great service, timely response and reasonable price!

These guys were great for us. We had just moved into a new house with major plumbing issues. They converted many of our pipes to our bathrooms with PVC (they were cast iron). They were also very professional and sympathetic to our situation.

Had a weekend plumbing emergency at our restaurant. After many calls we finally reached AAA. Bo Vaughn came out and was awesome. The problem was fixed timely and efficiently. We have finally found a reasonable plumber with great customer service!!!!!

Same day service! About 2 hours ago, our toilets and sinks backed up. First time this has ever happened to us. We called Rapid-Rooter. They had someone (TJ) out in 45 minutes. TJ had the problem diagnosed and fixed less than an hour later. TJ was professional, courteous, capable and polite. We are very grateful for the quick response and resolution.

We had a water heater that failed and flooded our garage. I called All Hours Plumbing and Brett was able to quote me over the phone and fit me in the same day. His team was professional and did a wonderful job. When they left, the new water heater and set up looked better than the original one installed by the builder. Would highly recommend!

John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Service was quick. They came out in less than 24 hours. Extremely professional and courteous. From the onset he set expectations and explained to me in laymans terms next steps. Pricing was fair and comparable. I would definitely use them again.

Great same day service by Reed to fix a gas inducer motor that Morris Jenkins wanted 40%$$$ more to fix!! Reed is my new HVAC go to guy!!!

MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

We realized we didn't have hot water and our tank was leaking at 4:50pm. I called ER Plumbing Services and they sent someone out within a couple hours. There was no extra charge for after hours service, and the replaced the heater that same evening.
