I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. As well as all of my family. Thank you so much David Moore, David Steele, and of course Noah.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

I signed up for their membership program after a good service call and have used them happily ever since. Fair prices, and great service.

Polite, thoughtful and organized office staff (Sasaria). Plus, quick turnaround, and a very experienced plumber who solved my plumbing issues called ahead as requested and arrived on time.I liked his “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” attitude. And when addressing my complicated job, instead of complaining, DAVID was happy for the creative challenge and gave me an intelligent work-around that saved money, time, materials and head ache. Their prices are competitive and he offered to bid another project in phase and parts, which gave me options to save money.I’ll definitely use and recommend them in the future!

We cannot express how happy we have been with Moore and More plumbing! David is reliable, punctual, communicative, and thorough. He came to our rescue when we needed a sewer line replaced ASAP, and has helped us with many other things since. He is a pleasure to do business with, always smiling and cheerful. We are so happy to have found Moore and More plumbing and would highly recommend their services!

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff is very detailed and explained the entire process. We were able to save my seller over $38k in repairs by doing the inspection correctly. He gave us 3 hours of his time and every minute was worth it! Highly recommend!

They were very responsive when I needed prompt help for a backed-up pipe. They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. When he arrived, he was upfront about what work would be needed and what it would cost to seek my approval before starting. The work was fast, clean and friendly.

David and his team are always professional and trust-worthy. We have used his services for many years and have never been disappointed. I recommend his company 100%.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Jeff was puntual, cordial and professional. He and David did a fantastic job replacing all the fixtures in my master bathroom. Very reasonable, too. I’ll always use and recommend Moore & Moore plumbing!

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

Fast and great service. David Steele was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Will definitely be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs.

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!
