So glad we chose S&D. Called about a pretty intense water leak in our front yard..flooded half the neighborhood. They sent an amazing employee by the name of Noah out within 45 min. Located multiple leaks and repaired them and had our water back on in under 3 hours. Highly recommended for being quick affordable and professional.

Zac and Brent did an excellent job installing two new hot water heaters. Zac was very helpful explaining the new technology and cost associated with the job.I would certainly recommend Zac to anybody who needed an excellent plumber or A/C guy with a great attitude that seems to enjoy his line of work.We will certainly contact Radiant for any of our future needs.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Identified the issue quickly and had the work completed within the quoted amount. Great work will definitely call again and recommend. Thank you Pierre, Corbin, and Corbin (Kevin)

Not a bad company. I can tell they're professional. But their prices is quite high compared with others. Their water heater install quote was 1,000+ more than Lowe's and home depot. Partly because they said the permit fee will be about 400 more than what the other guys looked up. They also charge a 50 dollar fee just to come out and give an estimate whereas the other companies did it for free (fees waived if you go through with their service).Another thing, the water heater picked by this company for the install was significantly more expensive than the best rated, highly warrantied (by lots of people) A.O. Smith one you can buy from Lowes. I don't know why anyone won't just buy one from Lowes and do the install.In the end, I went with Lowe's water heater install. They hired Fairway Plumbing, who did the job quickly and efficiently. Fairway Plumbing guys (not this company, the ones hired by Lowes) put down matts to catch debris, and was in and out in record time.Given the service fee charged by Mr. Rooter for every call, the discrepancies in fees, and the nickle-and-diming for every small thing that needs to be done, I have a hard time recommending them if you need a new water heater.Edit: I see the reply from the owner on my post. That is nice. I wish I knew which changes they made. If they lowered the fees / overestimates, I'd be open to changing my mind about them.

This is the second time we’ve used Roto-Rooter for service. So happy with the work! Chris was right on time. He clearly explained what we needed to have done and what the charges would be before doing the work. The shower is now fixed, we have hot water and great water pressure. I had forgotten to include repairing our toilet in the service call but he did that for us anyway! Thanks so much!

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Thank for making it so easy :-)

Darius was very professional and extremely helpful in identifying and correcting the issues within our unit. He is well versed and went above and beyond to verify that everything was well and good before leaving. We appreciate the proactivity and recommendations to prevent future issues and will hire Darius again in a heartbeat.

Jeff was puntual, cordial and professional. He and David did a fantastic job replacing all the fixtures in my master bathroom. Very reasonable, too. I’ll always use and recommend Moore & Moore plumbing!

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.
