole plumbing system. He didn't even go under the house!!-Plumber two Daniel's: Dispatcher Ashley was professional and friendly. Plumber Larry arrived within time frame given, call was placed ahead of time giving us time to get ready. Larry arrived to our house, and patiently listened to us, inspected pipe and explained to us what he was going to do, no hassle!Leak caused another problem. We called back and same plumber was sent back, which made things easier and efficient. Again, Larry explained problem and options to us. He was polite, professional and direct at all times.Very satisfied customers

I called Daniels Plumbing because I thought I had a water pipe leaking under my garage floor. Drew came out and checked everything in the house, checked the pressure at the meter and listened with a device to see if water was running when everything was turned off. Long story short, Drew said there isn’t a pipe leaking. He could have sold me a bill of goods, but he didn’t! He was very polite, very informative and honest! I would certainly recommend Daniels Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem!

Cleveland came by as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and personal. Gave good advice, explained alternative options, information for ongoing maintenance and most importantly he got the job done. Quote for repair was very high, mainly because of $250/lb quote for Freon refill. Tech seemed more interested in selling new units than fixing my old one. Got it fixed with another vendor for $150/lb, which for 9 pounds is a lot of savings, paying the $225 weekend fee for sales pitch was icing on a bad cake

I had a 1:00 PM appointment. They called and let me know that a plumber could come out an hour earlier which worked well for me. He showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. Very easy to work with. Very happy with the results.

Finding and locating a slab leak can be tricky for a lot of plumbers--the first 2 we worked with either weren't available to come back and run more tests or were not experienced enough to confidently assess the situation. Larry has been installing plumbing since the '80s and was confident in his hunch on the source of the leak. He was knowledgeable and realistic about worst and best case scenarios, and his hunch about the source turned out to be right on. We would work with Larry again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I are trying to build a pool in our new to us home but have a sewer line running through our backyard. Drew with Daniel’s plumbing has been more than accommodating and super informative working with us and our pool design company to help move our sewer line out of the way of the pool. The plumber who showed up from Daniel's Plumbing was great. He fixed our main problem in no time (the toilet needed to be remounted) and then helped us with some other minor issues that had been annoying us for a few months. Really nice and friendly guy, and super knowledgable!

I recently purchased a home and needed an emergency repair to my bathroom sink drain and cut-off valves. Daniel's Plumbing is a locally owned and operated small business and was recommended to my by another local handyman (Mr.512 Handyman & Hauling). They have competitive pricing and do not charge additional call-out fees. When they arrive, the quote is all-inclusive, so you know exactly what you will pay for the job. They were able to come out the same day and my technician was knowledgeable, respectful and finished up quickly. I will absolutely recommend them to family/friends and I will be calling them again if I have any issues.

Pros: Fixed our lack of cold water coming out of our bathtub issue. Put in new cartridge and flushed the system. Professional, wore a mask and booties. Also, discussed other options for our house.Cons: Used our parts which we got from the manufacturer. Which wouldn’t be a big issue but they charged $240 and didn’t even use their parts. Was advised there wouldn’t be a fee to see what the problem was and would quote the job. That was never done, just went and fixed it and then told us the cost.Additional cons: Just found out the leak isn’t fixed. Was 1 hour late with no communication on running late. Have to have them come out again. ?

I got an inspection for the plumbing systems in the home I’m hoping to buy. They ran a camera test on the sewer line as well. I love how they can give quotes right on the spot for work that needs to be done. Definitely plan on using this coming in the future.

I found Daniel’s Plumbing thru Home Advisors. I found the staff, especially Nicholas, to be very professional, courteous, a blast to chat with while he was working, knowledgeable, etc. He answered all my questions and would show me what he was doing. He was very meticulous with making sure everything worked correctly and with cleaning up when they were done for the day. I had Daniel’s Plumbing replace the awful 2 40-gallon water heater tanks with a tankless and I couldn’t be happier...happy dance here! I would definitely recommend them for plumbing needs and will be having them do the yearly maintenance on the new tankless water heater.

The monthly service contract is a good deal. They'll come out and inspect for free and keep you from having problems in the first place.Also, we have a system with a large filter up in the attic, and they go up and change it while they're up there.Balde was great today, and so was the guy last time, Mack.

I made an appointment for a technician to come out on Thursday Feb. 25th. I was given an 8am to Noon window. Noon rolls around no technician, no call. I call Daniel's they assure me I am next on the technician's schedule.4pm ... Still no technician. I call Daniel's and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. I am told no one is available. I ask if the technician doesn't make it out today will I get priority scheduling tomorrow? The operator doesn't know.Monday March 1st 4pm - FINALLY someone from Daniel's calls to tell me they have a technician available. Sorry, Daniel's a company that actually knows what it's doing and cares about it's customers and reputation came out the previous Friday and took care of the problem.Don't use this overpriced boutique company. Call a smaller real plumbing company. Get your problem solved for less money in less time.

The contractor came on time and was very professional... After looking at the gas line he asked me how much did I expect to pay for something like this? vs. giving me a time and cost estimate... He quoted me a VERY high number... so I asked him how long would this take? He then said ...oh this is a quick job... He failed to do the math in his head and didn't realize he was quoting me over $500 an hour!Needless to say, I passed on these guys and found a professional that is doing the job for 5x CHEAPER!!!

I had a pipe leak in my yard. They were quick and efficient to get it repaired. Also had some repairs done inside and replaced all toilets. They did a great job and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend!

Mack and his helper did an awesome job locating a separation in our sewer line. He provided excellent service and gave every option aside from dynamite and start over. I would use this company again in a heart beat.

