I can't say enough good things about Plumb Doctor and their tech Ollie. I spoke to the office and they promised to have someone out to my house. Ollie showed up and took care of everything including running to the supply store for a needed part after hours. These guys are great.

Samuel came out for our bi-annual service call on our 2 heat pumps. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He identified an issue requiring the installation team to review and escalated the ticket for resolution. Samuel was thorough in his explanations and gave me some good options to keep costs down. It was a good appt and I’d recommend him for future service.

Cobey Graves, was the ONLY person brave enough to get into our crawlspace to assess for damages and his rates are much more affordable than other plumbers. My water heater Honeywell Gas Control Valve went out. I called four plumbing companies, and Jerred was the only helpful one in a crunch time scenario. I sent him some photos of my situation, and he quickly told me what the problem most likely was. I was able to get the parts overnighted from the OEM and scheduled for service the next day. Brendan came out and was awesome. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some great ideas for some other areas. A very well run business. I will credit the other google reviews for the reason that I decided to call in. Aloha Plumbing is legit.

I HIGHLY recommend Indigo! Beto, their plumber, was the best I’ve used! He installed a new toilet and even checked my other toilets in the house to ensure everything was working properly! I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

They did not show up at the day or week promised. Led to hiring multiple plumbers on short notice at great expense. Will not recommend

They took an appointment. Cancelled it one hour before hand. And then never answered a call or text again.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
