Darrell and Steven came on time, were clean and polite, worked hard and informed me of situations that required adjustments from original estimate (such as making an opening in the back of the pipe that would require drywall and painting job done after plumbing job was completed).

Scott did an excellent job inspecting my total home plumbing. He explained every check he made and why he was doing it!

Really fantastic experience with this plumber! He spent a great deal of time analyzing our low water and clogging issues and helped us identify the most affordable way forward. We did some of the demo ourselves and purchasing then he helped fix the issues and installed a new sink and toilets. He was also very careful about socially distancing, respectful, cheery and kind.

Technician was fine.Their pricing comes out of a book. I got a quote to bring two furnaces up to code by replacing a 3 foot long gas flex line going into the furnace with a small section of iron pipe, with a sediment trap. The quote was nearly $700, and their trip charge is $99. A competitor quoted me $250. Pricing is outrageous.

We love Neighborhood Plumbing. They were willing to move us into a cancelled appointment had the needed parts on their truck and had our new disposer installed in an hour.

I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing, they sent a wonderful young man named ASA, a very professional and respectful human being. Fixed a broken shower faucet and checked for other issues.

I recommend City Wide! My older unit went out and I called all the big names in town, got 5 different opinions on repair. When I finally got to City Wide, who came recommended by a friend, I felt that he knew what he was doing, and I felt comfortable with the recommended repair approach. My wife and I have used Garrison’s services several times over the past couple of years at our house in south Austin for everything from installing a new shower to repairing our kitchen sink and tankless water heater. They are very professional and timely and are reasonably priced. I’m glad to have finally found such great plumbers and I would highly recommend them to all in the Austin area.

Overall wonderful experience with this company. I don't remember the name of the work professional I talked to for the appointment but he was courteous, professional and requested questions helping to figure out the problem. He was able to schedule me within a day. Next day Lester showed up and did an wonderful job researching the problem, explaining the situation, costs, and next steps. He also listened to a detailed explanation of the problems the leak was causing and eventually found it and able to fix it during the same visit. He was respectful and professional. Would recommend this company.

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

I am very pleased with the services that Indigo provided! We had a freak accident where our bathtub wouldn’t shut off so we had to turn off the water to the entire house, mind you, it’s summer and we have sweaty kids who need baths! But Indigo came within the hour of us calling them and quickly fixed our problem! They are definitely our number one contact for the future! Thank you Indigo for your services!

Maybe they do a good plumbing job, but I was never able to even offer them our money. This was a business-to-business deal, this company was recommended by a friend in business. First, they showed up for an estimate at 8.40am (instead of between 10am-12pm and will give you a call 30 mins in advance), and were very surprised no one was waiting for them there. Came back at the scheduled time (and yes, finally called in advance), looked at the place and said will send an estimate... Never received any estimate or call back.Maybe they are the best plumbers in town, but I was never able to hire them.