I’ve used Daniel’s Plumbing before, and they’ve always been up front with me. If they couldn’t fix the issue, they would at least inform me of possible fixes or workarounds that I myself could do or refer me to someone else.Cleveland was no different. What I assumed was one issue were actually two separate unrelated issues in the plumbing. He was able to fix one of the issues (a kitchen sink clogging), but the slow seepage on my kitchen floor was coming from another source. Since this involved another type of specialist — leak detection (Cleveland specializes in drainage), he simply gave me recommendations. He also informed me this may be an HOA issue since the pipes are in-between the walls. Whether the HOA pays for this or not I still appreciate this level of courtesy in helping me solve my plumbing (and financial) issues. Cleveland also noted potential downsides and risks associated with his recommendations. Again, very straightforward and transparent.All-in-all another satisfying experience with Daniel’s Plumbing. I highly recommend them, and although some of the work was outside the scope of the original job they were still able to leave good recommendations and a good impression.

They were able to come out quick, same day and check out what was wrong but they quoted us almost 3500 for a 40 gallon water heater. Ended up calling another company and got the same thing for well UNDER HALF what they quoted me.

Needed to replace both my HVAC units, one which was in a tiny attic space. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. Appreciate the hard work!

The tankless water system was installed over an entire day and the technicians even agreed to complete the project by that evening to ensure we had hot water that night. They even returned immediately a few days after we called regarding a post-installation concern/question, which ended up being a non-issue. Professionalism at the highest level!

TLDR: Price gouging charging $1200 for a job that I got done for $175 with someone else.I've used Daniel's Plumbing a couple of times for a pressure drop test (when the city was saying I had a leak and I needed to verify that the issue was on their end) so they were first in line when my toilet broke. The 2 screws holding the toilet tank to the rest of the commode had rusted out and broken off.I was quoted anywhere from $1000-$1200 for repairing the toilet all the way up to a new toilet install which is, at best, unreasonable and, at worst, offensive. I had a handyman completely install a new toilet for a total of $175 (including parts, labor, and haul off). Even another plumbing company (Biggs Plumbing Co) said it should only be ~$300.I understand and appreciate that a company has overhead for which to account. But the price being offered is taking advantage of those who don't know better or don't know they have other options.

Daniel’s sent out someone right away to help us, sent coupons to help with the cost and the plumber who came was so kind, efficient and very thorough. As awful as a big, expensive plumbing issue is, they made it much better. We will use them again and tell our friends and family about them too!

AC did a great job for me digging to repair the water line into my home under difficult conditions. Had to dig up a shrub and cut roots to a tree. That tree’s roots had caused the problem! It also rained while he was working. He

Our family had the misfortune of developing an underground leak. We had no idea until our water company gave us a shocking bill. Desperate, we called the first google recommended site and found ourselves with Daniel's Plumbing. From the moment Diane answered the phone, we were met with courteous professionals highly motivated to help us find our leak. Within 30mins, Alec was onsite explaining their leak detection services and giving us recommendations and educating us on options and expenses. Within on hour, Garrett joined him and within 2 hours of being on site...the leak was found and fixed with minimal damage to our property. Hopefully your family won't find yourselves with a water leak but if you do...call Daniel's. Additionally they work with American Leak Detection of Austin who were also ready to help us if needed.

I had my toilet repaired by a worker by the name Ab and he was very professional. He was on time which is more than I can say of other companies I’ve hired before. He was very nice and helpful, had a great attitude despite the job he was here to do and the conditions of my property at the time.

1st time using them. The work performed was to locate a sewage line, so I am not sure about quality if doing more complicated work. However, they were really friendly and professional, so I will definitely give them a call next time I need plumbing services.

My house is leaking water. The technician found the problem really quickly by opening up the dry wall inside my bathroom. The only downside of the service is that it is very expensive only looking at where the problem is.Reply to owner's question: When I asked for the price over the phone, the lady told me it was free consultation when the technician came over. But when the technician came over, he told me it was 250 dollars to have the inspection and open the dry wall. You should put everything transparent and on the table whenever customer calls over the phone. If I know it will cause that much to just have the inspection and open the wall, I wouldn't ask the technician to come over.

I had a terrible experience with another plumber, so I called Daniels Plubming. They called promptly at the start of the window they were supposed to show up to give me an exact eta of arrival, and arrived right on time. I gave them a rundown of the issue with the toilet in our guest bath and he was able to quickly do some troubleshooting then provide me an estimate and explain each possible outcome of the work that may need to be done. He was able to fix in less than ten minutes, even though the last plumber claimed the toilet would need to be removed and pipes snaked. Mike was incredibly curteous throughout the whole process and even gave me tips for replacing the flapper and cleaning up the toilet. It was a painless experience and I would highly recommend them! IlI' be using them for any plumbing needs in the future. ?

I'm working on a bathroom renovation. I had Daniel's guys come over to rough in an updated shower and replace a few water cutoffs. They fit me in the same day for a fair price. Everyone was great to work with. We'll definitely be using Daniel's Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

We called Daniel's Plumbing and A.C. to come out and look at our hot water heater and A.C. We got 2 for the price of one with no service charge to pay for just coming out. Balde who is was our AC genius found a gas leak and Allen the genius plumber, repaired the leak in not time at all.We appreciate their fast service and professionalism

I had two plumbers address my plumbing problems unsuccessfully before calling Daniel's. Although it took several visits, Garrett, Mack, Eric & Rigo persevered until all problems were solved. In close timimg my heat refused to come on. After they ordered a part, they soon were back and my house was warm again. Their efficiency & customer service deserve 5 stars.

Our technician spent all day with us repairing and finding new leaks. He communicated with us continuously throughout the process and stayed until the job was done. We can’t imagine a better experience.
