I call on him anytime I need help with my personal home or if I have any issues with plumbing at any of my four brick and mortar shops all in South Austin.He is extremely responsive and usually can come same-day or the very next day. I love knowing I can count on him to show up and get the job done right the first time and doesn't ever try to attempt to go a more expensive route - he's always watching my back on costs.

Imagine this. You got a new house 3 days ago. It’s January in Austin and the weather takes a weird dip below freezing and your heat stops working. Very scary!! Thank god for this company but mostly thank GOD for Antonio. He came right over (even though I called after business hours) and he went right up to my attic, figured out what the issue was and fixed it. He must have been here hours in the freezing cold. I thought I was going to freeze to death. If you are unlucky enough to have this ever happen to you… I hope you’re lucky enough to have Antonio to save you. Thank you Antonio!!!!!!

I purchased a home several years ago that was built in the 1960's. Unfortunately, the home still had its original sewer and drain cast iron lines. After clearing several clogs and performing spot repairs it was clear that the cast iron pipes were past their life expectancy. After getting several bids, I hired Starr Sewer and Drain to replace the entire system (120 feet of tunneling). It's been over six month since the repair and the system has been performing as it should. Thank you Starr Sewer and Drain for your professionalism and for providing me with peace of mind - 5 StaRRs! (Just had to add the extra R haha).

Great service quick and professional

My hot water heater went out this week and Mason had someone to my house within hours to come take a look at it. The next morning they arrived on time (early actually) and began work immediately to replace it. They were polite, helpful and got the situation taken care of in the most cost effective route. Their phone number is now saved in my phone for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

I found a leak outside my house and called Tim Stevens. He arranged his schedule to come at the earliest possible time and had my house back up and plumbing in a few hours. Very professional, and a great communicator.

I have used Diamond Plumbing for over 2 years now. Toilet repair, clearing drains, faucet replacement, water heater replacement and irrigation system repair. They are fantastic. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had my upstairs bathroom start leaking and it got bad very quickly. I called Confidence Plumbing and Eddie was my tech. Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He got my issue resolved quickly and the price was fair. Twice we’ve used G&M over the last couple years. Always responsive, pleasant to deal with and reasonable.

In March of 2016, Make It Drain came to fix our stopped-up tub under our home warranty plan. They got the tub unclogged, but used sulfuric acid, which ruined the enamel. The good news is they called in a tub refinisher - another company - to refinish the tub. The bad news: they called in a subpar tub refinisher, who had to come back five different times over the last two years to fix their shoddy work. When the finish bubbled after the 5th time, we decided to give up and call an accredited refinisher. So, yeah, Make It Drain got our tub unclogged, but we'll soon be in the hole $700 as a result of working with them.

I have found my forever plumber! Top notch service and price. I'm actually glad my sink was broken. The nicest people and the BEST service. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

I want to thank Kirk, Tony and Manny for the professional service and price of replacing our water heater. When other companies were asking for $2400 and more to replace our water heater Kirk offered to do it for much less. Almost $1000 less. When other companies were saying it would take a few days to a week to replace due to Covid, Plumb and Order were able to stop out the same day, order the parts while at my home and have their techs come out and do the work right away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pumb and Order to any one of my family, friends and co-workers in the Round Rock Texas area. Best part is their people in the office keep complete communication every step of the way. I will be using them for my plumbing needs from here on.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.
